1. దావీదును అతని జనులును మూడవ దినమందు సిక్లగునకు వచ్చిరి; అంతలో అమాలేకీయులు దండెత్తి దక్షిణ దేశముమీదను సిక్లగుమీదను పడి, కొట్టి దానిని తగులబెట్టి,

1. After that Iesus wet about in Galile and wolde not go about in Iewry for the Iewes sought to kill him.

2. ఘనులనేమి అల్పులనేమి అందులోనున్న ఆడువారందరిని చెరపట్టుకొని చంపక వారిని తీసికొని వెళ్లిపోయి యుండిరి.

2. The Iewes tabernacle feast was at honde.

3. దావీదును అతని జనులును పట్టణమునకు వచ్చి అది కాల్చబడియుండుటయు, తమ భార్యలును కుమారులును కుమార్తెలును చెరలోనికి కొని పోబడి యుండుటయు చూచి

3. His brethren therfore sayde vnto him: get ye hence and go into Iewry yt thy disciples maye se thy workes yt thou doest.

4. ఇక ఏడ్చుటకు శక్తిలేక పోవునంత బిగ్గరగా ఏడ్చిరి.

4. For ther is no man yt doeth eny thing secretly and he him selfe seketh to be knowen. Yf thou do soche thinges shewe thy selfe to the worlde.

5. యజ్రెయేలీయురాలైన అహీనోయము, కర్మెలీయుడైన నాబాలు భార్యయయిన అబీగయీలు అను దావీదు ఇద్దరు భార్యలును చెరలోనికి కొనిపోబడగా చూచి

5. For as yet his brethre beleved not in him.

6. దావీదు మిక్కిలి దుఃఖపడెను. మరియు తమ తమ కుమారులను బట్టియు కుమార్తెలను బట్టియు జనులకందరికి ప్రాణము విసికినందున రాళ్లు రువి్వ దావీదును చంపుదము రండని వారు చెప్పు కొనగా దావీదు తన దేవుడైన యెహోవానుబట్టి ధైర్యము తెచ్చుకొనెను.

6. Then Iesus sayd vnto them: My tyme is not yet come youre tyme is all waye redy.

7. పమ్మట దావీదు ఏఫోదు తెమ్మని యాజ కుడగు అహీ మెలెకు కుమారుడైన అబ్యాతారుతో చెప్పగా అబ్యాతారు ఏఫోదును దావీదు నొద్దకు తీసికొనివచ్చెను.

7. The worlde canot hate you. Me it hateth: because I testify of it that the workes of it are evyll.

8. నేను ఈ దండును తరిమినయెడల దాని కలిసికొందునా అని యెహోవా యొద్ద దావీదు విచారణచేయగా యెహోవాతరుము, నిశ్చయముగా నీవు వారిని కలిసికొని తప్పక నీవారినందరిని దక్కించుకొందువని సెల విచ్చెను.

8. Go ye vp vnto this feast. I will not go vp yet vnto this feast for my tyme is not yet full come.

9. కాబట్టి దావీదు అతనియొద్దనున్న ఆరువందల మంది యును బయలుదేరి బెసోరు వాగుగట్టుకు రాగా వారిలో రెండువందల మంది వెనుక దిగవిడువబడిరి.

9. These wordes he sayde vnto them and abode still in Galile.

10. దావీదును నాలుగువందల మందియును ఇంక తరుముచు పోయిరి గాని ఆ రెండువందల మంది అలసట పడి బెసోరు వాగు దాటలేక ఆగిరి. ఆ నాలుగు వందలమంది పోవు చుండగా

10. But assone as his brethren were goone vp then went he also vp vnto the feast: not openly but as it were prevely.

11. పొలములో ఒక ఐగుప్తీయుడు కనబడెను. వారు దావీదునొద్దకు వాని తోడుకొనివచ్చి, వాడు మూడు రాత్రింబగళ్లు అన్నపానము లేమియు పుచ్చు కొనలేదని తెలిసికొని, వానికి భోజనము పెట్టి దాహమిచ్చి అంజూరపు అడలోని ముక్కను రెండు ద్రాక్షగెలలను వానికిచ్చిరి.

11. Then sought him the Iewes at ye feast and sayde: Where is he?

12. వాడు భోజనము చేసిన తరువాత వాని ప్రాణము తెప్పరిల్లగా

12. And moche murmurynge was ther of him amonge the people. Some sayde: He is good. Wother sayde naye but he deceaveth the people.

13. దావీదు నీవు ఏ దేశపువాడవు? ఎక్కడనుండి వచ్చితివని వాని నడిగెను. అందుకు వాడునేను ఐగుప్తీయుడనై పుట్టి అమాలేకీయుడైన యొకనికి దాసుడనైతిని; మూడు దినముల క్రిందట నేను కాయిలా పడగా నా యజమానుడు నన్ను విడిచిపెట్టి పోయెను.

13. How be it no ma spake openly of him for feare of the Iewes

14. మేము దండెత్తి కెరేతీయుల దక్షిణ దేశమునకును యూదా దేశమునకును కాలేబు దక్షిణ దేశమునకును వచ్చి వాటిని దోచుకొని సిక్లగును కాల్చివేసితిమని చెప్పెను.

14. In ye middes of the feast Iesus went vp into the temple and taught.

15. ఆ దండును కలిసికొనుటకై నీవు నాకు దోవచూపుదువా అని దావీదు వాని నడుగగా వాడునేను నిన్ను చంపననియు నీ యజమానుని వశము చేయననియు దేవునిబట్టి నీవు నాకు ప్రమాణము చేసినయెడల ఆ దండును కలిసి కొనుటకు నీకు దోవచూపుదుననెను.

15. And the Iewes marveylled sayinge: How knoweth he ye scriptures seynge yt he never learned?

16. తరువాత వాడు వారి దగ్గరకు దావీదును నడిపింపగా, ఫిలిష్తీయుల దేశము లోనుండియు యూదా దేశములోనుండియు తాముదోచి తెచ్చికొనిన సొమ్ముతో తులదూగుచు, వారు ఆ ప్రదేశమంతట చెదిరి అన్నపానములు పుచ్చుకొనుచు ఆటపాటలు సలుపుచుండిరి.

16. Iesus answered them and sayde: My doctrine is not myne: but his that sent me.

17. దావీదు సంగతిని గ్రహించి సంధ్యవేళ మొదలుకొని మరునాటి సాయంత్రమువరకు వారిని హతము చేయుచుండగా, ఒంటెలమీద ఎక్కిపారి పోయిన నాలుగువందల మంది ¸యౌవనులు తప్ప తప్పించుకొనినవాడు ఒకడును లేకపోయెను.

17. If eny man will do his will he shall knowe of the doctrine whether it be of God or whether I speake of my selfe.

18. ఈలాగున దావీదు అమాలేకీయులు దోచుకొని పోయిన దానంతటిని తిరిగి తెచ్చుకొనెను. మరియు అతడు తన యిద్దరు భార్యలను రక్షించెను.

18. He that speaketh of him selfe seketh his awne prayse. But he that seketh his prayse that sent him the same is true and no vnrightewesnes is in him.

19. కుమారులేమి కుమార్తెలేమి దోపుడు సొమ్మేమి వారు ఎత్తికొనిపోయిన దానంతటిలో కొద్దిదేమి గొప్పదేమి యేదియు తక్కువకాకుండ దావీదు సమస్తమును రక్షించెను.

19. Dyd not Moses geve you a lawe and yet none of you kepeth ye lawe? Why goo ye aboute to kyll me?

20. మరియు దావీదు అమాలేకీయుల గొఱ్ఱెలన్నిటిని గొడ్లన్నిటిని పట్టుకొనెను. ఇవి దావీదునకు దోపుడు సొమ్మని జనులు మిగిలిన తమ స్వంత పశువులకు ముందుగా వీటిని తోలిరి.

20. The people answered and sayde: thou hast the devyll: who goeth aboute to kyll the?

21. అలసటచేత దావీ దును వెంబడించలేక బెసోరు వాగు దగ్గర నిలిచిన ఆ రెండువందల మందియొద్దకు దావీదు పోగా వారు దావీ దును అతనియొద్దనున్న జనులను ఎదుర్కొనుటకై బయలు దేరి వచ్చిరి. దావీదు ఈ జనులయొద్దకు వచ్చి వారి యోగక్షేమమడుగగా

21. Iesus answered and sayde to them: I have done one worke and ye all marvayle.

22. దావీదుతోకూడ వెళ్లినవారిలో దుర్మార్గులును, పనికి మాలినవారునైన కొందరువీరు మనతోకూడ రాక నిలిచిరి గనుక తమ భార్యలను పిల్లలను తప్ప మనకు మరల వచ్చిన దోపుడు స ొమ్ములో మన మేమియు వీరికియ్యము; తమ భార్య పిల్లలను వారు తీసికొని పోవచ్చుననిరి.

22. Moses therfore gave vnto you circumcision: not because it is of Moses but of the fathers. And yet ye on the Saboth daye circumcise a man.

23. అందుకు దావీదు వారితో ఇట్లనెనునా సహోదరు లారా, యెహోవా మనలను కాపాడి మనమీదికి వచ్చిన యీ దండును మనకప్పగించి మనకు దయచేసిన దాని విషయములో మీరు ఈలాగున చేయ కూడదు.

23. If a man on the Saboth daye receave circumcision without breakinge of the lawe of Moses: disdayne ye at me because I have made a man every whit whoale on the saboth daye?

24. మీరు చెప్పినది యెవరు ఒప్పుకొందురు? యుద్ధమునకు పోయినవాని భాగమెంతో సామానునొద్ద నిలిచిన వాని భాగము అంతే అని వాడుక మాట; అందరు సమముగానే పాలు పంచుకొందురు గదా

24. Iudge not after the vtter aperaunce: but iudge rightewes iudgement.

25. కావున నాటనుండి నేటివరకు దావీదు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో అట్టి పంపకము కట్టడగాను న్యాయ విధిగాను ఏర్పరచి నియమించెను.

25. Then sayd some of them of Ierusalem: Is not this he who they goo aboute to kyll?

26. దావీదు సిక్లగునకు వచ్చినప్పుడు దోపుడు సొమ్ములో కొంత తన స్నేహితులైన యూదా పెద్దలకు ఏర్పరచియెహోవా శత్రువులయొద్ద నేను దోచుకొనిన సొమ్ములో కొంత ఆశీర్వాదసూచనగా మీకు ఇచ్చుచున్నానని చెప్పి వారికి పంపించెను.

26. Beholde he speaketh boldly and they saye nothinge to him. Do the rulars knowe in dede that this is very Christ?

27. బేతేలులోను దక్షిణ రామోతులోను యత్తీరులోను

27. How be it we knowe this man whence he is: but when Christ cometh no man shall knowe whence he is.

28. అరోయేరులోను షిప్మోతులోను ఎష్తెమోలోను

28. Then cryed Iesus in ye temple as he taught sayinge: ye knowe me and whence I am ye knowe. And yet I am not come of my selfe but he yt sent me is true whom ye knowe not.

29. రాకాలులోను యెరహ్మెయేలీయుల గ్రామములలోను కేనీయుల గ్రామములలోను

29. I knowe him: for I am of him and he hath sent me.

30. హోర్మాలోను కోరాషానులోను అతాకులోను

30. Then they sought to take him: but no ma layde hondes on him because his tyme was not yet come.

31. హెబ్రోనులోను దావీదును అతని జనులును సంచరించిన స్థలము లన్నిటిలోను ఉన్న పెద్దలకు దావీదు పంపించెను.

31. Many of the people beleved on him and sayde: when Christ cometh will he do moo miracles then this man hath done?
