1. అంతట ప్రవక్తయగు ఎలీషా ప్రవక్తల శిష్యులలో ఒకనిని పిలువనంపించి అతనితో ఇట్లనెనునీవు నడుము బిగించుకొని యీ తైలపుగిన్నె చేత పట్టుకొని రామో త్గిలాదునకు పోయి
లూకా 12:35

1. Now, Elisha the prophet, called one of the sons of the prophets, and said to him Gird up thy loins, and take this flask of oil in thy hand, and go to Ramoth-gilead;

2. అచ్చట ప్రవేశించినప్పుడు నింషీకి పుట్టిన యెహోషాపాతు కుమారుడైన యెహూ యెక్కడ నున్నాడని తెలిసికొని అతనిని దర్శించి, అతని సహోదరుల మధ్యనుండి అతనిని చాటుగా రప్పించి, లోపలి గదిలోకి అతనిని పిలుచుకొని పోయి

2. and, when thou art come in thither, then look thee out, there, Jehu son of Jehoshaphat, son of Nimshi; and thou shalt enter and get him to rise up out of the midst of his brethren, and take him into an inner chamber;

3. తైలపుగిన్నె తీసికొని అతని తలమీద తైలము పోసినేను నిన్ను ఇశ్రాయేలుమీద పట్టాభిషిక్తునిగా చేసితినని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడని అతనితో చెప్పి, ఆలస్యము చేయక తలుపుతీసి పారి పొమ్ము.

3. then shalt thou take the flask of oil, and pour out upon his head, and say Thus, saith Yahweh, I have anointed thee to be king unto Israel! Then shalt thou open the door and flee, and not tarry.

4. ¸యౌవనుడైన ఆ ప్రవక్త పోవలెనని బయలుదేరి రామోత్గిలాదునకు వచ్చునప్పటికి సైన్యాధిపతులు కూర్చుని యుండిరి.

4. So the young man went his way the young man the prophet unto Ramoth-gilead.

5. అప్పుడతడు అధిపతీ, నీకొక సమాచారము తెచ్చితినని చెప్పగా యెహూయిందరిలో అది ఎవరిని గూర్చినదని అడుగగా అతడు అధిపతీ నిన్ను గూర్చినదే యనెను; అందుకు యెహూ లేచి యింటిలో ప్రవేశిం చెను.

5. And, when he came up, lo! the captains of the force, sitting, and he said A word, have I, for thee, O captain! And Jehu said For which, of us all? And he said, For thee, O captain!

6. అప్పుడు ఆ ¸యౌవనుడు అతని తలమీద తైలము పోసి అతనితో ఇట్లనెనుఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగాయెహోవా జనులైన ఇశ్రాయేలు వారిమీద నేను నిన్ను పట్టాభిషిక్తునిగా చేయుచున్నాను.

6. Then rose he up and went inside, and poured out the oil upon his head, and said unto him Thus, saith Yahweh, God of Israel, I have anointed thee to be king unto the people of Yahweh, unto Israel;

7. కాబట్టి నా సేవకులైన ప్రవక్తలను హతము చేసినదానిని బట్టియు, యెహోవా సేవకులందరిని హతము చేసిన దానిని బట్టియు, యెజెబెలునకు ప్రతికారము చేయునట్లు నీవు నీ యజమానుడైన అహాబు సంతతివారిని హతముచేయుము.

7. and thou shalt smite the house of Ahab thy lord, so will I avenge the blood of my servants the prophets, and the blood of all the servants of Yahweh, at the hand of Jezebel;

8. అహాబు సంతతివారందరును నశింతురు; అల్పులలోనేమి ఘనులలోనేమి అహాబు సంతతిలో ఏ పురుషుడును ఉండ కుండ అందరిని నిర్మూలము చేయుము.

8. so shall perish all the house of Ahab, and I will cut off to Ahab the meanest, both him that is shut up and him that is left at large, in Israel.

9. నెబాతు కుమారు డైన యరొబాము కుటుంబికులను అహీయా కుమారుడైన బయెషా కుటుంబికులను నేను అప్పగించినట్లు అహాబు కుటుంబికులను నేను అప్పగించుదును.

9. Yea I will deliver up the house of Ahab, like the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha son of Ahijah:

10. యెజెబెలు పాతి పెట్టబడక యెజ్రెయేలు భూభాగమందు కుక్కలచేత తినివేయబడును. ఆ ¸యౌవనుడు ఈ మాటలు చెప్పి తలుపుతీసి పారిపోయెను.

10. And, as for Jezebel, the dogs shall eat her , in the town-land of Jezreel, there being none to bury her. And he opened the door, and fled.

11. యెహూ బయలుదేరి తన యజమానుని సేవకులయొద్దకు రాగా ఒకడుఏమి సంభ వించినది? ఆ వెఱ్ఱివాడు నీయొద్దకు వచ్చిన హేతువేమని అతని నడుగగా, అతడువానిని వాని మాటలు మీరెరిగెయున్నారని చెప్పెను.

11. Then, Jehu, came forth unto the servants of his lord, and one said to him Is all well? why came this madman unto thee? And he said unto them, Ye, know, the man and his message.

12. కాబట్టి వారు అదంతయు వట్టిది; జరిగినదానిని మాకు తెలియజెప్పుమనగా అతడిట్లనెనునేను నిన్ను ఇశ్రాయేలుమీద పట్టాభిషిక్తునిగా చేయు చున్నానని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడని అతడు నాతో చెప్పెను.

12. And they said False! pray tell, us. And he said, Thus and thus, spake he unto me, saying, Thus, saith Yahweh, I have anointed thee to be king unto Israel.

13. అంతట వారు అతివేగిరముగా తమ తమ వస్త్రములను పట్టుకొని మెట్లమీద అతని క్రింద పరచి బాకా ఊదించియెహూ రాజైయున్నాడని చాటించిరి.

13. Then hasted they, and took, every man his garment, and put it under him, upon the very steps, and blew with a horn, and said, Jehu, is king!

14. ఈ ప్రకారము నింషీకి పుట్టిన యెహోషాపాతు కుమారుడైన యెహూ యెహోరాముమీద కుట్రచేసెను. అప్పుడు యెహోరామును ఇశ్రాయేలువారందరును సిరియా రాజైన హజాయేలును ఎదిరించుటకై రామో త్గిలాదు దగ్గర కావలి యుండిరి.

14. Thus did Jehu son of Jehoshaphat son of Nimshi conspire against Joram, when, Joram, was watching Ramoth-gilead, he and all Israel, because of Hazael king of Syria.

15. అయితే యెహోరాము సిరియా రాజైన హజాయేలుతో యుద్ధము చేయుచుండగా సిరియనులవలన తాను పొందిన గాయములను బాగు చేసి కొనుటకై యెజ్రెయేలు ఊరికి తిరిగి వచ్చియుండెను. అంతట యెహూనీకనుకూలమైతే ఈ సంగతి తెలియ బడకుండునట్లు ఈ పట్టణములోనుండి యెవనినైనను యెజ్రెయేలు ఊరికి తప్పించుకొని పోనియ్యకుమని ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చి

15. But Jehoram the king had returned to get himself healed in Jezreel, of the wounds wherewith the Syrians had wounded him, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria. Then said Jehu If such is your mind, let no fugitive get forth out of the city, to go and tell it in Jezreel.

16. రథముయెక్కి, యెజ్రెయేలు ఊరిలో యెహో రాము మంచము పట్టియుండగా అచ్చటికి పోయెను మరియు యూదా రాజైన అహజ్యా యెహోరామును దర్శించుటకై అచ్చటికి వచ్చి యుండెను.

16. So Jehu rode in a chariot, and went towards Jezreel, for, Joram, was lying there, and, Ahaziah king of Judah, had come down to see Joram.

17. యెజ్రెయేలు గోపురముమీద కావలివాడు నిలిచి యుండి, యెహూతో కలిసి వచ్చుచున్న సైన్యమును చూచిసైన్యమొకటి నాకు కనబడుచున్నదని తెలియజెప్పగా యెహోరాము ఒక రౌతును పిలిచివారిని ఎదుర్కొనబోయిసమా ధానముగా వచ్చుచున్నారా అని అడుగుమని చెప్పి, పంపుమని వానితో సెలవిచ్చెను.

17. Now, the watchman, was standing upon the tower, in Jezreel, so he saw the great company of Jehu, when he came, and said A great company, can I see! Then said Jehoram Take a horseman and send to meet them, that he may say Is it peace?

18. కాబట్టి యొకడు గుఱ్ఱ మెక్కిపోయి అతనిని ఎదుర్కొనిసమాధానముగా వచ్చుచున్నారా? అని అడుగుమని రాజు నన్ను పంపెననగా యెహూసమాధానముతో నీకేమి పని? నీవు నా వెనుకకు తిరిగిరమ్మని వానితో చెప్పగా ఆ కావలివాడుపంపబడినవాడు వారిని కలిసికొనెను గాని తిరిగి రాక నిలిచెనని సమాచారము తెలిపెను.

18. So the horseman went to meet him, and said Thus, saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me. And the watchman told, saying, The messenger came up to them, but hath not turned back.

19. రాజు రెండవ రౌతును పంపగా వాడు వారియొద్దకు వచ్చిసమాధానముగా వచ్చుచున్నారా? అని అడుగుమని రాజు నన్ను పంపెననగా యెహూసమధానముతో నీకేమి పని? నా వెనుకకు తిరిగి రమ్మని వానితో చెప్పెను.

19. Then sent he a second horseman, and he came up to them and said, Thus, saith the king, Is it peace? And Jehu said What hast thou to do with peace? turn thee behind me.

20. అప్పుడు కావలి వాడువీడును వారిని కలిసికొని తిరిగిరాక నిలిచెను మరియు అతడు వెఱ్ఱి తోలడము తోలుచున్నాడు గనుక అది నింషీకుమారుడైన యెహూ తోలడమువలెనే యున్న దనెను.

20. And the watchman told, saying, He came up to them, but hath not turned back, and, the driving, is like the driving of Jehu son of Nimshi; for, with mad haste, doth he drive.

21. రథము సిద్ధము చేయుమని యెహోరాము సెల వియ్యగా వారు అతని రథము సిద్ధముచేసిరి. అప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజైన యెహోరామును యూదారాజైన అహజ్యాయును తమ తమ రథములనెక్కి యెహూను కలియబోయి యెజ్రెయేలీయుడైన నాబోతు భూభాగమందు అతనిని ఎదుర్కొనిరి.

21. Then said Jehoram, Harness! So one harnessed his chariot, and Jehoram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah went forth, each man in his chariot, yea they went forth to meet Jehu, and came upon him in the heritage of Naboth the Jezreelite.

22. అంతట యెహోరాముయెహూను చూచియెహూ సమాధానమా? అని అడు గగా యెహూనీ తల్లియైన యెజెబెలు జారత్వములును చిల్లంగి తనములును ఇంత యపరిమితమై యుండగా సమా ధాన మెక్కడనుండి వచ్చుననెను.

22. And it came to pass, when Jehoram saw Jehu, that he said Is it peace, Jehu? And he said What can be the peace, while thy mother Jezebel's harlotries and her incantations do so abound?

23. యెహోరాము రథము త్రిప్పి అహజ్యా, ద్రోహము జరుగుచున్నదని అహజ్యాతో చెప్పి పారిపోయెను.

23. Then Jehoram turned his hands, and fled, and said unto Ahaziah Treachery! O Ahaziah!

24. అప్పుడు యెహూ తన బలముకొలది విల్లు ఎక్కు పెట్టి యెహోరామును భుజ ములమధ్య కొట్టగా బాణము అతని గుండెగుండ దూసి పోయెను గనుక అతడు తన రథమునందే యొరిగెను.

24. And, Jehu, bent his bow, and smote Jehoram, between his arms, and the arrow came out at his heart, and he sank down in his chariot.

25. కాగా యెహూ తన అధిపతియైన బిద్కరును పిలిచి యిట్లనెను అతని ఎత్తి యెజ్రెయేలీయుడైన నాబోతు భూభాగమందు పడవేయుము; మనమిద్దరమును అతని తండ్రియైన అహాబు వెనుక గుఱ్ఱములెక్కి వచ్చినప్పుడు యెహోవా అతనిమీద ఈ శిక్షమోపిన సంగతి జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనుము.

25. Then said he unto Bidkar his officer, Take him up, and cast him forth, into the field-portion of Naboth the Jezreelite, for remember, when I and thou were riding as a couple together after Ahab his father, that, Yahweh, laid upon him this doom:

26. అప్పుడు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చినదేమనగా నిశ్చయముగా నాబోతు రక్తమును వాని కుమారుల రక్తమును నిన్నటి దినమున నేను చూచితిని గనుక ఈ భూభాగమందు నేను దానికి ప్రతికారము చేయుదును; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు. కాబట్టి నీవు యెహోవా మాట చొప్పున అతని ఎత్తి యీ భూభాగమందు పడవేయుము అనెను.

26. Surely, the blood of Naboth and the blood of his sons, have I lately seen, declareth Yahweh, therefore will I requite thee in this portion, declareth Yahweh. Now, therefore, take him up, and cast him forth into the portion, according to the word of Yahweh.

27. యూదారాజైన అహజ్యా జరిగిన దాని చూచి వనములోని నగరి మార్గముగా పారిపోయెను; అయినను యెహూ అతని తరిమి, రథమునందు అతని హతముచేయుడని ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చెను గనుక వారు ఇబ్లెయాము దగ్గరనున్న గూరునకు పోవు మార్గమందు అతని కొట్టగా అతడు మెగిద్దోకు పారిపోయి అచ్చట మరణమాయెను.

27. And, Ahaziah king of Judah, saw it, and fled by the way of the garden house, and Jehu pursued him, and said Him also! smite him in the chariot! It was in the ascent of Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Mepidgo, and died there.

28. అప్పుడు అతని సేవకులు అతనిని రథముమీద వేసి యెరూషలేమునకు తీసికొని పోయి దావీదు పురమందు అతని పితరుల సమా ధిలో అతని పాతిపెట్టిరి.

28. And his servants conveyed him in a chariot and brought him into Jerusalem, and buried him in his sepulchre, with his fathers, in the city of David.

29. అహజ్యా అహాబు కుమారుడైన యెహోరాము ఏలు బడిలో పదకొండవ సంవత్సరమందు యూదాను ఏల నారంభించెను.

29. Now it was, in the eleventh year of Joram son of Ahab, that Ahaziah began to reign over Judah.

30. యెహూ యెజ్రెయేలు ఊరికి వచ్చిన సంగతి యెజె బెలునకు వినబడెను గనుక ఆమె తన ముఖమునకు రంగు పూసికొని శిరోభూషణములు ధరించుకొని కిటికీలోనుండి కనిపెట్టి చూచుచుండగా

30. Now, when Jehu entered Jezreel and, Jezebel, heard of it, she set her eyes in stibium, and ornamented her head, and looked forth through the lattice.

31. యెహూ గుమ్మముద్వారా ప్రవేశించెను. ఆమె అతనిని చూచినీ యజమానుని చంపినవాడా, జిమీ వంటివాడా, నీవు సమాధానముగా వచ్చుచున్నావా అని అడుగగా

31. So, when, Jehu, had entered in at the gate, she said, Was it peace, when Zimri slew his lord?

32. అతడు తలయెత్తి కిటికీ తట్టు చూచినా పక్షమందున్న వారెవరని అడుగగా ఇద్దరు ముగ్గురు పరిచారకులు పైనుండి తొంగిచూచిరి.

32. And he lifted up his face unto the lattice, and said Who, is with me? Who? And there looked out unto him, two or three eunuchs.

33. దీనిని క్రింద పడద్రోయుడని అతడు చెప్పగా వారు దానిని క్రిందికి పడద్రోసినందున దాని రక్తములో కొంత గోడమీదను గుఱ్ఱములమీదను చిందెను. మరియు గుఱ్ఱ ములచేత అతడు దానిని త్రొక్కించెను.

33. And he said Hurl her down. And they hurled her down, and there was sprinkled of her blood upon the wall, and upon the horses, and they trode upon her.

34. అతడు లోపల ప్రవేశించి అన్నపానములు చేసిన తరువాతఆ శాపగ్రస్తు రాలు రాజకుమార్తె గనుక మీరు వెళ్లి దానిని కనుగొనిపాతిపెట్టుడని ఆజ్ఞ ఇయ్యగా

34. And, when he had entered and eaten and drunk, he said Look, I pray you, after this accursed woman, and bury her, for the daughter of a king, she is.

35. వారు దానిని పాతిపెట్ట బోయిరి; అయితే దాని కపాలమును పాదములును అర చేతులును తప్ప మరి ఏమియు కనబడలేదు.

35. So they went to bury her, but found not of her save the skull, and the feet, and the palms of the hands.

36. వారు తిరిగి వచ్చి అతనితో ఆ సంగతి తెలియజెప్పగా అతడిట్లనెనుఇది యెజెబెలని యెవరును గుర్తుపట్టలేకుండ యెజ్రెయేలు భూభాగమందు కుక్కలు యెజెబెలు మాంసమును తినును.

36. Then came they back, and told him, and he said The word of Yahweh, it is, which he spake by the hand of his servant, Elijah the Tishbite, saying In the town-land of Jezreel, shall dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel!

37. యెజెబెలుయొక్క కళేబరము యెజ్రెయేలు భూభాగ మందున్న పెంటవలె నుండును అని తన సేవకుడును తిష్బీ యుడునగు ఏలీయాద్వారా యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన మాట చొప్పున యిది జరిగెను.

37. So shall the carcass of Jezebel become like heaps of dung on the face of the field, in the town-land of Jezreel: So that they cannot say, This, is Jezebel!
