1. ఈ హేతువుచేత అన్యజనులైన మీనిమిత్తము క్రీస్తు యేసుయొక్క ఖైదీనైన పౌలను నేను ప్రార్థించుచున్నాను.

1. For this cause, I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus in behalf of you the nations:

2. మీకొరకు నాకనుగ్రహింపబడిన దేవుని కృపవిషయమైన యేర్పాటును గూర్చి మీరు వినియున్నారు.

2. If at least ye have heard of the administration of the favour of God which hath been given unto me for you,

3. ఎట్లనగాక్రీస్తు మర్మము దేవదర్శనమువలన నాకు తెలియపరచ బడినదను సంగతినిగూర్చి మునుపు సంక్షేపముగా వ్రాసి తిని.

3. How that , by way of revelation, was made known unto me the sacred secret, even as I before wrote in brief,

4. మీరు దానిని చదివినయెడల దానినిబట్టి ఆ క్రీస్తు మర్మమునుగూర్చి నాకు కలిగిన జ్ఞానము గ్రహించుకొన గలరు.

4. Respecting which ye can, by reading, perceive my discernment in the sacred secret of the Christ,

5. ఈ మర్మమిప్పుడు ఆత్మమూలముగా దేవుని పరిశుద్ధులగు అపొస్తలులకును ప్రవక్తలకును బయలుపరచబడి యున్నట్టుగా పూర్వకాలములయందు మనుష్యులకు తెలియ పరచబడలేదు.

5. Which, in other generations, had not been made known unto the sons of men, as it hath, now, been revealed by his holy apostles and prophets, in Spirit;

6. ఈ మర్మమేదనగా అన్యజనులు, సువార్తవలన క్రీస్తుయేసునందు, యూదులతోపాటు సమానవారసులును, ఒక శరీరమందలి సాటి అవయవ ములును, వాగ్దానములో పాలివారలునై యున్నారను నదియే.

6. That they who are of the nations should be joint heirs, and a joint body, and joint partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through means of the glad-message,

7. దేవుడు కార్యకారియగు తన శక్తినిబట్టి నాకు అనుగ్రహించిన కృపావరము చొప్పున నేను ఆ సువార్తకు పరిచారకుడనైతిని.

7. Of which I was made a minister, according to the free-gift of the favour of God which was given unto me, according to the energy of his power:

8. దేవుడు మన ప్రభువైన క్రీస్తు యేసునందు చేసిన నిత్యసంకల్పము చొప్పున,

8. Unto me the less than least of all saints, was given this favour, unto the nations, to announce the glad-message of the untraceable riches of the Christ,

9. పరలోకములో ప్రధానులకును అధికారులకును, సంఘముద్వారా తనయొక్క నానావిధమైన జ్ఞానము ఇప్పుడు తెలియబడ వలెనని ఉద్దేశించి,

9. And to bring to light what is the administration of the sacred secret which had been hidden away from the ages in God, who did all things create:

10. శోధింపశక్యము కాని క్రీస్తు ఐశ్వర్య మును అన్యజనులలో ప్రకటించుటకును,

10. In order that now, unto the principalities and the authorities in the heavenlies, might be made known, through means of the assembly, the manifold wisdom of God,

11. సమస్తమును సృష్టించిన దేవునియందు పూర్వకాలమునుండి మరుగై యున్న ఆ మర్మమునుగూర్చిన యేర్పాటు ఎట్టిదో అందరి కిని తేటపరచుటకును, పరిశుద్ధులందరిలో అత్యల్పుడనైన నాకు ఈ కృప అనుగ్రహించెను.

11. According to a plan of the ages which he made in the anointed Jesus our Lord,

12. ఆయనయందలి విశ్వాసముచేత ధైర్యమును నిర్భయమైన ప్రవేశమును ఆయననుబట్టి మనకు కలిగియున్నవి.

12. In whom we have our freedom of speech and introduction with assurance, through the faith of him;

13. కాబట్టి మీ నిమిత్తమై నాకు వచ్చిన శ్రమలను చూచి మీరు అధైర్యపడవద్దని వేడుకొనుచున్నాను, ఇవి మీకు మహిమ కరములైయున్నవి.

13. Wherefore I request, that there be no fainting in my tribulations in your behalf, the which is your glory;

14. ఈ హేతువుచేత పరలోకమునందును, భూమిమీదను ఉన్న ప్రతి కుటుంబము ఏ తండ్రినిబట్టి కుటుంబమని పిలువబడుచున్నదో ఆ తండ్రియెదుట నేను మోకాళ్లూని

14. For this cause, I bow my knees unto the Father,

15. మీరు అంతరంగ పురుషునియందు శక్తికలిగి ఆయన ఆత్మ వలన బలపరచబడునట్లుగాను,

15. From whom every fatherhood in the heavens and upon the earth is named,

16. క్రీస్తు మీ హృదయములలో విశ్వాసముద్వారా నివసించునట్లుగాను,

16. In order that he may give unto you according to his glorious riches, with power, to be strengthened, through his Spirit, in the inner man,

17. తన మహిమైశ్వ ర్యముచొప్పున మీకు దయచేయవలెననియు,

17. That the Christ may dwell, through means of your faith, in your hearts, in love, having become rooted and founded,

18. మీరు దేవుని సంపూర్ణతయందు పూర్ణులగునట్లుగా, ప్రేమయందు వేరు పారి స్థిరపడి, సమస్త పరిశుద్ధులతో కూడ దాని వెడల్పు పొడుగు లోతు ఎత్తు ఎంతో గ్రహించుకొనుటకును,

18. In order that ye may be mighty enough to grasp firmly, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and depth and height,

19. జ్ఞానమునకు మించిన క్రీస్తు ప్రేమను తెలిసికొనుటకును తగిన శక్తిగలవారు కావలెననియు ప్రార్థించుచున్నాను.

19. To get to know, also, the knowledge-surpassing, love of the Christ, in order that ye may be filled unto all the fulness of God:

20. మనలో కార్యసాధకమైన తన శక్తి చొప్పున మనము అడుగువాటన్నిటికంటెను, ఊహించువాటన్నిటికంటెను అత్యధికముగా చేయ శక్తిగల దేవునికి,

20. Now, unto him who is able to do, above all things, exceeding abundantly above the things which we ask or conceive, according to the power which doth energise itself within us,

21. క్రీస్తుయేసు మూలముగా సంఘములో తరతరములు సదాకాలము మహిమ కలుగునుగాక. ఆమేన్‌.

21. Unto him, be the glory, in the assembly, and in Christ Jesus unto all the generations of the age of ages; Amen:
