1. లేనివార్తను పుట్టింపకూడదు; అన్యాయపు సాక్ష్యమును పలుకుటకై దుష్టునితో నీవు కలియకూడదు;

1. Do not tell a lie about someone else. Do not join with the sinful to say something that will hurt someone.

2. దుష్కార్యము జరిగించుటకై సమూహమును వెంబడించవద్దు, న్యాయమును త్రిప్పి వేయుటకు సమూహముతో చేరి వ్యాజ్యెములో సాక్ష్యము పలుకకూడదు;

2. Do not follow many people in doing wrong. When telling what you know in a trial, do not agree with many people by saying what is not true.

3. వ్యాజ్యెమాడువాడు బీదవాడైనను వానియెడల పక్షపాతముగా నుండకూడదు.

3. And do not show favor to a poor man when he has a problem.

4. నీ శత్రువుని యెద్దయినను గాడిదయైనను తప్పిపోవు చుండగా అది నీకు కనబడినయెడల అగత్యముగా దాని తోలుకొనివచ్చి వాని కప్పగింపవలెను.

4. 'If you meet a bull or donkey that belongs to a man who hates you, be sure to return the animal to him.

5. నీవు నీ పగవాని గాడిద బరువుక్రింద పడియుండుట చూచి, దానినుండి తప్పింపక యుందునని నీవు అనుకొనినను అగత్యముగా వానితో కలిసి దాని విడిపింపవలెను.

5. If you see the donkey of one who hates you falling under its load, do not leave the problem to him. Help him to free the animal.

6. దరిద్రుని వ్యాజ్యెములో న్యాయము విడిచి తీర్పు తీర్చకూడదు

6. Do not keep from doing what is right and fair in trying to help a poor brother when he has a problem.

7. అబద్ధమునకు దూరముగానుండుము; నిరపరాధినైనను నీతిమంతునినైనను చంపకూడదు; నేను దుష్టుని నిర్దోషినిగా ఎంచను.

7. Do not lie against someone. And do not kill those who are right and good or those who are not guilty. For I will not free the guilty.

8. లంచము తీసి కొనకూడదు; లంచము దృష్టిగలవానికి గ్రుడ్డితనము కలుగజేసి, నీతిమంతుల మాటలకు అపార్థము చేయించును.

8. Do not take pay in secret for wrong-doing. For such pay blinds the one who sees well and destroys the words of a good man.

9. పరదేశిని బాధింపకూడదు; పరదేశి మనస్సు ఎట్లుండునో మీరెరుగుదురు; మీరు ఐగుప్తుదేశములో పరదేశులై యుంటిరిగదా.

9. Do not make it hard for a stranger because you know how a stranger feels. You were strangers in the land of Egypt.

10. ఆరు సంవత్సరములు నీ భూమిని విత్తి దాని పంట కూర్చుకొనవలెను.

10. 'You will plant seeds in your land for six years, and gather the grain.

11. ఏడవ సంవత్సరమున దానిని బీడు విడువవలెను. అప్పుడు నీ ప్రజలలోని బీదలు తినిన తరువాత మిగిలినది అడవి మృగములు తినవచ్చును. నీ ద్రాక్షతోట విషయములోను నీ ఒలీవతోట విషయములోను ఆలాగుననే చేయవలెను.

11. But in the seventh year you will let the land rest without planting. So your people who are in need may eat. Whatever they leave, the animals may eat. You are to do the same with your grape-fields and olive trees.

12. ఆరు దినములు నీ పనులు చేసి, నీ యెద్దును నీ గాడిదయు నీ దాసి కుమారుడును పరదేశియు విశ్రమించునట్లు ఏడవ దినమున ఊరక యుండవలెను.

12. You will work six days and rest on the seventh day. So your bull and your donkey may rest. And the son of your female servant, and the stranger, may get their strength again.

13. నేను మీతో చెప్పినవాటినన్నిటిని జాగ్రత్తగా గైకొనవలెను; వేరొక దేవుని పేరు ఉచ్చరింప కూడదు; అది నీ నోటనుండి రానియ్య తగదు.

13. Be careful to do all I have said to you. Never speak the name of other gods. Do not let them be heard from your mouth.

14. సంవత్సరమునకు మూడుమారులు నాకు పండుగ ఆచరింపవలెను.

14. 'Three times a year you will have a special supper to honor Me.

15. పులియని రొట్టెల పండుగ నాచరింపవలెను. నేను నీ కాజ్ఞాపించినట్లు ఆబీబు నెలలో నీవు ఐగుప్తులోనుండి బయలుదేరి వచ్చితివి గనుక ఆ నెలలో నియామక కాలమందు ఏడు దినములు పులియని రొట్టెలను తినవలెను. నా సన్నిధిని ఎవడును వట్టిచేతులతో కనబడకూడదు.

15. You will have the special supper of bread without yeast. For seven days you are to eat bread without yeast at the time I tell you in the month of Abib. For you came out of Egypt during this month. And no one will come before Me with nothing in his hands.

16. నీవు పొలములో విత్తిన నీ వ్యవసాయముల తొలిపంట యొక్క కోతపండుగను, పొలములోనుండి నీ వ్యవసాయ ఫలములను నీవు కూర్చుకొనిన తరువాత సంవత్సరాంత మందు ఫలసంగ్రహపు పండుగను ఆచరింపవలెను.

16. You will have the special supper of the gathering time of the first-fruits of your work, of all you plant in the field. And you will have the special supper of gathering at the end of the year when you gather in the fruit of your work from the field.

17. సంవత్సరమునకు మూడుమారులు పురుషులందరు ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని కనబడవలెను.

17. Three times a year all your males will come before the Lord God.

18. నా బలుల రక్తమును పులిసిన ద్రవ్యముతో అర్పింపకూడదు. నా పండుగలో నర్పించిన క్రొవ్వు ఉదయము వరకు నిలువ యుండకూడదు.

18. 'Do not give the blood of My gift of worship with bread made with yeast. And the fat of My special supper is not to be kept all night until morning.

19. నీ భూమి ప్రథమ ఫలములో మొదటివాటిని దేవుడైన యెహోవా మందిరమునకు తేవలెను. మేకపిల్లను దాని తల్లిపాలతో ఉడకబెట్టకూడదు.

19. Bring the best first-fruits of your land to the house of the Lord your God. Do not boil the meat of a young goat in its mother's milk.

20. ఇదిగో త్రోవలో నిన్ను కాపాడి నేను సిద్ధపరచిన చోటుకు నిన్ను రప్పించుటకు ఒక దూతను నీకు ముందుగా పంపుచున్నాను.

20. 'See, I am sending an angel be-fore you to keep you safe on the way. He will bring you to the place I have made ready.

21. ఆయన సన్నిధిని జాగ్రత్తగానుండి ఆయన మాట వినవలెను. ఆయన కోపము రేపవద్దు; మీ అతిక్రమములను ఆయన పరిహరింపడు, నా నామము ఆయనకున్నది.

21. Listen to him and obey his voice. Do not turn against him, for he will not forgive your sins, because My name is in him.

22. అయితే నీవు ఆయన మాటను జాగ్రత్తగా విని నేను చెప్పినది యావత్తు చేసినయెడల నేను నీ శత్రువులకు శత్రువును నీ విరోధులకు విరోధియునై యుందును.

22. But if you obey his voice and do all that I say, then I will hate those who hate you and fight against those who fight against you.

23. ఎట్లనగా నా దూత నీకు ముందుగావెళ్లుచు, అమోరీయులు హిత్తీయులు పెరిజ్జీయులు కనానీయులు హివ్వీయులు యెబూసీయులను వారున్న చోటుకు నిన్ను రప్పించును, నేను వారిని సంహరించెదను.

23. For My angel will go before you and bring you into the land of the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hivites and the Jebusites. And I will destroy them.

24. వారి దేవతలకు సాగిలపడకూడదు, వాటిని పూజింపకూడదు; వారి క్రియలవంటి క్రియలు చేయక వారిని తప్పక నిర్మూలము చేసి, వారి విగ్రహములను బొత్తిగా పగులగొట్టవలెను.

24. Do not worship their gods, or serve them, or act like them. But you are to destroy them and break their pillars of worship to pieces.

25. నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవానే సేవింపవలెను, అప్పుడు ఆయన నీ ఆహారమును నీ పానమును దీవించును. నేను నీ మధ్యనుండి రోగము తొలగించెదను.

25. Serve the Lord your God and He will give you bread and water. And I will take sickness from among you.

26. కడుపు దిగబడునదియు గొడ్డుదియు నీ దేశము లోను ఉండదు. నీ దినముల లెక్క సంపూర్తి చేసెదను.

26. Women in your land will not lose their babies before they are born, and will be able to give birth. I will give you a full life.

27. నన్నుబట్టి మనుష్యులు నీకు భయపడునట్లు చేసెదను. నీవు పోవు సర్వ దేశములవారిని ఓడ గొట్టి నీ సమస్త శత్రువులు నీ యెదుటనుండి పారిపోవునట్లు చేసెదను.

27. I will send My fear before you. The people you meet will be afraid. And I will make all those who hate you run away from you.

28. మరియు, పెద్ద కందిరీగలను నీకు ముందుగా పంపించెదను, అవి నీ యెదుటనుండి హివ్వీయులను కనానీయులను హిత్తీయులను వెళ్లగొట్టను.

28. I will send hornets before you. They will drive out the Hivites, the Canaanites and the Hittites before you come.

29. దేశము పాడై అడవిమృగములు నీకు విరోధముగా విస్తరింపకుండునట్లు వారిని ఒక్క సంవత్సరములోనే నీ యెదుటనుండి వెళ్లగొట్టను.

29. I will not move them out of your way in one year. So the land will not become a waste, and the animals of the field become too many for you.

30. నీవు అభివృద్ధిపొంది ఆ దేశమును స్వాధీనపరచుకొనువరకు క్రమక్రమముగా వారిని నీయెదుటనుండి వెళ్లగొట్టెదను.

30. I will drive them out a few at a time, until you become many and take the land for your own.

31. మరియు ఎఱ్ఱ సముద్రమునుండి ఫిలిష్తీయుల సముద్రము వరకును అరణ్యమునుండి నదివరకును నీ పొలిమేరలను ఏర్పరచెదను, ఆ దేశ నివాసులను నీ చేతి కప్పగించెదను. నీవు నీ యెదుటనుండి వారిని వెళ్లగొట్టెదవు.

31. I will give you the land from the Red Sea to the sea of the Philistines, and from the place where no people live to the Euphrates River. For I will give you power over the people of the land. And you will drive them away from you.

32. నీవు వారితో నైనను వారి దేవతలతోనైనను నిబంధన చేసికొనవద్దు. నీవు వారి దేవతలను సేవించినయెడల అది నీకు ఉరియగును గనుక

32. Make no agreement with them or their gods.

33. వారు నీచేత నాకు విరోధముగా పాపము చేయింపకుండునట్లు వారు నీ దేశములో నివసింపకూడదు.

33. They are not to live in your land, or they will make you sin against Me. If you worship their gods, for sure it will be a trap to you.'
