1. The LORD gave Moses and Aaron the following instructions.

2. When the Israelites set up camp, each man will camp under the banner of his division and the flag of his own clan. The camp is to be set up all around the Tent.

3. సూర్యుడు ఉదయించు తూర్పు దిక్కున యూదా పాళెపు ధ్వజము గలవారు తమ తమ సేనలచొప్పున దిగవలెను. అమ్మినాదాబు కుమారుడైన నయస్సోను యూదా కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

3. On the east side, those under the banner of the division of Judah shall camp in their groups, under their leaders, as follows: (Tribe: Leader: Number); Judah: Nahshon son of Amminadab: 74,600; Issachar: Nethanel son of Zuar: 54,400; Zebulun: Eliab son of Helon: 57,400; Total: 186,400. The division of Judah shall march first.

7. అతని సమీపమున జెబూలూనుగోత్రికులుండవలెను. హేలోను కుమారుడైన ఏలీయాబు జెబూలూనీయులకు ప్రధానుడు.

8. అతని సేన, అనగా అతనివారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు ఏబదియేడువేల నాలుగు వందలమంది.

9. యూదా పాళెములో లెక్కింప బడిన వారందరు వారి సేనలచొప్పున లక్షయెనుబది యారు వేల నాలుగువందలమంది. వారు ముందర సాగి నడవవలెను.

10. రూబేను పాళెపు ధ్వజము వారి సేనలచొప్పున దక్షిణ దిక్కున ఉండవలెను. షెదేయూరు కుమారుడైన ఏలీసూరు రూబేను కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

10. On the south, those under the banner of the division of Reuben shall camp in their groups, under their leaders, as follows: (Tribe: Leader: Number); Reuben: Elizur son of Shedeur: 46,500; Simeon: Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai: 59,300; Gad: Eliasaph son of Deuel: 45,650; Total: 151,450. The division of Reuben shall march second.

14. అతని సమీపమున గాదు గోత్ర ముండవలెను. రగూయేలు కుమారుడైన ఎలీయా సాపు గాదు కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

15. అతని సేన, అనగా అతని వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు నలుబది యయిదు వేల ఆరువందల ఏబదిమంది.

16. రూబేను పాళె ములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారందరు వారి సేనలచొప్పున లక్షయేబది యొకవేయి నాలుగువందల ఏబదిమంది. వారు రెండవతెగలో సాగినడవవలెను.

17. ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారము లేవీయుల పాళెముతో పాళెముల నడుమను సాగి నడవవలెను. వారెట్లు దిగుదురో అట్లే తమ తమ ధ్వజములనుబట్టి ప్రతివాడును తన తన వరుసలో సాగి నడవవలెను.

17. Then, between the first two divisions and the last two the Levites are to march carrying the Tent. Each division shall march in the same order as they camp, each in position under its banner.

18. ఎఫ్రాయిము సేనలచొప్పున వారి పాళెపుధ్వజము పడమటిదిక్కున ఉండవలెను. అమీహూదు కుమారు డైన ఎలీషామా ఎఫ్రాయిము కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

18. On the west, those under the banner of the division of Ephraim shall camp in their groups, under their leaders, as follows: (Tribe: Leader: Number); Ephraim: Elishama son of Ammihud: 40,500; Manasseh: Gamaliel son of Pedahzur: 32,200; Benjamin: Abidan son of Gideoni: 35,400; Total: 108,100. The division of Ephraim shall march third.

22. అతని సమీపమున బెన్యామీను గోత్రముండవలెను. గిద్యోనీ కుమారుడైన అబీదాను బెన్యామీను కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

23. అతని సేన, అనగా అతని వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు ముప్పది యయిదువేల నాలుగు వందలమంది.

24. ఎఫ్రాయిము పాళె ములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారందరు వారి సేనలచొప్పున లక్షయెనిమిదివేల నూరుమంది. వారు మూడవగుంపులో సాగి నడవవలెను.

25. దాను పాళెపుధ్వజము వారి సేనలచొప్పున ఉత్తర దిక్కున ఉండవలెను. అమీషదాయి కుమారుడైన అహీ యెజెరు దాను కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

25. On the north, those under the banner of the division of Dan shall camp in their groups, under their leaders, as follows: (Tribe: Leader: Number); Dan: Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai: 62,700; Asher: Pagiel son of Ochran: 41,500; Naphtali: Ahira son of En: 53,400; Total: 157,600. The division of Dan shall march last.

26. అతని సేన, అనగా అతనివారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు అరువది రెండు వేల ఏడువందలమంది.

28. అతని సేన, అనగా అతని వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు నలుబదియొకవేయి ఐదువందలమంది.

29. అతని సమీపమున నఫ్తాలి గోత్రికు లుండవలెను. ఏనాను కుమారుడైన అహీర నఫ్తాలి కుమారులకు ప్రధానుడు.

30. అతని సేన, అనగా అతని వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు ఏబదిమూడువేల నాలుగువందల మంది.

31. దాను పాళెములో లెక్కింపబడినవారందరు లక్ష యేబదియేడువేల ఆరువందలమంది. వారు తమ ధ్వజముల ప్రకారము కడపటి గుంపులో నడవవలెను.

32. వీరు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబ ముల ప్రకారము లెక్కింపబడినవారు. తమ తమ సేనల చొప్పున తమ తమ పాళెములలో లెక్కింపబడినవారందరు ఆరులక్షల మూడువేల ఐదువందల ఏబదిమంది.

32. The total number of the people of Israel enrolled in the divisions, group by group, was 603,550.

33. అయితే యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు లేవీయులు ఇశ్రా యేలీయులలో తమ్మును లెక్కించుకొనలేదు.

33. As the LORD had commanded Moses, the Levites were not registered with the rest of the Israelites.

34. అట్లు ఇశ్రా యేలీయులు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు సమస్త మును చేసిరి. అట్లు వారు తమ తమ వంశములచొప్పునను తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను ప్రతివాడు తన తన ధ్వజమునుబట్టి దిగుచు సాగుచు నుండిరి.

34. So the people of Israel did everything the LORD had commanded Moses. They camped, each under his own banner, and they marched, each with his own clan.
