1. In the eleventh year, on the first [day] of the month, the word of the LORD came to me:

2. నరపుత్రుడా, యెరూషలేమునుగూర్చి - ఆహా జనములకు ద్వారముగానున్న పట్టణము పడగొట్టబడెను, అది నావశమాయెను, అది పాడైపోయినందున నేను పరిపూర్ణము నొందితిని అని తూరు చెప్పెను గనుక

2. 'Son of man, because Tyre said about Jerusalem: Good! The gateway to the peoples is shattered. She has been turned over to me. I will be filled [now that] she lies in ruins,

3. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చున దేమనగా తూరుపట్టణమా, నేను నీకు విరోధి నైతిని, సముద్రము దాని తరంగములను పొంగజేయు రీతిగా నేను అనేకజనములను నీ మీదికి రప్పించెదను.

3. therefore this is what the Lord God says: See, I am against you, Tyre! I will raise up many nations against you, just as the sea raises its waves.

4. వారు వచ్చి తూరుయొక్క ప్రాకారములను కూల్చి దాని కోటలను పడగొట్టుదురు, నేను దానిమీదనున్న మంటిని తుడిచి వేయుదును, దానిని వట్టిబండగా చేసెదను.

4. They will destroy the walls of Tyre and demolish her towers. I will scrape the soil from her and turn her into a bare rock.

5. సముద్రము దాని నావరించును, అది వలలు పరచుటకు చోటగును, నేనేమాట యిచ్చితిని, ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు అది జనములకు దోపుడుసొమ్మగును.

5. She will become a place in the sea to spread nets, for I have spoken.' [This is] the declaration of the Lord God. 'She will become plunder for the nations,

6. బయటి పొలములో నున్న దాని కుమార్తెలు కత్తిపాలగుదురు, అప్పుడు నేను యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు.

6. and her villages on the mainland will be slaughtered by the sword. Then they will know that I am the LORD.'

7. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా రారాజగు బబులోనురాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరును నేను తూరుపట్టణము మీదికి రప్పించుచున్నాను, అతడు గుఱ్ఱములతోను రథములతోను రౌతులతోను గుంపులు గుంపులుగానున్న సైన్యముతోను ఉత్తరదిక్కునుండివచ్చి

7. For this is what the Lord God says: 'See, I am about to bring King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon, king of kings, against Tyre from the north with horses, chariots, cavalry, and a vast company of troops.

8. బయటిపొలము లోని నీ కుమార్తెలను ఖడ్గముతో చంపి, నీ కెదురుగా బురుజులు కట్టించి దిబ్బవేయించి నీ కెదురుగా డాలు నెత్తును.

8. He will slaughter your villages on the mainland with the sword. He will set up siege works against you, and will build a ramp and raise a wall of shields against you.

9. మరియు అతడు నీ ప్రాకారములను పడగొట్టుటకై యంత్రములు సంధించి గొడ్డండ్రతో నీ కోటలను పడగొట్టును.

9. He will direct the blows of his battering rams against your walls and tear down your towers with his iron tools.

10. His horses will be so numerous that their dust will cover you. When he enters your gates as [an army] entering a breached city, your walls will shake from the noise of cavalry, wagons, and chariots.

11. He will trample all your streets with the hooves of his horses. He will slaughter your people with the sword, and your mighty pillars will fall to the ground.

12. వారు నీ ఐశ్వర్యమును దోచుకొందురు, నీ వర్తకమును అపహరింతురు, నీ ప్రాకారములను పడగొట్టుదురు, నీ విలాస మందిరములను పాడుచేయుదురు, నీ రాళ్లను నీ కలపను నీ మంటిని నీళ్లలో ముంచివేయుదురు.

12. They will take your wealth as spoil and plunder your merchandise. They will also demolish your walls and tear down your beautiful homes. Then they will throw your stones, timber, and soil into the water.

13. ఇట్లు నేను నీ సంగీతనాదమును మాన్పించెదను, నీ సితారా నాదమికను వినబడదు,

13. I will put an end to the noise of your songs, and the sound of your lyres will no longer be heard.

14. నిన్ను వట్టిబండగా చేయుదును, వలలు పరచుకొనుటకు చోటగుదువు నీవికను కట్టబడక యుందువు. నేనే మాట యిచ్చియున్నాను; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.

14. I will turn you into a bare rock, and you will be a place to spread nets. You will never be rebuilt, for I, the LORD, have spoken.' [This is] the declaration of the Lord God.

15. తూరునుగూర్చి ప్రభువగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చు నదేమనగా నీవు కూలునప్పుడు కలుగు ధ్వనియు, హతులగుచున్నవారి కేకలును, నీలో జరుగు గొప్పవధయు ద్వీపములు విని కంపించును.

15. This is what the Lord God says to Tyre: 'Won't the coasts and islands quake at the sound of your downfall, when the wounded groan and slaughter occurs within you?

16. సముద్రపు అధిపతులందరును తమ సింహాసనములమీదనుండి దిగి, తమ చొక్కాయి లను విచిత్రమైన వస్త్రములను తీసివేసి, దిగులుపడిన వారై నేలను కూర్చుండి గడగడ వణకుచు నిన్ను చూచి విస్మయపడుదురు.

16. All the princes of the sea will descend from their thrones, remove their robes, and strip off their embroidered garments. They will clothe themselves with trembling; they will sit on the ground, tremble continually, and be appalled at you.

17. వారు నిన్నుగూర్చి అంగలార్పు వచన మెత్తి ఈలాగున అందురుసముద్ర నివాసమైనదానా, ఖ్యాతినొందిన పట్ణణమా, నీవెట్లు నాశనమైతివి? సముద్ర ప్రయాణము చేయుటవలన దానికిని దాని నివాసులకును బలము కలిగెను, సముద్రవాసులందరిని భీతిల్లచేసినది ఇదే.

17. Then they will lament for you and say of you: How you have perished, city of renown, you who were populated from the seas! She who was powerful on the sea, she and all of her inhabitants inflicted their terror.

18. ఇప్పుడు నీవు కూలినందున ద్వీపములు కంపించుచున్నవి, నీవు వెళ్లిపోవుట చూచి సముద్రద్వీపములు కదలు చున్నవి.

18. Now the coastlands tremble on the day of your downfall; the islands in the sea are alarmed by your demise.'

19. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నివాసులులేని పట్టణములవలెనే నేను నిన్ను పాడుచేయునప్పుడు మహా సముద్రము నిన్ను ముంచునట్లుగా నీ మీదికి నేను అగాధజలములను రప్పించెదను, పురాతన కాలమందు పాతాళములోనికి దిగిపోయినవారియొద్ద నీ వుండునట్లు నేను నిన్ను పడవేసి, నీవు జనములేని దాన వగుటకై పురాతనకాలములో పాడైన జనులయొద్ద భూమి క్రిందనున్న స్థలములలో నీకు నివాసము నిర్ణయింతును, పాతాళములోనికి దిగి పోవువారితో కూడ నిన్ను నివసింప జేసెదను.

19. For this is what the Lord God says: 'When I make you a ruined city like [other] deserted cities, when I raise up the deep against you so that the mighty waters cover you,

20. మరియు సజీవులు నివసించు భూమిమీద నేను మహాఘనకార్యము కలుగజేతును;

20. then I will bring you down [to be] with those who descend to the Pit, to the people of antiquity. I will make you dwell in the underworld like the ancient ruins, with those who descend to the Pit, so that you will no longer be inhabited or display [your] splendor in the land of the living.

21. నిన్ను భీతికి కారణముగా జేతును, నీవు లేకపోవుదువు, ఎంత వెదకినను నీవెన్నటికిని కనబడక యుందువు; ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.

21. I will make you an object of horror, and you will no longer exist. You will be sought but will never be found again.' [This is] the declaration of the Lord God.
