1. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

2. నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతో ఇట్లనుము ఒకడు విశేషమైన మ్రొక్కుబడి చేసినయెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలచొప్పున వారు యెహోవాకు దాని చెల్లింపవలెను.

2. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: `When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

3. నీవు నిర్ణయింపవలసిన వెల యేదనగా, ఇరువది ఏండ్లు మొదలుకొని అరువది ఏండ్ల వయస్సు వరకు మగవానికి పరిశుద్ధస్థలముయొక్క తులమువంటి యేబది తులముల వెండి నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

3. And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.

4. ఆడుదానికి ముప్పది తులములు నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

4. And if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirty shekels.

5. అయిదేండ్లు మొదలుకొని యిరువది ఏండ్లలోపలి వయస్సుగల మగవానికి ఇరువది తులముల వెలను, ఆడుదానికి పది తులముల వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

5. And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old then thy valuation shall be for the male twenty shekels and for the female ten shekels.

6. ఒక నెల మొదలుకొని అయిదేండ్లలోపలి వయస్సుగల మగవానికి అయిదు తులముల వెండి వెలను ఆడుదానికి మూడు తులముల వెండి వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

6. And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy valuation shall be for the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

7. అరువది ఏండ్ల ప్రాయము దాటిన మగవానికి పదునైదు తులముల వెలను ఆడుదానికి పది తులముల వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

7. And if it be from sixty years old and above, if it be a male, then thy valuation shall be fifteen shekels and for the female ten shekels.

8. ఒకడు నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలను చెల్లింపలేనంత బీదవాడైన యెడల అతడు యాజకుని యెదుట నిలువవలెను; అప్పుడు యాజకుడు అతని వెలను నిర్ణయించును. మ్రొక్కుకొనిన వాని కలిమి చొప్పున వానికి వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

8. But if he be poorer than thy valuation, then he shall present himself before the priest and the priest shall value him; according to his ability who vowed shall the priest value him.

9. యెహోవాకు అర్పణముగా అర్పించు పశువులలో ప్రతిదానిని యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితముగా ఎంచవలెను.

9. `And if it be a beast whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

10. అట్టిదానిని మార్చకూడదు; చెడ్డదానికి ప్రతిగా మంచిదానినైనను మంచిదానికి ప్రతిగా చెడ్డదానినైనను, ఒకదానికి ప్రతిగా వేరొకదానిని ఇయ్యకూడదు. పశువుకు పశువును మార్చినయెడల అదియు దానికి మారుగా ఇచ్చినదియు ప్రతిష్ఠితమగును.

10. He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a bad or a bad for a good; and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

11. జనులు యెహోవాకు అర్పింపకూడని అపవిత్ర జంతువులలో ఒకదానిని తెచ్చినయెడల ఆ జంతువును యాజకుని యెదుట నిలువబెట్టవలెను.

11. And if it be any unclean beast, which they do not offer as a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest.

12. అది మంచిదైతేనేమి చెడ్డదైతేనేమి యాజకుడు దాని వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను; యాజకుడవగు నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెల స్థిరమగును.

12. And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad; as thou, who art the priest, valuest it, so shall it be.

13. అయితే ఒకడు అట్టిదానిని విడిపింప గోరినయెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలలో అయిదవవంతు వానితో కలుపవలెను.

13. But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy valuation.

14. ఒకడు తన యిల్లు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమగుటకై దానిని ప్రతిష్ఠించినయెడల అది మంచిదైనను చెడ్డ దైనను యాజకుడు దాని వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను; యాజకుడు నిర్ణయించిన వెల స్థిరమగును.

14. `And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it be good or bad; as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

15. తన యిల్లు ప్రతిష్ఠించిన వాడు దాని విడిపింపగోరినయెడల అతడు నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలలో అయిదవవంతు దానితో కలుపవలెను; అప్పుడు ఆ యిల్లు అతనిదగును.

15. And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add a fifth part of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be his.

16. ఒకడు తన పిత్రార్జితమైన పొలములో కొంత యెహో వాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించినయెడల దాని చల్లబడు విత్తనముల కొల చొప్పున దాని వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను. పందుము యవల విత్తనములు ఏబది తులముల వెండి వెలగలది.

16. `And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy valuation shall be according to the seed thereof: a homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

17. అతడు సునాదసంవత్సరము మొదలుకొని తన పొలమును ప్రతి ష్ఠించినయెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించు వెల స్థిరము.

17. If he sanctify his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to thy valuation it shall stand.

18. సునాద సంవత్సరమైన తరువాత ఒకడు తన పొలమును ప్రతిష్ఠిం చినయెడల యాజకుడు మిగిలిన సంవత్సరముల లెక్క చొప్పున, అనగా మరుసటి సునాదసంవత్సరమువరకు వానికి వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను. నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలలో దాని వారడి తగ్గింపవలెను.

18. But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the Year of the Jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy valuation.

19. పొలమును ప్రతిష్ఠించినవాడు దాని విడిపింపగోరినయెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలలో అయిదవ వంతును అతడు దానితో కలుపవలెను. అప్పుడు అది అతనిదగును.

19. And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

20. అతడు ఆ పొలమును విడిపింపనియెడలను వేరొకనికి దాని అమ్మినయెడలను మరి ఎన్నటికిని దాని విడిపింప వీలుకాదు.

20. And if he will not redeem the field or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

21. ఆ పొలము సునాదసంవత్సరమున విడుదలకాగా అది ప్రతిష్ఠించిన పొలమువలె యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమగును; ఆ స్వాస్థ్యము యాజకునిదగును.

21. But the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

22. ఒకడు తాను కొనిన పొలమును, అనగా తన స్వాస్థ్యములో చేరనిదానిని యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించినయెడల

22. And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession,

23. యాజకుడు సునాదసంవత్సరమువరకు నిర్ణయించిన వెల చొప్పున అతనికి నియమింపవలెను. ఆ దినమందే నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెల మేరచొప్పున యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితముగా దాని చెల్లింపవలెను.

23. then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy valuation, even unto the Year of the Jubilee; and he shall give thy valuation on that day as a holy thing unto the LORD.

24. సునాదసంవత్సరమున ఆ భూమి యెవని పిత్రార్జితమైనదో వానికి, అనగా ఆ పొలమును అమ్మిన వానికి అది తిరిగిరావలెను.

24. In the Year of the Jubilee the field shall return unto him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

25. నీ వెలలన్నియు పరిశుద్ధ స్థలముయొక్క వెలచొప్పున నిర్ణయింపవలెను. ఒక తులము ఇరువది చిన్నములు.

25. And all thy valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26. అయితే జంతువులలో తొలిపిల్ల యెహోవాది గనుక యెవడును దాని ప్రతిష్ఠింపకూడదు; అది ఎద్దయిననేమి గొఱ్ఱెమేకల మందలోనిదైననేమి యెహోవాదగును.

26. `Only the firstborn of the beasts, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is the LORD'S.

27. అది అపవిత్రజంతువైనయెడల వాడు నీవు నిర్ణయించు వెలలో అయిదవవంతు దానితో కలిపి దాని విడిపింపవచ్చును. దాని విడిపింపనియెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలకు దాని అమ్మవలెను.

27. And if it is of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thy valuation and shall add a fifth part of it thereto; or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy valuation.

28. అయితే మనుష్యులలోగాని జంతువులలోగాని స్వాస్థ్య మైన పొలములలోగాని తనకు కలిగినవాటన్నిటిలో దేని నైనను ఒకడు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్టించినయెడల ప్రతిష్ఠించినదానిని అమ్మకూడదు, విడిపింపను కూడదు, ప్రతి ష్ఠించిన సమస్తము యెహోవాకు అతి పరిశుద్ధముగా ఉండును.

28. `Notwithstanding, no devoted thing that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

29. మనుష్యులు ప్రతిష్ఠించు వాటిలో దేనినైనను విడిపింపక హతము చేయవలెను.

29. None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death.

30. భూధాన్యములలోనేమి వృక్షఫలములోనేమి భూఫలములన్నిటిలో దశమభాగము యెహోవా సొమ్ము; అది యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమగును.

30. `And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S; it is holy unto the LORD.

31. ఒకడు తాను చెల్లింపవలసిన దశమభాగములలో దేనినైనను విడిపింప గోరినయెడల దానిలో అయిదవ వంతును దానితో కలుపవలెను.

31. And if a man will at all redeem aught of his tithes, he shall add thereto a fifth part thereof.

32. గోవులలోనేగాని గొఱ్ఱె మేకలలోనేగాని, కోలక్రింద నడుచునన్నిటిలో దశమభాగము ప్రతిష్ఠితమగును.

32. And concerning the tithe of the herd or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, a tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

33. అది మంచిదో చెడ్డదో పరిశోధింపకూడదు, దాని మార్చకూడదు. దాని మార్చినయెడల అదియు దానికి మారుగా నిచ్చినదియు ప్రతిష్ఠితములగును; అట్టిదాని విడిపింపకూడదని చెప్పుము.

33. He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it; and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.''

34. ఇవి యెహోవా సీనాయికొండమీద ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల కొరకు మోషేకు ఇచ్చిన ఆజ్ఞలు.

34. These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
