1. The sons of Levi [were] Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

2. And the sons of Kohath [were] Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.

3. అమ్రాము కుమారులు అహరోను మోషే, కుమార్తె మిర్యాము. అహరోను కుమారులు నాదాబు అబీహు ఎలియాజరు ఈతామారు.

3. And the children of Amram [were] Aaron, Moses, and Miriam. And the sons of Aaron [were] Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

4. ఎలియాజరు ఫీనెహాసును కనెను, ఫీనెహాసు అబీషూవను కనెను,

4. Eleazar begot Phinehas, Phinehas begot Abishua;

5. అబీ షూవ బుక్కీని కనెను, బుక్కీ ఉజ్జీని కనెను,

5. Abishua begot Bukki, and Bukki begot Uzzi;

6. ఉజ్జీ జెరహ్యాను కనెను, జెరహ్యా మెరాయోతును కనెను,

6. Uzzi begot Zerahiah, Zerahiah begot Meraioth;

7. మెరాయోతు అమర్యాను కనెను, అమర్యా అహీటూబును కనెను,

7. Meraioth begot Amariah, and Amariah begot Ahitub;

8. అహీటూబు సాదోకును కనెను, సాదోకు అహిమయస్సును కనెను,

8. Ahitub begot Zadok, and Zadok begot Ahimaaz;

9. అహిమయస్సు అజర్యాను కనెను, అజర్యా యోహానానును కనెను,

9. Ahimaaz begot Azariah, and Azariah begot Johanan;

10. యోహానాను అజర్యాను కనెను, ఇతడు సొలొమోను యెరూషలేములో కట్టించిన మందిరమందు యాజకత్వము జరిగించినవాడు.

10. Johanan begot Azariah (he ministered as priest in the house which Solomon built in Jerusalem);

11. Azariah begot Amariah, and Amariah begot Ahitub;

13. Shallum begot Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begot Azariah;

14. అజర్యా శెరాయాను కనెను, శెరాయా యెహోజాదాకును కనెను.

14. Azariah begot Seraiah, and Seraiah begot Jehozadak.

15. యెహోవా నెబు కద్నెజరుద్వారా యూదావారిని యెరూషలేమువారిని చెరతీసికొని పోయినప్పుడు ఈ యెహోజాదాకు చెరలోనికి పోయెను.

15. And Jehozadak went into captivity with Judah and Jerusalem under Nebuchadnezzar.

16. లేవి కుమారులు గెర్షోను కహాతు మెరారి.

16. The sons of Levi [were] Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

17. గెర్షోను కుమారుల పేళ్లు లిబ్నీ షిమీ.

17. And these [are] the names of the sons of Gershon: Libni, and Shimei.

18. కహాతు కుమారులు అమ్రాము ఇస్హారు హెబ్రోను ఉజ్జీయేలు.

18. The sons of Kohath [were] Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel.

19. మెరారి కుమారులు మహలి మూషి; వారి పితరుల వరుసలనుబట్టి లేవీయుల కుటుంబములు ఏవనగా

19. The sons of Merari [were] Mahli and Mushi: and these [were] the families of Levi, according to their families.

20. గెర్షోను కుమారుడు లిబ్నీ, లిబ్నీ కుమారుడు యహతు, యహతు కుమారుడు జిమ్మా,

20. Of Gershon were Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

27. Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, and Elkanah his son.

28. The sons of Samuel [were] Joel the firstborn, and Abijah.

29. The sons of Merari [were] Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son;

31. నిబంధన మందసమునకు స్థలము ఏర్పాటైన తరువాత యెహోవా మందిరమందు సంగీత సేవకొరకు దావీదు నియమించినవారు వీరే.

31. And these [were the men] whom David set over the service of the singers in the house of the Lord when the ark was at rest.

32. సొలొమోను యెరూషలేములో యెహోవా మందిరమును కట్టించువరకు వీరు సమాజపు గుడారముయొక్క ముంగిట సంగీతసేవను ఆచరించుచుండిరి; వారు వంతులచొప్పున తమ పని చూచుకొనుచుండిరి.

32. And they ministered in front of the tabernacle of witness, [playing] on instruments, until Solomon built the house of the Lord in Jerusalem; and they stood according to their order for their services.

33. ఈ ప్రకారము తమ కుమారులతో కలసి కని పెట్టుచున్నవారెవరనగా, కహతీయుల కుమారులలో గాయకుడగు హేమాను; ఇతడు సమూయేలు కుమారుడగు యోవేలునకు పుట్టినవాడు

33. And these [were the men] that stood, and their sons, of the sons of Kohath: Heman the psalm singer, son of Joel, the son of Samuel,

34. సమూయేలు ఎల్కానాకు పుట్టెను, ఎల్కానా యెరోహామునకు పుట్టెను, యెరోహాము ఎలీయేలునకు పుట్టెను, ఎలీయేలు తోయ హునకు పుట్టెను,

36. the son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,

37. the son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah,

38. కోరహు ఇస్హారునకు పుట్టెను, ఇస్హారు కహాతునకు పుట్టెను, కహాతు లేవికి పుట్టెను, లేవి ఇశ్రాయేలునకు పుట్టెను.

38. the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.

39. హేమాను సహోదరుడైన ఆసాపు ఇతని కుడిప్రక్కను నిలుచువాడు. ఈ ఆసాపు బెరక్యా కుమారుడు, బెరక్యా షిమ్యా కుమారుడు,

39. And his brother Asaph, who stood at his right hand; Asaph the son of Berachiah, the son of Shimea,

42. the son of Adaiah, the son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,

43. the son of Jahath, the son of Gershon, the son of Levi.

44. And the sons of Merari their brethren on the left hand [were] Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,

45. the son of Hashabiah,

46. the son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shamer,

47. the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48. And their brethren according to the houses of their fathers, [were] the Levites who were appointed to all the work of ministration of the tabernacle of the house of God.

49. అయితే అహరోనును అతని సంతతివారును దహన బలిపీఠముమీదను ధూపపీఠముమీదను ధూపమువేయుచు, అతిపరిశుద్ధస్థలపు పనినంతటిని జరుపు చుండవలెననియు, దేవుని సేవకుడైన మోషే ఆజ్ఞాపించిన అంతటిచొప్పున ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల నిమిత్తము ప్రాయశ్చిత్తము చేయుచుండ వలెననియు వారికి నిర్ణయమాయెను.

49. And Aaron and his sons [were] to burn incense on the altar of whole burnt offerings, and on the altar of incense, for all the ministry [in] the Holy of Holies, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all things that Moses the servant of the Lord commanded.

50. అహరోను కుమారు లలో ఎలి యాజరు అను ఒకడుండెను; వీని కుమారుడు ఫీనెహాసు, ఫీనెహాసు కుమారుడు అబీషూవ,

50. And these [were] the sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

51. అబీషూవ కుమారుడు బుక్కీ, బుక్కీ కుమారుడు ఉజ్జీ, ఉజ్జీ కుమారుడు జెరహ్య,

51. Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,

52. జెరహ్య కుమారుడు మెరాయోతు, మెరాయోతు కుమారుడు అమర్యా, అమర్యా కుమారుడు అహీటూబు,

52. Meraioth his son, Amarih his son, Ahitub his son,

53. అహీటూబు కుమారుడు సాదోకు, సాదోకు కుమారుడు అహిమయస్సు.

53. Zadok his son, and Ahimaaz his son.

54. అహరోను సంతతివారగు కహాతీయులు వంతువారు; వారి కుటుంబముల పొలిమేరలలో వారు విడిసిన తావులనుబట్టి వారికి ఏర్పడిన నివాసస్థలములు ఇవి.

54. And these [are] their residences in their villages, in their coasts, to the sons of Aaron, to their family the Kohathites; for they had the lot.

55. యూదా దేశములోని హెబ్రోనును దాని చుట్టునున్న యుప గ్రామములును వారికప్పగింపబడెను.

55. And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and its suburbs round about it.

56. అయితే ఆ పట్టణపు పొలములును దాని గ్రామములును యెఫున్నె కుమారుడైన కాలేబునకు ఇయ్యబడెను.

56. But the fields of the city, and its villages, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

57. అహరోను సంతతివారికి వచ్చిన పట్టణములేవనగా ఆశ్రయ పట్టణమైన హెబ్రోను లిబ్నా దాని గ్రామములు, యత్తీరు ఎష్టెమో దాని గ్రామములు,

57. And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of refuge, [even] Hebron, and Libnah and her suburbs round about, Selna and her suburbs, Eshtemoa and her suburbs,

58. హీలేను దాని గ్రామములు, దెబీరు దాని గ్రామములు,

58. Jethar and her suburbs, Debir and her suburbs,

59. ఆషాను దాని గ్రామ ములు, బేత్షెమెషు దాని గ్రామములు.

59. Ashan and her suburbs, and Beth Shemesh and her suburbs.

60. మరియు బెన్యామీను గోత్రస్థానములోని గెబ దాని గ్రామములు, అల్లెమెతు దాని గ్రామములు, అనాతోతు దాని గ్రామములు, వీరి వంశములకు కలిగిన పట్టణములన్నియు పదుమూడు.

60. And of the tribe of Benjamin: Geba and her suburbs, Alemeth and her suburbs, and Anathoth and her suburbs. All their cities [were] thirteen cities according to their families.

61. కహాతు గోత్రీయులలో శేషించినవారికి ఎఫ్రాయిము గోత్రస్థానములోనుండియు, దాను అర్ధగోత్ర స్థానములోనుండియు, మనష్షే అర్ధగోత్ర స్థానములో నుండియు చీటిచేత పది పట్టణములు ఇయ్యబడెను.

61. And to the sons of Kohath that were left of their families, [there were given] out of the tribe, [namely], out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.

62. గెర్షోను సంతతివారికి వారి వంశములచొప్పున ఇశ్శా ఖారు గోత్రస్థానములోనుండియు, ఆషేరు గోత్రస్థాన ములోనుండియు, నఫ్తాలి గోత్రస్థానములో నుండియు బాషానునందుండు మనష్షే గోత్రస్థానములోనుండియు పదుమూడు పట్టణములు ఇయ్యబడెను.

62. And to the sons of Gershon according to their families [there were given] thirteen cities of the tribe of Issachar, of the tribe of Asher, of the tribe of Naphtali, and of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan.

63. మెరారీయులకు వారి వంశములచొప్పున రూబేను గోత్రస్థానములోనుండియు, గాదు గోత్రస్థానములోనుండియు, జెబూలూను గోత్రస్థానములోనుండియు చీటిచేత పండ్రెండు పట్టణములు ఇయ్యబడెను.

63. And to the sons of Merari according to their families [there were given], by lot, twelve cities of the tribe of Reuben, of the tribe of Gad,[and] of the tribe of Zebulun.

64. ఈ ప్రకారముగా ఇశ్రా యేలీయులు లేవీయులకు ఈ పట్టణములను వాటి గ్రామ ములను ఇచ్చిరి.

64. So the children of Israel gave to the Levites the cities and their suburbs.

65. వారు చీటివేసి యూదావారి గోత్రస్థానములోనుండియు, షిమ్యోనీయుల గోత్రస్థానములో నుండియు, బెన్యామీనీయుల గోత్రస్థానములోనుండియు పేరు పేరుగా చెప్పబడిన ఆ పట్టణములను ఇచ్చిరి.

65. And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities which they call by name.

66. కహాతీయులలో కొందరికి ఎఫ్రాయిము గోత్రములో పొలిమేర పట్టణములు కలిగియుండెను.

66. And [to the members] of the families of the sons of Kohath there were also given the cities of their borders out of the tribe of Ephraim.

67. ఆశ్రయ పట్టణ ములును ఎఫ్రాయిము పర్వతములోని షెకెమును దావి గ్రామములును, గెజెరును దాని గ్రామములును,

67. And they gave them the cities of refuge, Shechem and her suburbs in Mount Ephraim, Gezer and her suburbs,

68. యొక్మె యామును దాని గ్రామములును బేత్‌హోరోనును దాని గ్రామములును,

68. Jokmeam and her suburbs, Beth Horon and her suburbs,

69. అయ్యాలోనును దాని గ్రామములును గత్రిమ్మోనును దాని గ్రామములును వారి కియ్యబడెను.

69. Aijalon and her suburbs, and Gath Rimmon and her suburbs.

70. మరియు మనష్షే అర్ధగోత్రస్థానములోనుండి ఆనేరును దాని గ్రామములను బిలియామును దాని గ్రామములను కహాతీయులకు ఇచ్చిరి.

70. And of the half-tribe of Manasseh: Aner and her suburbs, and Bileam and her suburbs, to the sons of Kohath that were left, according to [each] family.

71. మరియు గెర్షోమీయులకు మనష్షే అర్ధగోత్రవంశస్థానములోనుండి బాషానునందలి గోలానుదాని గ్రామములు, అష్తారోతు దాని గ్రామములు,

71. To the sons of Gershon from the families of the half-tribe of Manasseh [they gave] Golan of Bashan and her suburbs, and Ashtaroth and her suburbs.

72. And out of the tribe of Issachar: Kedesh and her suburbs, Daberath and her suburbs,

73. Ramoth and Anem and their suburbs.

74. ఆషేరు గోత్రస్థాన ములోనుండి మాషాలు దాని గ్రామములు, అబ్దోను దాని గ్రామములు,

74. And of the tribe of Asher: Mashal and her suburbs, Abdon and her suburbs,

75. హుక్కోకు దాని గ్రామములు రెహోబు దాని గ్రామములు;

75. Hukok and her suburbs, and Rehob and her suburbs.

76. నఫ్తాలి గోత్రస్థానములోనుండి గలి లయలోనున్న కెదెషు దాని గ్రామములు, హమ్మోను దాని గ్రామములు, కిర్యతాయిము దాని గ్రామములు ఇయ్యబడెను.

76. And of the tribe of Naphtali: Kedesh in Galilee and her suburbs, Hammon and her suburbs, and Kirjathaim and her suburbs.

77. మరియు మెరారీయులలో శేషించినవారికి జెబూ లూను గోత్రస్థానములోనుండి రిమ్మోను దాని గ్రామములు, తాబోరుదాని గ్రామములు,

77. To the sons of Merari that were left, [they gave] out of the tribe of Zebulun: Rimmon and her suburbs, and Tabor and her suburbs.

78. యెరికోకు ఆవల యొర్దానునకు తూర్పుగా ఉండు రూబేను గోత్రస్థానములోనుండి అర ణ్యములోని బేసెరు దాని గ్రామములు, యహజాయు దాని గ్రామములు,

78. And beyond the Jordan, Jericho west of the Jordan, [they gave] out of the tribe of Reuben: Bezer in the wilderness and her suburbs, Jahzah and her suburbs,

79. కెదేమోతు దాని గ్రామములు, మేఫాతు దాని గ్రామములు,

79. Kedemoth and her suburbs, and Mephaath and her suburbs.

80. గాదు గోత్ర స్థానములోనుండి గిలాదుయందలి రామోతు దాని గ్రామములు, మహనయీము దాని గ్రామములు,

80. Out of the tribe of Gad: Ramoth Gilead and her suburbs, Mahanaim and her suburbs,

81. హెష్బోను దాని గ్రామములు, యాజెరు దాని గ్రామములు, ఇయ్యబడెను.

81. Heshbon and her suburbs, and Jazer and her suburbs.
