1. అటు తరువాత యూదులు ఆయనను చంప వెదకి నందున యేసు యూదయలో సంచరించనొల్లక గలిలయలో సంచరించుచుండెను.

1. And, after these things, Jesus was walking in Galilee; for he was not wishing, in Judaea, to be walking, because the Jews were seeking to slay him.

2. But the feast of the Jews was near, that of the pitching of tents.

3. ఆయన సహోదరులు ఆయనను చూచినీవు చేయుచున్న క్రియలు నీ శిష్యులును చూచునట్లు ఈ స్థలము విడిచి యూదయకు వెళ్లుము.

3. His brethren, therefore, said unto him Remove hence, and withdraw into Judaea, that, thy disciples also, may view thy works which thou art doing.

4. బహిరంగమున అంగీకరింపబడ గోరువాడెవడును తన పని రహస్యమున జరిగింపడు. నీవు ఈ కార్యములు చేయుచున్నయెడల నిన్ను నీవే లోకమునకు కనబరచుకొనుమని చెప్పిరి.

4. For, no one, anything in secret, doeth, and yet is seeking, himself, to be well-known. If, these things, thou art doing, manifest thyself unto the world.

5. ఆయన సహోదరులైనను ఆయనయందు విశ్వాసముంచలేదు.

5. For, not even his brethren, were believing on him.

6. యేసు నా సమయ మింకను రాలేదు; మీ సమయమెల్లప్పుడును సిద్ధముగానే యున్నది.

6. Jesus, therefore, saith unto them My season, not yet, is here; but, your season, at anytime, is ready:

7. లోకము మిమ్మును ద్వేషింపనేరదుగాని, దాని క్రియలు చెడ్డవని నేను దానినిగూర్చి సాక్ష్యమిచ్చు చున్నాను గనుక అది నన్ను ద్వేషించుచున్నది.

7. The world cannot hate you; but, me, it hateth, because, I, bear witness concerning it, that, the works thereof, are, wicked.

8. మీరు పండుగకు వెళ్లుడి; నా సమయమింకను పరిపూర్ణము కాలేదు గనుక నేను ఈ పండుగకు ఇప్పుడే వెళ్లనని వారితో చెప్పెను.

8. Ye, go up unto the feast: I, not yet, am coming up unto this feast, because, my season, not yet, hath fully come.

9. ఆయన వారితో ఈలాగున చెప్పి గలిలయలో నిలిచిపోయెను.

9. And, these things, having said unto them, he was still abiding in Galilee.

10. అయితే ఆయన సహోదరులు పండుగకు వెళ్లిపోయిన తరువాత ఆయనకూడ బహిరంగముగా వెళ్లక రహస్యముగా వెళ్లెను.

10. But, when his brethren had gone up unto the feast, then, he also, went up, not openly, but as it were in secret.

11. పండుగలో యూదులు ఆయన ఎక్కడనని ఆయనను వెదకుచుండిరి.

11. The Jews, therefore, were seeking him in the feast, and were saying Where is that one?

12. మరియు జనసమూహములలో ఆయననుగూర్చి గొప్ప సణుగు పుట్టెను; కొందరాయన మంచివాడనిరి; మరికొందరుకాడు, ఆయన జనులను మోసపుచ్చువాడనిరి;

12. and there was great, murmuring, about him among the multitudes: some, indeed, were saying Good, is he! but , others, were saying Not so! but he is leading the multitude astray.

13. అయితే యూదులకు భయపడి ఆయనను గూర్చి యెవడును బహిరంగముగా మాటలాడలేదు.

13. No one, nevertheless, was speaking, openly, about him, because of their fear of the Jews.

14. సగము పండుగైనప్పుడు యేసు దేవాలయములోనికి వెళ్లి బోధించుచుండెను.

14. Presently, however, the feast being at its height, Jesus went up unto the temple and was teaching.

15. యూదులు అందుకు ఆశ్చర్యపడి చదువుకొనని ఇతనికి ఈ పాండిత్యమెట్లు వచ్చెనని చెప్పుకొనిరి.

15. The Jews, therefore, began to marvel, saying How, doth this one know, letters, not having learned?

16. అందుకు యేసు నేను చేయు బోధ నాది కాదు; నన్ను పంపినవానిదే.

16. Jesus, therefore, answered them, and said My teaching, is not mine, but his who sent me.

17. ఎవడైనను ఆయన చిత్తము చొప్పున చేయ నిశ్చయించుకొనినయెడల, ఆ బోధ దేవునివలన కలిగినదో, లేక నా యంతట నేనే బోధించు చున్నానో, వాడు తెలిసికొనును.

17. If any one intend, his will, to do, he shall get to know concerning the teaching whether it is, of God, or, I, from myself, am speaking,

18. తనంతట తానే బోధించువాడు స్వకీయ మహిమను వెదకును గాని తన్ను పంపినవాని మహి మను వెదకువాడు సత్యవంతుడు, ఆయన యందు ఏ దుర్నీతియులేదు.

18. He that, from himself, doth speak, his own glory, is seeking: he that seeketh the glory of him that sent him, the same, is, true, and, injustice, in him, is there none.

19. మోషే మీకు ధర్మశాస్త్రము ఇయ్యలేదా? అయినను మీలో ఎవడును ఆ ధర్మశాస్త్ర మును గైకొనడు; మీరెందుకు నన్ను చంప జూచుచున్నారని వారితో చెప్పెను.

19. Did not, Moses, give you the law? And yet, not one of you, doeth the law! Why, seek ye, to slay, me?

20. అందుకు జనసమూహము నీవు దయ్యము పట్టినవాడవు, ఎవడు నిన్ను చంప జూచుచున్నాడని అడుగగా

20. The multitude answered A demon, thou hast: Who, is seeking, to slay, thee?

21. యేసు వారిని చూచి నేను ఒక కార్యము చేసితిని; అందుకు మీరందరు ఆశ్చర్యపడు చున్నారు.

21. Jesus answered, and said unto them One work, I did, and ye, all, are marvelling:

22. మోషే మీకు సున్నతి సంస్కారమును నియమించెను, ఈ సంస్కారము మోషేవలన కలిగినది కాదు, పితరులవలననే కలిగినది. అయినను విశ్రాంతిదినమున మీరు మనుష్యునికి సున్నతి చేయు చున్నారు.

22. For this cause, Moses, hath given you, circumcision, not that, of Moses, it is, but of the fathers; and, on Sabbath, ye circumcise a man.

23. మోషే ధర్మ శాస్త్రము మీరకుండునట్లు ఒక మనుష్యుడు విశ్రాంతి దినమున సున్నతిపొందును గదా. ఇట్లుండగా నేను విశ్రాంతి దినమున ఒక మనుష్యుని పూర్ణస్వస్థతగల వానిగా చేసినందుకు మీరు నామీద ఆగ్రహపడు చున్నారేమి?

23. If, circumcision, a man receiveth, on Sabbath, that the law of Moses may not be broken, with me, are ye bitter as gall, because, a whole man, I made, well, on Sabbath?

24. వెలిచూపునుబట్టి తీర్పు తీర్చక న్యాయమైన తీర్పు తీర్చుడనెను.

24. Be not judging according to appearance, but, just judgment, be judging,

25. యెరూషలేమువారిలో కొందరు వారు చంప వెదకు వాడు ఈయనే కాడా?

25. So then, some of them of Jerusalem were saying Is not, this, he whom they are seeking to kill?

26. ఇదిగో ఈయన బహిరంగముగా మాటలాడుచున్నను ఈయనను ఏమనరు; ఈయన క్రీస్తని అధికారులు నిజముగా తెలిసికొనియుందురా?

26. And yet, see! with freedom of speech, he is talking, and, nothing, unto him, do they say: Have the rulers perhaps come to know, of a truth, that, this, is, the Christ?

27. అయినను ఈయన ఎక్కడి వాడో యెరుగుదుము; క్రీస్తు వచ్చునప్పుడు ఆయన యెక్కడివాడో యెవడును ఎరుగడని చెప్పుకొనిరి.

27. But, as for this one, we know whence he is; The Christ, however, whensoever he shall come, no one, getteth to know whence he is.

28. కాగా యేసు దేవాలయములో బోధించుచుమీరు నన్నెరుగుదురు; నేనెక్కడివాడనో యెరుగుదురు; నా యంతట నేనే రాలేదు, నన్ను పంపినవాడు సత్యవంతుడు, ఆయనను మీరెరుగరు.

28. Jesus, therefore, cried aloud in the temple, teaching, and saying Both me, ye know, and ye know whence I am, and yet, of myself, have I not come, but he is real, who sent me, whom, ye, know not.

29. నేను ఆయన యొద్దనుండి వచ్చితిని;ఆయన నన్ను పంపెను గనుక నేను ఆయనను ఎరుగుదునని బిగ్గరగా చెప్పెను.

29. I, know him, because, from him, I am, and, he, sent me forth.

30. అందుకు వారాయనను పట్టుకొన యత్నముచేసిరి గాని ఆయన గడియ యింకను రాలేదు గనుక ఎవడును ఆయనను పట్టు కొనలేదు.

30. They were seeking therefore to seize him; and yet no one laid on him his hand, because, not yet, had come his hour.

31. మరియు జనసమూహములో అనేకులు ఆయనయందు విశ్వాసముంచిక్రీస్తు వచ్చునప్పుడు ఈయన చేసినవాటి కంటె ఎక్కువైన సూచక క్రియలు చేయునా అని చెప్పుకొనిరి.

31. But, from amongst the multitude, many, believed on him, and were saying The Christ, whensoever he cometh, greater signs, will he do, than those which, this one, did?

32. జనసమూహము ఆయనను గూర్చి యీలాగు సణుగుకొనుట పరిసయ్యులు వినినప్పుడు, ప్రధానయాజకులును పరిసయ్యులును ఆయనను పట్టుకొనుటకు బంట్రౌతులను పంపిరి.

32. The Pharisees hearkened unto the multitude murmuring concerning him these things; and the High-priests and the Pharisees sent forth officers, that they might seize him.

33. యేసు ఇంక కొంతకాలము నేను మీతోకూడ నుందును; తరువాత నన్ను పంపినవానియొద్దకు వెళ్లుదును;

33. Jesus, therefore, said Yet a little time, I am, with you, and withdraw unto him that sent me:

34. మీరు నన్ను వెదకుదురు గాని నన్ను కనుగొనరు, నేనెక్కడ ఉందునో అక్కడికి మీరు రాలేరనెను.

34. Ye shall seek me, and not find me, and, where, I, am, ye, cannot come.

35. అందుకు యూదులుమనము ఈయనను కనుగొనకుండునట్లు ఈయన ఎక్కడికి వెళ్లబోవుచున్నాడు? గ్రీసుదేశస్థులలో చెదరిపోయిన వారియొద్దకు వెళ్లి గ్రీసుదేశస్థులకు బోధించునా?

35. The Jews, therefore, said unto themselves Whither, is, this one, about to go, that we shall not find him? Unto the dispersion of the Greeks, is he about to go, and teach the Greeks?

36. నన్ను వెదకుదురు గాని కనుగొనరు, నేనెక్కడ ఉందునో అక్కడికి మీరు రాలేరని ఆయన చెప్పిన యీ మాట ఏమిటో అని తమలోతాము చెప్పుకొనుచుండిరి.

36. What, is this which he said: Ye shall seek me and not find me, and, where, I, am, ye, cannot come?

37. ఆ పండుగలో మహాదినమైన అంత్యదినమున యేసు నిలిచిఎవడైనను దప్పిగొనిన యెడల నాయొద్దకు వచ్చి దప్పి తీర్చుకొనవలెను.

37. Now, on the last the great day of the feast, Jesus was standing, and he cried aloud, saying If any man thirst, let him come unto me and drink:

38. నాయందు విశ్వాసముంచు వాడెవడో లేఖనము చెప్పినట్టు వాని కడుపులోనుండి జీవ జలనదులు పారునని బిగ్గరగా చెప్పెను.

38. He that believeth on me just as said the Scripture, River, from within him, shall flow, of living water.

39. తనయందు విశ్వాసముంచువారు పొంద బోవు ఆత్మనుగూర్చి ఆయన ఈ మాట చెప్పెను. యేసు ఇంకను మహిమపరచబడలేదు గనుక ఆత్మ ఇంకను అనుగ్రహింపబడియుండలేదు.

39. Now, this, spake he concerning the Spirit which they who believed on him were about to receive; for, not yet, was there Spirit, because, Jesus, not yet, was glorified!

41. Others, were saying This, is, the Christ. But, others, were saying Out of Galilee, is, the Christ, to come?

43. A division, therefore, arose in the multitude, because of him.

44. వారిలో కొందరు ఆయనను పట్టుకొన దలచిరి గాని యెవడును ఆయనను పట్టుకొనలేదు.

44. Certain, indeed, from among them, were wishing to seize him; but, no one, thrust upon him his hands.

45. ఆ బంట్రౌతులు ప్రధానయాజకులయొద్దకును పరిసయ్యులయొద్దకును వచ్చినప్పుడు వారుఎందుకు మీ రాయ నను తీసికొని రాలేదని అడుగగా

45. So then the officers came unto the High-priests and Pharisees, and, they, said unto them For what cause, have ye not brought him?

46. ఆ బంట్రౌతులు ఆ మనుష్యుడు మాటలాడినట్లు ఎవడును ఎన్నడును మాట లాడలేదనిరి.

46. The officers answered Never, man spake thus!

47. అందుకు పరిసయ్యులు మీరుకూడ మోస పోతిరా?

47. The Pharisees, therefore, answered them Surely, ye also, have not been led astray?

48. అధికారులలో గాని పరిసయ్యులలో గాని యెవడైనను ఆయనయందు విశ్వాసముంచెనా?

48. Surely, none of the rulers, hath believed in him, nor of the Pharisees?

49. అయితే ధర్మశాస్త్ర మెరుగని యీ జనసమూహము శాపగ్రస్తమైనదని వారితో అనిరి.

49. But, this multitude, that take no note of the law, are, laid under a curse.

50. అంతకుమునుపు ఆయనయొద్దకు వచ్చిన నీకొదేము వారిలో ఒకడు.

50. Nicodemus saith unto them he that came unto him formerly, being, one, from among them

51. అతడు ఒక మనుష్యుని మాట వినకమునుపును, వాడు చేసినది తెలిసికొనక మునుపును, మన ధర్మశాస్త్రము అతనికి తీర్పు తీర్చునా అని అడుగగా

51. Surely, our law, doth not judge the man, unless it hear first from him, and get to know what he is doing?

52. వారు నీవును గలిలయుడవా? విచారించి చూడుము, గలిలయలో ఏ ప్రవక్తయు పుట్టడనిరి.

52. They answered and said unto him Surely, thou also, art not, of Galilee? Search and see! That, out of Galilee, a prophet is not to arise.
