1. ఈ ప్రకారము ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరును తమ వంశములచొప్పున సరిచూడబడినమీదట వారిపేళ్లు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడెను. యూదా వారు చేసిన ద్రోహమునకై వారు బాబెలునకు చెరగొని పోబడిరి.

1. And, all Israel, registered themselves, and lo! they are written, in the Book of the Kings of Israel, and, Judah, was carried away captive to Babylon, for their faithlessness.

2. తమ స్వాస్థ్యములైన పట్టణములలో మునుపు కాపురమున్న వారెవరనగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయులును యాజకు లును లేవీయులును నెతీనీయులును.

2. Now, the first inhabitants, who were in their possessions, in their cities, were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and the Nethinim.

3. యూదావారిలోను బెన్యామీనీయులలోను ఎఫ్రాయిము మనష్షే సంబంధులలోను యెరూషలేమునందు కాపురమున్న వారెవరనగా

3. And, in Jerusalem, there dwelt, of the sons of Judah, and of the sons of Benjamin, and of the sons of Ephraim, and Manasseh:

4. యూదా కుమారుడైన పెరెసు సంతతివాడగు బానీ కుమారుడైన ఇమీకి పుట్టిన ఒమీ కుమారుడగు అమీహూదునకు జననమైన ఊతైయు.

4. Uthai son of Ammihud, son of Omri, son of Imri, son of Bani, of the sons of Perez, son of Judah.

5. షిలోనీయుల పెద్దవాడైన ఆశాయాయు వాని పిల్లలును.

5. And, of the Shilonites, Asaiah the firstborn, and his sons.

6. జెరహు సంతతివారిలో యెవుయేలు వాని సహోదరులైన ఆరువందల తొంబది మంది,

6. And, of the sons of Zerah, Jeuel, and their brethren, six hundred and ninety.

7. బెన్యామీనీయులలో సెనూయా కుమారుడైన హోదవ్యాకు పుట్టిన మెషుల్లాము కుమారుడగు సల్లు,

7. And, of the sons of Benjamin, Sallu, son of Meshullam, son of Hodaviah, son of Hassenuah;

8. యెరోహాము కుమారుడైన ఇబ్నెయా, మిక్రికి పుట్టిన ఉజ్జీ కుమారుడైన ఏలా, ఇబ్నీయా కుమారుడైన రగూవేలునకు పుట్టిన షెఫట్యా కుమారుడగు మెషుల్లాము.

8. and Ibneiah, son of Jeroham, and Elah, son of Uzzi, son of Michri, and Meshullam, son of Shephatiah, son of Reuel, son of Ibnijah;

9. వీరును వీరిసహోదరులును తమ తమ వంశముల పట్టీల చొప్పున తొమ్మిదివందల ఏబది ఆరుగురు; ఈ మనుష్యులందరును తమ పితరుల వంశములనుబట్టి తమ పితరుల యిండ్లకు పెద్దలు.

9. and their brethren, by their generations, nine hundred and fifty-six, all these men, were ancestral chiefs, to their ancestral house.

10. యాజకులలో యెదాయా యెహోయారీబు యాకీను,

10. And, of the priests, Jedaiah, and Jehoiarib, and Jachin,

11. దేవుని మందిరములో అధిపతియైన అహీ టూబు కుమారుడైన మెరాయోతునకు పుట్టిన సాదోకు కుమారుడగు మెషుల్లామునకు కలిగిన హిల్కీయా కుమారుడైన అజర్యా;

11. and Azariah son of Hilkiah, son of Meshullam, son of Zadok, son of Meraioth, son of Ahitub, chief ruler of the house of God;

12. మల్కీయా కుమారుడగు పసూరునకు పుట్టిన యెరోహాము కుమారుడైన అదాయా ఇమ్మెరు కుమారుడైన మెషిల్లేమీతు నకు పుట్టిన మెషుల్లామునకు కుమారుడైన యహజేరాకు జననమైన అదీయేలు కుమారుడగు మశై.

12. and Adaiah, son of Jeroham, son of Pashhur, son of Malchijah, and Maasai son of Adiel, son of Jahzerah, son of Meshullam, son of Meshillemith, son of Immer;

13. మరియు తమ పితరుల యిండ్లకు పెద్దలైన వెయ్యిన్ని యేడువందల అరువది మంది కుటుంబికులు. వీరు దేవుని మందిరసేవా సంబంధమైన కార్యములయందు మంచి గట్టివారు.

13. and their brethren, chief men of their ancestral house, a thousand and seven hundred and sixty, able men, for the business of the service of the house of God.

14. And, of the Levites, Shemaiah, son of Hasshub, son of Azrikam, son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;

15. బక్బక్కరు, హెరెషు, గాలాలు, ఆసాపు కుమారుడగు జిఖ్రీకి పుట్టిన మీకా కుమారుడైన మత్తన్యా,

15. and Bakbakkar, Heresh, and Galal, and Mattaniah, son of Mica, son of Zichri, son of Asaph;

16. యదూతోను కుమారు డైన గాలాలునకు పుట్టిన షెమయా కుమారుడైన ఓబద్యా, నెటోపాతీయుల గ్రామములలో కాపురమున్న ఎల్కానా కుమారుడైన ఆసాకు పుట్టిన బెరెక్యా.

16. and Obadiah, son of Shemaiah, son of Galal, son of Jeduthun, and Berechiah son of Asa, son of Elkanah, who dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.

17. ద్వారపాలకులు ఎవరనగా షల్లూము అక్కూబు టల్మోను అహీమాను అనువారును వారి సహో దరులును. వీరిలో షల్లూము పెద్ద.

17. And, the keepers of the gates, were Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren Shallum the chief;

18. లేవీయుల సమూహ ములలో వీరు తూర్పుననుండు రాజు గుమ్మమునొద్ద ఇంత వరకు కాపురము చేయుచున్నారు.

18. and, hitherto, they were in the gate of the king, eastward, the same, were the keepers of the gate, for the camps of the sons of Levi.

19. మరియు కోరహు కుమారుడగు ఎబ్యాసాపునకు పుట్టిన కోరే కుమారుడైన షల్లూమును వాని పితరుని యింటివారును వాని సహో దరులగు కోరహీయులును సేవాసంబంధమైన పనిమీదనుండి గుడారమునకు ద్వారపాలకులై యుండిరి; వారి పితరులు యెహోవా పాళెమునకు కావలివారై యుండి ప్రవేశ స్థలమును కాయుచుండిరి.

19. And, Shallum, son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah and his brethren of his ancestral house the Korahites, were over the business of the service, watchers at the vestibule of the tent, and, their fathers, had been over the camp of Yahweh, watchers at the entrance.

20. ఎలియాజరు కుమారుడైన ఫీనెహాసు మునుపు వారిమీద అధికారియై యుండెను, యెహోవా అతనితోకూడ నుండెను.

20. And, Phinehas son of Eleazar, was, chief ruler, over them aforetime, Yahweh, being with him.

21. మరియు మెషెలెమ్యా కుమారుడైన జెకర్యా సమాజపు గుడారముయొక్క ద్వారమునకు కావలి.

21. Zechariah son of Meshelemiah, was door-keeper at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

22. గుమ్మములయొద్ద ద్వారపాలకులుగా ఏర్పడిన వీరందరు రెండువందల పన్నిద్దరు; వీరు తమ గ్రామముల వరుసను తమ వంశావళి చొప్పున సరిచూడబడిరి; వీరు నమ్మదగినవారని దావీదును దీర్ఘదర్శియగు సమూయేలును వీరిని నియమించిరి.

22. All those who were chosen for door-keepers in the vestibule, were two hundred and twelve, the same, in their villages, had registered themselves, the same, did David and Samuel the seer establish in their trust.

23. వారికిని వారి కుమారు లకును యెహోవా మందిరపు గుమ్మములకు, అనగా గుడా రపు మందిరముయొక్క గుమ్మములకు వంతుల చొప్పున కావలికాయు పని గలిగియుండెను.

23. So, they and their sons, were over the gates of the house of Yahweh, of the house of the tent, by watches.

24. గుమ్మముల కావలి వారు నాలుగు దిశలను, అనగా తూర్పునను పడమరను ఉత్తరమునను దక్షిణమునను ఉండిరి.

24. Towards the four winds, were the keepers of the gates, eastward, westward, northward, and southward.

25. వారి సహోదరులు తమ గ్రామములలోనుండి యేడేసి దినముల కొకసారివారియొద్దకు వచ్చుటకద్దు.

25. And, their brethren in their villages, had to come in, every seven days, from time to time, along with these.

26. లేవీయులైన నలుగురు ప్రధాన ద్వారపాలకులు ఉత్తరవాదులై యుండిరి; దేవుని మందిరపు గదులమీదను బొక్కసములమీదను ఆ లేవీయులు ఉంచబడియుండిరి.

26. For, in trust, were four mighty men of the keepers of the gates, the same, were Levites, and they were over the chambers, and over the treasuries of the house of God.

27. వారు దేవుని మందిరమునకు కావలివారు గనుక వారి కాపురములు దానిచుట్టు ఉండెను. ప్రతి ఉదయమున మందిరపు వాకిండ్లను తెరచుపని వారిదే.

27. And, round about the house of God, used they to lodge, for, upon them, was the charge, and they were over the setting open, morning by morning.

28. వారిలో కొందరు సేవోపకరణములను కనిపెట్టు వారు, వారు లెక్కచొప్పున వాటిని లోపలికి కొనిపోవలెను, లెక్క చొప్పున వెలుపలికి తీసికొని రావలెను.

28. And, some from among them, were over the utensils of the service, for, by number, used they to bring them in, and, by number, used they to take them forth.

29. మరియు వారిలో కొందరు మిగిలిన సామగ్రిమీదను పరి శుధ్ధమైన పాత్రలన్నిటిమీదను ఉంచబడియుండిరి; సన్నపు పిండియు ద్రాక్షారసమును నూనెయు ధూప వర్గమును వారి అధీనము చేయబడెను.

29. And, some from among them, were appointed over the utensils, yea over all the vessels of the holy place, and over the fine meal, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.

30. యాజకుల కుమారు లలో కొందరు సుగంధవర్గములను పరిమళతైలమును చేయు దురు.

30. And, some from among the sons of the priests, were compounders of perfumes, with the spices.

31. లేవీయులలో కోరహు సంతతివాడైన షల్లూమునకు పెద్ద కుమారుడైన మత్తిత్యా పిండివంటల మీద నుంచబడెను.

31. And, Mattithiah, from among the Levites, the same, was the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite was in trust over the making of the flat cakes.

32. వారి సహోదరులగు కహాతీయులలో కొందరికి విశ్రాంతి దినమున సముఖపు రొట్టెలు సిద్ధము చేయు పని కలిగియుండెను.

32. And, some from among the Kohathites, of their brethren, were over the Bread that was set in Array, to place it sabbath by sabbath.

33. లేవీయుల పితరులలో పెద్దలైన గాయకులు రాత్రింబగళ్లు పని విచారణ కలిగియున్న హేతువుచేత వారు కడమ పనుల విచారణలేకుండ తమ గదులలోనుండిరి.

33. These, also were the singers, ancestral chiefs of the Levites, in the chambers, free, for, by day and by night, was there a charge upon them, in the business.

34. వీరు తమ వంశపట్టీల చొప్పున లేవీయుల పితరులలో పెద్దలైనవారు. వీరు యెరూషలేమునందు కాపురముండిరి.

34. These, were the ancestral chiefs, of the Levites, by their generations, chief men, these, dwelt in Jerusalem.

35. గిబియోను తండ్రి యైన యెహీయేలు గిబియోనులో కాపురముండెను, అతని భార్యపేరు మయకా.

35. And, in Gibeon, dwelt the father of Gibeon, Jeiel, the name of whose wife, was Maacah:

36. ఇతని పెద్ద కుమారుడు అబ్దోను; సూరు కీషు బయలు నేరు నాదాబు

36. and, his firstborn son, Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal and Ner, and Nadab;

37. గెదోరు అహ్యో జెకర్యా మిక్లోతు తరువాత పుట్టినవారు.

37. and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloh.

38. మిక్లోతు షిమ్యానును కనెను. వీరు యెరూషలేము వాసులగు తమ సహోదరులతో కూడ తమ సహోదరులకు ఎదురుగా నున్న యిండ్లలోనే కాపురముండిరి.

38. And, Mikloth, begat Shimeam and, they also, over against their brethren, did dwell in Jerusalem, along with their brethren.

39. నేరు కీషును కనెను, కీషు సౌలును కనెను, సౌలు యోనాతానును మల్కీషూవను అబీనాదాబును ఎష్బయలును కనెను.

39. And, Ner, begat Kith, and, Kish, begat Saul, and, Saul, begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal;

40. యోనాతాను కుమారుడు మెరీబ్బయలు, మెరీబ్బయలు మీకాను కనెను.

40. and, the son of Jonathan, was Merib-baal, and, Merib-baal, begat Micah;

41. మీకా కుమారులు పీతోను మెలెకు తరేయ (ఆహాజు. )

41. and, the sons of Micah, were Pithon, and Melech, and Tahrea and Ahaz ;

42. ఆహాజు యరాను కనెను; యరా ఆలెమెతును అజ్మావెతును జిమీని కనెను, జిమీ మోజాను కనెను.

42. and, Ahaz, begat Jarah, and, Jarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri, and Zimri, begat Moza;

43. మోజా బిన్యాను కనెను, రెఫాయా బిన్యాకు కుమారుడు, ఎలాశా రెఫాయాకు కుమారుడు, ఆజేలు ఎలాశాకు కుమారుడు.

43. and, Moza, begat Binea, and Raphaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son;

44. ఆజేలునకు ఆరుగురు కుమారు లుండిరి; వారు అజ్రీకాము బోకెరు ఇష్మాయేలు షెయర్యా ఓబద్యా హానాను అను పేళ్లుగలవారు; వీరు ఆజేలు కుమారులు.

44. and, Azel, had six sons, and these are their names Azrikam, his firstborn , and Ishmael, and Sheariah and Obadiah, and Hanan, and Asah . These, were the sons of Azel.
