1. Zedekiah was one and twentie yeere olde when he began to reigne, and he reigned eleuen yeeres in Ierusalem, and his mothers name was Hamutal, the daughter of Ieremiah of Libnah.

2. యెహోయాకీము నడిచిన చెడ్డనడత ప్రకారముగా సిద్కియాయు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడ్డనడత నడిచెను.

2. And he did euil in the eyes of the Lord, according to all that Iehoiakim had done.

3. యెహోవా కోపపడి తనయెదుట నుండకుండ వారిని తోలివేయునంతగా ఆ చర్య యెరూషలేములోను యూదాలోను జరిగెను. సిద్కియా బబులోను రాజుమీద తిరుగుబాటుచేయగా

3. Doubtlesse because the wrath of the Lord was against Ierusalem and Iudah, till he had cast them out from his presence, therefore Zedekiah rebelled against the King of Babel.

4. అతని యేలుబడియందు తొమ్మిదవ సంవత్సరము పదియవ నెల పదియవ దినమున బబులోనురాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరు తన సైన్యమంతటితో యెరూషలేముమీదికి వచ్చి, దానికి ఎదురుగా దండు దిగినప్పుడు పట్టణమునకు చుట్టు కోటలు కట్టిరి.

4. But in the ninth yeere of his reigne, in the tenth moneth the tenth day of the moneth came Nebuchad-nezzar King of Babel, he and all his hoste against Ierusalem, and pitched against it, and buylt fortes against it round about.

5. ఆలాగు జరుగగా సిద్కియా యేలుబడియందు పదకొండవ సంవ త్సరమువరకు పట్టణము ముట్టడిలో నుంచబడెను.

5. So the citie was besieged vnto the eleuenth yeere of the King Zedekiah.

6. నాల్గవ నెల తొమ్మిదవ దినమున క్షామము పట్టణములో హెచ్చుగా నున్నప్పుడు దేశ ప్రజలకు ఆహారము లేకపోయెను.

6. Now in the fourth moneth, the ninth day of the moneth, the famine was sore in ye citie, so that there was no more bread for ye people of the land.

7. పట్టణప్రాకారములు పడగొట్టబడగా సైనికులందరు పారి పోయి రాజుతోటకు దాపైన రెండు గోడల మధ్యనున్న ద్వారపు మార్గమున రాత్రియందు పట్టణములోనుండి బయలు వెళ్లిరి; కల్దీయులు పట్టణమును చుట్టుకొని యుండగా సైనికులు యొర్దానునది మార్గముగా తర్లిపోయిరి.

7. Then the citie was broken vp and all the men of warre fled, and went out of the citie by night, by the way of the gate betweene the two walles, which was by the kings garden: (now the Caldeans were by the citie round about) and they went by the way of the wildernes.

8. కల్దీయుల దండు సిద్కియా రాజును తరిమి యెరికో మైదానములో అతని కలిసికొనగా అతని దండంతయు అతనియొద్దనుండి చెదరిపోయెను.

8. But the army of the Caldeans pursued after the king, and tooke Zedekiah in the desert of Iericho, and all his host was scattered from him.

9. వారు రాజును పట్టు కొని హమాతు దేశమునందలి రిబ్లాపట్టణమున నున్న బబు లోను రాజునొద్దకు అతని తీసికొనిపోగా అతడు అచ్చటనే సిద్కియా రాజునకు శిక్షవిధించెను.

9. Then they tooke the king and caryed him vp vnto the king of Babel to Riblah in the lande of Hamath, where he gaue iudgement vpon him.

10. బబులోను రాజు సిద్కియా కుమారులను అతని కన్నులయెదుట చంపించెను; మరియు అతడు రిబ్లాలో యూదా అధిపతుల నందరిని చంపించెను. బబులోను రాజు సిద్కియా కన్నులు ఊడ దీయించి

10. And the king of Babel slewe the sonnes of Zedekiah, before his eyes he slew also al ye princes of Iudah in Riblah.

11. Then he put out the eyes of Zedekiah, and the king of Babel bound him in chaines, and caried him to Babel, and put him in pryson till the day of his death.

12. అయిదవ నెల పదియవ దినమున, అనగా బబులోను రాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరు ఏలుబడియందు పందొమ్మిదవ సంవత్సరమున బబులోనురాజు ఎదుట నిలుచు నెబూజర దానను రాజదేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతి యెరూషలేమునకు వచ్చెను.

12. Now in the fift moneth in the tenth day of the moneth (which was the nineteenth yere of ye King Nebuchad-nezzar King of Babel) came Nebuzar-adan chiefe steward which stoode before the king of Babel in Ierusalem,

13. అతడు యెహోవా మందిరమును రాజునగరును యెరూషలేములోని గొప్పవారి యిండ్లనన్నిటిని కాల్చి వేసెను.

13. And burnt the House of the Lord, and the Kings house, and all the houses of Ierusalem, and all the great houses burnt he with fire.

14. మరియు రాజదేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతితోకూడ నుండిన కల్దీ యుల సేనాసంబంధులందరు యెరూషలేము చుట్టునున్న ప్రాకారములన్నిటిని పడగొట్టిరి

14. And al the armie of the Caldeans that were with the chiefe steward, brake downe all ye walles of Ierusalem round about.

15. మరియు రాజ దేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతియైన నెబూజరదాను ప్రజ లలో కడుబీదలైన కొందరిని, పట్టణములో శేషించిన కొదువ ప్రజలను, బబులోనురాజు పక్షము చేరినవారిని, గట్టి పనివారిలో శేషించినవారిని చెరగొని పోయెను.

15. Then Nebuzar-adan the chiefe steward caried away captiue certaine of the poore of the people, and the residue of the people that remayned in the citie, and those that were fled, and fallen to the king of Babel, with the rest of the multitude.

16. అయితే రాజదేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతియైన నెబూజర దాను ద్రాక్షావనములను చక్కపరచుటకును సేద్యము చేయుటకును కడుబీదలలో కొందరిని ఉండనిచ్చెను.

16. But Nebuzar-adan the chiefe steward left certaine of the poore of the lande, to dresse the vines, and to till the land.

17. మరియు యెహోవా మందిరములోనుండిన ఇత్తడి స్తంభ ములను మందిరములోనుండిన మట్లను ఇత్తడి సముద్రమును కల్దీయులు తునకలుగా కొట్టి ఆ ఇత్తడి అంతయు బబు లోనునకు గొనిపోయిరి.

17. Also the pillars of brasse that were in the House of the Lord, and the bases, and the brasen Sea, that was in the house of ye Lord, the Caldeans brake, and caried all the brasse of them to Babel.

18. అదియుగాక వారు బిందెలను కుండలను కత్తెరలను గిన్నెలను గరిటెలను యాజకులు సేవ చేయు ఇత్తడి ఉపకరణములన్నిటిని గొనిపోయిరి.

18. The pots also and the besomes, and the instruments of musicke, and the basins, and the incense dishes, and all the vessels of brasse wherewith they ministred, tooke they away.

19. మరియు పళ్లెములను ధూపార్తులను గిన్నెలను పాత్రలను, బంగారు వాటిని బంగారునకును వెండివాటిని వెండికిని చేర్చుకొని రాజదేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతి గొనిపోయెను.

19. And the bowles, and the ashpannes, and the basins, and the pots, and the candlestickes, and the incense dishes, and the cuppes, and all that was of golde, and that was of siluer, tooke the chiefe steward away,

20. రాజైన సొలొమోను యెహోవా మందిరమునకు చేయించిన రెండు స్తంభములను సముద్రమును మట్లక్రిందనుండిన పండ్రెండు ఇత్తడి వృషభములను గొనిపోయెను. వీటి కన్నిటికున్న ఇత్తడి యెత్తువేయుటకు అసాధ్యము.

20. With the two pillars, one Sea, and twelue brasen bulles, that were vnder the bases, which King Salomon had made in ye house of ye Lord: the brasse of all these vessels was without weight.

21. వాటిలో ఒక్కొక్క స్తంభము పదునెనిమిది మూరల యెత్తుగలది, పండ్రెండు మూరల నూలు దాని చుట్టు తిరుగును, దాని దళసరి నాలుగు వ్రేళ్లు; అది గుల్లది.

21. And concerning the pillars, the height of one pillar was eighteene cubites, and a threede of twelue cubites did compasse it, and the thicknesse thereof was foure fingers: it was holowe.

22. దానిమీద ఇత్తడి పైపీట యుండెను; ఒక్క పైపీట అయి దేసి మూరల ఎత్తుగలది, పైపీటకు చుట్టు అల్లిన వల అల్లి కయు దానిమ్మ పండ్లును ఉండెను; అవి యన్నియు ఇత్త డివి. ఈ స్తంభమునకును ఆ స్తంభమునకును ఆలాగుననే దానిమ్మ పండ్లుండెను.

22. And a chapiter of brasse was vpon it, and the height of one chapiter was fiue cubites with networke, and pomegranates vpon the chapiters round about, all of brasse: the seconde pillar also, and the pomegranates were like vnto these.

23. ప్రక్కలయందు తొంబదియారు దానిమ్మపండ్లుండెను; చుట్టు ఉండిన వల అల్లికమీద దానిమ్మపండ్లన్నియు నూరు.

23. And there were ninetie and sixe pomegranates on a side: and all the pomegranates vpon the net worke were an hundreth round about.

24. మరియు రాజదేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతి ప్రధానయాజకుడైన శెరాయాను రెండవ యాజకుడైన జెఫన్యాను ముగ్గురు ద్వారపాలకులను పట్టు కొనెను.

24. And the chiefe steward tooke Sheraiah the chiefe Priest, and Zephaniah the seconde Priest, and the three keepers of the doore.

25. అతడు పట్టణములోనుండి యోధులమీద నియ మింపబడిన యొక ఉద్యోగస్ధుని, పట్టణములో దొరికిన రాజసన్నిధిలో నిలుచు ఏడుగురు మనుష్యులను, దేశ సైన్యాధిపతియగు వానియొక్క లేఖరిని, పట్టణపు మధ్యను దొరికిన అరువదిమంది దేశప్రజలను పట్టుకొనెను.

25. Hee tooke also out of the citie an Eunuch, which had the ouersight of the men of warre, and seuen men that were in the Kings presence, which were founde in the citie, and Sopher captayne of the hoste who mustered the people of the lande, and threescore men of the people of the land, that were found in the middes of the citie.

26. రాజ దేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతియైన నెబూజరదాను వీరిని పట్టు కొని రిబ్లాలో నుండిన బబులోనురాజు నొద్దకు తీసికొని వచ్చెను.

26. Nebuzar-adan the chiefe stewarde tooke them, and brought them to the king of Babel to Riblah.

27. బబులోనురాజు హమాతుదేశమందలి రిబ్లాలో వారిని కొట్టించి చంపించి యూదా వారిని తమ దేశములో నుండి చెరగొనిపోయెను.

27. And the king of Babel smote them, and slewe them in Riblah, in the lande of Hamath: thus Iudah was caried away captiue out of his owne land.

28. నెబుకద్రెజరు తన యేలుబడి యందు ఏడవ సంవత్సరమున మూడువేల ఇరువది ముగ్గురు యూదులను చెరగొనిపోయెను

28. This is the people, whome Nebuchad-nezzar caried away captiue, in the seuenth yeere, euen three thousande Iewes, and three and twentie.

29. నెబుకద్రెజరు ఏలుబడి యందు పదునెనిమిదవ సంవత్సరమున అతడు యెరూష లేమునుండి ఎనిమిదివందల ముప్పది యిద్దరిని చెరగొని పోయెను.

29. In the eightenth yere of Nebuchad-nezzar he caried away captiue from Ierusalem eight hundreth thirtie and two persons.

30. నెబుకద్రెజరు ఏలుబడియందు ఇరువది మూడవ సంవత్సరమున రాజ దేహసంరక్షకుల యధిపతియగు నెబూజరదాను యూదులలో ఏడువందల నలుబది యయిదుగురు మనుష్యులను చెరగొనిపోయెను; ఆ మను ష్యుల వెరసి నాలుగువేల ఆరువందలు.

30. In the three and twentieth yeere of Nebuchad-nezzar, Nebuzar-adan the chiefe stewarde caried away captiue of the Iewes seuen hundreth fourtie and fiue persons: all the persons were foure thousand and sixe hundreth.

31. యూదారాజైన యెహోయాకీను చెరపట్టబడిన ముప్పది యేడవ సంవత్సరమున పండ్రెండవ నెల యిరువదియైదవ దినమున బబులోనురాజైన ఎవీల్మెరోదకు తన యేలుబడి యందు మొదటి సంవత్సరమున యూదారాజైన యెహో యాకీనునకు దయచూపి, బందీగృహములోనుండి అతని తెప్పించి

31. And in the seuen and thirtieth yeere of the captiuitie of Iehoiachin King of Iudah, in the twelfth moneth, in the fiue and twentieth day of the moneth, Euil-merodach King of Babel, in the first yeere of his reigne, lifted vp the head of Iehoiachin King of Iudah, and brought him out of pryson,

32. అతనితో దయగా మాటలాడి అతనితోకూడ బబులోనులోనుండు రాజుల సింహాసనముకంటె ఎత్తయిన సింహాసనము అతనికి నియమించెను.

32. And spake kindly vnto him, and set his throne aboue the throne of the Kings, that were with him in Babel,

33. And changed his pryson garmentes, and he did continually eate bread before him all the dayes of his life.

34. His porcion was a continuall portion giuen him of ye king of Babel, euery day a certaine, all the dayes of his life vntill he died.
