1. అమ్మోనీయులనుగూర్చి యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఇశ్రాయేలునకు కుమారులు లేరా? అతనికి వారసుడు లేకపోయెనా? మల్కోము గాదును ఎందుకు స్వతంత్రించుకొనును? అతని ప్రజలు దాని పట్టణములలో ఎందుకు నివసింతురు?

1. This message is to the Ammonite people. This is what the Lord says: 'Do you think that Israel has no children? Do you think there is no one to take the land when the parents die? If that were true, why did Molech take Gad's land and why did Molech's people settle in Gad's towns?'

2. కాగా యెహోవా ఈలాగున సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు రాగల దినములలో నేను అమ్మోనీయుల పట్టణమగు రబ్బా మీదికి వచ్చు యుద్ధము యొక్క ధ్వని వినబడజేసెదను; అది పాడుదిబ్బయగును, దాని ఉపపురములు అగ్నిచేత కాల్చబడును, దాని వారసులకు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు వారసులగుదురని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

2. The Lord says, 'The time will come when I will make Rabbah, the capital city of the Ammonites, hear the battle cry. It will become a hill covered with ruins, and the towns around it will be burned. Those people forced Israel out of that land, but now Israel will force them out!' says the Lord.

Run here and there for safety inside the walls, because Molech will be taken captive and his priests and officers with him.

4. You brag about your valleys and about the fruit in your valleys. You are like an unfaithful child who believes his treasures will save him. You think, 'Who would attack me?'

5. నీ లోయలో జలములు ప్రవహించు చున్నవని, నీవేల నీ లోయలనుగూర్చి యతిశయించు చున్నావు? ప్రభువును సైన్యములకధిపతియునగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు

5. I will soon bring terror on you from everyone around you,' says the Lord God All-Powerful. 'You will all be forced to run away, and no one will be able to gather you.

6. నేను నీ చుట్టునున్న వారందరివలన నీకు భయము పుట్టించు చున్నాను; మీరందరు శత్రువుని కెదురుగా తరుమబడు దురు, పారిపోవువారిని సమకూర్చు వాడొకడును లేక పోవును, అటుతరువాత చెరలోనున్న అమ్మోనీయులను నేను రప్పించెదను; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

6. 'But the time will come when I will make good things happen to the Ammonites again,' says the Lord.

7. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఎదోమునుగూర్చి ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు తేమానులో జ్ఞానమిక నేమియులేదా? వివేకులకు ఇక ఆలోచన లేకపోయెనా? వారి జ్ఞానము వ్యర్థమాయెనా?

7. This message is to Edom. This is what the Lord All-Powerful says: 'Is there no more wisdom in the town of Teman? give good advice? Have they lost their wisdom?

8. ఏశావును విమర్శించుచు నేనతనికి కష్టకాలము రప్పించుచున్నాను; దదానీయు లారా, పారిపోవుడి వెనుకకు మళ్లుడి బహులోతున దాగు కొనుడి.

8. You people living in the town of Dedan, run away and hide in deep caves, because I will bring disaster on the people of Esau. It is time for me to punish them.

9. ద్రాక్షపండ్లు ఏరువారు నీయొద్దకు వచ్చిన యెడల వారు పరిగెలను విడువరా? రాత్రి దొంగలు వచ్చినయెడల తమకు చాలునంత దొరుకువరకు నష్టము చేయుదురు గదా?

9. If workers came and picked the grapes from your vines, they would leave a few grapes behind. If robbers came at night, they would steal only enough for themselves.

10. నేను ఏశావును దిగంబరినిగా చేయు చున్నాను, అతడు దాగియుండకుండునట్లు నేనతని మరుగు స్థలమును బయలుపరచుచున్నాను, అతని సంతానమును అతని స్వజాతివారును అతని పొరుగువారును నాశన మగు చున్నారు, అతడును లేకపోవును.

10. But I will strip Edom bare. I will find all their hiding places, so they will not be able to hide from me. The children, relatives, and neighbors will die, and Edom will be no more.

11. Leave the orphans, and I will take care of them. Your widows also can trust in me.'

12. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు న్యాయముచేత ఆ పాత్రలోనిది త్రాగను రానివారు నిశ్చయముగా దానిలోనిది త్రాగుచున్నారే, నీవుమాత్రము బొత్తిగా శిక్ష నొందకపోవుదువా? శిక్ష తప్పించుకొనక నీవు నిశ్చయముగా త్రాగుదువు.

12. This is what the Lord says: 'Some people did not deserve to be punished, but they had to drink from the cup of suffering anyway. People of Edom, you deserve to be punished, so you will not escape punishment. You must certainly drink from the cup of suffering.'

13. బొస్రా పాడుగాను అపహాస్యాస్పదముగాను ఎడారి గాను శాపవచనముగాను ఉండుననియు, దాని పట్టణము లన్నియు ఎన్నటెన్నటికి పాడుగానుండుననియు నా తోడని ప్రమాణము చేసియున్నానని యెహోవా సెల విచ్చుచున్నాడు.

13. The Lord says, 'I swear by my own name that the city of Bozrah will become a pile of ruins! People will be shocked by what happened there. They will insult that city and speak evil of it. And all the towns around it will become ruins forever.'

14. యెహోవా యొద్దనుండి నాకు వర్త మానము వచ్చెను; జనముల యొద్దకు దూత పంపబడి యున్నాడు, కూడికొని ఆమెమీదికి రండి యుద్ధమునకు లేచి రండి.

14. I have heard a message from the Lord. A messenger has been sent among the nations, saying, 'Gather your armies to attack it! Get ready for battle!'

15. జనములలో అల్పునిగాను మనుష్యులలో నీచునిగాను నేను నిన్ను చేయుచున్నాను.

15. 'Soon I will make you the smallest of nations, and you will be greatly hated by everyone.

16. నీవు భీకరుడవు; కొండసందులలో నివసించువాడా, పర్వత శిఖరమును స్వాధీనపరచుకొనువాడా, నీ హృదయగర్వము నిన్ను మోసపుచ్చెను, నీవు పక్షిరాజువలె నీ గూటిని ఉన్నత స్థలములో కట్టుకొనినను అక్కడనుండి నిన్ను క్రింద పడద్రోసెదను; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

16. Edom, you frightened other nations, but your pride has fooled you. You live in the hollow places of the cliff and control the high places of the hills. Even if you build your home as high as an eagle's nest, I will bring you down from there,' says the Lord.

17. ఎదోము పాడైపోవును, దాని మార్గమున నడుచువారు ఆశ్చర్యపడి దాని యిడుమలన్నియు చూచి వేళాకోళము చేయుదురు.

17. 'Edom will be destroyed. People who pass by will be shocked to see the destroyed cities, and they will be amazed at all her injuries.

18. సొదొమయు గొమొఱ్ఱాయు వాటి సమీప పట్టణములును పడగొట్టబడిన తరువాత వాటిలో ఎవడును కాపురముండక పోయినట్లు ఏ మనుష్యుడును అక్కడ కాపురముండడు, ఏ నరుడును దానిలో బసచేయడు.

18. Edom will be destroyed like the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and the towns around them,' says the Lord. 'No one will live there! No one will stay in Edom.'

19. చిరకాలము నిలుచు నివాసమును పట్టుకొనవలెనని శత్రువులు యొర్దాను ప్రవాహములో నుండి సింహమువలె వచ్చుచున్నారు, నిమిషములోనే నేను వారిని దాని యొద్దనుండి తోలివేయుదును, నేనెవని నేర్పరతునో వానిని దానిమీద నియమించెదను; నన్ను పోలియున్న వాడై నాకు ఆక్షేపణ కలుగచేయువాడేడి? నన్ను ఎదిరింప గల కాపరియేడి?

19. Like a lion coming up from the thick bushes near the Jordan River to attack a strong pen for sheep, I will suddenly chase Edom from its land. Who is the one I have chosen to do this? There is no one like me, no one who can take me to court. None of their leaders can stand up against me.'

20. ఎదోమునుగూర్చి యెహోవా చేసిన ఆలోచన వినుడి. తేమాను నివాసులనుగూర్చి ఆయన ఉద్దేశించినదాని వినుడి. నిశ్చయముగా మందలో అల్పులైన వారిని శత్రువులు లాగుదురు, నిశ్చయముగా వారి నివాస స్థలము వారినిబట్టి ఆశ్చర్యపడును.

20. So listen to what the Lord has planned to do against Edom. Listen to what he has decided to do to the people in the town of Teman. He will surely drag away the young ones of Edom. Their hometowns will surely be shocked at what happens to them.

21. At the sound of Edom's fall, the earth will shake. Their cry will be heard all the way to the Red Sea.

22. శత్రువు పక్షిరాజువలె లేచి యెగిరి బొస్రామీద పడవలె నని తన రెక్కలు విప్పుకొనుచున్నాడు; ఆ దినమున ఎదోము బలాఢ్యుల హృదయములు ప్రసవించు స్త్రీ హృదయమువలె ఉండును.

22. The Lord is like an eagle swooping down and spreading its wings over the city of Bozrah. very frightened, like a woman having a baby.

23. దమస్కును గూర్చిన వాక్కు. హమాతును అర్పాదును దుర్వార్త విని సిగ్గు పడు చున్నవి అవి పరవశములాయెను సముద్రముమీద విచారము కలదుదానికి నెమ్మదిలేదు.

23. This message is to the city of Damascus: 'The towns of Hamath and Arpad are put to shame, because they have heard bad news. They are discouraged. They are troubled like the tossing sea.

24. దమస్కు బలహీనమాయెను. పారిపోవలెనని అది వెనుకతీయుచున్నది వణకు దానిని పట్టెను ప్రసవించు స్త్రీని పట్టునట్లు ప్రయాసవేదనలు దానిని పట్టెను.

24. The city of Damascus has become weak. The people want to run away; they are ready to panic. The people feel pain and suffering, like a woman giving birth to a baby.

25. ప్రసిద్ధిగల పట్టణము బొత్తిగా విడువబడెను నాకు ఆనందమునిచ్చు పట్టణము బొత్తిగా విడువ బడెను.

25. Damascus was a city of my joy. Why have the people not left that famous city yet?

26. Surely the young men will die in the city squares, and all her soldiers will be killed at that time,' says the Lord All-Powerful.

27. నేను దమస్కు ప్రాకారములో అగ్ని రాజబెట్టెదను అది బెన్హదదు నగరులను కాల్చివేయును.

27. 'I will set fire to the walls of Damascus, and it will completely burn the strong cities of King Ben-Hadad.'

28. బబులోనురాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరు కొట్టిన కేదారును గూర్చియు హాసోరు రాజ్యములనుగూర్చియు యెహోవా సెల విచ్చినమాట లేచి కేదారునకు వెళ్లుడి తూర్పుదేశస్థులను దోచు కొనుడి.

28. This message is to the tribe of Kedar and the kingdoms of Hazor, which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon defeated. This is what the Lord says: 'Go and attack the people of Kedar, and destroy the people of the East.

29. వారి గుడారములను గొఱ్ఱెల మందలను శత్రువులు కొనిపోవుదురు తెరలను ఉపకరణములను ఒంటెలను వారు పట్టు కొందురు నఖముఖాల భయమని వారు దానిమీద చాటింతురు

29. Their tents and flocks will be taken away. Their belongings will be carried off -- their tents, all their goods, and their camels. Men will shout to them, 'Terror on every side!'

30. 'Run away quickly! People in Hazor, find a good place to hide!' says the Lord. 'Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon has made plans against you and wants to defeat you.

31. మీరు లేచి ఒంటరిగా నివసించుచు గుమ్మములు పెట్టకయు గడియలు అమర్చకయు నిశ్చింతగాను క్షేమముగాను నివసించు జనముమీద పడుడి.

31. 'Get up! Attack the nation that is comfortable, that is sure no one will defeat it,' says the Lord. 'It does not have gates or fences to protect it. Its people live alone.

32. The enemy will steal their camels and their large herds of cattle as war prizes. I will scatter the people who cut their hair short to every part of the earth, and I will bring disaster on them from everywhere,' says the Lord.

33. హాసోరు చిరకాలము పాడై నక్కలకు నివాస స్థలముగా ఉండును అక్కడ ఏ మనుష్యుడును కాపురముండడు ఏ నరుడును దానిలో బసచేయడు.

33. 'The city of Hazor will become a home for wild dogs; it will be an empty desert forever. No one will live there, and no one will stay in it.'

34. యూదారాజైన సిద్కియా యేలుబడి ఆరంభములో యెహోవా వాక్కు ప్రవక్తయైన యిర్మీయాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై ఏలామునుగూర్చి

34. Soon after Zedekiah became king of Judah, the Lord spoke this word to Jeremiah the prophet. This message is to the nation of Elam.

35. ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెనుసైన్యములకధిపతి యగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చినదేమనగానేను ఏలాము యొక్క బలమునకు ముఖ్యాధారమైన వింటిని విరుచు చున్నాను.

35. This is what the Lord All-Powerful says: 'I will soon break Elam's bow, its greatest strength.

36. నలుదిశలనుండి నాలుగు వాయువులను ఏలాముమీదికి రప్పించి, నలుదిక్కులనుండి వచ్చువాయు వులవెంట వారిని చెదరగొట్టుదును, వెలివేయబడిన ఏలాము వారు ప్రవేశింపని దేశమేదియు నుండదు.

36. I will bring the four winds against Elam from the four corners of the skies. I will scatter its people everywhere the four winds blow; its captives will go to every nation.

37. I will terrify Elam in front of their enemies, who want to destroy them. and show them how angry I am!' says the Lord. 'I will send a sword to chase Elam until I have killed them all.

38. నా సింహాసనమును అచ్చటనే స్థాపించి ఏలాములో నుండి రాజును అధిపతులను నాశనముచేయుదును; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

38. I will set up my throne in Elam to show that I am king, and I will destroy its king and its officers!' says the Lord.

39. అయితే కాలాంతమున చెరపట్టబడిన ఏలాము వారిని నేను మరల రప్పించెదను; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

39. But I will make good things happen to Elam again in the future,' says the Lord.
