1. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:

2. నరపుత్రుడా, ప్రవచించుచున్న ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల ప్రవక్తలకు విరోధముగా ప్రవచించి, మనస్సు వచ్చినట్లు ప్రవచించువారితో నీవీలాగు చెప్పుము యెహోవా మాట ఆలకించుడి.

2. Son of man. prophesy against the prophets of Israel, who are prophesying, and say unto them who prophesy out of their own heart, Hear ye the word of Yahweh,

3. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా దర్శనమేమియు కలుగకున్నను స్వబుద్ధి ననుసరించు అవివేక ప్రవక్తలకు శ్రమ.

3. Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Alas for the base prophets, who follow their own spirit and have seen, nothing.

4. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులారా, మీ ప్రవక్తలు పాడైన స్థలములలో నుండు నక్కలతో సాటిగా ఉన్నారు.

4. As jackals, among ruins, thy prophets O Israel have been.

5. యెహోవా దినమున ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు యుద్ధమందు స్థిరముగా నిలుచు నట్లు మీరు గోడలలోనున్న బీటల దగ్గర నిలువరు, ప్రాకారమును దిట్టపరచరు.

5. Ye have not gone up into the breaches, Nor but a wall about the house of Israel, to stand in the battle in the day of Yahweh. s

6. వారు వ్యర్థమైన దర్శనములు చూచి, అబద్ధపు సోదె చూచి యెహోవా తమ్మును పంపక పోయినను, తాము చెప్పినమాట స్థిరమని నమ్మునట్లు ఇది యెహోవా వాక్కు అని చెప్పుదురు.

6. They have had Visions of falsehood, and Divinations of lies, Who say. Declareth Yahweh, when, Yahweh, hath not sent them, Yet have they waited for fulfilling of the word.

7. నేను సెలవియ్యకపోయినను ఇది యెహోవా వాక్కు అని మీరు చెప్పిన యెడల మీరు కనినది వ్యర్థమైన దర్శనముగదా? మీరు నమ్మదగని సోదెగాండ్రయితిరి గదా?

7. Is it not a Vision of falsehood, ye have seen, and a Divination of lies, ye have spoken, Since ye are saying. Declareth Yahweh! when I have not spoken

8. కావున ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు మీరు వ్యర్థమైన మాటలు పలుకుచు నిరర్థకమైన దర్శనములు కనుచున్నారు గనుక నేను మీకు విరోధిని; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.

8. Therefore Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Because ye have spoken falsehood, And have had visions of lies, Therefore behold me! against you, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.

9. వ్యర్థమైన దర్శనములు కనుచు, నమ్మదగని సోదెగాండ్రయిన ప్రవక్తలకు నేను పగవాడను, వారు నా జనుల సభలోనికి రారు, ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల సంఖ్యలో చేరినవారు కాక పోదురు, వారు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేశములోనికి తిరిగి రారు, అప్పుడు నేను ప్రభువైన యెహోవానని మీరు తెలిసికొందురు.

9. So then my hand shall be against the prophets who have Visions of falsehood and who divine Divinations of lies In the council of my people, shall they not be found. And in the register of the house of Israel, shall they not be written, And Upon the so of Israel, shall they not enter, So shall ye know that, I, am The Lord Yahweh,

10. సమాధానమేమియు లేకపోయినను వారు సమాధానమని చెప్పి నా జనులను మోసపుచ్చు చున్నారు; నా జనులు మంటిగోడను కట్టగా వారు వచ్చి దానిమీద గచ్చుపూత పూసెదరు.

10. Because, yea, even because, they have led astray my people saying. Prosperity! when there was no prosperity, and one man, was building a partition wall, when there they were! eating it with whitewash

11. ఇందువలననే పూయుచున్న వారితో నీ విట్లనుము వర్షము ప్రవాహముగా కురియును, గొప్ప వడగండ్లు పడును, తుపాను దాని పడగొట్టగా అది పడిపోవును.

11. Say thou unto them who are coating with whitewash It shall fall, There hath come an Overflowing rain And I will make ha-stones fall, And a tempestuous wind shall break it down.

12. ఆ గోడ పడగా జనులు మిమ్మును చూచి మీరు పూసిన పూత యేమాయెనని అడుగుదురు గదా?

12. Lo! when the wall hath fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the coating, wherewith ye coated it?

13. ఇందుకు ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నేను రౌద్రము తెచ్చుకొని తుపానుచేత దానిని పడగొట్టుదును, నా కోపమునుబట్టి వర్షము ప్రవాహముగా కురియును, నా రౌద్రమునుబట్టి గొప్ప వడగండ్లు పడి దానిని లయపరచును,

13. Therefore Thus saith my Lord, Yahweh, So will I break down with a tempestuous wind. in mine indignation, And an overflowing rain in mine anger, shall there be, With hailstones in wrath to make an end;

14. దాని పునాది కనబడునట్లు మీరు గచ్చుపూత పూసిన గోడను నేను నేలతో సమముగా కూల్చెదను, అది పడిపోగా దానిక్రింద మీరును నాశనమగుదురు, అప్పుడు నేను యెహోవానని మీరు తెలిసికొందురు.

14. And I will pull down the wall which ye have coated with whitewash And will bring it unto the ground So shall be discovered its foundation, Yea it shall fall And ye shall come to an end in the midst thereof, So shall ye know that am Yahweh.

15. ఈలాగున ఆ గోడమీదను దానిమీద గచ్చుపూత పూసినవారిమీదను నా కోపము నేను తీర్చుకొని, ఆ గోడకును దానికి పూత పూసినవారికిని పని తీరెనని మీతో చెప్పుదును.

15. Thus will I bring to an end mine indignation against the wall, and against them who were coating it with whitewash, And will say to you No more is the wall, And no more are they who were coating it:

16. యెరూషలేమునకు సమాధానము లేకపోయినను ఆ పూత పూయువారు సమాధానార్థమైన దర్శనములు కనుచు ప్రవచించువారు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల ప్రవక్తలే; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.

16. to wit the prophets of Israel who are prophesying unto Jerusalem, and are seeing, on her behalf, visions of prosperity, when there is no prosperity, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.

17. మరియు నరపుత్రుడా, మనస్సునకు వచ్చినట్టు ప్రవచించు నీ జనుల కుమార్తెలమీద కఠినదృష్టియుంచి వారికి విరోధముగా ఈలాగు ప్రవచింపుము

17. And thou, Son of man Set thy face against the daughters of thy people, Those who are prophesying out of their own heart, And prophesy thou against them;

18. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా మనుష్యులను వేటాడ వలెనని చేతుల కీళ్లన్నిటికిని గుడ్డలుకుట్టి, యెవరి యెత్తు చొప్పున వారి తలలకు ముసుకులుచేయు స్త్రీలారా, మీకు శ్రమ; మీరు నా జనులను వేటాడి మిమ్మును రక్షించుకొందురు.

18. and say, Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, Alas! for the women Who sew oracle, cases on all elbows And prepare wraps upon the head of every stature to hunt souls, the souls ye hunt, are those of my people, Whereas your own souls:, ye keep alive.

19. అబద్ధపు మాటల నంగీకరించు నా జనులతో అబద్ధఫు మాటలు చెప్పుచు, చేరెడు యవలకును రొట్టెముక్కలకును ఆశపడి మరణమునకు పాత్రులు కాని వారిని చంపుచు, బ్రదుకుటకు అపాత్రులైన వారిని బ్రదికించుచు నా జనులలో మీరు నన్ను దూషించెదరు.

19. Thus have ye profaned me unto my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, Putting to death the souls that should not die, and Keeping alive the souls that should not live, By your lying to my people I who hearken to lies

20. కావున ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చు చున్నాడు నేను దుఃఖపరచని నీతిమంతుని మనస్సును అబద్ధములచేత మీరు దుఃఖింపజేయుదురు, దుర్మార్గులు తమ దుష్‌ప్రవర్తన విడిచి తమ ప్రాణములను రక్షించుకొనకుండ మీరు వారిని ధైర్యపరతురు గనుక

20. Therefore, Thus saith my Lord Yahweh, Behold me! against your oracle-cases where. with ye are hunting the souls to make them fly, And I will tear them off your arms, And let go the souls of them whose souls ye are hunting as birds;

21. మనుష్యులను వేటాడుటకై మీరు కుట్టు గుడ్డలకు నేను విరోధినై వారిని విడిపించెదను, మీ కౌగిటిలోనుండి వారిని ఊడ బెరికి, మీరు వేటాడు మనుష్యులను నేను విడిపించి తప్పించుకొననిచ్చెదను.

21. And will tear off your wraps, And deliver my people out of your hand, And they shall be no longer in your hand to be hunted;- So shall ye know that, I, am Yahweh.

22. మరియు నేను యెహోవానని మీరు తెలిసికొనునట్లు మీరు వేసిన ముసుకులను నేను చింపి మీ చేతిలోనుండి నా జనులను విడిపించెదను, వేటాడుటకు వారికను మీ వశమున ఉండరు.

22. Because of the paining of the heart the righteous man with falsehood, whom, I, have not pained, And strengthening the hands of the lawless man, that he should not turn from his wicked way. by letting him live

23. మీరికను వ్యర్థమైన దర్శనములు కనకయుందురు, సోదె చెప్పక యుందురు; నేను యెహోవానని మీరు తెలిసికొనునట్లు నా జనులను మీ వశమునుండి విడిపించెదను.

23. Therefore of falsehood:, shall ye have no vision, And a divination:, shall ye not divine any more, So will I deliver my people out of your hand, And ye shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
