1. ఐగుప్తునుగూర్చిన దేవోక్తి యెహోవా వేగముగల మేఘము ఎక్కి ఐగుప్తునకు వచ్చుచున్నాడు ఐగుప్తు విగ్రహములు ఆయన సన్నిధిని కలవరపడును ఐగుప్తీయుల గుండె కరగుచున్నది

1. An oracle against Egypt: Look, the LORD rides on a swift cloud and is coming to Egypt. Egypt's idols will tremble before Him, and Egypt's heart will melt within it.

2. I will provoke Egypt against Egypt; each will fight against his brother and each against his friend, city against city, kingdom against kingdom.

3. ఐగుప్తీయులయొక్క శౌర్యము నశించును వారి ఆలోచనశక్తిని నేను మాన్పివేసెదను కావున వారు విగ్రహములయొద్దకును గొణుగువారి యొద్దకును కర్ణపిశాచిగలవారియొద్దకును సోదెగాండ్రయొద్దకును విచారింప వెళ్లుదురు.

3. Egypt's spirit will be disturbed within it, and I will frustrate its plans. Then they will seek idols, ghosts, spirits of the dead, and spiritists.

4. నేను ఐగుప్తీయులను క్రూరమైన అధికారికి అప్పగించె దను బలాత్కారుడైన రాజు వారి నేలును అని ప్రభువును సైన్యములకధిపతియునగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

4. I will deliver Egypt into the hands of harsh masters, and a strong king will rule it. [This is] the declaration of the Lord God of Hosts.

5. సముద్రజలములు ఇంకిపోవును నదియును ఎండి పొడినేల యగును

5. The waters of the sea will dry up, and the river will be parched and dry.

6. ఏటి పాయలును కంపుకొట్టును ఐగుప్తు కాలువలు ఇంకి యెండిపోవును రెల్లును తుంగలును వాడిపోవును.

6. The channels will stink; they will dwindle, and Egypt's canals will be parched. Reed and rush will die.

7. నైలునదీప్రాంతమున దాని తీరముననున్న బీడులును దానియొద్ద విత్తబడిన పైరంతయు ఎండి కొట్టుకొని పోయి కనబడక పోవును.

7. The reeds by the Nile, by the mouth of the river, and all the cultivated areas of the Nile will wither, blow away, and vanish.

8. జాలరులును దుఃఖించెదరు నైలునదిలో గాలములు వేయువారందరు ప్రలాపించెదరు జలములమీద వలలు వేయువారు కృశించిపోవుదురు

8. Then the fishermen will mourn. All those who cast hooks into the Nile will lament, and those who spread nets on the water will shrivel up.

9. దువ్వెనతో దువ్వబడు జనుపనారపని చేయువారును తెల్లని బట్టలు నేయువారును సిగ్గుపడుదురు. రాజ్య స్తంభములు పడగొట్టబడును

9. Those who work with flax will be dismayed; the combers and weavers will turn pale.

10. కూలిపని చేయువారందరు మనోవ్యాధి పొందుదురు.

10. [Egypt's] weavers will be dejected; all her wage earners will be demoralized.

11. ఫరోయొక్క జ్ఞానులైన ఆలోచనకర్తలు సోయను అధిపతులు కేవలము అవివేకులైరి. ఆలోచనశక్తి పశుప్రాయమాయెను నేను జ్ఞాని కుమారుడను పూర్వపురాజుల కుమారుడనని ఫరోతో మీరెట్లు చెప్పుదురు?

11. The princes of Zoan are complete fools; Pharaoh's wisest advisers give stupid advice! How can you say to Pharaoh, 'I am one of the wise, a student of eastern kings.'

12. నీ జ్ఞానులు ఏమైరి? సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఐగుప్తునుగూర్చి నిర్ణయించినదానిని వారు గ్రహించి నీతో చెప్పవలెను గదా?

12. Where then are your wise men? Let them tell you and reveal what the LORD of Hosts has planned against Egypt.

13. సోయను అధిపతులు అవివేకులైరి నోపు అధిపతులు మోసపోయిరి. ఐగుప్తు గోత్ర నిర్వాహకులు అది మార్గము తప్పునట్లు చేసిరి

13. The princes of Zoan have been fools; the princes of Memphis are deceived. Her tribal chieftains have led Egypt astray.

14. యెహోవా ఐగుప్తుమీద మూర్ఖతగల ఆత్మను కుమ్మరించి యున్నాడు మత్తుడు తన వాంతిలో తూలిపడునట్లు ఐగుప్తును తన పని అంతటి విషయమై వారు తూలచేసి యున్నారు

14. The LORD has mixed within her a spirit of confusion. [The leaders] have made Egypt stagger in all she does, as a drunkard staggers in his vomit.

15. తలయైనను తోకయైనను కొమ్మయైనను రెల్లయినను ఐగుప్తులో పని సాగింపువారెవరును లేరు

15. No head or tail, palm or reed, will be able to do anything for Egypt.

16. ఆ దినమున ఐగుప్తీయులు స్త్రీలవంటివారగుదురు. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా వారిపైన తన చెయ్యి ఆడించును ఆడుచుండు ఆయన చెయ్యి చూచి వారు వణకి భయపడుదురు.

16. On that day Egypt will be like women. She will tremble with fear because of the threatening hand of the LORD of Hosts when He raises it against her.

17. యూదాదేశము ఐగుప్తునకు భయంకరమగును తమకువిరోధముగా సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఉద్దేశించినదానినిబట్టి ఒకడు ప్రస్తాపించినయెడల ఐగుప్తీయులు వణకుదురు.

17. The land of Judah will terrify Egypt; whenever Judah is mentioned, Egypt will tremble because of what the LORD of Hosts has planned against it.

18. ఆ దినమున కనానుభాషతో మాటలాడుచు యెహోవా వారమని ప్రమాణముచేయు అయిదు పట్టణములు ఐగుప్తుదేశములో ఉండును, వాటిలో ఒకటి నాశనపురము.

18. On that day five cities in the land of Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear loyalty to the LORD of Hosts. One of the cities will be called the City of the Sun.

19. ఆ దినమున ఐగుప్తుదేశము మధ్యను యెహోవాకు ఒక బలిపీఠమును దాని సరిహద్దునొద్ద యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన యొక స్తంభమును ఉండును.

19. On that day there will be an altar to the LORD in the center of the land of Egypt and a pillar to the LORD near her border.

20. అది ఐగుప్తుదేశములో సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహో వాకు సూచనగాను సాక్ష్యార్థముగాను ఉండును. బాధకులనుగూర్చి వారు యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టగా ఆయన వారి నిమిత్తము శూరుడైన యొక రక్షకుని పంపును అతడు వారిని విమోచించును.

20. It will be a sign and witness to the LORD of Hosts in the land of Egypt. When they cry out to the LORD because of their oppressors, He will send them a savior and leader, and he will rescue them.

21. ఐగుప్తీయులు తెలిసికొనునట్లు యెహోవా తన్ను వెల్లడిపరచుకొనును ఆ దినమున ఐగుప్తీయులు యెహోవాను తెలిసి కొందురు వారు బలి నైవేద్యముల నర్పించి ఆయనను సేవించెదరు యెహోవాకు మ్రొక్కుకొనెదరు తాము చేసికొనిన మ్రొక్కుబడులను చెల్లించెదరు.

21. The LORD will make Himself known to Egypt, and Egypt will know the LORD on that day. They will offer sacrifices and offerings; they will make vows to the LORD and fulfill them.

22. యెహోవా వారిని కొట్టును స్వస్థపరచవలెనని ఐగుప్తీయులను కొట్టును వారు యెహోవా వైపు తిరుగగా ఆయన వారి ప్రార్థన నంగీకరించి వారిని స్వస్థపరచును.

22. The LORD will strike Egypt, striking and healing. Then they will return to the LORD and He will hear their prayers and heal them.

23. ఆ దినమున ఐగుప్తునుండి అష్షూరుకు రాజమార్గ మేర్పడును అష్షూరీయులు ఐగుప్తునకును ఐగుప్తీయులు అష్షూరునకును వచ్చుచు పోవుచునుందురు ఐగుప్తీయులును అష్షూరీయులును యెహోవాను సేవించెదరు.

23. On that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. Assyria will go to Egypt, Egypt to Assyria, and Egypt will worship with Assyria.

24. ఆ దినమున ఐగుప్తు అష్షూరీయులతోకూడ ఇశ్రాయేలు మూడవ జనమై భూమిమీద ఆశీర్వాద కారణముగ నుండును.

24. On that day Israel will form a triple [alliance] with Egypt and Assyria-- a blessing within the land.

25. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా నా జనమైన ఐగుప్తీయులారా, నా చేతుల పనియైన అష్షూరీయులారా, నా స్వాస్థ్యమైన ఇశ్రాయేలీయులారా, మీరు ఆశీర్వదింపబడుదురని చెప్పి వారిని ఆశీర్వదించును.

25. The LORD of Hosts will bless them, saying, 'Blessed be Egypt My people, Assyria My handiwork, and Israel My inheritance.'
