1. మనష్షే యేలనారంభించినప్పుడు పండ్రెండేండ్లవాడై యెరూషలేములో ఏబదియయిదు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను; అతని తల్లిపేరు హెఫ్సిబా.

1. Manasseh was twelve year old when he began to reign and reigned fifty and five year in Jerusalem: his mother's name was Haphzibah.

2. అతడు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించుచు, ఇశ్రా యేలీయులయెదుట నిలువకుండ యెహోవా వెళ్లగొట్టిన జనములు చేసినట్లు హేయక్రియలు చేయుచు వచ్చెను.

2. And he did that displeased the LORD, even after the abominations of the Heathen which the LORD cast out before the children of Israel.

3. తన తండ్రియైన హిజ్కియా పడగొట్టిన ఉన్నత స్థలములను అతడు తిరిగి కట్టించి, బయలు దేవతకు బలిపీఠములను కట్టించి ఇశ్రా యేలురాజైన అహాబు చేసినట్లు దేవతాస్తంభములను చేయించి, నక్షత్రములకు మ్రొక్కి వాటిని పూజించు చుండెను.

3. And he went and built the hillaltars again, which Hezekiah his father had destroyed. And he reared up altars to Baal and made groves, as did Ahab king of Israel. And he bowed himself unto all the Host of heaven and served them.

4. మరియునా నామము ఉంచుదునని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన యెరూషలేములో అతడు యెహోవా మందిరమందు బలిపీఠములను కట్టించెను.

4. And he built altars in the very house of the LORD, of which the LORD had said: in Jerusalem I will put my name.

5. మరియు యెహోవా మందిరమునకున్న రెండుసాలలలో ఆకాశ సమూహములకు అతడు బలిపీఠములను కట్టించెను.

5. And he built altars unto all the Host of heaven, even in two courts of the house of the LORD.

6. అతడు తన కుమారుని అగ్నిగుండము దాటించి, జ్యోతిషమును శకునములను వాడుక చేసి, యక్షిణిగాండ్రతోను సోదెగాండ్రతోను సాంగత్యము చేసెను. ఈ ప్రకారము అతడు యెహోవా దృష్టికి బహుగా చెడుతనము జరిగించుచు ఆయనకు కోపము పుట్టించెను

6. And he offered his son in fire, and observed dismal days, and used witchcraft and maintained workers with spirits, and tellers of fortunes: and wrought much wickedness in the sight of the LORD to anger him.

7. యెహోవా దావీదునకును అతని కుమారుడైన సొలొమోనునకును ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చిఈ మందిరమున ఇశ్రాయేలు గోత్రస్థానములలోనుండి నేను కోరుకొనిన యెరూషలేమునందు నా నామమును సదాకాలము ఉంచుదునని సెలవిచ్చిన యెహోవా మందిరమందు తాను చేయించిన అషేరా ప్రతిమను ఉంచెను.

7. And he put an image of a grove that he had made, even in the very temple of which the LORD had said to David and to Salomon his son, in this house and in Jerusalem which I have chosen out of all tribes of Israel, will I put my name for ever.

8. మరియుఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు నేను ఆజ్ఞా పించిన దంతటిని, నా సేవకుడగు మోషే వారికి వ్రాసి యిచ్చిన ధర్మశాస్త్రమును వారు గైకొనినయెడల వారి పితరులకు నేనిచ్చిన దేశములోనుండి వారి పాదములను ఇక తొలగి పోనియ్యనని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన మాట వారు వినక

8. Neither will I make the feet of Israel move any more out of the land which I gave their fathers: so that they will be diligent to do all I have commanded them, and all the law that my servant Moses commanded them.

9. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులయెదుట నిలువకుండ యెహోవా లయముచేసిన జనములు జరిగించిన చెడుతనమును మించిన చెడుతనము చేయునట్లు మనష్షే వారిని రేపెను.

9. But they hearkened not: for Manasseh had led them out of the way, to do more wickedness than did the heathen people which the LORD destroyed from before the children of Israel.

10. కాగా యెహోవా తన సేవకులైన ప్రవక్తల ద్వారా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

10. And the LORD spake by his servants the Prophets, saying:

11. యూదారాజైన మనష్షే యీ హేయమైన కార్యములను చేసి, తనకు ముందున్న అమోరీయులను మించిన చెడునడత కనుపరచి, తాను పెట్టుకొనిన విగ్రహములవలన యూదావారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడాయెను.

11. because Manasseh king of Juda hath done such abominations, and hath wrought wickedly above all that the Amorites which were before him did: and hath made Juda sin also with his Idols.

12. కావున ఇశ్రా యేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగావినువాని రెండు చెవులు గింగురుమనునంత కీడు యెరూష లేము మీదికిని యూదావారి మీదికిని రప్పించుచు

12. Therefore thus sayeth the LORD God of Israel. Behold, I will bring such evil upon Jerusalem and Juda, that the ears of all that hear it, shall tingle at it.

13. నేను షోమ్రోనును కొలిచిన నూలును, అహాబు కుటుంబికులను సరిచూచిన మట్టపు గుండును యెరూషలేముమీద సాగలాగుదును; ఒకడు పళ్లెమును తుడుచునప్పుడు దాని బోర్లించి తుడుచునట్లు నేను యెరూషలేమును తుడిచి వేసెదను.

13. And I will stretch over Jerusalem the squaring line of Samaria and the plummet of the house of Ahab. And I will wipe out Jerusalem, as a man would wipe a dish, and when he hath wiped it turneth it upside down.

14. మరియు నా స్వాస్థ్యములో శేషించినవారిని నేను త్రోసివేసి వారి శత్రువులచేతికి వారిని అప్పగించె దను.

14. And though I leave a remnant of mine inheritance, yet I will deliver them into the hands of them that hate them, and they shall be robbed and spoiled of all their enemies:

15. వారు తమ పితరులు ఐగుప్తుదేశములోనుండి వచ్చిన నాటనుండి నేటివరకు నా దృష్టికి కీడుచేసి నాకు కోపము పుట్టించుచున్నారు గనుక వారు తమ శత్రువు లందరిచేత దోచబడి నష్టము నొందుదురు.

15. even because they have done wickedly and have angered me, since the time their fathers came out of Egypt unto this day.

16. మరియు మనష్షే యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడు నడతనడిచి, యూదా వారిని పాపములో దింపినదిగాక యెరూషలేమును ఈ కొననుండి ఆ కొనవరకు రక్తముతో నిండునట్లు నిరపరాధుల రక్తమును బహుగా ఒలికించెను.

16. And thereto Manasseh shed innocent blood exceeding abundantly, in so much that he replenished Jerusalem in all corners, beside his sin wherewith he made Juda sin and to do evil in the sight of the LORD.

17. మనష్షే చేసిన యితర కార్యములను గూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన దాని నంతటినిగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన దోషమునుగూర్చియు, యూదారాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడి యున్నది.

17. The rest of the acts of Manasseh and all he did and his sin that he sinned, are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Juda.

18. మనష్షే తన పితరులతో కూడ నిద్రించి ఉజ్జా యొక్క తోటలో తన నగరుదగ్గర సమాధిచేయబడెను; అతని కుమారుడైన ఆమోను అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

18. And Manasseh laid him to sleep with his fathers, and was buried in the garden of his own house, even in the garden of Oza: and Amon his son reigned in his stead.

19. ఆమోను ఏలనారంభించినప్పుడు ఇరువది రెండేండ్ల వాడై యెరూషలేమునందు రెండు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను, అతని తల్లి యొట్బయూరివాడగు హారూసు కుమార్తెయైన మెషుల్లెమెతు.

19. Amon was twenty two year old when he began to reign, and he reigned two years in Jerusalem. His mother's name was Mesalemeth the daughter of Haru of Jathbah.

20. అతడు తన తండ్రియైన మనష్షే నడిచినట్లు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడునడత నడిచెను.

20. And he did that displeased the LORD as his father Manasseh did.

21. తన పితరుల దేవుడైన యెహోవాను విసర్జించి యెహోవా మార్గమందు నడువక తన తండ్రి ప్రవర్తించినట్లు తానును ప్రవర్తించుచు,

21. And he walked in all the way that his father walked in, and served the Idols that his father served, and bowed himself to them.

22. తన తండ్రి పూజించిన విగ్రహములను తానును పూజించెను.

22. And he forsook the LORD God of his fathers and walked not in the way of the LORD.

23. ఆమోను సేవకులు అతనిమీద కుట్రచేసి అతని నగరునందు అతని చంపగా

23. And the servants of Amon conspired against him, and slew him in his own house.

24. దేశపు జనులు రాజైన ఆమోనుమీద కుట్రచేసిన వారినందరిని చంపి అతని కుమారుడైన యోషీయాకు అతనికి మారుగా పట్టాభిషేకము చేసిరి.

24. But the people of the land slew all that conspired against king Amon, and made Josiah his son king in his room.

25. ఆమోను చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చి యూదారాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథ మందు వ్రాయబడియున్నది.

25. The rest of the acts of Amon which he did are written in the Chronicle of the kings of Juda.

26. ఉజ్జాయొక్క తోటలో అతనికి కలిగిన సమాధియందు అతడు పాతిపెట్టబడెను; అతని కుమారుడైన యోషీయా అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

26. And they buried him in his sepulchre in the garden of Oza, and Josiah his son reigned in his stead.
