1. ఇశ్రాయేలురాజైన యరొబాము ఏలుబడిలో ఇరువది మూడవ సంవత్సరమందు యూదారాజైన అమజ్యా కుమారుడైన అజర్యాయేలనారంభించెను.

1. In the twenty-seventh year of Yarov`am king of Yisra'el began `Azaryah son of Amatzyah king of Yehudah to reign.

2. అతడు పదునా రేండ్లవాడై యేలనారంభించి యెరూషలేమునందు ఏబది రెండు సంవత్సరములు రాజుగా ఉండెను; అతని తల్లి యెరూషలేము కాపురస్థురాలైన యెకొల్యా.

2. Sixteen years old was he when he began to reign; and he reigned fifty-two years in Yerushalayim: and his mother's name was Yekholyahu of Yerushalayim.

3. ఇతడు తన తండ్రియైన అమజ్యా చర్య యంతటిప్రకారము యెహోవా దృష్టికి నీతిగలవాడై ప్రవర్తించెను.

3. He did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, according to all that his father Amatzyah had done.

4. ఉన్నత స్థలములను మాత్రము కొట్టి వేయలేదు; ఉన్నత స్థలముల యందు జనులు ఇంకను బలులు అర్పించుచు ధూపము వేయుచు ఉండిరి.

4. However the high places were not taken away: the people still sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places.

5. యెహోవా ఈ రాజును మొత్తినందున అతడు మరణమగువరకు కుష్ఠరోగియై ప్రత్యేక ముగా ఒక నగరులో నివసించెను గనుక రాజకుమారుడైన యోతాము నగరుమీద అధికారియై దేశపు జనులకు న్యాయము తీర్చువాడుగా ఉండెను.

5. The LORD struck the king, so that he was a leper to the day of his death, and lived in a separate house. Yotam the king's son was over the household, judging the people of the land.

7. అజర్యా తన పితరు లతోకూడ నిద్రించి దావీదు పురములో తన పితరుల సమాధియందు పాతిపెట్టబడగా అతని కుమారుడైన యోతాము అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

7. `Azaryah slept with his fathers; and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David: and Yotam his son reigned in his place.

8. యూదారాజైన అజర్యా యేలుబడిలో ముప్పది యెనిమిదవ సంవత్సరమందు యరొబాము కుమారుడైన జెకర్యా షోమ్రోనులో ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని ఆరునెలలు ఏలెను.

8. In the thirty-eighth year of `Azaryah king of Yehudah did Zekharyah the son of Yarov`am reign over Yisra'el in Shomron six months.

9. ఇతడు ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడగు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము చేసిన పాపములను విడువక అనుసరించుచు, తన పితరులు చేసినట్లుగా తానును యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించెను.

9. He did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, as his fathers had done: he didn't depart from the sins of Yarov`am the son of Nevat, with which he made Yisra'el to sin.

10. యాబేషు కుమారుడైన షల్లూము అతనిమీద కుట్రచేసి, జనులు చూచుచుండగా అతనిమీద పడి అతనిని చంపి అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

10. Shallum the son of Yavesh conspired against him, and struck him before the people, and killed him, and reigned in his place.

11. జెకర్యా చేసిన కార్యములనుగూర్చి ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడియున్నది.

12. నీ కుమారులు నాలుగవ తరమువరకు ఇశ్రాయేలు సింహాసనముమీద ఆసీనులై యుందురని యెహోవా యెహూతో సెలవిచ్చిన మాటచొప్పున ఇది జరిగెను.

12. This was the word of the LORD which he spoke to Yehu, saying, Your sons to the fourth generation shall sit on the throne of Yisra'el. So it came to pass.

13. యూదారాజైన ఉజ్జియా యేలుబడిలో ముప్పది తొమ్మిదవ సంవత్సరమందు యాబేషు కుమారుడైన షల్లూము ఏలనారంభించి షోమ్రోనులో నెల దినములు ఏలెను.

13. Shallum the son of Yavesh began to reign in the nine and thirtieth year of `Uzziyah king of Yehudah; and he reigned the space of a month in Shomron.

14. గాదీ కుమారుడైన మెనహేము తిర్సాలోనుండి బయలుదేరి షోమ్రోనునకు వచ్చి షోమ్రోనులోనుండు యాబేషు కుమారుడైన షల్లూముమీద పడి అతని చంపి అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

14. Menachem the son of Gadi went up from Tirtzah, and came to Shomron, and struck Shallum the son of Yavesh in Shomron, and killed him, and reigned in his place.

16. మెనహేము రాగా తిప్సహు పట్టణపు వారు తమ గుమ్మములు తీయలేదు గనుక అతడు వారినంద రిని హతము చేసి, తిర్సాను దాని చేరువ గ్రామములనన్నిటిని కొల్లపెట్టి అచ్చట గర్భిణులందరి గర్భములను చింపెను.

16. Then Menachem struck Tifsach, and all who were therein, and the borders of it, from Tirtzah: because they didn't open to him, therefore he struck it; and all the women therein who were with child he ripped up.

17. యూదారాజైన అజర్యా యేలుబడిలో ముప్పదితొమ్మి దవ సంవత్సరమందు గాదీ కుమారుడైన మెనహేము ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని ఏలనారంభించి షోమ్రోనులో పది సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను.

17. In the nine and thirtieth year of `Azaryah king of Yehudah began Menachem the son of Gadi to reign over Yisra'el, and reigned ten years in Shomron.

18. ఇతడును తన దినములన్నియు ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడగు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము చేసిన పాపములను విడువక యనుసరించుచు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించెను.

18. He did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD: he didn't depart all his days from the sins of Yarov`am the son of Nevat, with which he made Yisra'el to sin.

19. అష్షూరు రాజైన పూలు దేశముమీదికి రాగా, మెనహేము తనకు రాజ్యము స్థిరపరచునట్లుగా పూలుచేత సంధి చేయించుకొనవలెనని రెండు వేల మణుగుల వెండి పూలునకు ఇచ్చెను.

19. There came against the land Pul the king of Ashshur; and Menachem gave Pul one thousand talents of silver, that his hand might be with him to confirm the kingdom in his hand.

20. మెనహేము ఇశ్రా యేలులో భాగ్యవంతులైన గొప్పవారిలో ప్రతి మనిషి యొద్దను ఏబదేసి తులముల వెండి వసూలుచేసి యీ ద్రవ్య మును అష్షూరు రాజునకిచ్చెను గనుక అష్షూరురాజు దేశ మును విడిచి వెళ్లిపోయెను.

20. Menachem exacted the money of Yisra'el, even of all the mighty men of wealth, of each man fifty shekels of silver, to give to the king of Ashshur. So the king of Ashshur turned back, and didn't stay there in the land.

21. మెనహేము చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన దానినంతటిని గూర్చియు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడియున్నది.

22. మెనహేము తన పితరులతో కూడ నిద్రించిన తరువాత అతని కుమారుడైన పెకహ్యా అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

22. Menachem slept with his fathers; and Pekachyah his son reigned in his place.

23. యూదారాజైన అజర్యా యేలుబడిలో ఏబదియవ సంవత్సరమందు మెనహేము కుమారుడైన పెకహ్యా షోమ్రోనులో ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని ఏలనారంభించి రెండు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను.

23. In the fiftieth year of `Azaryah king of Yehudah Pekachyah the son of Menachem began to reign over Yisra'el in Shomron, and reigned two years.

24. ఇతడును ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడగు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము చేసిన పాపములను విడువక అనుసరించుచు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించెను.

24. He did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD: he didn't depart from the sins of Yarov`am the son of Nevat, with which he made Yisra'el to sin.

25. ఇతని క్రింద అధిపతియు రెమల్యా కుమారుడునైన పెకహు కుట్ర చేసి, తనయొద్దనున్న గిలాదీయులైన యేబది మందితోను, అర్గోబుతోను, అరీహేనుతోను కలిసికొని షోమ్రోనులోనున్న రాజనగరులోని అంతఃపురమందు అతనిని చంపి, పెకహ్యాకు మారుగా రాజాయెను.

25. Pekach the son of Remalyahu, his captain, conspired against him, and struck him in Shomron, in the castle of the king's house, with Argov and Arye; and with him were fifty men of the Gil`adi: and he killed him, and reigned in his place.

26. పెకహ్యా చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసినదాని నంత టినిగూర్చియు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడి యున్నది.

27. యూదారాజైన అజర్యా యేలుబడిలో ఏబదిరెండవ సంవత్సరమందు రెమల్యా కుమారుడైన పెకహు షోమ్రో నులో ఇశ్రాయేలును ఏలనారంభించి యిరువది సంవత్సర ములు ఏలెను.

27. In the two and fiftieth year of `Azaryah king of Yehudah Pekach the son of Remalyahu began to reign over Yisra'el in Shomron, and reigned twenty years.

28. ఇతడును ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడగు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము చేసిన పాపములను విడువక అనుసరించుచు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించెను.

28. He did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD: he didn't depart from the sins of Yarov`am the son of Nevat, with which he made Yisra'el to sin.

29. ఇశ్రాయేలు రాజైన పెకహు దినములలో అష్షూరురాజైన తిగ్లత్పిలేసెరు వచ్చి ఈయోను పట్టణమును, ఆబేల్బేత్మయకా పట్టణమును, యానోయహు పట్టణమును, కెదెషు పట్టణమును, హాసోరు పట్టణమును, గిలాదు దేశమును, గలిలయ దేశమును, నఫ్తాలీ దేశమంతయును పట్టుకొని అచ్చట నున్నవారిని అష్షూరు దేశమునకు చెరగా తీసికొని పోయెను.

29. In the days of Pekach king of Yisra'el came Tiglat-Pil'eser king of Ashshur, and took `Iyon, and Avel-Beit-Ma`akhah, and Yano`ach, and Kedesh, and Hatzor, and Gil`ad, and the Galil, all the land of Naftali; and he carried them captive to Ashshur.

30. అప్పుడు ఏలా కుమారుడైన హోషేయ ఇశ్రాయేలురాజును రెమల్యా కుమారుడునైన పెకహుమీద కుట్రచేసి, అతనిమీద పడి అతని చంపి, యూదా రాజైన ఉజ్జియా కుమారుడైన యోతాము ఏలుబడిలో ఇరువదియవ సంవత్సరమున అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

30. Hoshea the son of Elah made a conspiracy against Pekach the son of Remalyahu, and struck him, and killed him, and reigned in his place, in the twentieth year of Yotam the son of `Uzziyah.

31. పెకహు చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన దానినంతటిని గూర్చియు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయ బడియున్నది.

32. ఇశ్రాయేలురాజును రెమల్యా కుమారుడునైన పెకహు ఏలుబడిలో రెండవ సంవత్సరమున యూదారాజైన ఉజ్జియా కుమారుడగు యోతాము ఏలనారంభించెను.

32. In the second year of Pekach the son of Remalyahu king of Yisra'el began Yotam the son of `Uzziyah king of Yehudah to reign.

33. అతడు ఇరువది యయిదేండ్లవాడై యెరూషలేమునందు రాజై పదునారు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను. అతని తల్లి సాదోకు కుమార్తెయైన యెరూషా.

33. He was twenty-five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned sixteen years in Yerushalayim: and his mother's name was Yerusha the daughter of Tzadok.

34. ఇతడు యెహోవా దృష్టికి నీతిగా ప్రవర్తించి తన తండ్రియైన ఉజ్జియా చర్యను పూర్తిగా అనుసరించెను.

34. He did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD; he did according to all that his father `Uzziyah had done.

35. అయినను ఉన్నత స్థల ములను కొట్టివేయకుండెను; జనులు ఉన్నత స్థలములందు ఇంకను బలుల నర్పించుచు ధూపము వేయుచునుండిరి. ఇతడు యెహోవా మందిరమునకున్న యెత్తయిన ద్వార మును కట్టించెను.

36. యోతాము చేసిన యితర కార్యము లనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసినదాని నంతటినిగూర్చియు యూదారాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడి యున్నది.

37. ఆ దినములో యెహోవా సిరియారాజైన రెజీనును రెమల్యా కుమారుడైన పెకహును యూదా దేశముమీదికి పంపనారంభించెను.

37. In those days the LORD began to send against Yehudah Retzin the king of Aram, and Pekach the son of Remalyahu.

38. యోతాము తన పిత రులతో కూడ నిద్రించి తన పితరుడైన దావీదు పురమందు తన పితరుల సమాధిలో పాతిపెట్టబడెను; అతని కుమారుడైన ఆహాజు అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

38. Yotam slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David his father: and Achaz his son reigned in his place.
