1. పదియవ సంవత్సరము పదియవ నెల పండ్రెండవ దినమున యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. In the tenth year, upon the twelfth day of the tenth Month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying:

2. నరపుత్రుడా, నీ ముఖమును ఐగుప్తురాజైన ఫరోవైపు త్రిప్పుకొని అతనిగూర్చియు ఐగుప్తు దేశ మంతటినిగూర్చియు ఈ సమాచారమెత్తి ప్రవచింపుము ప్రభువగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా

2. O thou son of man, set now face against Pharaoh the king of Egypt, Prophesy against him and against the whole land of Egypt:

3. ఐగుప్తు రాజైన ఫరో, నైలునదిలో పండుకొనియున్న పెద్దమొసలీ, నేను నీకు విరోధిని; నైలునది నాది, నేనే దాని కలుగ జేసితిని అని నీవు చెప్పుకొనుచున్నావే;

3. Speak, and tell him, thus sayeth the Lord GOD:(LORDE God) behold, O Pharaoh thou king of Egypt, I will upon thee, thou great dragon,(whall fysh) that liest in the(yi) waters: thou that sayest: the water is mine. I have made it myself.

4. నేను నీ దవుడలకు గాలములు తగిలించి, నీ నదులలోనున్న చేపలను నీ పొలుసులకు అంటజేసి, నైలులోనుండి నిన్నును నీ పొలుసులకు అంటిన నైలు చేపలన్నిటిని బయటికి లాగెదను.

4. I will put an hook in thy chaws, and hang all the fish in thy waters upon thy scales. after that I will draw thee out of thy waters, yea and all the fish of the waters that hang upon thy scales.

5. నిన్నును నైలునది చేపలన్నిటిని అరణ్యములో పారబోసెదను, ఎత్తు వాడును కూర్చువాడును లేక నీవు తెరపనేల మీద పడుదువు, అడవిమృగములకును ఆకాశపక్షులకును ఆహారముగా నిచ్చెదను.

5. I will cast thee out upon the dry land with the fish of thy waters, so that thou shalt lie upon the field. Thou shalt not be gathered nor taken up: but shall be meat for the beasts of the field, and for the fowls of the air:

6. అప్పుడు నేను యెహోవానై యున్నానని ఐగుప్తీయులందరు తెలిసికొందరు. ఐగుప్తు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు రెల్లుపుల్లవంటి చేతికఱ్ఱ ఆయెను;

6. that all they which dwell in Egypt, may know, that I am the LORD: because thou hast been a staff of rede to the house of Israel.

7. వారు నిన్ను చేత పట్టుకొనినప్పుడు నీవు విరిగిపోయి వారి ప్రక్కలలో గుచ్చుకొంటివి, వారు నీమీద ఆనుకొనగా నీవు విరిగిపోయి వారి నడుములు విరిగిపోవుటకు కారణమైతివి.

7. When they took hold of thee with their hand thou breakest and prickest them on every side: and if they leaned upon thee, thou brakest and hurtest the reynes of their backs.

8. కాబట్టి ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈ మాట సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు నేను నీమీదికి ఖడ్గము రప్పించి, మనుష్యులను పశువులను నీలోనుండి నిర్మూలము చేసెదను,

8. Therefore, thus sayeth the Lord GOD:(LORDE God) behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and root out of thee both man and beast.

9. ఐగుప్తుదేశము నిర్మానుష్యమై పాడుగా ఉండును, అప్పుడు నేను యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు. నైలునది నాది, నేనే దాని కలుగజేసితినని అతడనుకొను చున్నాడు గనుక

9. Yea the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste, and they shall know, that I am the LORD: Because he said: The water is mine, I myself have made it.

10. నేను నీకును నీ నదికిని విరోధినైతిని, ఐగుప్తు దేశమును మిగ్దోలు మొదలుకొని సెవేనేవరకు కూషు సరిహద్దు వరకు బొత్తిగా పాడుచేసి యెడారిగా ఉంచెదను.

10. Behold therefore, I will upon thee, and upon thy waters: I will make the land of Egypt waste and desolate, from the tower of Syenes unto the borders of the Morians land:

11. దానిలో మనుష్యులు సంచరించరు, పశువులు తిరుగవు; నలువది సంవత్సరములు అది నిర్నివాసముగా ఉండును.

11. so that in forty years there shall no foot of man walk there, neither foot of cattle go there, neither shall it be inhabited.

12. నిర్మానుష్యముగానున్న దేశముల మధ్యను ఐగుప్తుదేశమును పాడగునట్టుగా చేసెదను, పాడై పోయిన పట్టణములమధ్యను దాని పట్టణములు నలువది సంవత్సరములు పాడైయుండును, ఐగుప్తీయులను జనముల లోనికి చెదరగొట్టుదును, ఆ యా దేశములకు వారిని వెళ్ల గొట్టుదును.

12. I will make the land of Egypt to be desolate, among other waste countries, and her cities to lie void forty years, among other void cities: And I will scatter the Egyptians among the Heathen and nations.

13. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈ మాట సెల విచ్చుచున్నాడు నలువది సంవత్సరములు జరిగిన తరువాత ఐగుప్తీయులు చెదరిపోయిన జనులలోనుండి నేను వారిని సమకూర్చెదను.

13. Again, thus sayeth the Lord GOD:(LORDE God) When the forty years are expired I will gather the Egyptians together again, out of the nations, among whom they were scattered,

14. చెరలోనుండి వారిని తోడుకొని పత్రోసు అను వారి స్వదేశములోనికి వారిని మరల రప్పించెదను, అక్కడ వారు హీనమైన యొక రాజ్యముగా ఉందురు,

14. and will bring the prisoners of Egypt again into the land of Pathures their own native country, that they may be there a lowly small kingdom:

15. వారికను జనములమీద అతిశయపడకుండు నట్లు రాజ్యము లన్నిటిలో వారు హీనమైన రాజ్యముగా ఉందురు; వారు ఇక రాష్ట్రములమీద ప్రభుత్వము చేయ కుండునట్లు నేను వారిని తగ్గించెదను.

15. Yea they shall be the smallest among the other kingdoms, lest they exalt themselves above the Heathen, for I will so minish them,

16. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు తాము చేసిన దోషము మనస్సునకు తెచ్చుకొని వారి తట్టు తిరిగినయెడల ఐగుప్తీయులు ఇక వారికి ఆధారముగా ఉండరు, అప్పుడు నేను ప్రభువైన యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు.

16. that they shall no more rule the Heathen. They shall no more be an hope unto the house of Israel, neither provoke them any more to wickedness, to cause them turn back, and follow them: and they shall know, that I am the Lord GOD.(LORDE God)

17. ఇరువదియేడవ సంవత్సరము మొదటినెల మొదటి దినమున యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

17. In the twenty seventh year, the first day of the first Month, came the word of the LORD unto me, saying:

18. నరపుత్రుడా, తూరు పట్టణముమీద బబులోనురాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరు తన సైన్యముచేత బహు ఆయాసకరమైన పని చేయించెను, వారందరి తలలు బోడి వాయెను, అందరి భుజములు కొట్టుకొని పోయెను; అయినను తూరుపట్టణముమీద అతడు చేసిన కష్టమునుబట్టి అతనికైనను, అతని సైన్యమునకైనను కూలి యెంత మాత్రమును దొరకకపోయెను.

18. O thou son of man, Nabuchodonosor the king of Babylon hath made his host, with great travail and labour to come before Tyre: that every head may be bald, and every shoulder bare. Yet hath Tyre given neither him nor his host any reward, for the great travail that he hath taken there.

19. కాబట్టి ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా ఐగుప్తుదేశమును బబులోను రాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరునకు నేను అప్పగించు చున్నాను, అతడు దాని ఆస్తిని పట్టుకొని దాని సొమ్మును దోచుకొని కొల్లపెట్టును, అది అతని సైన్యమునకు జీతమగును.

19. Therefore thus sayeth the Lord GOD:(LORDE God) behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nabuchodonosor the king of Babylon, that he may take away all her substance, rob her robberies, and spoil her spoils, to pay his host their wages withal.

20. తూరుపట్టణముమీద అతడు చేసినది నా నిమిత్తమే చేసెను గనుక అందుకు బహుమానముగా దానిని అప్పగించుచున్నాను; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

20. I will give him the land of Egypt for his labour, that he took for me before Tyre.(For the work which he wrought about it, I have given him the land of Egypt, because they wrought for me, sayth the Lord GOD.)

21. ఆ దినమందు నేను ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల కొమ్ము చిగిరింప జేసి వారిలో మాటలాడుటకు నీకు ధైర్యము కలుగజేసెదను, అప్పుడు నేను యెహోవానైయున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు.

21. At the same time will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to grow forth, and open thy mouth again among them: that they may know, how that I am the LORD.
