1. జనుల అధికారులు యెరూషలేములో నివాసము చేసిరి. మిగిలిన జనులు పరిశుద్ధపట్టణమగు యెరూష లేమునందు పదిమందిలో ఒకడు నివసించునట్లును, మిగిలిన తొమ్మండుగురు వేరు పట్టణములలో నివసించునట్లును చీట్లు వేసిరి.

1. Forsothe the princis of the puple dwelliden in Jerusalem; the principal men dwelliden in the myddis of the puple with out lot; but the residue puple sente lot, for to take o part of ten, `whiche schulden dwelle in Jerusalem, in the hooli citee; the tenthe part of the puple is chosun for to dwelle in Jerusalem, for the citee was voide; forsothe the nyne partis dwelliden in citees.

2. యెరూషలేములో నివసించుటకు సంతోషముగా ఒప్పు కొనినవారిని జనులు దీవించిరి.

2. Forsothe the puple blesside alle men, that profriden hem silf bi fre wille to dwelle in Jerusalem.

3. యెరూష లేములో నివాసము చేసిన రాజ్యపు ప్రధానులు వీరే, యూదాపట్టణములలో ఎవరి స్వాస్థ్యములో వారు నివ సించుచుండిరి. వారెవరనగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయులును యాజ కులును లేవీయులును నెతీనీయులును సొలొమోనుయొక్క దాసుల వంశస్థులును నివాసము చేసిరి.

3. And so these ben the princes of prouynce, that dwelliden in Jerusalem, and in the citees of Juda; sothely ech man dwellide in his possessioun, in her citees of Israel, prestis, dekenes, Nathynneis, and the sones of the seruauntis of Salomon.

7. బెన్యామీనీయులలో ఎవరనగా యోవేదు పెదాయా కోలాయా మయశేయా ఈతీయేలు యెషయా అను పితరుల వరుసలో మెషుల్లాము కుమారుడైన సల్లు.

7. Sotheli these ben the sones of Beniamyn; Sellum, the sone of Mosollam, the sone of Joedi, the sone of Sadaie, the sone of Colaie, the sone of Masie, the sone of Ethel, the sone of Saie;

22. యెరూషలేములో ఉన్న లేవీయులకు మీకాకు పుట్టిన మత్తన్యా కుమారుడైన హషబ్యా కనిన బానీ కుమారుడైన ఉజ్జీ ప్రధానుడు; ఆసాపు కుమారులలో గాయకులు దేవుని మందిరముయొక్క పనిమీద అధికారులు

26. యేషూవలోను మెలాదాలోను బేత్పెలెతులోను.

27. హజర్షువలులోను బెయేర్షెబాలోను దానికి సంబంధించిన పల్లెలలోను

27. and in Asersual, and in Bersabee, and in the vilagis therof;

28. సిక్లగులోను మెకోనాలోను దానికి సంబంధించిన పల్లెలలోను

28. and in Sicheleg, and in Mochone, and in the vilagis therof;

33. హాసోరులోను రామాలోను గిత్తయీములోను

33. Asor, Rama, Jethaym,

34. హాదీదులోను జెబోయిములోను నెబల్లాటులోను

34. Adid, Soboym,

35. లోదులోను పనివారి లోయ అను ఓనోలోను నివసించిరి.

35. Nebollaloth, and in Onam, the valei of crafti men.
