1. మరియు యిర్మీయా చెరసాల ప్రాకారములలో ఇంక ఉంచబడియుండగా యెహోవా వాక్కు రెండవసారి అతనికి ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. MOREOVER, THE word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the second time, while he was still shut up in the court of the guard, saying,

2. మాట నెరవేర్చు యెహోవా, స్థిరపరచవలెనని దాని నిర్మించు యెహోవా, యెహోవా అను నామము వహించినవాడే ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు

2. Thus says the Lord Who made [the earth], the Lord Who formed it to establish it--the Lord is His name:

3. నాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టుము నేను నీకు ఉత్తరమిచ్చెదను, నీవు గ్రహింపలేని గొప్ప సంగతులను గూఢమైన సంగతులను నీకు తెలియజేతును.

3. Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).

4. ముట్టడిదిబ్బల దెబ్బకును ఖడ్గమునకును పట్టణములోని యిండ్లన్నియు యూదారాజుల నగరులును శిథిలమై పోయెనుగదా. వాటినిగూర్చి ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా

4. For thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, concerning the houses of this city and the houses of the kings of Judah which are torn down to make a defense against the siege mounds and before the sword: [Isa. 22:10; Jer. 6:6.]

5. కల్దీయులతో యుద్ధము చేసి, వారి చెడుతనమునుబట్టి ఈ పట్టణమునకు విముఖుడనైన నా మహాకోపముచేత హతులై, తమ కళేబరములతో కల్దీయులకు సంతృప్తికలిగించుటకై వారు వచ్చుచుండగా

5. They [the besieged Jews] are coming in to fight against the Chaldeans, and they [the houses] will be filled with the dead bodies of men whom I shall slay in My anger and My wrath; for I have hidden My face [in indignation] from this city because of all their wickedness.

6. నేను దానికి ఆరోగ్యమును స్వస్థతను మరల రప్పించు చున్నాను, వారిని స్వస్థపరచుచున్నాను, వారికి సత్య సమాధానములను సమృద్ధిగా బయలుపరచెదను.

6. Behold, [in the future restored Jerusalem] I will lay upon it health and healing, and I will cure them and will reveal to them the abundance of peace (prosperity, security, stability) and truth.

7. చెరలో నుండిన యూదావారిని ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని నేను రప్పించుచున్నాను, మొదట నుండినట్లు వారిని స్థాపించు చున్నాను.

7. And I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to be reversed and will rebuild them as they were at first.

8. వారు నాకు విరోధముగా చేసిన పాప దోషము నిలువకుండ వారిని పవిత్రపరతును, వారు నాకు విరోధముగాచేసిన దోషములన్నిటిని తిరుగుబాటులన్నిటిని క్షమించెదను.

8. And I will cleanse them from all the guilt and iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will forgive all their guilt and iniquities by which they have sinned and rebelled against Me.

9. భూజనులందరియెదుట వారు నాకిష్టమైన పేరుగాను స్తోత్రకారణముగాను ఘనతాస్పదముగాను ఉందురు, నేను వారికి చేయు సకల ఉపకారములను గూర్చిన వర్తమానమును జనులువిని నేను వారికి కలుగజేయు సమస్తక్షేమమును బట్టియు సమస్తమైన మేలును బట్టియు భయపడుచు దిగులు నొందుదురు.

9. And [Jerusalem] shall be to Me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth that hear of all the good I do for it, and they shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace, prosperity, security, and stability I provide for it.

10. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఇది పాడైపోయెను, దీనిలో నరులు లేరు నివాసులు లేరు, జంతువులు లేవు అని మీరు చెప్పు ఈ స్థలములోనే, మనుష్యులైనను నివాసులైనను జంతువులైనను లేక పాడైపోయిన యూదా పట్టణములలోనే, యెరూషలేము వీధులలోనే,

10. Thus says the Lord: Yet again there shall be heard in this place of which you say, It is a desolate waste, without man and without beast--even in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without beast--

11. సంతోష స్వరమును ఆనంద శబ్దమును పెండ్లి కుమారుని స్వరమును పెండ్లికుమార్తె స్వర మునుయెహోవా మంచివాడు, ఆయన కృప నిరంతర ముండును, సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవాను స్తుతిం చుడి అని పలుకువారి స్వరమును మరల వినబడును; యెహోవా మందిరములోనికి స్తుతి యాగములను తీసికొని వచ్చువారి స్వరమును మరల వినబడును; మునుపటివలె ఉండుటకై చెరలోనున్న యీ దేశస్థులను నేను రప్పించు చున్నానని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు

11. [There shall be heard again] the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing as they bring sacrifices of thanksgiving into the house of the Lord, Give praise and thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good; for His mercy and kindness and steadfast love endure forever! For I will cause the captivity of the land to be reversed and return to be as it was at first, says the Lord.

12. సైన్యముల కధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు మనుష్యులైనను జంతువులైనను లేక పాడైయున్న యీ స్థలములోను దాని పట్టణములన్నిటిలోను గొఱ్ఱెల మందలను మేపుచు పరుండబెట్టు కాపరులుందురు.

12. Thus says the Lord of hosts: In this place which is desolate, without man and without beast, and in all its cities, there shall again be dwellings and pastures of shepherds resting their flocks.

13. మన్నెపు పట్టణములలోను మైదానపు పట్టణములలోను దక్షిణదేశపు పట్టణములలోను బెన్యామీను దేశములోను యెరూషలేము ప్రాంత స్థలములలోను యూదా పట్టణములలోను మందలు లెక్క పెట్టువారిచేత లెక్కింపబడునని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

13. In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the lowland, in the cities of the South (the Negeb), in the land of Benjamin, in the places around Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah shall flocks pass again under the hands of him who counts them, says the Lord.

14. యెహోవా వాక్కు ఇదే ఇశ్రాయేలు వంశస్థులను గూర్చియు యూదా వంశస్థులనుగూర్చియు నేను చెప్పిన మంచి మాట నెరవేర్చు దినములు వచ్చుచున్నవి.

14. Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will fulfill the good promise I have made to the house of Israel and the house of Judah.

15. ఆ దినములలో ఆ కాలమందే నేను దావీదునకు నీతిచిగురును మొలిపించెదను; అతడు భూమిమీద నీతి న్యాయములను అనుసరించి జరిగించును.

15. In those days and at that time will I cause a righteous Branch [the Messiah] to grow up to David; and He shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. [Isa. 4:2; Jer. 23:5; Zech. 3:8; 6:12.]

16. ఆ దినములలో యూదావారు రక్షింపబడుదురు. యెరూషలేము నివాసులు సురక్షితముగా నివసింతురు, యెహోవాయే మనకు నీతియని యెరూషలేమునకు పేరుపెట్టబడును.

16. In those days Judah shall be saved and Jerusalem shall dwell safely. And this is the name by which it will be called, The Lord is Our Righteousness (our Rightness, our Justice).

17. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఇశ్రాయేలువారి సింహాసనముమీద కూర్చుండువాడొకడు దావీదునకుండక మానడు.

17. For thus says the Lord: David shall never fail [to have] a man [descendant] to sit on the throne of the house of Israel,

18. ఎడతెగక దహనబలులను అర్పించుటకును నైవేద్యముల నర్పించుటకును బలులను అర్పించుటకును నా సన్నిధిని యాజకులైన లేవీయులలో ఒకడుండక మానడు.

18. Nor shall the Levitical priests fail [to have] a man [descendant] to offer burnt offerings before Me and to burn cereal offerings and to make sacrifices continually (all day long).

19. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు యిర్మీయాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

19. And the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,

20. యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చునదేమనగా దివారాత్రములు వాటి సమయములలో ఉండకపోవునట్లు నేను పగటికి చేసిన నిబంధనను రాత్రికి చేసిన నిబంధనను మీరు భంగము చేయకలిగిన యెడల

20. Thus says the Lord: If you can break My covenant with the day, and My covenant with the night, so that there should not be day and night in their season,

21. నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సింహాసనముమీద కూర్చుండి రాజ్యపరిపాలనచేయు కుమారుడు అతనికి ఉండక మానడని అతనితో నేను చేసిన నిబంధన వ్యర్థ మగును; మరియు నా పరిచారకులైన లేవీయులగు యాజకులతోను నేను చేసిన నా నిబంధన వ్యర్థమగును.

21. Then can also My covenant be broken with David My servant, so that he shall not have a son to reign upon his throne, and [My league be broken also] with the Levitical priests, My ministers.

22. ఆకాశ నక్షత్రములు లెక్కింప శక్యము కానట్టుగాను, సముద్రపు ఇసుకరేణువుల నెంచుట అసాధ్యమైనట్టుగాను, నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సంతానమును, నాకు పరిచర్యచేయు లేవీయులను లెక్కింప లేనంతగా నేను విస్తరింపజేయుదును.

22. As the host of [the stars of] the heavens cannot be numbered nor the sand of the sea be measured, so will I multiply the offspring of David My servant and the Levites who minister to Me.

23. మరియు యెహోవావాక్కు యిర్మీయాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

23. Moreover, the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,

24. తాను ఏర్పరచుకొనిన రెండు కుటుంబములను యెహోవా విసర్జించెననియు, నా ప్రజలు ఇకమీదట తమ యెదుట జనముగా ఉండరనియు వారిని తృణీకరించుచు ఈ జనులు చెప్పుకొను మాట నీకు వినబడుచున్నది గదా.

24. Have you not noticed that these people [the Jews] are saying, The Lord has cast off the two families [Israel and Judah] which He chose? Thus My people have despised [themselves in relation to God as His covenant people], so that they are no more a nation in their [own] sight.

25. యెహోవా ఈ మాట సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు పగటినిగూర్చియు రాత్రినిగూర్చియు నేను చేసిన నిబంధన నిలకడగా ఉండని యెడల

25. Thus says the Lord: If My covenant with day and night does not stand, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of the heavens and the earth [the whole order of nature],

26. భూమ్యా కాశములనుగూర్చిన విధులను నియమించువాడను నేను కానియెడల, అబ్రాహాము ఇస్సాకు యాకోబుల సంతానమును ఏలుటకు అతని సంతాన సంబంధియైన యేలికను ఏర్పరచుకొనక నేను యాకోబు సంతానపువాడగు నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సంతానమును విసర్జింతును. నిశ్చయ ముగా నేను వారియెడల జాలిపడి చెరలోనుండి వారిని రప్పించెదను.

26. Then will I also cast away the descendants of Jacob and David My servant and will not choose one of his offspring to be ruler over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will cause their captivity to be reversed, and I will have mercy, kindness, and steadfast love on and for them. [Gen. 49:10.]
