1. GOD then confronted Job directly:

2. "Now what do you have to say for yourself? Are you going to haul me, the Mighty One, into court and press charges?"

3. అప్పుడు యోబు యెహోవాకు ఈలాగున ప్రత్యుత్తర మిచ్చెను

3. Job answered:

4. చిత్తగించుము, నేను నీచుడను, నేను, నీకు ఏమని ప్రత్యుత్తరమిచ్చెదను? నా నోటిమీద నా చేతిని ఉంచుకొందును.

4. "I'm speechless, in awe--words fail me. I should never have opened my mouth!

5. ఒక మారు మాటలాడితిని నేను మరల నోరెత్తను. రెండు సారులు మాటలాడితిని ఇకను పలుకను.

5. I've talked too much, way too much. I'm ready to shut up and listen."

6. అప్పుడు యెహోవా సుడిగాలిలోనుండి ఈలాగు యోబుతో ప్రత్యుత్తరమిచ్చెను

6. GOD addressed Job next from the eye of the storm, and this is what he said:

7. పౌరుషము తెచ్చుకొని నీ నడుము కట్టుకొనుము నేను నీకు ప్రశ్నవేసెదను నీవు ప్రత్యుత్తరమిమ్ము.
లూకా 12:35

7. "I have some more questions for you, and I want straight answers.

8. నీవు నా న్యాయమును బొత్తిగా కొట్టివేసెదవా? నిర్దోషివని నీవు తీర్పు పొందుటకై నామీద అపరాధము మోపుదువా?

8. "Do you presume to tell me what I'm doing wrong? Are you calling me a sinner so you can be a saint?

9. దేవునికి కలిగియున్న బాహుబలము నీకు కలదా? ఆయన ఉరుము ధ్వనివంటి స్వరముతో నీవు గర్జింప గలవా?

9. Do you have an arm like my arm? Can you shout in thunder the way I can?

10. ఆడంబర మహాత్మ్యములతో నిన్ను నీవు అలంకరించు కొనుము గౌరవప్రభావములను ధరించుకొనుము.

10. Go ahead, show your stuff. Let's see what you're made of, what you can do.

11. నీ ఆగ్రహమును ప్రవాహములుగా కుమ్మరించుము గర్విష్టులైన వారినందరిని చూచి వారిని క్రుంగ జేయుము.

11. Unleash your outrage. Target the arrogant and lay them flat.

12. గర్విష్టులైన వారిని చూచి వారిని అణగగొట్టుము దుష్టులు ఎక్కడనున్నను వారిని అక్కడనే అణగ ద్రొక్కుము.

12. Target the arrogant and bring them to their knees. Stop the wicked in their tracks--make mincemeat of them!

13. కనబడకుండ వారినందరిని బూడిదెలో పాతిపెట్టుము సమాధిలో వారిని బంధింపుము.

13. Dig a mass grave and dump them in it-- faceless corpses in an unmarked grave.

14. అప్పుడు నీ దక్షిణహస్తమే నిన్ను రక్షింపగలదని నేను నిన్నుగూర్చి ఒప్పుకొనెదను.

14. I'll gladly step aside and hand things over to you-- you can surely save yourself with no help from me!

15. నేను చేసిన నీటిగుఱ్ఱమును నీవు చూచియున్నావు గదా ఎద్దువలె అది గడ్డి మేయును.

15. "Look at the land beast, Behemoth. I created him as well as you. Grazing on grass, docile as a cow--

16. దాని శక్తి దాని నడుములో ఉన్నది దాని బలము దాని కడుపు నరములలో ఉన్నది.

16. Just look at the strength of his back, the powerful muscles of his belly.

17. దేవదారుచెట్టు కొమ్మ వంగునట్లు అది తన తోకను వంచును దాని తొడల నరములు దిట్టముగా సంధింపబడి యున్నవి.

17. His tail sways like a cedar in the wind; his huge legs are like beech trees.

18. దాని యెముకలు ఇత్తడి గొట్టములవలె ఉన్నవి దాని ప్రక్క టెముకలు ఇనుపకమ్ములవలె ఉన్నవి

18. His skeleton is made of steel, every bone in his body hard as steel.

19. అది దేవుడు సృష్టించినవాటిలో గొప్పది దాని సృజించినవాడే దాని ఖడ్గమును దానికిచ్చెను.

19. Most magnificent of all my creatures, but I still lead him around like a lamb!

20. పర్వతములలో దానికి మేత మొలచును అరణ్యజంతువులన్నియు అచ్చట ఆడుకొనును.

20. The grass-covered hills serve him meals, while field mice frolic in his shadow.

21. తామర చెట్లక్రిందను జమ్ముగడ్డి మరుగునను పఱ్ఱలోను అది పండుకొనును

21. He takes afternoon naps under shade trees, cools himself in the reedy swamps,

22. తామరచెట్ల నీడను అది ఆశ్రయించును నదిలోని నిరవంజిచెట్లు దాని చుట్టుకొనియుండును.

22. Lazily cool in the leafy shadows as the breeze moves through the willows.

23. నదీప్రవాహము పొంగి పొర్లినను అది భయపడదు యొర్దానువంటి ప్రవాహము పొంగి దానినోటియొద్దకు వచ్చినను అది ధైర్యము విడువదు.

23. And when the river rages he doesn't budge, stolid and unperturbed even when the Jordan goes wild.

24. అది చూచుచుండగా ఎవరైన దానిని పట్టుకొనగలరా? ఉరియొగ్గి దాని ముక్కునకు సూత్రము వేయగలరా?

24. But you'd never want him for a pet-- you'd never be able to housebreak him!
