1. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేతో ఇట్లనెను.

1. And the LORDE sayde vnto Moses: Speake to ye prestes ye sonnes of Aaron, & saye vnto the: A prest shal defyle him self vpo no soule of his people,

2. యాజకులగు అహరోను కుమారులతో ఇట్లనుము మీలో ఎవడును తన ప్రజలలో శవమును ముట్టుటవలన తన్ను అపవిత్రపరచుకొనరాదు. అయితే తనకు సమీప రక్త సంబంధులు, అనగా తన తల్లి, తండ్రి, కుమారుడు, కుమార్తె, సహోదరుడు,

2. but vpon his nexte kynne yt belongeth vnto him: as vpon his mother, vpo his father, vpo his sonne, vpo his doughter, vpon his brother,

3. తనకు సమీపముగానున్న శుద్ధ సహోదరియగు అవివాహిత కన్యక, అను వీరియొక్క శవమునుముట్టి తన్ను అపవిత్రపరచు కొనవచ్చును.

3. & vpon his sister, which is yet a virgin, & hath bene no mans wife (which belongeth vnto him) vpon her maie he defyle himself.

4. అతడు తన ప్రజలలో యజమానుడు గనుక తన్ను అపవిత్రపరచుకొని సామాన్యునిగా చేసికొనరాదు.

4. Morouer he shal not defyle him self vpo eny ruler in his people, to vnhalowe him self.

5. వారు తమ తలలు బోడిచేసికొనరాదు. గడ్డపు ప్రక్కలను క్షౌరము చేసికొన రాదు, కత్తితో దేహమును కోసికొనరాదు.

5. He shall make no crowne also vpon his heade, ner shaue of his beerd, nether shall they cut out eny markes i their fleshe.

6. వారు తమ దేవునికి ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనవారుగా ఉండవలెను. కావున వారు తమ దేవుని నామమును అపవిత్రపరచరాదు. ఏలయనగా వారు తమ దేవునికి అహారమును, అనగా యెహోవాకు హోమద్రవ్యములను అర్పించువారు; కావున వారు పరిశుద్ధులై యుండవలెను.

6. They shalbe holy vnto their God, and not vnhalowe ye name of their God: for they offre the sacrifice of the LORDE, the bred of their God, therfore shal they be holy.

7. వారు జార స్త్రీనే గాని భ్రష్టురాలినేగాని పెండ్లిచేసికొనకూడదు. పెనిమిటి విడనాడిన స్త్రీని పెండ్లి చేసికొనకూడదు. ఏలయనగా యాజకుడు తన దేవునికి ప్రతిష్ఠితుడు.

7. They shal take no whore, ner one that is defyled, or yt is put awaye from hir husbande, for he is holy vnto his God:

8. అతడు నీ దేవునికి ఆహారమును అర్పించువాడు గనుక నీవు అతని పరిశుద్ధపరచవలెను. మిమ్మును పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవా అను నేను పరిశుద్ధుడను గనుక అతడు మీ దృష్టికి పరిశుద్ధుడు కావలెను.

8. therfore shal he sanctifie him self, for he offreth the bred of thy God. He shal be holy vnto the, for I am holy, even the LORDE that sanctifieth you.

9. మరియు యాజకుని కుమార్తె జారత్వమువలన తన్ను అపవిత్రపరచు కొనినయెడల ఆమె తన తండ్రిని అపవిత్రపరచునది. అగ్నితో ఆమెను దహింపవలెను.

9. Yf a prestes doughter fall to whoringe, she shalbe burnt with fyre, for she hath shamed hir father.

10. ప్రధానయాజకుడగుటకై తన సహోదరులలో ఎవరి తలమీద అభిషేకతైలము పోయబడునో, యాజకవస్త్రములు వేసికొనుటకు ఎవరు ప్రతిష్ఠింపబడునో అతడు తన తలకప్పును తీయరాదు; తన బట్టలను చింపుకొనరాదు;

10. He that is hye prest amonge his brethren, vpo whose heade the anoyntinge oyle is poured, and his hande fylled (yt he might be arayed with the vestimentes) shal not vncouer his heade, ner cut his clothes,

11. అతడు శవముదగ్గరకు పోరాదు; తన తండ్రి శవమువలననే గాని తన తల్లి శవమువలననే గాని తన్ను అపవిత్రపరచుకొనరాదు.

11. & shal come at no deed, & shal defyle him self nether vpon father ner mother.

12. దేవుని అభిషేక తైలము అనెడు కిరీటముగా అతని మీద ఉండును గనుక అతడు పరిశుద్ధమందిరమును విడిచి వెళ్లరాదు; తన దేవుని పరిశుద్ధమందిరమును అపవిత్రపరచరాదు; నేను యెహోవాను

12. He shall not go out of the Sanctuary, that he vnhalowe not the Sanctuary of his God. For ye crowne of the anoyntinge oyle of his God is vpon him, for I am the LORDE.

13. అతడు కన్యకను పెండ్లిచేసి కొనవలెను.

13. A virgin shal he take to wife,

14. విధవరాలినైనను విడనాడబడినదానినైనను భ్రష్టురాలినైనను, అనగా జారస్త్రీనైనను అట్టివారిని పెండ్లిచేసికొనక తన ప్రజలలోని కన్యకనే పెండ్లి చేసికొన వలెను.

14. but no wedowe, ner deuorsed, ner defyled, ner whore, but a virgin of his awne people shal he take to wife,

15. యెహోవా అను నేను అతని పరిశుద్ధపరచు వాడను గనుక అతడు తన ప్రజలలో తన సంతానమును అపవిత్రపరచకూడదని వారితో చెప్పుము.

15. yt he vnhalowe not his sede amonge his people. For I am ye LORDE, which sanctifie him.

16. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

16. And ye LORDE talked wt Moses, & sayde:

17. నీవు అహరోనుతో ఇట్లనుము నీ సంతతివారిలో ఒకనికి కళంకమేదైనను కలిగినయెడల అతడు తన దేవునికి ఆహారము అర్పించుటకు సమీపింపకూడదు.

17. Speake vnto Aaron, & saie: Yf there be a blemysh vpo eny of yi sede in yor generacions, the same shal not preasse to offre the bred of his God:

18. ఏలయనగా ఎవనియందు కళంకముండునో వాడు గ్రుడ్డివాడేగాని కుంటివాడేగాని ముక్కిడివాడేగాని విపరీతమైన అవయవముగల వాడే గాని

18. For who so euer hath a blemysh vpon him, shal not come nere, whether he be blynde, lame, with an euell fauoured nose, wt eny mysshappen membre,

19. కాలైనను చేయినైనను విరిగినవాడే గాని

19. or yt hath a broken fote or hande,

20. గూనివాడేగాని గుజ్జువాడేగాని కంటిలో పువ్వు గల వాడేగాని గజ్జిగలవాడేగాని చిరుగుడుగలవాడేగాని వృషణములు నలిగినవాడేగాని సమీపింపకూడదు.

20. or is croke backed, or hath eny blemysh in the eye, or is gleyd, or is skyrvye or scaulde, or hath his stones broken.

21. యాజకుడైన అహరోను సంతానములో కళంకముగల యే మనుష్యుడును యెహోవాకు హోమద్రవ్యములను అర్పించుటకు సమీపింపకూడదు. అతడు కళంకముగలవాడు; అట్టివాడు తన దేవునికి ఆహారము అర్పించుటకు సమీపింప కూడదు.

21. Who so euer now of the sede of Aaron ye prest hath eny blemysh vpo him, shal not come nye to offre ye sacrifice of the LORDE. For he hath a deformyte. Therfore shall he not preasse vnto the bred of his God, to offre it.

22. అతి పరిశుద్ధమైనవేగాని, పరిశుద్ధమైనవేగాని, తన దేవునికి అర్పింపబడు ఏ ఆహారవస్తువులనైనను అతడు తినవచ్చును.

22. Notwithstondinge he shal eate of the bred of his God, both of the holy, & of ye most holy:

23. మెట్టుకు అతడు కళంకముగలవాడు గనుక అడ్డతెరయెదుటికి చేరకూడదు; బలిపీఠమును సమీపింపకూడదు;

23. but he shal not go into ye vayle, ner come nye the altare (for so moch as he hath a blemysh vpo him) yt he vnhalowe not my Sactuary. For I am ye LORDE yt sanctifieth the.

24. నా పరిశుద్ధస్థలములను అపవిత్రపరచకూడదు; వారిని పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవాను నేనే అని వారితో చెప్పుము. అట్లు మోషే అహరోనుతోను, అతని కుమారులతోను ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరితోను చెప్పెను.

24. And Moses spake this vnto Aaron & to his sonnes, and to all the children of Israel.
