1. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

2. నరపుత్రుడా, ఒక తల్లికి పుట్టిన యిద్దరు స్త్రీలు కలరు.

2. Son of man, there were two women, daughters of one mother:

3. వీరు ఐగుప్తుదేశములో జారత్వము చేసిరి, ¸యౌవనకాలమందే జారత్వము చేయుచు వచ్చిరి, అక్కడ వారికి ఆలింగనమాయెను, అక్కడ వారి కన్యాకాలపు చనులను పురుషులు నలిపిరి.

3. and they went a-whoring in Egypt in their youth. There their breasts fell, there they lost their virginity.

4. వారిలో పెద్దదాని పేరు ఒహొలా, ఆమె సహోదరి పేరు ఒహొలీబా. వీరు నాకు పెండ్లి చేయబడినవారై కుమారులను కుమార్తెలను కనిరి ఒహొలాయను పేరు షోమ్రోనునకును, ఒహొలీబాయను పేరు యెరూషలేమునకును చెందుచున్నవి.

4. And their names were Oholah the elder, and Oholibah her sister: and they were Mine, and bore sons and daughters: and [as for] their names, Samaria was Oholah, and Jerusalem was Oholibah.

5. ఒహొలా నాకు పెండ్లిచేయబడినను వ్యభిచారముచేసి

5. And Oholah went a-whoring from Me, and doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians that were her neighbors,

6. తన విటకాండ్రమీద బహుగా ఆశ పెట్టుకొని, ధూమ్రవర్ణముగల వస్త్రములు ధరించుకొనిన సైన్యాధిపతులును అధికారులును అందముగల ¸యౌవనులును గుఱ్ఱములెక్కు రౌతులును అగు అష్టూరువారిని మోహించెను.

6. clothed with purple, princes and captains; [they were] young men and choice, all horsemen riding on horses.

7. అది కాముకురాలిరీతిగా అష్షూరువారిలో ముఖ్యులగు వారందరియెదుట తిరుగుచు, వారందరితో వ్యభిచరించుచు, వారు పెట్టుకొనిన విగ్రహములన్నిటిని పూజించుచు, అపవిత్రురాలాయెను.

7. And she bestowed her fornication upon them; all were choice sons of the Assyrians: and on whomsoever she doted herself, with them she defiled herself in all [their] devices.

8. మరియు ఐగుప్తులో నేర్చుకొనిన జారత్వమును ఇది మానకయుండెను, అచ్చటనే దాని ¸యౌవనమందే పురుషులు దానితో శయనించిరి, దాని చనులను ఆలింగనము చేసిరి, కాముకులై దానితో విశేషముగా వ్యభిచారము చేసిరి.

8. And she forsook not her fornication with the Egyptians: for in her youth they committed fornication with her, and they deflowered her, and poured out their fornication upon her.

9. కావున దాని విటకాండ్రకు నేను దానిని అప్పగించియున్నాను, అది మోహించిన అష్షూరువారికి దానిని అప్పగించి యున్నాను.

9. Therefore I delivered her into the hands of her lovers, into the hands of the children of the Assyrians, on whom she doted.

10. వీరు దాని మానాచ్ఛాదనము తీసిరి, దాని కుమారులను కుమార్తెలను పట్టుకొని దానిని ఖడ్గముచేత చంపిరి; యీలాగున ఆమె స్త్రీలలో అపకీర్తిపాలై శిక్ష నొందెను.

10. They uncovered her shame; they took her sons and daughters, and slew her with the sword; and she became a byword among women; and they wrought vengeance in her for the sake of the daughters.

11. దాని చెల్లెలైన ఒహొలీబా దానిని చూచి కాముకత్వమందు దానిని మించి అక్కచేసిన జారత్వములకంటె మరి ఎక్కువగా జారత్వము చేసెను.

11. And her sister Oholibah saw [it], and she indulged in her fondness more corruptly than she, and in her fornication more than the fornication of her sister.

12. ప్రశస్త వస్త్ర ములు ధరించినవారును సైన్యాధిపతులును అధికారులును గుఱ్ఱములెక్కు రౌతులును సౌందర్యముగల ¸యౌవనులును అగు అష్షూరువారైన తన పొరుగువారిని అది మోహించెను.

12. She doted upon the sons of the Assyrian, princes and captains, her neighbors, clothed with fine linen, horsemen riding on horses; [they were] all choice young men.

13. అది అపవిత్రురాలాయెననియు, వారిద్దరును ఏకరీతినే ప్రవర్తించుచున్నారనియు నాకు తెలిసెను.

13. And I saw that they were defiled, [that] the two [had] one way.

14. మరియు అది యధికముగా వ్యభిచారము చేయవలెనని కోరినదై, మొలలకు నడికట్లును తలలమీద చిత్రవర్ణము గల పాగాలును పెట్టుకొని రాచకళలుగలవారై

14. And she increased her fornication, and she saw men painted on the wall, likenesses of the Chaldeans painted with a pencil,

15. సిందూరముతో పూయబడి గోడమీద చెక్కబడినవారై, తమ జన్మదేశమైన కల్దీయులదేశపు బబులోను వారివంటి కల్దీ యుల పటములను చూచి మోహించెను.

15. having variegated belts on their loins, having also richly dyed [turbans] upon their heads; all had a princely appearance, the likeness of the children of the Chaldeans, of their native land.

16. అది వారిని చూచినవెంటనే మోహించి కల్దీయదేశమునకు వారి యొద్దకు దూతలను పంపి వారిని పిలిపించుకొనగా

16. And she doted upon them as soon as she saw them, and sent forth messengers to them into the land of the Chaldeans.

17. బబులోను వారు సంభోగము కోరివచ్చి జారత్వముచేత దానిని అపవిత్ర పరచిరి; వారిచేత అది అపవిత్రపరచబడిన తరువాత, దాని మనస్సు వారికి యెడమాయెను.

17. And the sons of Babylon came to her, into the bed of rest, and they defiled her in her fornication, and she was defiled by them, and her soul was alienated from them.

18. ఇట్లు అది జారత్వము అధికముగాచేసి తన మానాచ్ఛాదనము తీసి వేసికొనెను గనుక దాని అక్క విషయములో నేను ఆశాభగ్నుడనైనట్టు దాని విషయములోను ఆశాభగ్నుడ నైతిని.

18. And she exposed her fornication, and exposed her shame. And My soul was alienated from her, even as My soul was alienated from her sister.

19. మరియు ¸యౌవనదినములందు ఐగుప్తు దేశములో తాను జరిగించిన వ్యభిచారము మనస్సునకు తెచ్చుకొని అది మరి ఎక్కువగా వ్యభిచారము చేయుచు వచ్చెను.

19. And you multiplied your fornication, so as to call to remembrance the days of your youth, in which you committed harlotry in Egypt,

20. గాడిద గుఱ్ఱములవంటి సిగ్గుమాలిన మోహముగల తన విట కాండ్రయందు అది మోహము నిలుపుచుండెను.

20. and you doted upon the Chaldeans, whose flesh is as the flesh of donkeys, and their members [as] the members of horses.

21. యౌవనకాలమందు నీవు ఐగుప్తీయులచేత నీ చనులను నలిపించుకొనిన సంగతి జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొని నీ బాల్యకాలపు దుష్కార్యమును చేయవలెనని నీవు చూచుచుంటివి.

21. And you looked upon the iniquity of your youth, [the things] which you did in Egypt in your lodgings, where were the breasts of your youth.

22. కావున ఒహొలీబా, ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నీ మనస్సునకు ఎడమైపోయిన నీ విట కాండ్రను రేపి నలుదిక్కులు వారిని నీమీదికి రప్పించెదను.

22. Therefore, Oholibah, thus says the Lord: Behold, I [will] stir up your lovers against you, from whom your soul is alienated, and I will bring them upon you round about,

23. గుఱ్ఱములనెక్కు బబులోనువారిని కల్దీయులను అధిపతులను ప్రధానాధికారులనందరిని అష్షూరీయులను సౌందర్యముగల శ్రేష్ఠులను అధిపతులను అధికారులను శూరులను మంత్రులను అందరిని నీమీదికి నేను రప్పించు చున్నాను.

23. the children of Babylon, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod, and Shoa, and Koa, and all the sons of the Assyrians with them; choice young men, governors and captains, all princes and renowned, riding on horses.

24. ఆయుధములు పట్టుకొని చక్రములుగల రథములతోను గొప్ప సైన్యముతోను వారు నీమీదికి వచ్చి, కేడెములను డాళ్లను పట్టుకొని శిరస్త్రాణములు ధరించుకొని వారు నీమీదికి వచ్చి నిన్ను చుట్టుకొందురు, వారు తమ మర్యాదచొప్పున నిన్ను శిక్షించునట్లు నేనునిన్ను గూర్చిన తీర్పు వారికప్పగింతును.

24. And they all shall come upon you from the north, chariots and wheels, with a multitude of nations, shields and targets; and [the enemy] shall set a watch against you round about;and I will set judgment before them, and they shall take vengeance on you with their judgements.

25. ఉగ్రతతో వారు నిన్ను శిక్షించునట్లు నా రోషము నీకు చూపుదును, నీ చెవులను నీ ముక్కును వారు తెగగోయుదురు, నీలో శేషించినవారు ఖడ్గముచేత కూలుదురు, నీ కుమారులను నీ కుమార్తెలను వారు పట్టుకొందురు, నీలో శేషించిన వారు అగ్నిచేత దహింపబడుదురు.

25. And I will bring upon you My jealousy, and they shall deal with you in great wrath. They shall take away your nose and your ears, and shall cast down your remnant with the sword. They shall take your sons and your daughters, and fire shall devour your remnant.

26. నీ బట్టలను లాగి వేసి నీ సొగసైన నగలను అపహరించుదురు.

26. And they shall strip you of your clothing, and take [away] your ornaments.

27. ఐగుప్తును నీవిక కోరకయు, అచ్చట నీవు చేసిన వ్యభిచారమిక మనస్సునకు తెచ్చుకొనకయు నుండునట్లు ఐగుప్తుదేశమందుండి నీవు చేసిన వ్యభిచారమును దుష్కార్యమును నీలో నుండకుండ ఈలాగున మాన్పించెదను.

27. So I will turn back your ungodliness from you, and your fornication from the land of Egypt; and you shall not lift up your eyes upon them, and shall no more remember Egypt.

28. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నీవు ద్వేషించినవారికిని నీ మనస్సు ఎడమైన వారికిని నిన్ను అప్పగించుచున్నాను.

28. Wherefore thus says the Lord God: Behold, I [will] deliver you into the hands of those whom you hate, from whom your soul is alienated.

29. ద్వేషముచేత వారు నిన్ను బాధింతురు, నీ కష్టార్జితమంతయు పట్టుకొని నిన్ను వస్త్రహీనముగాను దిగంబరిగాను విడుతురు; అప్పుడు నీ వేశ్యాత్వమును నీ దుష్కార్యములును నీ జారత్వమును వెల్లడియగును.

29. And they shall deal with you in hatred, and shall take all [the fruits] of your labors and your toils, and you shall be naked and bare; and the shame of your fornication shall be exposed. And your ungodliness and your fornication

30. నీవు అన్యజనులతో చేసిన వ్యభిచారమునుబట్టియు నీవు వారి విగ్రహములను పూజించి అపవిత్రపరచుకొనుటను బట్టియు నీకు ఇవి సంభవించును; నీ అక్క ప్రవర్తించినట్టు నీవును ప్రవర్తించితివి గనుక అది పానము చేసిన పాత్రను నీ చేతికిచ్చెదను.

30. has brought this upon you, in that you went a-whoring after the nations, and defiled yourself with their devices.

31. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నీ అక్క పానము చేసిన, లోతును వెడల్పునుగల పాత్రలోనిది నీవును పానము చేయవలెను.

31. You walked in the way of your sister; and I will put her cup into your hands.

32. అందులో పానము చేయ వలసినది చాల యున్నది గనుక ఎగతాళియు అపహాస్యమును నీకు తటస్థించెను.

32. Thus says the Lord: Drink your sister's cup, deep and large and full, to cause complete drunkenness.

33. నీ అక్కయైన షోమ్రోను పాత్ర వినాశోపద్రవములతో నిండినది, నీవు దానిలో నిది త్రాగి మత్తురాలవై దుఃఖముతో నింపబడుదువు.

33. And you shall be thoroughly weakened; and the cup of destruction, the cup of your sister Samaria,

34. అడుగుమట్టునకు దాని పానముచేసి పాత్రను చెక్కలు చేసి వాటితో నీ స్తనములను పెరుకుకొందువు; నేనే మాటయిచ్చియున్నాను; ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.

34. drink it, and I will take away her feasts and her new moons; for I have spoken [it], says the Lord.

35. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈ మాట సెలవిచ్చు చున్నాడు నీవు నన్ను మరచి వెనుకకు త్రోసివేసితివి గనుక నీ దుష్కార్యములకును వ్యభిచారమునకును రావలసిన శిక్షను నీవు భరించెదవు.

35. Therefore thus says the Lord: Because you have forgotten Me, and have cast Me behind your back, therefore receive [the reward] of your ungodliness and your fornication.

36. మరియు యెహోవా నాకీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను నరపుత్రుడా, ఒహొలాకును ఒహొలీబాకును నీవు తీర్పు తీర్చుదువా? అట్లయితే వారి హేయకృత్యములను వారికి తెలియజేయుము.

36. And the Lord said to me, Son of man, will you not judge Oholah and Oholibah, and declare to them their iniquities?

37. వారు వ్యభిచారిణులును నరహత్య చేయువారునై విగ్రహములతో వ్యభిచరించి, నాకు కనిన కుమారులను విగ్రహములు మింగునట్లు వారిని వాటికి ప్రతిష్టించిరి.

37. For they have committed adultery, and blood was in their hands, they committed adultery with their devices, and they passed through the fire to them their children which they bore to Me.

38. వారీలాగున నాయెడల జరిగించుచున్నారు; అదియుగాక ఆ దినమందే, వారు నా పరిశుద్ధస్థలమును అపవిత్రపరచిన దినమందే, నేను నియమించిన విశ్రాంతి దినములను సామాన్యదినములుగా ఎంచిరి.

38. So long too as they did these things to Me, they defiled My sanctuary, and profaned My Sabbaths.

39. తాము పెట్టు కొనిన విగ్రహములపేరట తమ పిల్లలను చంపిననాడే వారు నా పరిశుద్ధస్థలములో చొచ్చి దాని నపవిత్ర పరచి, నామందిరములోనే వారీలాగున చేసిరి.

39. And when they sacrificed their children to their idols, they also went into My sanctuary to profane it; and whereas they did thus in the midst of My house,

40. మరియు దూరముననున్న వారిని పిలిపించుకొనుటకై వారు దూతను పంపిరి; వారు రాగా వారికొరకు నీవు స్నానము చేసి కన్నులకు కాటుకపెట్టుకొని ఆభరణములు ధరించు కొని

40. and whereas they did thus to the men that came from afar, to whom they sent messengers, and as soon as they came, immediately you washed yourself, and painted your eyes and adorned yourself with ornaments,

41. ఘనమైన మంచముమీద కూర్చుండి బల్లను సిద్ధ పరచి దానిమీద నా పరిమళ ద్రవ్యమును తైలమును పెట్టితివి.

41. and sat on a prepared bed, and before it [there was] a table set out, and [as for] My incense and My oil, they rejoiced in them,

42. ఆలాగున జరుగగా, అచ్చట ఆమెతో ఉండిన వేడుకగాండ్ర సమూహముయొక్క సందడి వినబడెను. సమూహమునకు చేరిన త్రాగుబోతులు వారియొద్దకు ఎడారి మార్గమునుండి వచ్చిరి, వారు ఈ వేశ్యల చేతులకు కడియములు తొడిగి వారి తలలకు పూదండలు చుట్టిరి.

42. and they raised a sound of music, and [that] with men coming from the wilderness out of a multitude of men, and they put bracelets on their hands, and a crown of glory on their heads.

43. వ్యభిచారము చేయుటచేత బలహీనురాలైన దీనితో నేనీలాగంటిని అది మరెన్నటికిని వ్యభిచారముచేయక మానదు.

43. Therefore I said, Do they not commit adultery with these? And has she also gone a-whoring [after] the manner of a harlot?

44. వేశ్యతో సాంగత్యముచేయునట్లు వారు దానితో సాంగత్యము చేయుదురు, ఆలాగుననే వారు కాముకురాండ్రయిన ఒహొలాతోను ఒహొలీబాతోను సాంగత్యము చేయుచువచ్చిరి.

44. And they went in to her, as [men] go in to a harlot; so they went in to Oholah and to Oholibah, to work iniquity.

45. అయితే వ్యభిచారిణులకును నరహంతకురాండ్రకును రావలసిన శిక్ష నీతిపరులైన వారు వీరికి తగినట్టుగా విధింతురు; వారు వ్యభిచారిణులే, నరహత్యచేయ యత్నించుదురు.

45. And they are just men, and shall take vengeance on them with the judgment of an adulteress and the judgment of blood, for they are adulteresses, and blood is on their hands.

46. ఇందుకు ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా వారిమీదికి నేను సైన్యమును రప్పింతును, శత్రువులు వారిని బాధించుటకై దోపుడు సొమ్ముగా వారిని అప్పగింతును.

46. Thus says the Lord God: Bring up a multitude upon them, and send trouble and plunder into the midst of them.

47. ఆ సైనికులు రాళ్లు రువ్వి వారిని చంపుదురు, ఖడ్గముచేత హతము చేయుదురు, వారి కుమారులను కుమార్తెలను చంపుదురు, వారి యిండ్లను అగ్నిచేత కాల్చివేయుదురు.

47. And stone them with the stones of a multitude, and pierce them with their swords; they shall slay their sons and their daughters, and shall burn up their houses.

48. స్త్రీలందరు మీ కామాతురతచొప్పున చేయకూడదని నేర్చుకొనునట్లు మీ కామాతురతను దేశములో నుండకుండ మాన్పించుదును.

48. And I will remove ungodliness out of the land, and all the women shall be instructed, and shall not do according to their ungodliness.

49. నేనే యెహోవానని మీరు తెలిసికొనునట్లు మీ కామాతురతకు శిక్ష విధింపబడును, విగ్రహములను పూజించిన పాపమును మీరు భరించుదురు.

49. And your ungodliness shall be recompensed upon you, and you shall bear the guilt of your devices, and you shall know that I am the Lord.
