1 యోహాను 2:1 నా చిన్నపిల్లలారా, మీరు పాపము చేయకుండుటకై యీ సంగతులను మీకు వ్రాయుచున్నాను. ఎవడైనను పాపము చేసినయెడల నీతిమంతుడైన యేసుక్రీస్తు అను ఉత్తరవాది తండ్రియొద్ద మనకున్నాడు.
ఒక పిల్లవాడు తన తల్లిదండ్రులకు కోపం లేదా బాధ కలిగించేలా ఏదైనా చేయగలడు. అంతమాత్రాన వాడు తమ బిడ్డ కాదని ఏ తలిదండ్రులు అనుకోరు కదా. అయితే ఆ పిల్లవాడు తన తల్లిదండ్రులతో తన సంబంధాన్ని సరిదిద్దుకోవడానికి తన జీవితాన్ని మెరుగుపరుచుకోడానికి ప్రయత్నం చేయాలి. దేవుని పిల్లలకు కూడా ఇదే వర్తిస్తుంది. మీ పట్ల దేవుని ప్రేమ మారలేదు. పొరపాటున పాపం చేయడం ద్వారా దేవునితో మీ సంబంధాన్ని కోల్పోలేదు. దేవునికి దగ్గరగా ఉండటానికి, ఆయనతో సత్ సంబంధాన్ని పునరుద్ధరించుకోడానికి, మీరు మీ పాపాన్ని కప్పుకోక ఒప్పుకోవాలి. మరలా ఆ పాపం జోలికి పోకుండా జాగ్రత్త పడాలి.
మానవుడు దేవుడు వీరు మధ్య సంబంధాన్ని పునరుద్ధరించడానికి ఏకైక మార్గం మనలోని పాపాన్ని పూర్తిగా తొలగించుకోవడమే. డబ్బుతో లేదా త్యాగంతో మరి దేనితోనైనా దేవుని నుండి క్షమాపణను కొనుగోలు చేయలేము. సమస్త సృష్టి దేవునికి చెందినదే; ఆయనకు మన నుండి ఏమీ అవసరం లేదు. అదనపు నీతివంతమైన జీవితాలను గడపడం ద్వారా మన పాపాలను భర్తీ చేయలేము.
నేనంటాను, దేవునితో సరిదిద్దుకోలేని మన అసమర్థత ప్రభువునకు ముందే తెలుసు. అయితే దేవుడు ఎన్నడు కూడా మనం నశించిపోవాలని కోరుకోడు. నీతిమంతుడైన యేసుక్రీస్తు అను ఉత్తరవాది తండ్రియొద్ద మనకున్నాడు కాబట్టి తానే స్వయంగా ఒక పరిష్కారాన్నికూడా మనకు అందించాడు. అపరాధ పాపముల భారాన్ని తనపై వేసుకోవడానికి, మన స్థానంలో తాను మరణించడం ద్వారా విమోచన క్రయధనం చెల్లించడానికి తన అద్వితీయ కుమారుణ్ణి ఈ లోకానికి పంపాడు. మన అపరాధములకు యేసు క్రీస్తు ప్రభువు కలువరి సిలువలో ఆ మూల్యం చెల్లించాడు. ఈరోజు మనం చేయవలసింది ఒక్కటే, మన పాపాన్ని ఒప్పుకోవడం. ఆమెన్.
Restore the relationship
1 John 2:1 My dear
children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does
sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defence--Jesus Christ, the
Righteous One.
A child
can do something to make his parents angry or sad. But it does not mean he is
not their child anymore. Yet he needs to confess and to better his life to
repair his relationship with his parents. The same is true for God’s children.
God’s love for you has not changed. You have not lost your salvation through
sinning. But to be close to God again, to restore the relationship, you need to
confess your sin and receive His forgiveness.
The only
way to restore the relationship between man and God is to remove the debt
completely. We can’t “buy” forgiveness with money or sacrifices or anything
else. The whole earth belongs to God already; He does not need anything from
us. We can’t compensate for our sins by leading extra righteous lives.
The Lord is aware of our
inability to get right with Him. But He does not want man to perish, and
therefore He offers a solution Himself. God the Son was ready to take the
burden of sin and guilt upon Himself and to pay the ransom by dying in our
place. Jesus has paid for our guilt. The only thing we need to do, is to
confess our sin.
