1. యెహోవా దయాళుడు ఆయనకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించుడి ఆయన కృప నిత్యముండును.

1. O give thanks to the LORD, for {he is} good; for his mercy {endureth} for ever.

2. యెహోవా విమోచించినవారు ఆ మాట పలుకుదురు గాక విరోధుల చేతిలోనుండి ఆయన విమోచించినవారును

2. Let the redeemed of the LORD say {so}, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;

3. తూర్పునుండి పడమటినుండి ఉత్తరమునుండి దక్షిణము నుండియు నానాదేశములనుండియు ఆయన పోగుచేసినవారును ఆమాట పలుకుదురుగాక.

3. And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.

4. వారు అరణ్యమందలి యెడారిత్రోవను తిరుగులాడు చుండిరి. నివాస పురమేదియు వారికి దొరుకకపోయెను.

4. They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.

5. ఆకలి దప్పులచేత వారి ప్రాణము వారిలో సొమ్మసిల్లెను.

5. Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.

6. వారు కష్టకాలమందు యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టిరి ఆయన వారి ఆపదలలోనుండి వారిని విడిపించెను

6. Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, {and} he delivered them out of their distresses.

7. వారొక నివాస పురము చేరునట్లు చక్కనిత్రోవను ఆయన వారిని నడిపించెను.

7. And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.

8. ఆయన కృపనుబట్టియు నరులకు ఆయన చేయు ఆశ్చర్య కార్యములనుబట్టియు వారు యెహోవాకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించుదురు గాక

8. Oh that {men} would praise the LORD {for} his goodness, and {for} his wonderful works to the children of men!

9. ఏలయనగా ఆశగల ప్రాణమును ఆయన తృప్తిపరచి యున్నాడు. ఆకలి గొనినవారి ప్రాణమును మేలుతో నింపి యున్నాడు.

9. For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.

10. దేవుని ఆజ్ఞలకు లోబడక మహోన్నతుని తీర్మానమును తృణీకరించినందున

10. Such as sit in darkness and in the shades of death, {being} bound in affliction and iron;

11. బాధ చేతను ఇనుప కట్లచేతను బంధింప బడినవారై చీకటిలోను మరణాంధకారములోను నివాసముచేయువారి హృదయమును

11. Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the Most High:

12. ఆయన ఆయాసముచేత క్రుంగజేసెను. వారు కూలియుండగా సహాయుడు లేకపోయెను.

12. Therefore he brought down their heart with labor; they fell down, and {there was} none to help.

13. కష్టకాలమందు వారు యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టిరి ఆయన వారి ఆపదలలో నుండి వారిని విడిపించెను

13. Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, {and} he saved them out of their distresses.

14. వారి కట్లను తెంపివేసి చీకటిలోనుండియు మరణాంధకారములో నుండియు వారిని రప్పించెను.

14. He brought them out of darkness and the shades of death, and broke their bands asunder.

15. ఆయన కృపనుబట్టియు నరులకు ఆయన చేయు ఆశ్చర్యకార్యములను బట్టియు వారు యెహోవాకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించుదురు గాక.

15. Oh that {men} would praise the LORD {for} his goodness, and {for} his wonderful works to the children of men!

16. ఏలయనగా ఆయన యిత్తడి తలుపులను పగులగొట్టి యున్నాడు ఇనుపగడియలను విరుగగొట్టియున్నాడు.

16. For he hath broken the gates of brass, and cut the bars of iron asunder.

17. బుద్ధిహీనులు తమ దుష్టప్రవర్తనచేతను తమ దోషము చేతను బాధతెచ్చుకొందురు.

17. Fools, because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, are afflicted.

18. భోజనపదార్థములన్నియు వారి ప్రాణమునకు అసహ్యమగును వారు మరణద్వారములను సమీపించుదురు.

18. Their soul abhorreth all manner of food; and they draw near to the gates of death.

19. కష్టకాలమందు వారు యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టిరి ఆయన వారి ఆపదలలోనుండి వారిని విడిపించెను.

19. Then they cry to the LORD in their trouble, he saveth them out of their distresses.

20. ఆయన తన వాక్కును పంపి వారిని బాగుచేసెను ఆయన వారు పడిన గుంటలలోనుండి వారిని విడిపించెను.

20. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered {them} from their destructions.

21. ఆయన కృపనుబట్టియు నరులకు ఆయనచేయు ఆశ్చర్యకార్యములనుబట్టియు వారు యెహోవాకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించుదురు గాక.

21. Oh that {men} would praise the LORD {for} his goodness, and {for} his wonderful works to the children of men!

22. వారు కృతజ్ఞతార్పణలు చెల్లించుదురుగాక ఉత్సాహధ్వనితో ఆయన కార్యములను ప్రకటించుదురుగాక.

22. And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.

23. ఓడలెక్కి సముద్రప్రయాణము చేయువారు మహాజలములమీద సంచరించుచు వ్యాపారము చేయువారు

23. They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business on great waters;

24. యెహోవా కార్యములను సముద్రములో ఆయన చేయు అద్భుతములను చూచిరి.

24. These see the works of the LORD, and his wonders in the deep.

25. ఆయన సెలవియ్యగా తుపాను పుట్టెను అది దాని తరంగములను పైకెత్తెను

25. For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up its waves.

26. వారు ఆకాశమువరకు ఎక్కుచు అగాధమునకు దిగుచు నుండిరి శ్రమచేత వారి ప్రాణము కరిగిపోయెను.

26. They mount up to the heaven, they go down again to the depths: their soul is melted because of trouble.

27. మత్తులైనవారివలె వారు ముందుకు వెనుకకు దొర్లుచు ఇటు అటు తూలుచుండిరి వారు ఎటుతోచక యుండిరి.

27. They reel to and fro, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wit's end.

28. శ్రమకు తాళలేక వారు యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టిరి ఆయన వారి ఆపదలలోనుండి వారిని విడిపించెను.

28. Then they cry to the LORD in their trouble, and he bringeth them out of their distresses.

29. ఆయన తుపానును ఆపివేయగా దాని తరంగములు అణగిపోయెను.

29. He maketh the storm a calm, so that the waves {of the sea} are still.

30. అవి నిమ్మళమైనవని వారు సంతోషించిరి వారు కోరిన రేవునకు ఆయన వారిని నడిపించెను.

30. Then are they glad because they are quiet; so he bringeth them to their desired haven.

31. ఆయన కృపనుబట్టియు నరులకు ఆయనచేయు ఆశ్చర్య కార్యములనుబట్టియువారు యెహోవాకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు చెల్లించుదురు గాక.

31. Oh that {men} would praise the LORD {for} his goodness, and {for} his wonderful works to the children of men!

32. జనసమాజములో వారాయనను ఘనపరచుదురుగాక పెద్దల సభలో ఆయనను కీర్తించుదురు గాక

32. Let them exalt him also in the congregation of the people, and praise him in the assembly of the elders.

33. దేశనివాసుల చెడుతనమునుబట్టి

33. He turneth rivers into a wilderness, and the water-springs into dry ground;

34. ఆయన నదులను అడవిగాను నీటి బుగ్గలను ఎండిన నేలగాను సత్తువగల భూమిని చవిటిపఱ్ఱగాను మార్చెను.

34. A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of them that dwell in it.

35. అరణ్యమును నీటిమడుగుగాను ఎండిన నేలను నీటి ఊటల చోటుగాను ఆయన మార్చి

35. He turneth the wilderness into a standing water, and dry ground into water-springs.

36. వారు అచ్చట నివాసపురము ఏర్పరచుకొనునట్లును పొలములో విత్తనములు చల్లి ద్రాక్షతోటలు నాటి

36. And there he maketh the hungry to dwell, that they may prepare a city for habitation;

37. వాటివలన సస్యఫలసమృద్ధి పొందునట్లును ఆయన ఆకలికొనినవారిని అచ్చట కాపురముంచెను

37. And sow the fields, and plant vineyards, which may yield fruits of increase.

38. మరియు ఆయన వారిని ఆశీర్వదింపగా వారు అధికముగా సంతానాభివృద్ధి నొందిరి ఆయన వారి పశువులను తగ్గిపోనియ్యలేదు

38. He blesseth them also, so that they are multiplied greatly; and suffereth not their cattle to decrease.

39. వారు బాధవలనను ఇబ్బందివలనను దుఃఖమువలనను తగ్గిపోయినప్పుడు

39. Again, they are diminished and brought low through oppression, affliction, and sorrow.

40. రాజులను తృణీకరించుచు త్రోవలేని యెడారిలో వారిని తిరుగులాడ జేయువాడు.

40. He poureth contempt upon princes, and causeth them to wander in the wilderness, {where there is} no way.

41. అట్టి దరిద్రుల బాధను పొగొట్టి వారిని లేవనెత్తెను వాని వంశమును మందవలె వృద్ధిచేసెను.

41. Yet he setteth the poor on high from affliction, and maketh him families like a flock.

42. యథార్థవంతులు దాని చూచి సంతోషించుదురు మోసగాండ్రందరును మౌనముగా నుందురు.

42. The righteous shall see {it}, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth.

43. బుద్ధిమంతుడైనవాడు ఈ విషయములను ఆలోచించును యెహోవా కృపాతిశయములను జనులు తలపోయుదురుగాక.

43. Whoever {is} wise, and will observe these {things}, even they shall understand the loving-kindness of the LORD.
