1. మరియు యిర్మీయా చెరసాల ప్రాకారములలో ఇంక ఉంచబడియుండగా యెహోవా వాక్కు రెండవసారి అతనికి ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. And there is a word of Jehovah unto Jeremiah a second time -- and he [is] yet detained in the court of the prison -- saying:

2. మాట నెరవేర్చు యెహోవా, స్థిరపరచవలెనని దాని నిర్మించు యెహోవా, యెహోవా అను నామము వహించినవాడే ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు

2. Thus said Jehovah its maker, Jehovah its former, at establishing it, Jehovah [is] His name:

3. నాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టుము నేను నీకు ఉత్తరమిచ్చెదను, నీవు గ్రహింపలేని గొప్ప సంగతులను గూఢమైన సంగతులను నీకు తెలియజేతును.

3. Call unto Me, and I do answer thee, yea, I declare to thee great and fenced things -- thou hast not known them.

4. ముట్టడిదిబ్బల దెబ్బకును ఖడ్గమునకును పట్టణములోని యిండ్లన్నియు యూదారాజుల నగరులును శిథిలమై పోయెనుగదా. వాటినిగూర్చి ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా

4. For thus said Jehovah, God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, that are broken down for the mounts, and for the tool;

5. కల్దీయులతో యుద్ధము చేసి, వారి చెడుతనమునుబట్టి ఈ పట్టణమునకు విముఖుడనైన నా మహాకోపముచేత హతులై, తమ కళేబరములతో కల్దీయులకు సంతృప్తికలిగించుటకై వారు వచ్చుచుండగా

5. they are coming in to fight with the Chaldeans, and to fill them with the carcases of men, whom I have smitten in Mine anger, and in My fury, and [for] whom I have hidden My face from this city, because of all their evil:

6. నేను దానికి ఆరోగ్యమును స్వస్థతను మరల రప్పించు చున్నాను, వారిని స్వస్థపరచుచున్నాను, వారికి సత్య సమాధానములను సమృద్ధిగా బయలుపరచెదను.

6. Lo, I am increasing to it health and cure, And have healed them, and revealed to them The abundance of peace and truth.

7. చెరలో నుండిన యూదావారిని ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని నేను రప్పించుచున్నాను, మొదట నుండినట్లు వారిని స్థాపించు చున్నాను.

7. And I have turned back the captivity of Judah, And the captivity of Israel, And I have built them as at the first,

8. వారు నాకు విరోధముగా చేసిన పాప దోషము నిలువకుండ వారిని పవిత్రపరతును, వారు నాకు విరోధముగాచేసిన దోషములన్నిటిని తిరుగుబాటులన్నిటిని క్షమించెదను.

8. And cleansed them from all their iniquity, That they have sinned against Me, And I have pardoned all their iniquities, That they have sinned against Me, And that they transgressed against Me.

9. భూజనులందరియెదుట వారు నాకిష్టమైన పేరుగాను స్తోత్రకారణముగాను ఘనతాస్పదముగాను ఉందురు, నేను వారికి చేయు సకల ఉపకారములను గూర్చిన వర్తమానమును జనులువిని నేను వారికి కలుగజేయు సమస్తక్షేమమును బట్టియు సమస్తమైన మేలును బట్టియు భయపడుచు దిగులు నొందుదురు.

9. And it hath been to Me for a name of joy, For praise, and for beauty, to all nations of the earth, Who hear of all the good that I am doing them, And they have feared, And they have trembled for all the good, And for all the peace, that I am doing to it.

10. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఇది పాడైపోయెను, దీనిలో నరులు లేరు నివాసులు లేరు, జంతువులు లేవు అని మీరు చెప్పు ఈ స్థలములోనే, మనుష్యులైనను నివాసులైనను జంతువులైనను లేక పాడైపోయిన యూదా పట్టణములలోనే, యెరూషలేము వీధులలోనే,

10. Thus said Jehovah: Again heard in this place of which ye are saying, Waste it [is], without man and without beast, In cities of Judah, and in streets of Jerusalem, That are desolated, without man, And without inhabitant, and without beast,

11. సంతోష స్వరమును ఆనంద శబ్దమును పెండ్లి కుమారుని స్వరమును పెండ్లికుమార్తె స్వర మునుయెహోవా మంచివాడు, ఆయన కృప నిరంతర ముండును, సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవాను స్తుతిం చుడి అని పలుకువారి స్వరమును మరల వినబడును; యెహోవా మందిరములోనికి స్తుతి యాగములను తీసికొని వచ్చువారి స్వరమును మరల వినబడును; మునుపటివలె ఉండుటకై చెరలోనున్న యీ దేశస్థులను నేను రప్పించు చున్నానని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు

11. Is a voice of joy and a voice of gladness, Voice of bridegroom, and voice of bride, The voice of those saying, Thank Jehovah of Hosts, for Jehovah [is] good, For His kindness [is] to the age, Who are bringing in thanksgiving to the house of Jehovah, For I turn back the captivity of the land, As at the first, said Jehovah.

12. సైన్యముల కధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు మనుష్యులైనను జంతువులైనను లేక పాడైయున్న యీ స్థలములోను దాని పట్టణములన్నిటిలోను గొఱ్ఱెల మందలను మేపుచు పరుండబెట్టు కాపరులుందురు.

12. Thus said Jehovah of Hosts: Again there is in this place -- that is waste, Without man and beast, And in all its cities -- a habitation of shepherds, Causing the flock to lie down.

13. మన్నెపు పట్టణములలోను మైదానపు పట్టణములలోను దక్షిణదేశపు పట్టణములలోను బెన్యామీను దేశములోను యెరూషలేము ప్రాంత స్థలములలోను యూదా పట్టణములలోను మందలు లెక్క పెట్టువారిచేత లెక్కింపబడునని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

13. In the cities of the hill-country, In the cities of the low country, And in the cities of the south, And in the land of Benjamin, And in the suburbs of Jerusalem, And in the cities of Judah, Again doth the flock pass by under the hands of the numberer, said Jehovah.

14. యెహోవా వాక్కు ఇదే ఇశ్రాయేలు వంశస్థులను గూర్చియు యూదా వంశస్థులనుగూర్చియు నేను చెప్పిన మంచి మాట నెరవేర్చు దినములు వచ్చుచున్నవి.

14. Lo, days are coming, an affirmation of Jehovah, And I have established the good word That I spake unto the house of Israel, And concerning the house of Judah.

15. ఆ దినములలో ఆ కాలమందే నేను దావీదునకు నీతిచిగురును మొలిపించెదను; అతడు భూమిమీద నీతి న్యాయములను అనుసరించి జరిగించును.

15. In those days, and at that time, I cause to shoot up to David a shoot of righteousness, And he hath done judgment and righteousness in the earth.

16. ఆ దినములలో యూదావారు రక్షింపబడుదురు. యెరూషలేము నివాసులు సురక్షితముగా నివసింతురు, యెహోవాయే మనకు నీతియని యెరూషలేమునకు పేరుపెట్టబడును.

16. In those days is Judah saved, And Jerusalem doth dwell confidently, And this [is] he whom Jehovah proclaimeth to her: 'Our Righteousness.'

17. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఇశ్రాయేలువారి సింహాసనముమీద కూర్చుండువాడొకడు దావీదునకుండక మానడు.

17. For thus said Jehovah: 'Not cut off to David is one sitting on the throne of the house of Israel,

18. ఎడతెగక దహనబలులను అర్పించుటకును నైవేద్యముల నర్పించుటకును బలులను అర్పించుటకును నా సన్నిధిని యాజకులైన లేవీయులలో ఒకడుండక మానడు.

18. And to the priests -- the Levites, Not cut off from before Me is one, Causing a burnt-offering to ascend, And perfuming a present, and making sacrifice -- all the days.'

19. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు యిర్మీయాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

19. And there is a word of Jehovah unto Jeremiah, saying,

20. యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చునదేమనగా దివారాత్రములు వాటి సమయములలో ఉండకపోవునట్లు నేను పగటికి చేసిన నిబంధనను రాత్రికి చేసిన నిబంధనను మీరు భంగము చేయకలిగిన యెడల

20. 'Thus said Jehovah: If ye do break My covenant of the day, And My covenant of the night, So that they are not daily and nightly in their season,

21. నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సింహాసనముమీద కూర్చుండి రాజ్యపరిపాలనచేయు కుమారుడు అతనికి ఉండక మానడని అతనితో నేను చేసిన నిబంధన వ్యర్థ మగును; మరియు నా పరిచారకులైన లేవీయులగు యాజకులతోను నేను చేసిన నా నిబంధన వ్యర్థమగును.

21. Also My covenant is broken with David My servant, So that he hath not a son reigning on his throne, And with the Levites the priests, My ministers.

22. ఆకాశ నక్షత్రములు లెక్కింప శక్యము కానట్టుగాను, సముద్రపు ఇసుకరేణువుల నెంచుట అసాధ్యమైనట్టుగాను, నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సంతానమును, నాకు పరిచర్యచేయు లేవీయులను లెక్కింప లేనంతగా నేను విస్తరింపజేయుదును.

22. As the host of the heavens is not numbered, Nor the sand of the sea measured, So I multiply the seed of David My servant, And the Levites My ministers.'

23. మరియు యెహోవావాక్కు యిర్మీయాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

23. And there is a word of Jehovah unto Jeremiah, saying:

24. తాను ఏర్పరచుకొనిన రెండు కుటుంబములను యెహోవా విసర్జించెననియు, నా ప్రజలు ఇకమీదట తమ యెదుట జనముగా ఉండరనియు వారిని తృణీకరించుచు ఈ జనులు చెప్పుకొను మాట నీకు వినబడుచున్నది గదా.

24. 'Hast thou not considered what this people have spoken, saying: The two families on which Jehovah fixed, He doth reject them, And my people they despise -- So that they are no more a people before them!

25. యెహోవా ఈ మాట సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు పగటినిగూర్చియు రాత్రినిగూర్చియు నేను చేసిన నిబంధన నిలకడగా ఉండని యెడల

25. Thus said Jehovah: If My covenant [is] not daily and nightly, The statutes of heaven and earth I have not appointed --

26. భూమ్యా కాశములనుగూర్చిన విధులను నియమించువాడను నేను కానియెడల, అబ్రాహాము ఇస్సాకు యాకోబుల సంతానమును ఏలుటకు అతని సంతాన సంబంధియైన యేలికను ఏర్పరచుకొనక నేను యాకోబు సంతానపువాడగు నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సంతానమును విసర్జింతును. నిశ్చయ ముగా నేను వారియెడల జాలిపడి చెరలోనుండి వారిని రప్పించెదను.

26. Also the seed of Jacob, and David My servant, I reject, Against taking from his seed rulers For the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, For I turn back [to] their captivity, and have pitied them.'
