1. The Lord spoke to Moses. He said,

2. 'Give the people of Israel a command. Tell them, 'You are going to enter Canaan. The land will be given to you as your own. Here are the borders it will have.

3. ' 'Your southern border will include some of the Desert of Zin. It will be along the border of Edom. On the east, your southern border will start from the end of the Dead Sea.

4. మీ దక్షిణపు సరిహద్దు ఉప్పు సముద్రము యొక్క తూర్పు తీరమువరకు ఉండును. మీ సరిహద్దు దక్షిణము మొదలుకొని అక్రబ్బీము కనమయొద్ద తిరిగి సీనువరకు వ్యాపించును. అది దక్షిణమునుండి కాదేషు బర్నేయవరకు వ్యాపించి, అక్కడనుండి హసరద్దారువరకు పోయి, అక్కడనుండి అస్మోనువరకు సాగును.

4. It will cross south of Scorpion Pass. It will continue on to Zin. From there it will go south of Kadesh Barnea. Then it will go to Hazar Addar and over to Azmon.

5. There it will turn and join the Wadi of Egypt. It will come to an end at the Mediterranean Sea.

6. ' 'Your western border will be the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. That will be your border on the west.

7. ' 'For your northern border, run a line from the Mediterranean Sea to Mount Hor.

8. హోరు కొండ యొద్దనుండి హమాతునకు పోవుమార్గము వరకు ఏర్పరచుకొనవలెను. ఆ సరిహద్దు సెదాదువరకు వ్యాపించును.

8. Continue it from Mount Hor to Lebo Hamath. Then the border will go to Zedad.

9. అక్కడనుండి సరిహద్దు జిప్రోనువరకు వ్యాపించును, దాని చివర హసరేనానునొద్ద ఉండును. అది మీకు ఉత్తరపు సరిహద్దు.

9. It will continue to Ziphron. It will come to an end at Hazar Enan. That will be your border on the north.

10. ' 'For your eastern border, run a line from Hazar Enan to Shepham.

11. The border will go down from Shepham to Riblah. Riblah is on the east side of Ain. From there the border will continue along the slopes east of the Sea of Galilee.

12. ఆ సరిహద్దు యొర్దాను నది వరకు దిగి ఉప్పు సముద్రముదనుక వ్యాపిం చును. ఆదేశము చుట్టునున్న సరిహద్దుల మధ్యనున్న దేశము మీదై యుండునని వారి కాజ్ఞాపించుము.

12. Then the border will go down along the Jordan River. It will come to an end at the Dead Sea. ' 'That will be your land. And those will be its borders on every side.' '

13. మోషే ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతోమీరు చీట్లచేత పొంద బోవుచున్న దేశము ఇది. యెహోవా తొమ్మిది గోత్రములకును అర్ధగోత్రమునకును దీని నియ్యవలెనని ఆజ్ఞాపించెను;

13. Moses gave the people of Israel a command. He said, 'Use lots when you give out the land. Each tribe will have its own share. The Lord has ordered it to be given to the nine and a half tribes.

14. ఏలయనగా తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబముల ప్రకారము రూబేనీయులును గాదీయులును తమ తమ స్వాస్థ్యముల నొందిరి.

14. 'The families of the tribes of Reuben and Gad have already received their shares. The families of half of the tribe of Manasseh have also received their share.

15. మనష్షే అర్ధగోత్రపువారు తమ స్వాస్థ్యము నొందిరి. ఆ రెండు గోత్రపువారును అర్ధ గోత్రపువారును సూర్యోదయ దిక్కున, అనగా తూర్పు దిక్కున యెరికోయొద్ద యొర్దాను ఇవతల తమ తమ స్వాస్థ్యములను పొందిరని చెప్పెను.

15. Those two and a half tribes have received their shares east of the Jordan River. It flows near Jericho. Their land is toward the sunrise.'

16. The Lord spoke to Moses. He said,

17. 'Here are the names of the men who will give out the shares of the land to your people. They are the priest Eleazar and Joshua, the son of Nun.

18. మరియు ఆ దేశమును మీకు స్వాస్థ్యముగా పంచిపెట్టుటకు ప్రతి గోత్రములో ఒక్కొక ప్రధానుని ఏర్పరచుకొనవలెను.

18. Also appoint one leader from each tribe to help give out the land.

19. Here are their names. 'Caleb, the son of Jephunneh, is from the tribe of Judah.

20. షిమ్యోనీయుల గోత్రములో అమీహూదు కుమారుడైన షెమూయేలు,

20. Shemuel, the son of Ammihud, is from the tribe of Simeon.

21. బెన్యామీనీయుల గోత్రములో కిస్లోను కుమారుడైన ఎలీదాదు.

21. Elidad, the son of Kislon, is from the tribe of Benjamin.

22. దానీయుల గోత్రములో యొగ్లి కుమారుడైన బుక్కీ ప్రధాని,

22. Bukki, the son of Jogli, is the leader from the tribe of Dan.

23. యోసేపు పుత్రులలో ఏఫోదు కుమారుడైన హన్నీయేలు మనష్షీయుల గోత్రప్రధాని,

23. Hanniel, the son of Ephod, is the leader from the tribe of Manasseh. Manasseh was the son of Joseph.

24. ఎఫ్రాయిమీయుల గోత్రములో షిప్తాను కుమారుడైన కెమూయేలు ప్రధాని,

24. Kemuel, the son of Shiphtan, is the leader from the tribe of Ephraim. Ephraim was the son of Joseph.

25. జెబూలూనీయుల గోత్రములో పర్నాకు కుమారుడైన ఎలీషాపాను ప్రధాని,

25. Elizaphan, the son of Parnach, is the leader from the tribe of Zebulun.

26. ఇశ్శాఖారీయుల గోత్రములో అజాను కుమారుడైన పల్తీయేలు ప్రధాని,

26. Paltiel, the son of Azzan, is the leader from the tribe of Issachar.

27. ఆషేరీయుల గోత్రములో షెలోమి కుమారుడైన అహీహూదు ప్రధాని.

27. Ahihud, the son of Shelomi, is the leader from the tribe of Asher.

28. నఫ్తాలీయుల గోత్రములో అమీహూదు కుమారుడైన పెదహేలు ప్రధాని.

28. Pedahel, the son of Ammihud, is the leader from the tribe of Naphtali.'

29. కనాను దేశములో ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు వారి వారి స్వాస్థ్యములను పంచిపెట్టుటకు యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞాపించినవారు వీరే.

29. Those are the men the Lord commanded to give out the shares of the land. They were commanded to give them to Israel in the land of Canaan.
