1. యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెనునీవు అహరోనుతో

1. And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

2. నీవు దీపములను వెలిగించునప్పుడు ఆ యేడు దీపముల వెలుగు దీపవృక్షమునకు ముందు పడునట్లు వాటిని వెలిగింపవలెనని చెప్పుమనెను. అహరోను ఆలాగు చేసెను.

2. Speak to Aaron and say to him, When you go up with the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light in the front of the lampstand.

3. యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు అతడు దీపవృక్షమునకు ఎదురుగా దాని దీపములను వెలిగించెను.

3. And Aaron did so. He went up with its lamps in front of the lampstand, as Jehovah commanded Moses.

4. ఆ దీపవృక్షము బంగారు నకిషిపనిగలది; అది దాని స్తంభము మొదలు కొని పుష్పములవరకు నకిషిపనిగలది; యెహోవా కనుపరచిన మాదిరినిబట్టి మోషే ఆ దీపవృక్షమును చేయించెను.

4. And this was the work of the lampstand: hammered work of gold to its base, and to its flowers; it was hammered work, according to the pattern which Jehovah caused Moses to see. So he made the lampstand.

5. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలోనుండి

5. And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

6. లేవీయులను ప్రత్యే కించి వారిని పవిత్రపరచుము.

6. Take the Levites from among the sons of Israel and cleanse them.

7. వారిని పవిత్రపరచుటకు నీవు వారికి చేయవలసినదేమనగా, వారిమీద పాపపరిహా రార్థజలమును ప్రోక్షింపుము; అప్పుడు వారు మంగలి కత్తితో తమ శరీరమంతయు గొరిగించుకొని

7. And thus you will do to them to cleanse them: sprinkle water of sin offering on them. And they shall make a razor pass over all their flesh and wash their garments and cleanse themselves.

8. తమ బట్టలు ఉదుకుకొని పవిత్రపరచు కొనిన తరువాత వారు ఒక కోడెను దాని నైవేద్యమును, అనగా తైలముతో కలిసిన గోధమపిండిని తేవలెను. నీవు పాపపరిహారార్థబలిగా మరియొక కోడెను తీసికొని రావలెను.

8. And they shall take a bull, a son of the herd, and its food offering, flour mixed with oil, and a second bull, a son of the herd, you shall take for a sin offering.

9. అప్పుడు నీవు ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారము ఎదుటికి లేవీయులను తోడుకొని వచ్చి ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల సర్వసమాజమును పోగుచేయ వలెను.

9. And you shall bring the Levites near before the tabernacle of the congregation. And you shall assemble all the company of the sons of Israel.

10. నీవు యెహోవా సన్నిధికి లేవీయులను తోడు కొనివచ్చిన తరువాత ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు తమ చేతులను ఆ లేవీయులమీద ఉంచవలెను.

10. And you shall bring the Levites before Jehovah; and the sons of Israel shall lay their hands on the Levites.

11. లేవీయులు యెహోవా సేవచేయు వారవుటకు అహరోనును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులును ప్రతిష్ఠార్పణముగా వారిని యెహోవా సన్నిధిని ప్రతిష్ఠింప వలెను.

11. And Aaron shall wave the Levites as a wave offering before Jehovah, from the sons of Israel, that they may serve at the service of Jehovah.

12. లేవీయులు ఆ కోడెల తలలమీద తమ చేతు లుంచిన తరువాత నీవు లేవీయుల నిమిత్తము ప్రాయశ్చి త్తము చేయునట్లు యెహోవాకు వాటిలో ఒకదానిని పాపపరిహారార్థ బలిగాను రెండవ దానిని దహనబలిగాను అర్పించి

12. And the Levites shall lay their hands on the head of the bulls. And you shall offer the one for a sin offering, and one a burnt offering to Jehovah, to atone for the Levites.

13. అహరోను ఎదుటను అతని కుమారుల యెదుటను లేవీయులను నిలువబెట్టి యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠార్పణముగా వారిని అర్పింపవలెను.

13. And you shall cause the Levites to stand before Aaron and before his sons, and shall wave them as a wave offering to Jehovah.

14. అట్లు నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో నుండి లేవీయులను వేరుపరచవలెను; లేవీయులు నావారై యుందురు.

14. And you shall separate the Levites from the midst of the sons of Israel, and the Levites shall become Mine.

15. తరువాత నీవు వారిని పవిత్రపరచి ప్రతి ష్ఠార్పణముగా వారిని అర్పించినప్పుడు లేవీయులు ప్రత్య క్షపు గుడారములో సేవచేయుటకై లోపలికి వెళ్లవచ్చును.

15. And afterward the Levites shall come in to serve the tabernacle of the congregation; and you shall cleanse them, and shall wave them, a wave offering.

16. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో వారు నా వశము చేయ బడినవారు; తొలిచూలియైన ప్రతివానికిని, అనగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయు లలో ప్రథమ సంతానమంతటికిని ప్రతిగా వారిని నేను తీసికొనియున్నాను.

16. For they are wholly given to Me from among the sons of Israel; instead of the one who opens any womb, the first-born of all, from the sons of Israel. I have taken them to Myself.

17. ఏలయనగా మనుష్యులలోను పశు వులలోను ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో తొలిచూలియైనది యావత్తును నాది; ఐగుప్తుదేశములో తొలిచూలియైన ప్రతివానిని నేను సంహరించిననాడు వారిని నాకొరకు ప్రతిష్ఠించు కొంటిని.

17. For every first-born among the sons of Israel among man and among animal, is Mine. I set them apart for Myself in the day I smote every first-born in the land of Egypt.

18. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో తొలిచూలియైన ప్రతివానికి మారుగా లేవీయులను తీసికొని యున్నాను.

18. And I take the Levites instead of every first-born among the sons of Israel.

19. మరియు ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో ఇశ్రా యేలీయుల నిమిత్తము సేవచేయుటకును ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల నిమిత్తము ప్రాయశ్చిత్తము చేయుటకును, ఇశ్రాయేలీయు లలో లేవీయులను అహరోనుకును అతని కుమారులకును ఇచ్చి అప్పగించియున్నాను. అందువలన ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు పరిశుద్ధమందిరమునకు సమీపించునప్పుడు ఏ తెగులైనను ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు సంభవింపకపోవును అని చెప్పెను.

19. And I have given the Levites as given to Aaron and to his sons from the midst of the sons of Israel to serve in the service of the sons of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to atone for the sons of Israel, and there shall not be a plague among the sons of Israel to the sons of Israel by coming near to the sanctuary.

20. అప్పుడు మోషే అహరోనులును ఇశ్రాయేలీ యుల సర్వసమాజము యెహోవా లేవీయులనుగూర్చి మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన సమస్తమునుబట్టి లేవీయులయెడల చేసిరి; ఇశ్రాయేలీ యులు వారికి అట్లేచేసిరి.

20. And Moses and Aaron, and all the congregation of the sons of Israel, did to the Levites according to all that Jehovah had commanded Moses concerning the Levites; so the sons of Israel did to them.

21. లేవీయులు తమ్మును పవిత్రపరచుకొని తమ బట్టలు ఉదుకుకొనిన తరు వాత అహరోను యెహోవా సన్నిధిని ప్రతిష్ఠార్పణముగా వారిని అర్పించెను. వారిని పవిత్రపరచుటకు అహరోను వారినిమిత్తము ప్రాయశ్చిత్తము చేసెను.

21. And the Levites cleansed themselves, and washed their garments. And Aaron waved them as a wave offering before Jehovah; and Aaron atoned for them, to cleanse them.

22. తరువాత లేవీ యులు అహరోను ఎదుటను అతని కుమారుల యెదుటను ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో సేవచేయుటకు లోపలికి వెళ్లిరి. యెహోవా లేవీయులను గూర్చి మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు అతడు వారియెడల చేసెను.

22. And afterward the Levites went in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation, before Aaron and before his sons; as Jehovah commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so they did to them.

23. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెనుఇది లేవీయులనుగూర్చిన విధి.

23. And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

24. ఇరువదియైదేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పైప్రాయముగల ప్రతివాడును ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారముయొక్క సేవలో పని చేయుటకు రావలెను.

24. This is that which pertains to the Levites: from twenty five years old and upward he shall go in to do the service and the works of the tabernacle of the congregation.

25. అయితే ఏబది ఏండ్ల వయస్సు పొందిన పిమ్మట వారు ఆ పని మాని ఊరకుండవలెను.

25. And from a son of fifty years they shall return from the service of the work, and shall not serve any more.

26. వారు కాపాడవలసినవాటిని కాపాడుటకు ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో తమ గోత్రపువారితో కూడ పరిచర్య చేయ వలెనుగాని పనిచేయవలదు. లేవీయులు కాపాడవలసిన వాటివిషయము నీవు వారికి ఆలాగు నియమింపవలెను.

26. But he shall serve with his brothers in the tabernacle of the congregation, to keep the charge; only he shall not serve at a service. So you shall do to the Levites concerning their charge.
