1. యెహోవా, నేను నీ శరణుజొచ్చి యున్నాను. నన్నెన్నడును సిగ్గుపడనియ్యకుము.

1. In thee, O Yahweh, have I sought refuge, May I not be ashamed unto times age-abiding:

2. నీ నీతినిబట్టి నన్ను తప్పింపుము నన్ను విడిపింపుము నీ చెవి యొగ్గి నన్ను రక్షింపుము.

2. In thy righteousness, wilt thou rescue me, and deliver me, Incline unto me thine ear, and save me:

3. నేను నిత్యము చొచ్చునట్లు నాకు ఆశ్రయదుర్గముగా ఉండుము నా శైలము నా దుర్గము నీవే నీవు నన్ను రక్షింప నిశ్చయించియున్నావు.

3. Be thou unto me, a Rock to dwell in, a Place of Security, To save me, For, my mountain crag and my stronghold, thou art.

4. నా దేవా, భక్తిహీనుల చేతిలోనుండి నన్ను రక్షిం పుము. కీడు చేయువారి పట్టులోనుండి బలాత్కారుని పట్టులోనుండి నన్ను విడిపింపుము.

4. Oh my God, deliver me, From the hand of the lawless one, From the clutch of the perverse and ruthless one;

5. నా ప్రభువా యెహోవా, నా నిరీక్షణాస్పదము నీవే బాల్యమునుండి నా ఆశ్రయము నీవే.

5. For, thou, art my hope, My Lord, Yahweh, My confidence from my youthful days:

6. గర్భవాసినైనది మొదలుకొని నీవే నాకు ప్రాపకుడవై యుంటివి తల్లిగర్భమునుండి నన్ను ఉద్భవింపజేసినవాడవు నీవే నిన్నుగూర్చి నేను నిత్యము స్తుతిగానము చేయుదును.

6. Upon thee, have I stayed myself from birth, Thou art he that severed me, from the body of my mother, Of thee, shall be my praise�continually.

7. నేను అనేకులకు ఒక వింతగా ఉన్నాను అయినను నాకు బలమైన ఆశ్రయము నీవే.

7. A very wonder, have I been unto many, Seeing that, thou, hast been my strong refuge,

8. నీ కీర్తితోను నీ ప్రభావవర్ణనతోను దినమంతయు నా నోరు నిండియున్నది.

8. My mouth shall be filled with, thy praise, All the day, with thy splendour.

9. వృద్ధాప్యమందు నన్ను విడనాడకుము నా బలము క్షీణించినప్పుడు నన్ను విడువకుము.

9. Do not cast me off in the time of old age, When my vigour faileth, do not forsake me;

10. నా శత్రువులు నన్నుగూర్చి మాటలాడుకొను చున్నారు నా ప్రాణముకొరకు పొంచియున్నవారు కూడి ఆలోచన చేయుచున్నారు.

10. For mine enemies have spoken of me, And, they who watch for my life, have taken counsel together;

11. దేవుడు వానిని విడిచెను తప్పించువారెవరును లేరు వానిని తరిమి పట్టుకొనుడి అని వారనుకొనుచున్నారు.

11. Saying, God, hath forsaken him, Pursue and take him, For there is none to rescue.

12. దేవా, నాకు దూరముగా ఉండకుము. నా దేవా, నా సహాయమునకు త్వరపడి రమ్ము

12. O God, be not far from me, O my God, to help me, make haste!

13. నా ప్రాణవిరోధులు సిగ్గుపడి నశించుదురు గాక. నాకు కీడుచేయ జూచువారు నిందపాలై మాన భంగము నొందుదురుగాక.

13. Let them be ashamed�be consumed, Who are assailing my life, Let them be covered with reproach and confusion, Who are seeking my hurt.

14. నేను ఎల్లప్పుడు నిరీక్షింతును నేను మరి యెక్కువగా నిన్ను కీర్తింతును

14. But, I, continually will hope, And will add to all thy praise;

15. నీ నీతిని నీ రక్షణను నా నోరు దినమెల్ల వివరించును అవి నాకు ఎన్నశక్యము కావు.

15. My month, shall relate thy righteousness, All the day, thy deliverance, For I know not the numbers.

16. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా యొక్క బలవత్కార్యములను బట్టి నేను వర్ణింప మొదలుపెట్టెదను నీ నీతినిమాత్రమే నేను వర్ణించెదను.

16. I will enter into the mighty doings of My Lord�Yahweh, I will make mention of thy righteousness�thine alone.

17. దేవా, బాల్యమునుండి నీవు నాకు బోధించుచు వచ్చితివి ఇంతవరకు నీ ఆశ్చర్యకార్యములు నేను తెలుపుచునే వచ్చితిని.

17. O God, thou hast taught me from my youthful days, And, hitherto, have I been wont to tell of thy wonders;

18. దేవా, వచ్చుతరమునకు నీ బాహుబలమును గూర్చియు పుట్టబోవువారికందరికి నీ శౌర్యమును గూర్చియు నేను తెలియజెప్పునట్లు తల నెరసి వృద్ధునైయుండు వరకు నన్ను విడువకుము.

18. Even now, therefore, that I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not forsake me, Until I tell of thine arm unto a new generation, Unto every one that is to come, thy might;

19. దేవా, నీ నీతి మహాకాశమంత ఉన్నతమైనది గొప్ప కార్యములు చేసిన దేవా, నీతో సాటియైన వాడెవడు?

19. And, as for thy righteousness, O God, up on high, Wherein thou hast wrought great things, O God! who is like unto thee?

20. అనేకమైన కఠినబాధలను మాకు కలుగజేసిన వాడా, నీవు మరల మమ్ము బ్రదికించెదవు భూమియొక్క అగాధ స్థలములలోనుండి నీవు మరల మమ్ము లేవనెత్తెదవు.

20. Thou who hast let us see many distresses and misfortunes, Wilt gain bring us to life, And, out of the resounding depths of the earth, wilt again raise us up;

21. నా గొప్పతనమును వృద్ధిచేయుము నా తట్టు మరలి నాకు నెమ్మది కలుగజేయుము

21. Thou wilt increase my greatness, And, on every side, wilt comfort me.

22. నా దేవా, నేనుకూడ నీ సత్యమునుబట్టి స్వరమండల వాద్యముతో నిన్ను స్తుతించెదను ఇశ్రాయేలు పరిశుద్ధ దేవా, సితారాతో నిన్ను కీర్తించెదను.

22. I also, will praise thee by the aid of a harp, Thy faithfulness, O my God, I will make music unto thee with a lyre, Thou holy one of Israel;

23. నేను నిన్ను కీర్తించునప్పుడు నా పెదవులును నీవు విమోచించిన నా ప్రాణమును నిన్నుగూర్చి ఉత్సాహధ్వని చేయును. నాకు కీడు చేయజూచువారు సిగ్గుపడియున్నారు

23. My lips shall make a joyful noise, When I make music unto thee, And my soul which thou hast ransomed;

24. వారు అవమానము పొందియున్నారు కాగా నా నాలుక దినమెల్ల నీ నీతిని వర్ణించును.

24. Even my tongue, all the day, shall softly utter thy righteousness, For they have turned pale�for they have blushed, Who were seeking my hurt.
