1. ఎదోమను ఏశావు వంశావళి ఇదే,

1. And these are the generations of Esau, who is Edom.

2. ఏశావు కనాను కుమార్తెలలో హిత్తీయుడైన ఏలోను కుమార్తెయగు ఆదాను, హివ్వీయుడైన సిబ్యోను కుమార్తెయైన అనా కుమార్తెయగు అహోలీబామాను,

2. And Esau took to himself wives of the daughters of the Canaanites; Adah, the daughter of Elon the Hittite; and Oholibamah, daughter of Anah, the son of Zibeon, the Hivite;

3. ఇష్మాయేలు కుమార్తెయు నెబాయోతు సహోదరియు నైన బాశెమతును పెండ్లియాడెను.

3. and Basemath, daughter of Ishmael, sister of Nabajoth.

4. ఆదా ఏశావునకు ఎలీఫజును కనెను. బాశెమతు రగూయేలును కనెను.

4. And Adah bore to him Eliphaz; and Basemath bore Reuel.

5. అహోలీబామా యూషును యాలామును కోరహును కనెను. కనాను దేశములో ఏశావునకు పుట్టిన కుమారులు వీరే.

5. And Oholibamah bore Jeush, Jaalam, and Korah; these are the sons of Esau, which were born to him in the land of Canaan.

6. And Esau took his wives, and his sons, and his daughters, and all the persons of his house, and all his possessions, and all his cattle, and all that he had gotten, and all things whatsoever that he had acquired in the land of Canaan; and Esau went forth from the land of Canaan, from the face of his brother Jacob.

7. For their possessions were too great for them to dwell together; and the land of their sojourning could not bear them, because of the abundance of their possessions.

8. అప్పుడు ఏశావు శేయీరు మన్యములో నివసించెను. ఏశావు అనగా ఎదోము.

8. And Esau dwelt in Mount Seir; Esau is Edom.

9. శేయీరు మన్యములో నివసించిన ఎదోమీయుల తండ్రియైన ఏశావు వంశావళి ఇదే,

9. And these are the generations of Esau, the father of the Edomites in Mount Seir.

10. ఏశావు కుమారుల పేరులు ఇవే. ఏశావు భార్యయైన ఆదా కుమారుడగు ఎలీఫజును ఏశావు భార్యయైన బాశెమతు కుమారుడగు రగూయేలును.

10. And these are the names of the sons of Esau: Eliphaz, the son of Adah, the wife of Esau; and Reuel, the son of Basemath, wife of Esau.

11. ఎలీఫజు కుమారులు తేమాను ఓమారు సెపో గాతాము కనజు. తిమ్నా ఏశావు కుమారుడైన ఎలీఫజునకు ఉపపత్ని.

11. And the sons of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, Gatam, and Kenaz.

12. ఆమె ఎలీఫజుకు అమాలేకును కనెను. వీరు ఏశావు భార్యయైన ఆదా కుమారులు.

12. And Timna was a concubine of Eliphaz, the son of Esau; and she bore Amalek to Eliphaz. These are the sons of Adah, the wife of Esau.

13. రగూయేలు కుమారులు నహతు జెరహు షమ్మా మిజ్జ; వీరు ఏశావు భార్యయైన బాశెమతు కుమారులు.

13. And these are the sons of Reuel; Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah. These were the sons of Basemath, wife of Esau.

14. ఏశావు భార్యయు సిబ్యోను కుమార్తెయగు అనా కుమార్తెయునైన అహొలీబామా కుమారులు ఎవరనగా ఆమె ఏశావునకు కనిన యూషు యాలాము కోరహు.

14. And these are the sons of Oholibamah, the daughter of Anah, the son of Sebegon, the wife of Esau; and she bore to Esau: Jeush, Jaalam, and Korah.

15. ఏశావు కుమారులలో వీరు నాయకులు; ఏశావు ప్రథమ కుమారుడైన ఎలీఫజు కుమారులు, తేమాను నాయకుడు, ఓమారు నాయకుడు, సెపో నాయకుడు, కనజు నాయకుడు,

15. These are the chiefs of the son of Esau, even the sons of Eliphaz, the firstborn of Esau; Chief Teman, Chief Omar, Chief Zepho, Chief Kenaz,

16. Chief Korah, Chief Gatam, and Chief Amalek. These are the chiefs of Eliphaz, in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Adah.

17. వీరు ఏశావు కుమారుడైన రగూయేలు కుమారులు, నహతు నాయకుడు జెరహు నాయకుడు షమ్మా నాయకుడు మిజ్జ నాయకుడు; వీరు ఎదోము దేశమందు రగూయేలు సంతానపు నాయకులు. వీరు ఏశావు భార్యయైన బాశెమతు కుమారులు.

17. And these are the sons of Reuel, the son of Esau: Chief Nahath, Chief Zerah, Chief Shammah, and Chief Mizzah. These are the chiefs of Reuel, in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Basemath, wife of Esau.

18. వీరు ఏశావు భార్యయైన అహొలీబామా కుమారులు, యూషు నాయకుడు యగ్లాము నాయకుడు కోరహు నాయకుడు; వీరు అనా కుమార్తెయు ఏశావు భార్యయునైన అహొలీ బామా పుత్రసంతానపు నాయకులు.

18. And these are the sons of Oholibamah, wife of Esau; Chief Jeush, Chief Jaalam, and Chief Korah. These are the chiefs of Oholibamah, daughter of Anah, wife of Esau.

19. These are the sons of Esau, who is Edom, and these are the chiefs..

20. And these are the sons of Seir, the Horite, who inhabited the land: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah,

21. Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan. These are the chiefs of the Horites, the son of Seir, in the land of Edom.

22. లోతాను కుమారులు హోరీ హేమీము; లోతాను సహోదరి తిమ్నా

22. And the sons of Lotan were Hori and Heman; and the sister of Lotan was Timna.

23. శోబాలు కుమారులు అల్వాను మానహదు ఏబాలు షపో ఓనాము.

23. And these are the sons of Shobal: Alvan, Manahath, Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.

24. సిబ్యోను కుమారులు అయ్యా అనా; ఆ అనా తన తండ్రియైన సిబ్యోను గాడిదలను మేపుచుండి అరణ్యములో ఉష్ణధారలు కనుగొనిన వాడు.

24. And these are the sons of Zibeon: Ajah, and Anah; this is the Anah who found Jamin in the wilderness, when he tended the beasts of his father Zibeon.

25. అనా సంతానము దిషోను అనా కుమార్తెయైన అహొలీబామా.

25. And these are the children of Anah: Dishon and Oholibamah the daughter of Anah.

26. దిషోను కుమారులు హెవ్దూను ఎష్బాను ఇత్రాను కెరాను

26. And these are the sons of Dishon: Hemdan, Eshban, Ithran, and Cheran.

27. ఏసెరు కుమారులు బిల్హాను జవాను అకాను.

27. And these are the sons of Ezer: Bilhan, Zaavan, and Akan.

28. దీషాను కుమారులు ఊజు అరాను.

28. And these are the sons of Dishan: Uz and Aran.

29. And these are the chiefs of Horri: Chief Lotan, Chief Shobai, Chief Zibeon, Chief Anah,

30. Chief Dishon, Chief Ezer, and Chief Dishon. These are the chiefs of Horri, in their principalities in the land of Edom.

31. Now these are the kings which reigned in Edom, before a king reigned in Israel:

32. Bela, son of Beor reigned in Edom; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

33. And Bela died; and Jobab, son of Zerah, from Bozrah reigned in his place.

34. When Jobab died, Husham, from the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.

35. And when Husham died, Hadad son of Bedad, who cut off Midian in the plain of Moab, ruled in his place; and the name of his city was Avith.

36. When Hadad died, Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.

37. And when Samlah died, Saul of Rehoboth-by-the River reigned in his place.

38. When Saul died, Baal-Hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his place.

39. And when Baal-Hanan the son of Achbor died, Hadar the son of Barad reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Pau; and the name of his wife was Mehetabel, daughter of Matred, son of Mezahab.

40. These are the names of the chiefs of Esau, in their tribes, according to their place, in their countries, and in their nations; Chief Timnah, Chief Alvah, Chief Jetheth,

41. Chief Oholibamah, Chief Elah, Chief Pinon,

43. Chief Magdiel, and Chief Iram. These are the chiefs of Edom in their dwelling places in the land of their possession; this is Esau, the father of Edom.
