2. Say to the people of Isra'el, 'If someone from the people of Isra'el or one of the foreigners living in Isra'el sacrifices one of his children to Molekh, he must be put to death; the people of the land are to stone him to death.

3. ఆ మనుష్యుడు నా పరిశుద్ధస్థలమును అపవిత్రపరచి నా పరిశుద్ధనామమును అపవిత్రపరచుటకు తన సంతానమును మోలెకుకు ఇచ్చెను గనుక నేను వానికి విరోధినై ప్రజలలోనుండి వాని కొట్టివేతును.

3. I too will set myself against him and cut him off from his people, because he has sacrificed his child to Molekh, defiling my sanctuary and profaning my holy name.

4. మరియు ఆ మనుష్యుడు తన సంతానమును మోలెకుకు ఇచ్చుచుండగా మీ దేశ ప్రజలు వాని చంపక,

4. If the people of the land look the other way when that man sacrifices his child to Molekh and fail to put him to death,

5. then I will set myself against him, his family and everyone who follows him to go fornicating after Molekh, and cut them off from their people.

6. మరియు కర్ణపిశాచి గలవారితోను సోదెగాండ్ర తోను వ్యభిచరించుటకు వారితట్టు తిరుగువాడెవడో నేను వానికి విరోధినై ప్రజలలోనుండి వాని కొట్టి వేతును.

6. ''The person who turns to spirit-mediums and sorcerers to go fornicating after them- I will set myself against him and cut him off from his people.

7. Therefore consecrate yourselves- you people must be holy, because I am ADONAI your God.

8. మీరు నా కట్టడలను ఆచరించి వాటిని అనుసరింపవలెను, నేను మిమ్మును పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవాను

8. Observe my regulations, and obey them; I am ADONAI, who sets you apart to be holy.

9. ఎవడు తన తండ్రినైనను తన తల్లినైనను దూషించునో వానికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. వాడు తన తండ్రినో తల్లినో దూషించెను గనుక తన శిక్షకు తానే కారకుడు.

9. ''A person who curses his father or mother must be put to death; having cursed his father or his mother, his blood is on him.

10. పరుని భార్యతో వ్యభిచరించిన వానికి, అనగా తన పొరుగు వాని భార్యతో వ్యభిచరించినవానికిని ఆ వ్యభిచారిణికిని మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను.

10. ''If a man commits adultery with another man's wife, that is, with the wife of a fellow countryman, both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death.

11. తన తండ్రి భార్యతో శయనించిన వాడు తన తండ్రి మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; వారిద్దరికిని మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను; తమ శిక్షకు తామే కారకులు.

11. The man who goes to bed with his father's wife has disgraced his father sexually, and both of them must be put to death; their blood is on them.

12. ఒకడు తన కోడలితో శయనించినయెడల వారిద్దరికిని మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. వారు వారి వరసలు తప్పిరి; వారి ప్రాణాపరాధము వారిమీదనుండును.

12. If a man goes to bed with his daughter-in-law, both of them must be put to death; they have committed a perversion, and their blood is on them.

13. ఒకడు స్త్రీతో శయనించినట్టు పురుషునితో శయనించిన యెడల వారిద్దరు హేయక్రియనుచేసిరి గనుక వారికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను; తమ శిక్షకు తామే కారకులు.

13. If a man goes to bed with a man as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they must be put to death; their blood is on them.

14. ఒకడు స్త్రీని ఆమె తల్లిని పెండ్లిచేసికొనినయెడల అది దుష్కామ ప్రవర్తన. దుష్కామప్రవర్తన మీ మధ్య నుండకుండ వానిని వారిని అగ్నితో కాల్చవలెను.

14. If a man marries a woman and her mother, it is depravity; they are to be put to death by fire, both he and they, so that there will not be depravity among you.

15. If a man has sexual relations with an animal, he must be put to death, and you are to kill the animal.

16. స్త్రీ తన్ను జంతువు పొందునట్లు దాని సమీపించినయెడల ఆ స్త్రీకిని ఆ జంతువునకును మరణమే విధి; ఆమెను దానిని చంపవలెను; తమశిక్షకు తామే కారకులు.

16. If a woman approaches an animal and has sexual relations with it, you are to kill the woman and the animal; their blood will be on them.

17. ఒకడు తన సహోదరిని, అనగా తన తండ్రి కుమార్తెనే గాని తన తల్లి కుమార్తెనేగాని చేర్చుకొని ఆమె దిసమొలను వాడును వాని దిసమొలను ఆమెయు చూచిన యెడల అది దురనురాగము. వారికిని తమ జనులయెదుట మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. వాడు తన సహోదరిని మానా చ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; తన దోష శిక్షను తాను భరించును.

17. If a man takes his sister, his father's daughter or his mother's daughter, and has sexual relations with her, and she consents, it is a shameful thing; they are to be cut off publicly- he has had sexual relations with his sister, and he will bear the consequences of their wrongdoing.

18. కడగానున్న స్త్రీతో శయనించి ఆమె మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసినవాడు ఆమె రక్తధారాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; ఆమె తన రక్త ధారాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసివేసెను; వారి ప్రజలలోనుండి వారిద్దరిని కొట్టివేయవలెను.

18. If a man goes to bed with a woman in her menstrual period and has sexual relations with her, he has exposed the source of her blood, and she has exposed the source of her blood; both of them are to be cut off from their people.

19. నీ తల్లి సహోదరి మానాచ్ఛాదనమునేగాని నీ తండ్రి సహోదరి మానాచ్ఛాదనమునేగాని తీయకూడదు; తీసినవాడు తన రక్త సంబంధియొక్క మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; వారు తమ దోషశిక్షను భరించెదరు.

19. You are not to have sexual relations with your mother's sister or your father's sister; a person who does this has had sexual relations with his close relative; they will bear the consequences of their wrongdoing.

20. పినతల్లితోనేగాని పెత్తల్లితోనే గాని శయనించినవాడు తన తలిదండ్రుల సహోదరుల మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను, వారు తమ పాపశిక్షను భరించెదరు; సంతానహీనులై మరణమగుదురు.

20. If a man goes to bed with his uncle's wife, he has disgraced his uncle sexually; they will bear the consequences of their sin and die childless.

21. ఒకడు తన సహోదరుని భార్యను చేర్చుకొనినయెడల అది హేయము. వాడు తన సహోదరుని మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; వారు సంతానహీనులై యుందురు.

21. If a man takes his brother's wife, it is uncleanness; he has disgraced his brother sexually; they will be childless.

22. కాబట్టి మీరు నివసించునట్లు నేను ఏ దేశమునకు మిమ్మును తీసికొని పోవుచున్నానో ఆ దేశము మిమ్మును కక్కివేయకుండునట్లు మీరు నా కట్టడలన్నిటిని నా విధులన్నిటిని అనుసరించి నడుచుకొనవలెను.

22. ''You are to observe all my regulations and rulings and act on them, so that the land to which I am bringing you will not vomit you out.

23. నేను మీ యెదుటనుండి వెళ్లగొట్టుచున్న జనముల ఆచారములను బట్టి నడుచుకొనకూడదు. వారు అట్టి క్రియలన్నియు చేసిరి గనుక నేను వారియందు అసహ్య పడితిని.

23. Do not live by the regulations of the nation which I am expelling ahead of you; because they did all these things, which is why I detested them.

24. నేను మీతో చెప్పిన మాట యిదేమీరు వారి భూమిని స్వాస్థ్యముగా పొందుదురు; అది, అనగా పాలు తేనెలు ప్రవహించు ఆ దేశము, మీకు స్వాస్థ్యముగా ఉండునట్లు దాని మీకిచ్చెదను. జనములలోనుండి మిమ్మును వేరుపరచిన మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను నేనే.

24. But to you I have said, 'You will inherit their land; I will give it to you as a possession, a land flowing with milk and honey.' I am ADONAI your God, who has set you apart from other peoples.

25. కావున మీరు పవిత్ర జంతువులకును అపవిత్ర జంతువులకును పవిత్ర పక్షులకును అపవిత్ర పక్షులకును విభజన చేయవలెను. అపవిత్రమైనదని నేను మీకు వేరుచేసిన యే జంతువువలననేగాని, యే పక్షివలననేగాని, నేల మీద ప్రాకు దేనివల ననేగాని మిమ్మును మీరు అపవిత్రపరచుకొనకూడదు.

25. Therefore you are to distinguish between clean and unclean animals and between clean and unclean birds; do not make yourselves detestable with an animal, bird or reptile that I have set apart for you to regard as unclean.

26. మీరు నాకు పరిశుద్ధులై యుండవలెను. యెహోవా అను నేను పరిశుద్ధుడను. మీరు నావారై యుండునట్లు అన్య జనులలోనుండి మిమ్మును వేరుపరచితిని.

26. Rather, you people are to be holy for me; because I, ADONAI, am holy; and I have set you apart from the other peoples, so that you can belong to me.

27. పురుషునియందేమి స్త్రీయందేమి కర్ణపిశాచియైనను సోదెయైనను ఉండినయెడల వారికి మరణ శిక్ష విధింప వలెను, వారిని రాళ్లతో కొట్టవలెను. తమ శిక్షకు తామే కారకులు.

27. ''A man or woman who is a spirit-medium or sorcerer must be put to death; they are to stone them to death; their blood will be on them.''
