1. మోషే మిద్యాను యాజకుడైన యిత్రో అను తన మామ మందను మేపుచు, ఆ మందను అరణ్యము అవతలకు తోలుకొని దేవుని పర్వతమైన హోరేబుకు వచ్చెను.

1. And Moses hath been feeding the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, priest of Midian, and he leadeth the flock behind the wilderness, and cometh in unto the mount of God, to Horeb;

2. ఒక పొద నడిమిని అగ్నిజ్వాలలో యెహోవా దూత అతనికి ప్రత్యక్షమాయెను. అతడు చూచినప్పుడు అగ్ని వలన ఆ పొద మండుచుండెను. గాని పొద కాలిపోలేదు.

2. and there appeareth unto him a messenger of Jehovah in a flame of fire, out of the midst of the bush, and he seeth, and lo, the bush is burning with fire, and the bush is not consumed.

3. And Moses saith, 'Let me turn aside, I pray thee, and I see this great appearance; wherefore is the bush not burned?'

4. దానిని చూచుటకు అతడు ఆ తట్టు వచ్చుట యెహోవా చూచెను. దేవుడు ఆ పొద నడుమనుండి మోషే మోషే అని అతనిని పిలిచెను. అందుకతడు చిత్తము ప్రభువా అనెను.

4. and Jehovah seeth that he hath turned aside to see, and God calleth unto him out of the midst of the bush, and saith, 'Moses, Moses;' and he saith, 'Here [am] I.'

5. అందుకాయన దగ్గరకు రావద్దు, నీ పాదముల నుండి నీ చెప్పులు విడువుము, నీవు నిలిచియున్న స్థలము పరిశుద్ధ ప్రదేశము అనెను.

5. And He saith, 'Come not near hither: cast thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place on which thou art standing is holy ground.'

6. He saith also, 'I [am] the God of thy father, God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob;' and Moses hideth his face, for he is afraid to look towards God.

7. And Jehovah saith, 'I have certainly seen the affliction of My people who [are] in Egypt, and their cry I have heard, because of its exactors, for I have known its pains;

8. కాబట్టి ఐగుప్తీయుల చేతిలోనుండి వారిని విడిపించుటకును, ఆ దేశములోనుండి విశాలమైన మంచి దేశమునకు, అనగా కనానీయులకు హిత్తీయులకు అమోరీయులకు పెరిజ్జీయులకు హివ్వీయులకు యెబూసీయులకు నివాసస్థానమై, పాలు తేనెలు ప్రవహించు దేశమునకు వారిని నడిపించుటకును దిగివచ్చి యున్నాను.

8. and I go down to deliver it out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to cause it to go up out of the land, unto a land good and broad, unto a land flowing with milk and honey -- unto the place of the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.

9. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల మొర నిజముగా నాయొద్దకు చేరినది, ఐగుప్తీయులు వారిని పెట్టుచున్న హింస చూచితిని.

9. 'And now, lo, the cry of the sons of Israel hath come in unto Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians are oppressing them,

10. కాగా రమ్ము, నిన్ను ఫరోయొద్దకు పంపెదను; ఇశ్రాయేలీయులైన నా ప్రజలను నీవు ఐగుప్తులోనుండి తోడుకొని పోవలెననెను.

10. and now, come, and I send thee unto Pharaoh, and bring thou out My people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt.'

11. అందుకు మోషే - నేను ఫరో యొద్దకు వెళ్లుటకును, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను ఐగుప్తులోనుండి తోడుకొని పోవుటకును ఎంతటివాడనని దేవునితో అనగా

11. And Moses saith unto God, 'Who [am] I, that I go unto Pharaoh, and that I bring out the sons of Israel from Egypt?'

12. ఆయన నిశ్చయముగా నేను నీకు తోడై యుందును, నేను నిన్ను పంపితిననుటకు ఇది నీకు సూచన; నీవు ఆ ప్రజలను ఐగుప్తులోనుండి తోడుకొని వచ్చిన తరువాత మీరు ఈ పర్వతముమీద దేవుని సేవించెదరనెను.

12. and He saith, 'Because I am with thee, and this [is] to thee the sign that I have sent thee: in thy bringing out the people from Egypt -- ye do serve God on this mount.'

13. మోషే చిత్తగించుము; నేను ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల యొద్దకు వెళ్లి వారిని చూచి మీ పితరుల దేవుడు మీ యొద్దకు నన్ను పంపెనని వారితో చెప్పగా వారు ఆయన పేరేమి అని అడిగిన యెడల వారితో నేనేమి చెప్పవలెనని దేవుని నడిగెను.

13. And Moses saith unto God, 'Lo, I am coming unto the sons of Israel, and have said to them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you, and they have said to me, What [is] His name? what do I say unto them?'

14. అందుకు దేవుడు నేను ఉన్నవాడను అను వాడనైయున్నానని మోషేతో చెప్పెను. మరియు ఆయన ఉండుననువాడు మీయొద్దకు నన్ను పంపెనని నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతో చెప్పవలెననెను.

14. And God saith unto Moses, 'I AM THAT WHICH I AM;' He saith also, 'Thus dost thou say to the sons of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.'

15. And God saith again unto Moses, 'Thus dost thou say unto the sons of Israel, Jehovah, God of your fathers, God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you; this [is] My name -- to the age, and this My memorial, to generation -- generation.

16. నీవు వెళ్లి ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల పెద్దలను పోగు చేసి మీ పితరుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా, అనగా అబ్రాహాము ఇస్సాకు యాకోబుల దేవుడు, నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యిట్లనెను నేను మిమ్మును, ఐగుప్తులో మీకు సంభవించిన దానిని, నిశ్చయముగా చూచితిని,

16. 'Go, and thou hast gathered the elders of Israel, and hast said unto them: Jehovah, God of your fathers, hath appeareth unto me, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, I have certainly inspected you, and that which is done to you in Egypt;

17. ఐగుప్తు బాధలోనుండి పాలు తేనెలు ప్రవహించు దేశమునకు, అనగా కనానీయులు హిత్తీయులు అమోరీయులు పెరిజ్జీయులు హివ్వీయులు యెబూసీయులున్న దేశమునకు మిమ్ము రప్పించెదనని సెలవిచ్చితినని వారితో చెప్పుము.

17. and I say, I bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt, unto the land of the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Amorite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite, unto a land flowing [with] milk and honey.

18. వారు నీ మాట విందురు గనుక నీవును ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల పెద్దలును ఐగుప్తు రాజు నొద్దకు వెళ్లి అతని చూచి హెబ్రీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా మాకు ప్రత్యక్షమాయెను గనుక మేము అరణ్యమునకు మూడుదినముల ప్రయాణమంత దూరము పోయి మా దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు బలిని సమర్పించుదుము సెలవిమ్మని అతనితో చెప్పవలెను.

18. 'And they have hearkened to thy voice, and thou hast entered, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye have said unto him, Jehovah, God of the Hebrews, hath met with us; and now, let us go, we pray thee, a journey of three days into the wilderness, and we sacrifice to Jehovah our God.

19. ఐగుప్తు రాజు మహాబలముతో మీ మీదికి వచ్చి మిమ్ము పోనియ్యడని నేనెరుగుదును;

19. 'And I -- I have known that the king of Egypt doth not permit you to go, unless by a strong hand,

20. కాని, నేను నా చెయ్యి చాపి ఐగుప్తు మధ్యమున నేను చేయదలచియున్న నా అద్భుతములన్నిటిని చూపి దాని పాడుచేసెదను. అటుతరువాత అతడు మిమ్ము పంపివేయును.

20. and I have put forth My hand, and have smitten Egypt with all My wonders, which I do in its midst -- and afterwards he doth send you away.

21. జనుల యెడల ఐగుప్తీయులకు కటాక్షము కలుగజేసెదను గనుక మీరు వెళ్లునప్పుడు వట్టిచేతులతో వెళ్లరు.

21. 'And I have given the grace of this people in the eyes of the Egyptians, and it hath come to pass, when ye go, ye go not empty;

22. ప్రతి స్త్రీయు తన పొరుగుదానిని తన యింటనుండు దానిని వెండి నగలను బంగారు నగలను వస్త్రములను ఇమ్మని అడిగి తీసికొని, మీరు వాటిని మీ కుమారులకును మీ కుమార్తెలకును ధరింపచేసి ఐగుప్తీయులను దోచుకొందురనెను.

22. and [every] woman hath asked from her neighbour, and from her who is sojourning in her house, vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and garments, and ye have put [them] on your sons and on your daughters, and have spoiled the Egyptians.'
