1. యెహోవా మోషే అహరోనులకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. ADONAI said to Moshe and Aharon,

2. యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞాపించిన ధర్మశాస్త్ర విధి యేదనగా, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు కళంకములేనిదియు మచ్చ లేనిదియు ఎప్పుడును కాడి మోయనిదియునైన యెఱ్ఱని పెయ్యను నీయొద్దకు తీసికొని రావలెనని వారితో చెప్పుము.

2. This is the regulation from the [Torah] which ADONAI has commanded. Tell the people of Isra'el to bring you a young red female cow without fault or defect and which has never borne a yoke.

3. మీరు యాజకుడైన ఎలియాజరుకు దానిని అప్పగింపవలెను. ఒకడు పాళెము వెలుపలికి దాని తోలు కొనిపోయి అతని యెదుట దానిని వధింపవలెను.

3. You are to give it to El'azar the [cohen]; it is to be brought outside the camp and slaughtered in front of him.

4. యాజకుడైన ఎలియాజరు దాని రక్తములోనిది కొంచెము వ్రేలితో తీసి ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారము ఎదుట ఆ రక్తములో కొంచెము ఏడుమారులు ప్రోక్షింపవలెను;

4. El'azar the [cohen] is to take some of its blood with his finger and sprinkle this blood toward the front of the tent of meeting seven times.

5. అతని కన్నుల ఎదుట ఒకడు ఆ పెయ్యను, దహింపవలెను. దాని చర్మమును మాంసమును రక్తమును పేడయును దహింప వలెను.

5. The heifer is to be burned to ashes before his eyes- its skin, meat, blood and dung is to be burned to ashes.

6. మరియు ఆ యాజకుడు దేవదారు కఱ్ఱను హిస్సోపును రక్తవర్ణపు నూలును తీసికొని, ఆ పెయ్యను కాల్చుచున్న అగ్నిలో వాటిని వేయవలెను.

6. The [cohen] is to take cedar-wood, hyssop and scarlet yarn and throw them onto the heifer as it is burning up.

7. అప్పుడు ఆ యాజకుడు తన బట్టలు ఉదుకుకొని నీళ్లతో శిర స్స్నానము చేసిన తరువాత పాళెములో ప్రవేశించి సాయంకాలమువరకు అపవిత్రుడై యుండును.

7. Then the [cohen] is to wash his clothes and himself in water, after which he may re-enter the camp; but the [cohen] will remain unclean until evening.

8. దాని దహించిన వాడు నీళ్లతో తన బట్టలు ఉదుకుకొని నీళ్లతో శిరస్స్నానము చేసి సాయంకాలమువరకు అపవిత్రుడై యుండును.

8. The person who burned up the heifer is to wash his clothes and himself in water, but he will remain unclean until evening.

9. మరియు పవిత్రుడైన యొకడు ఆ పెయ్య యొక్క భస్మమును పోగుచేసి పాళెము వెలుపలను పవిత్ర స్థలమందు ఉంచవలెను. పాపపరిహార జలముగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల సమాజమునకు దాని భద్రముచేయవలెను; అది పాపపరిహారార్థ బలి.

9. A man who is clean is to collect the ashes of the heifer and store them outside the camp in a clean place. They are to be kept for the community of the people of Isra'el to prepare water for purification from sin.

10. ఆ పెయ్యయొక్క భస్మమును పోగుచేసినవాడు తన బట్టలు ఉదుకుకొని సాయంకాలము వరకు అపవిత్రుడై యుండును. ఇది ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకును వారిలో నివసించు పరదేశులకును నిత్యమైన కట్టడ.

10. The one who collected the ashes of the heifer is to wash his clothes and be unclean until evening. For the people of Isra'el and for the foreigner staying with them this will be a permanent regulation.

11. ఏ నరశవమునైనను ముట్టిన వాడు ఏడు దినములు అపవిత్రుడై యుండును.

11. 'Anyone who touches a corpse, no matter whose dead body it is, will be unclean for seven days.

12. అతడు మూడవ దినమున ఆ జలముతో పాపశుద్ధి చేసికొని యేడవ దినమున పవిత్రుడగును. అయితే వాడు మూడవ దినమున పాపశుద్ధి చేసికొనని యడల ఏడవ దినమున పవిత్రుడుకాడు.

12. He must purify himself with [[these ashes]] on the third and seventh days; then he will be clean. But if he does not purify himself the third and seventh days, he will not be clean.

13. నరశవమును ముట్టినవాడు అట్లు పాపశుద్ధి చేసికొననియెడల వాడు యెహోవా మందిరమును అపవిత్రపరచువాడగును. ఆ మనుష్యుడు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలోనుండి కొట్టివేయబడును. పాపపరిహార జలము వానిమీద ప్రోక్షింపబడలేదు గనుక వాడు అపవిత్రుడు, వాని అపవిత్రత యింక వాని కుండును.

13. Anyone who touches a corpse, no matter whose dead body it is, and does not purify himself has defiled the tabernacle of ADONAI. That person will be cut off from Isra'el, because the water for purification was not sprinkled on him. He will be unclean; his uncleanness is still on him.

14. ఒకడు ఒక గుడారములో చచ్చినయెడల దానిగూర్చిన విధి యిది. ఆ గుడారములో ప్రవేశించు ప్రతివాడును ఆ గుడారములో నున్నది యావత్తును ఏడు దినములు అపవిత్రముగా నుండును.

14. 'This is the law: when a person dies in a tent, everyone who enters the tent and everything in the tent will be unclean for seven days.

15. మూత వేయబడక తెరచియున్న ప్రతిపాత్రయు అపవిత్రమగును.

15. Every open container without a cover closely attached is unclean.

16. బయట పొలములో ఖడ్గముతో నరకబడిన వానినైనను, శవము నైనను మనుష్యుని యెముకనైనను సమాధినైనను ముట్టువాడు ఏడు దినములు అపవిత్రుడై యుండును.

16. Also whoever is in an open field and touches a corpse, whether of someone killed by a weapon or of someone who died naturally, or the bone of a person, or a grave, will be unclean for seven days.

17. అప విత్రుని కొరకు వారు పాప పరిహారార్థమైన హోమభస్మము లోనిది కొంచెము తీసికొనవలెను; పాత్రలో వేయబడిన ఆ భస్మము మీద ఒకడు పారు నీళ్లు పోయవలెను.

17. 'For the unclean person they are to take some of the ashes of the animal burned up as a purification from sin and add them to fresh water in a container.

18. తరువాత పవిత్రుడైన యొకడు హిస్సోపు తీసికొని ఆ నీళ్లలో ముంచి, ఆ గుడారముమీదను దానిలోని సమస్త మైన ఉపకరణములమీదను అక్కడనున్న మనుష్యుల మీదను, ఎముకనే గాని నరకబడిన వానినేగాని శవమునే గాని సమాధినేగాని ముట్టినవాని మీదను దానిని ప్రోక్షింపవలెను.

18. A clean person is to take a bunch of hyssop leaves, dip it in the water and sprinkle it on the tent, on all the containers, on the people who were there, and on the person who touched the bone or the person killed or the one who died naturally or the grave.

19. మూడవ దినమున ఏడవ దినమున పవిత్రుడు అపవిత్రునిమీద దానిని ప్రోక్షింపవలెను. ఏడవ దినమున వాడు పాపశుద్ధి చేసికొని తన బట్టలు ఉదుకుకొని నీళ్లతో స్నానము చేసి సాయంకాలమున పవిత్రుడగును.

19. The clean person will sprinkle the unclean person on the third and seventh days. On the seventh day he will purify him; then he will wash his clothes and himself in water; and he will be clean at evening.

20. అపవిత్రుడు పాపశుద్ధిచేసికొనని యెడల అట్టి మనుష్యుడు సమాజములోనుండి కొట్టివేయబడును; వాడు యెహోవా పరిశుద్ధస్థలమును అపవిత్రపరచెను; పాపపరిహార జలము వానిమీద ప్రోక్షింపబడలేదు; వాడు అపవిత్రుడు.

20. The person who remains unclean and does not purify himself will be cut off from the community because he has defiled the sanctuary of [ADONAI.] The water for purification has not been sprinkled on him; he is unclean.

21. వారికి నిత్యమైన కట్టడ ఏదనగా, పాపపరిహార జలమును ప్రోక్షించువాడు తన బట్టలు ఉదుకుకొనవలెను; పాపపరిహార జలమును ముట్టువాడు సాయంకాలమువరకు అపవిత్రుడై యుండును; అపవిత్రుడు ముట్టునది యావత్తును అపవిత్రము.

21. This is to be a permanent regulation for them. The person who sprinkles the water for purification is to wash his clothes. Whoever touches the water for purification will be unclean until evening.

22. దాని ముట్టు మనుష్యులందరు సాయం కాలమువరకు అపవిత్రులై యుందురు.

22. Anything the unclean person touches will be unclean, and anyone who touches him will be unclean until evening.'
