1. బబులోనునుగూర్చియు కల్దీయుల దేశమునుగూర్చియు ప్రవక్తయైన యిర్మీయా ద్వారా యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన వాక్కు

1. This is the word which ADONAI spoke concerning Bavel, concerning the land of the Kasdim, through Yirmeyahu the prophet:

2. జనములలో ప్రకటించుడి సమాచారము తెలియ జేయుడి ధ్వజమునెత్తి మరుగుచేయక చాటించుడి బబులోను పట్టబడును బేలు అవమానము నొందును మెరోదకు నేల పడవేయబడును బబులోను విగ్రహములు అవమానము నొందును దాని బొమ్మలు బోర్లద్రోయబడును

2. 'Declare it among the nations, proclaim it! Hoist a banner, proclaim it, don't hide it! Say: 'Bavel is captured. Bel is shamed, M'rodakh disgraced, her images shamed, her idols disgraced.'

3. ఉత్తరదిక్కునుండి దానిమీదికి ఒక జనము వచ్చు చున్నది ఏ నివాసియు లేకుండ అది దాని దేశమును పాడు చేయును మనుష్యులేమి పశువులేమి అందరును పారిపోవుదురు అందరును తర్లిపోవుదురు.

3. For from the north a nation is marching against her that will desolate her land. No one will live there- both humans and animals have fled and gone.

4. ఆ కాలమున ఆనాటికి ఇశ్రాయేలువారును యూదా వారును కూడి వచ్చెదరు ఏడ్చుచు సాగుచు తమ దేవుడైన యెహోవాయొద్ద విచారించుటకై వచ్చెదరు

4. In those days, at that time,' says ADONAI, 'the people of Isra'el will come, together with the people of Y'hudah. They will weep as they go their way, seeking ADONAI their God.

5. ఎన్నటికిని మరువబడని నిత్యనిబంధన చేసికొని యెహోవాను కలిసికొందము రండని చెప్పుకొనుచు సీయోనుతట్టు అభిముఖులై ఆచ్చటికి వెళ్లు మార్గము ఏదని అడుగుచు వచ్చెదరు ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

5. They will ask the way to Tziyon; and, turning their faces toward it, will say, 'Come, join yourselves to ADONAI by an everlasting covenant never to be forgotten.'

6. నా ప్రజలు త్రోవతప్పిన గొఱ్ఱెలుగా ఉన్నారు వారి కాపరులు కొండలమీదికి వారిని తోలుకొని పోయి వారిని త్రోవ తప్పించిరి జనులు కొండకొండకు వెళ్లుచు తాము దిగవలసిన చోటు మరచిపోయిరి.

6. My people have been lost sheep. My shepherds made them go astray, turning them loose in the mountains. As they wandered from mountain to hill, they lost track of where their home is.

7. కనుగొనినవారందరు వారిని భక్షించుచు వచ్చిరి వారి శత్రువులు మేము అపరాధులము కాము వీరు న్యాయమునకు నివాసమును తమ పితరులకు నిరీక్షణాధారమునగు యెహోవామీద తిరుగుబాటు చేసినందున ఇది వారికి సంభవించెనని చెప్పుదురు.

7. Everyone finding them ate them up. Their enemies said, 'We aren't guilty; for they sinned against ADONAI, the resting place of justice; yes, against ADONAI, their ancestors' hope.'

8. బబులోనులోనుండి పారిపోవుడి కల్దీయులదేశములోనుండి బయలువెళ్లుడి మందలకు ముందు మేకపోతులు నడుచునట్లు ముందర నడువుడి.

8. Flee from Bavel! Leave the land of the Kasdim! Be like male goats leading the flock;

9. ఉత్తరదేశమునుండి మహాజనముల సమూహమును నేను రేపుచున్నాను బబులోనునకు విరోధముగా దానిని రప్పించుచున్నాను ఆ జనులు దానిమీదికి యుద్ధపంక్తులు తీర్చుచున్నారు వారి మధ్యనుండియే ఆమె పట్టబడును ప్రజ్ఞగల బలాఢ్యులు దోపుడుసొమ్ము పట్టుకొనక మరలని రీతిగా వారి బాణములు అమోఘములై తిరిగి రాకుండును.

9. for I will stir up and bring against Bavel an alliance of great nations from the country to the north. They will array themselves against her; from there she will be captured. Their arrows are like those of a death-dealing warrior; none will return in vain.

10. కల్దీయుల దేశము దోపుడుసొమ్మగును దాని దోచుకొను వారందరు సంతుష్టి నొందెదరు ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

10. The land of the Kasdim will be plundered; all who plunder it will get enough,' says ADONAI.

11. నా స్వాస్థ్యమును దోచుకొనువారలారా, సంతోషించుచు ఉత్సహించుచు నురిపిడిచేయుచు పెయ్యవలె గంతులువేయుచు బలమైన గుఱ్ఱములవలె మీరు సకిలించుచున్నారే?

11. 'Because you are glad, because you exult, you plunderers of my heritage; because you frisk like a calf in the grass and neigh like stallions;

12. మీ తల్లి బహుగా సిగ్గుపడును మిమ్మును కన్నది తెల్లబోవును ఇదిగో అది జనములన్నిటిలో అతినీచ జనమగును అది యెడారియు ఎండినభూమియు అడవియు నగును.

12. your mother will be utterly shamed, she who bore you will be disgraced. Here she is!- last among the nations, a desert, parched and barren.

13. యెహోవా రౌద్రమునుబట్టి అది నిర్జనమగును అది కేవలము పాడైపోవును బబులోను మార్గమున పోవువారందరు ఆశ్చర్యపడి దాని తెగుళ్లన్నియు చూచి ఆహా నీకీగతి పట్టినదా? అందురు

13. Because of the anger of ADONAI, no one will live there any more; all of it will be desolate. Everyone passing Bavel will whistle in shock at all her plagues.

14. ఆమె యెహోవాకు విరోధముగా పాపముచేసినది. విల్లు త్రొక్కువారలారా, మీరందరు బబులోనునకు విరోధముగా దాని చుట్టు యుద్ధపంక్తులు తీర్చుడి ఎడతెగక దానిమీద బాణములు వేయుడి

14. 'Take your positions surrounding Bavel, all you whose bows are strung; shoot at her, spare no arrows; because she sinned against ADONAI.

15. చుట్టు కూడి దానిని బట్టి కేకలువేయుడి అది లోబడ నొప్పుకొనుచున్నది దాని బురుజులు పడిపోవుచున్నవి దాని ప్రాకారములు విరుగగొట్టబడుచున్నవి ఇది యెహోవా చేయు ప్రతికారము. దానిమీద పగతీర్చుకొనుడి అది చేసినట్టే దానికి చేయుడి.

15. From all sides raise the war cry against her! Now she surrenders! Her buttresses fall, her walls are thrown down, for this is the vengeance of ADONAI. Avenge yourself on her! As she has done, do to her!

16. బబులోనులో నుండకుండ విత్తువారిని నిర్మూలము చేయుడి కోతకాలమున కొడవలి పట్టుకొనువారిని నిర్మూలము చేయుడి క్రూరమైన ఖడ్గమునకు భయపడి వారందరు తమ ప్రజలయొద్దకు వెళ్లుచున్నారు తమ తమ దేశములకు పారిపోవుచున్నారు.

16. Cut off the sower from Bavel and the reaper with sickle at harvest-time. For fear of the destroying sword everyone returns to his own people, each one flees to his own land.

17. ఇశ్రాయేలువారు చెదిరిపోయిన గొఱ్ఱెలు సింహములు వారిని తొలగగొట్టెను మొదట అష్షూరురాజు వారిని భక్షించెను కడపట బబులోను రాజైన యీ నెబుకద్రెజరు వారి యెముకలను నలుగగొట్టుచున్నాడు.

17. 'Isra'el is a stray lamb, driven away by lions. First to devour him was Ashur's king; and the last to break his bones is this N'vukhadretzar king of Bavel.'

18. కావున ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడును సైన్యముల కధిపతియునగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు అష్షూరు రాజును నేను దండించినట్లు బబులోనురాజును అతని దేశమును దండించెదను.

18. Therefore [ADONAI-Tzva'ot], the God of Isra'el, says: 'I will punish the king of Bavel and his land as I punished the king of Ashur.

19. ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని తమ మేతస్థలమునకు నేను తిరిగి రప్పించెదను వారు కర్మెలుమీదను బాషానుమీదను మేయుదురు ఎఫ్రాయిము కొండలమీదను గిలాదులోను మేయుచు సంతుష్టినొందును.

19. I will bring Isra'el back to his pasture, to graze on the Karmel and the Bashan, on the hills of Efrayim and in Gil'ad until he has his fill.

20. ఆ కాలమున ఆ నాటికి ఇశ్రాయేలు దోషమును వెదకినను అది కనబడకుండును. యూదా పాపములు వెదకిను అవి దొరుకవు శేషింపజేసినవారిని నేను క్షమించెదను ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

20. In those days, at that time,' says ADONAI, 'Isra'el's guilt will be sought, but there will be none, and Y'hudah's sins, but they won't be found; for I will pardon the remnant I leave.

21. దండెత్తి మెరాతయీయుల దేశముమీదికి పొమ్ము పెకోదీయుల దేశముమీదికి పొమ్ము వారిని హతముచేయుము వారు శాపగ్రస్తులని ప్రకటించుము నేను మీకిచ్చిన ఆజ్ఞ అంతటినిబట్టి చేయుము.

21. 'Attack the land of Meratayim; attack it and those living in P'kod. Waste them, utterly destroy them; do all I have ordered you,' says ADONAI.

22. ఆలకించుడి, దేశములో యుద్ధధ్వని వినబడుచున్నది అధిక నాశనధ్వని వినబడుచున్నది

22. 'The sound of battle is heard in the land, with great destruction!

23. సర్వభూమిని కొట్టుచున్న సమ్మెట తెగి బొత్తిగా విరుగ గొట్టబడెను అన్యజనులలో బబులోను బొత్తిగా పాడైపోయెను.

23. How the hammer of the whole earth lies hacked apart and shattered! What an object of horror among the nations Bavel has become!

24. బబులోనూ, నిన్ను పట్టుకొనుటకై బోను పెట్టి యున్నాను తెలియకయే నీవు పట్టబడియున్నావు యెహోవాతో నీవు యుద్ధముచేయ బూనుకొంటివి నీవు చిక్కుపడి పట్టబడియున్నావు.

24. I set a trap and caught you, Bavel, before you knew it. You were discovered and seized, because you challenged ADONAI.

25. కల్దీయులదేశములో ప్రభువును సైన్యములకధిపతియునగు యెహోవాకు పనియున్నది యెహోవా తన ఆయుధశాలను తెరచి కోపముతీర్చు తన ఆయుధములను వెలుపలికి తెచ్చు చున్నాడు.

25. ADONAI has opened his store of arms and brought out the weapons of his wrath; for [Adonai ELOHEI-Tzva'ot] has work to do in the land of the Kasdim.

26. నలుదిక్కులనుండి వచ్చి దానిమీద పడుడి దాని ధాన్యపుకొట్లను విప్పుడి కసవు కుప్పలువేసినట్లు దానిని కుప్పలువేయుడి శేషమేమియు లేకుండ నాశనము చేయుడి

26. Attack her from every direction! Open her stores of grain! Pile her up like heaps of grain; destroy her completely; leave nothing!

27. దాని యెడ్లన్నిటిని వధించుడి అవి వధకు పోవలెను అయ్యో, వారికి శ్రమ వారి దినము ఆసన్నమాయెను వారి దండనకాలము వచ్చెను.

27. Kill all her bulls! let them go down to be slaughtered! Woe to them! for their day has come, the time for them to be punished.'

28. ఆలకించుడి, పారిపోయి బబులోను దేశములోనుండి తప్పించుకొని వచ్చుచున్నవారి శబ్దము వినబడు చున్నది మన దేవుడగు యెహోవా చేయు ప్రతికార సమా చారమును తన ఆలయము విషయమై ఆయన చేయు ప్రతికార సమాచారమును సీయోనులో ప్రకటించుడి. వారు వచ్చుచున్నారు.

28. Hear the sound of the fugitives, of those escaping from Bavel, coming to proclaim in Tziyon the vengeance of ADONAI our God, vengeance over his temple.

29. బబులోనునకు రండని విలుకాండ్రమ పిలువుడి విల్లు త్రొక్కువారలారా, మీరందరు దానిచుట్టు దిగుడి. అది యెహోవామీద గర్వపడినది ఇశ్రాయేలు పరిశుద్ధునిమీద గర్వపడినది దానిలో నొకడును తప్పించుకొనకూడదు దాని క్రియలనుబట్టి దానికి ప్రతికారము చేయుడి అది చేసిన పనియంతటినిబట్టి దానికి ప్రతికారము చేయుడి.

29. 'Call up archers against Bavel, all whose bows are strung. Besiege her from every side, let no one escape. Repay her for her deeds; as she has done, do to her. For she insulted ADONAI, the Holy One of Isra'el.

30. కావున ఆ దినమున దాని ¸యౌవనస్థులు దాని వీధులలో కూలుదురు దాని యోధులందరు తుడిచివేయబడుదురు ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

30. This is why her young men will fall in her open places, why all her warriors will be silenced on that day,' says ADONAI.

31. ప్రభువును సైన్యములకధిపతియునగు యెహోవా వాక్కు ఇదే గర్విష్ఠుడా, నేను నీకు విరోధినై యున్నాను నీ దినము వచ్చుచున్నది నేను నిన్ను శిక్షించుకాలము వచ్చుచున్నది

31. 'I am against you, arrogant [[nation]],' says [Adonai ELOHEI-Tzva'ot]. 'For your day has come, the time for you to be punished.

32. గర్విష్ఠుడు తొట్రిల్లి కూలును అతని లేవనెత్తువాడెవడును లేకపోవును నేనతని పురములలో అగ్ని రాజబెట్టెదను అది అతని చుట్టుపట్టులన్నిటిని కాల్చివేయును.

32. The arrogant [[nation]] will stumble and fall, and no one will lift him up again. I will set his cities on fire, and it will devour everything around him.'

33. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఒకడును తప్పకుండ ఇశ్రాయేలువారును యూదా వారును బాధింపబడిరి వారిని చెరపెట్టినవారందరు వారిని గట్టిగా పట్టుకొను చున్నారు వారిని పోనిచ్చుటకు సమ్మతింపరు.

33. Thus says [ADONAI-Tzva'ot]: 'The people of Isra'el are oppressed, and so are the people of Y'hudah. Those who took them captive hold them fast; they refuse to let them go.

34. వారి విమోచకుడు బలవంతుడు సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా అని ఆయనకు పేరు భూమికి విశ్రాంతి కలుగజేయుటకును బబులోను నివాసులను కలవరపరచుటకును ఆయన బాగుగా వాదించి వారి వ్యాజ్యెమును కడ ముట్టించును.

34. But their redeemer is strong; [ADONAI-Tzva'ot] is his name. He will thoroughly plead their cause, so that he can give rest to the land but unrest to those who live in Bavel.

35. యెహోవా మాట యిదే కల్దీయులును బబులోను నివాసులును దాని అధిపతులును జ్ఞానులును కత్తిపాలగుదురు

35. ADONAI says, 'A sword hangs over the Kasdim, and over those who live in Bavel, over her leaders and over her sages.

36. ప్రగల్భములు పలుకువారు ఖడ్గవశులై పిచ్చివాండ్రగుదురు. బలాఢ్యులు నిర్మూలమగువరకు ఖడ్గము వారిమీద పడును

36. A sword hangs over the lying diviners; they will become fools. A sword hangs over her warriors; they will be disgraced.

37. ఖడ్గము వారి గుఱ్ఱములమీద పడును వారి రథముల మీద పడును ఖడ్గము వారిమీదికి దిగుటచేత దానిలోనున్న పరదేశులు స్త్రీలవంటివారగుదురు అది దాని నిధులమీద పడగా అవి దోచుకొనబడును.

37. A sword hangs over their horses, also over their chariots, also over the foreigners within her; they will become like women. A sword hangs over her treasures; they will be robbed.

38. నీళ్లకు ఎద్దడి తగులును అవి ఇంకిపోవును అది చెక్కబడిన విగ్రహములుగల దేశము జనులు భీకరప్రతిమలనుబట్టి పిచ్చిచేష్టలు చేయుదురు.

38. A drought hangs over her waters; they will be dried up. For this is a land of idols; they go mad over these horrors of theirs.

39. అందుచేతను అడవిపిల్లులును నక్కలును అక్కడ నివసించును నిప్పుకోళ్లును దానిలో నివాసముచేయును ఇకమీదట అది ఎన్నడును నివాసస్థలము కాకపోవును తరతరములు దానిలో ఎవరును కాపురముండరు.

39. 'Therefore wildcats and jackals will live there, and ostriches will settle there. It will never again be peopled, it will be uninhabited age after age;

40. యెహోవా వాక్కు ఇదే సొదొమను గొమొఱ్ఱాను వాటి సమీప పట్టణములను దేవుడు నాశనము చేసినప్పుడు జరిగిన రీతిగా ఎవడును అక్కడ కాపురముండకపోవును ఏ నరుడును దానిలో బసచేయడు.

40. as when God overthrew S'dom, 'Amora and their neighboring towns,' says ADONAI. 'No one will settle there any more, no human being will live there again.

41. జనులు ఉత్తరదిక్కునుండి వచ్చుచున్నారు మహాజనమును అనేక రాజులును భూదిగంతములనుండి రేపబడెదరు.

41. 'Look! A people is coming from the north; a great nation and many kings are being stirred up from the ends of the earth.

42. వారు వింటిని ఈటెను పట్టుకొని వచ్చెదరు వారు క్రూరులు జాలిపడనివారు వారి స్వరము సముద్రఘోషవలె ఉన్నది వారు గుఱ్ఱములను ఎక్కువారు బబులోను కుమారీ, ఒకడు యుద్ధపంక్తులు తీర్చు రీతిగా వారందరు నీమీద పంక్తులు తీర్చుచున్నారు.

42. They are armed with bow and spear; they are cruel, without compassion; their sound is like the roaring sea, as they ride forth on horses. Their men take their battle positions against you, daughter of Bavel.

43. బబులోనురాజు వారి సమాచారము విని దుర్బలు డాయెను అతనికి బాధ కలిగెను ప్రసవ స్త్రీ వేదనవంటి వేదన అతనికి సంభవించెను.

43. The king of Bavel has heard news of them; his hands droop, helpless. Anguish seizes hold of him and pain, like a woman in labor.

44. చిరకాల నివాసమును పట్టుకొనవలెనని శత్రువులు యొర్దాను ప్రవాహములో నుండి సింహము వలె వచ్చుచున్నారు నిమిషములోనే నేను వారిని దానియొద్దనుండి తోలి వేయుదును నేనెవని ఏర్పరతునో వానిని దానిమీద నియమించెదనునన్ను పోలియున్నవాడై నన్ను ఆక్షేపణచేయువాడేడి?నన్ను ఎదిరింపగల కాపరి ఏడి?

44. 'It will be like a lion coming up from the thickets of the Yarden against a strong settlement; in an instant I will chase him away and appoint over it whomever I choose. For who is like me? Who can call me to account? What shepherd can stand up to me?'

45. బబులోనునుగూర్చి యెహోవా చేసిన ఆలోచన వినుడి కల్దీయుల దేశమునుగూర్చి ఆయన ఉద్దేశించినది వినుడి నిశ్చయముగా మందలోని అల్పులైనవారిని వారు లాగు దురు నిశ్చయముగా వారినిబట్టి వారి నివాసస్థలము విస్మయ మొందును.

45. So hear the plan of ADONAI that he has devised against Bavel, and his goals that he will accomplish against the land of the Kasdim: the least of the flock will drag them away; their own pasture will be in shock at them.

46. బబులోను పట్టబడుచున్నదను సమాచారము విని భూమి కంపించుచున్నది జనములలో అంగలార్పు వినబడుచున్నది.

46. At the sound of Bavel's capture the earth quakes; their cry is heard throughout the nations.
