1. The LORD told Moses

2. to say to Aaron and his sons: I am the LORD God, and I demand that you honor my holy name by showing proper respect for the offerings brought to me by the people of Israel.

3. నీవు వారితో ఇట్లనుముమీ తర తరములకు మీ సమస్త సంతానములలో ఒకడు అపవిత్రత గలవాడై, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించు వాటిని సమీపించినయెడల అట్టివాడు నా సన్నిధిని ఉండకుండ కొట్టివేయబడును; నేను యెహోవాను.

3. If any of you are unclean when you accept an offering for me, I will no longer let you serve as a priest.

4. అహరోను సంతానములో ఒకనికి కుష్ఠయినను స్రావమైనను కలిగినయెడల అట్టివాడు పవిత్రత పొందువరకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనవాటిలో దేనిని తినకూడదు. శవమువలని అపవిత్రతగల దేనినైనను ముట్టువాడును స్ఖలితవీర్యుడును,

4. None of you may take part in the sacred meals while you have a skin disease or an infected penis, or after you have been near a dead body or have had a flow of semen,

5. అపవిత్రమైన పురుగునేమి యేదో ఒక అపవిత్రతవలన అపవిత్రుడైన మనుష్యునినేమి ముట్టువాడును, అట్టి అపవిత్రత తగిలినవాడును సాయంకాలమువరకు అపవిత్రుడగును.

5. or if you have touched an unclean creature of any sort, including an unclean person.

6. అతడు నీళ్లతో తన దేహమును కడుగుకొను వరకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనవాటిని తినకూడదు.

6. Once you are unclean, you must take a bath, but you still cannot eat any of the sacred food until evening.

8. I command you not to eat anything that is killed by a wild animal or dies a natural death. This would make you unclean.

9. కాబట్టి నేను విధించిన విధిని అపవిత్రపరచి, దాని పాపభారమును మోసికొని దానివలన చావకుండునట్లు ఈ విధిని ఆచరించవలెను; నేను వారిని పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవాను.

9. Obey me, or you will die on duty for disgracing the place of worship. Remember--I am the LORD, the one who makes a priest holy.

10. అన్యుడు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానిని తినకూడదు, యాజకునియింట నివసించు అన్యుడేగాని జీతగాడేగాని ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానిని తినకూడదు,

10. Only you priests and your families may eat the food offerings; these are too sacred for any of your servants.

11. అయితే యాజకుడు క్రయధనమిచ్చి కొనినవాడును అతని యింట పుట్టినవాడును అతడు తిను ఆహారమును తినవచ్చును.

11. However, any slave that you own, including those born into your household, may eat this food.

12. యాజకుని కుమార్తె అన్యుని కియ్యబడినయెడల ఆమె ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన వాటిలో ప్రతిష్ఠార్పణమును తినకూడదు.

12. If your daughter marries someone who isn't a priest, she can no longer have any of this food.

13. యాజకుని కుమార్తెలలో విధవరాలేకాని విడనాడబడినదే కాని సంతానము లేనియెడల ఆమె తన బాల్యమందువలె తన తండ్రి యింటికి తిరిగి చేరి తన తండ్రి ఆహారమును తినవచ్చును గాని అన్యుడెవడును దాని తినకూడదు.

13. But if she returns to your home, either widowed or divorced, and has no children, she may join in the meal. Only members of a priestly family can eat this food,

14. ఒకడు పొరబాటున ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానిని తినినయెడల వాడు ఆ ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానిలో అయిదవవంతు కలిపి దానితో యాజకునికియ్యవలెను.

14. and anyone else who accidentally does so, must pay for the food plus a fine of twenty percent.

15. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనవాటిని తినుటవలన అపరాధమును భరింపకుండునట్లు తాము యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించు పరిశుద్ధ ద్రవ్యములను అపవిత్రపరచకూడదు.

15. I warn you not to treat lightly the offerings that are brought by the people of Israel.

16. నేను వాటిని పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవానని చెప్పుము.

16. Don't let them become guilty of eating this sacred food. Remember--I am the LORD, the one who makes these offerings holy.

17. The LORD told Moses

18. నీవు అహరోనుతోను అతని కుమారులతోను ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరితోను ఇట్లు చెప్పుము ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల యింటివారిలోనేగాని ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో నివసించు పరదేశులలోనేగాని యెవడు యెహోవాకు దహన బలిగా స్వేచ్ఛార్పణములనైనను మ్రొక్కు బళ్లనైనను అర్పించునొ

18. to tell Aaron and his sons and everyone else the rules for offering sacrifices. He said: The animals that are to be completely burned on the altar

19. వాడు అంగీకరింపబడినట్లు, గోవులలోనుండి యైనను గొఱ్ఱెమేకలలో నుండియైనను దోషములేని మగదానిని అర్పింప వలెను.

19. must have nothing wrong with them, or else I won't accept them. Bulls or rams or goats are the animals to be used for these sacrifices.

20. దేనికి కళంకముండునో దానిని అర్పింపకూడదు; అది మీ పక్షముగా అంగీకరింపబడదు.

21. ఒకడు మ్రొక్కుబడిని చెల్లించుటకేగాని స్వేచ్ఛార్పణము అర్పించుటకేగాని సమాధానబలిరూపముగా గోవునైనను గొఱ్ఱెనైనను మేకనైనను యెహోవాకు తెచ్చినప్పుడు అది అంగీకరింపబడునట్లు దోషము లేనిదై యుండవలెను; దానిలో కళంకమేదియు నుండకూడదు.

21. When you offer a sacrifice to ask my blessing, there must be nothing wrong with the animal. This is true, whether the sacrifice is part of a promise or something you do voluntarily.

22. గ్రుడ్డిదేమి కుంటిదేమి కొరతగలదేమి గడ్డగలదేమి గజ్జిరోగముగలదేమి చిరుగుడుగలదేమి అట్టివాటిని యెహోవాకు అర్పింపకూడదు; వాటిలో దేనిని బలిపీఠముమీద యెహోవాకు హోమము చేయకూడదు.

22. Don't offer an animal that is blind or injured or that has an infection or a skin disease.

23. కురూపియైన కోడెనైనను గొఱ్ఱె మేకల మందలోని దానినైనను స్వేచ్ఛార్పణముగా అర్పింపవచ్చును గాని అది మ్రొక్కుబడిగా అంగీకరింపబడదు.

23. If one of your cattle or lambs has a leg that is longer or shorter than the others, you may offer it voluntarily, but not as part of a promise.

24. విత్తులు నులిపిన దానినేగాని విరిగినదానినేగాని చితికినదానినేగాని కోయబడినదానినేగాని యెహోవాకు అర్పింపకూడదు; మీ దేశములో అట్టికార్యము చేయకూడదు;

24. As long as you live in this land, don't offer an animal with injured testicles.

25. పరదేశి చేతినుండి అట్టివాటిలో దేనిని తీసికొని మీ దేవునికి ఆహారముగా అర్పింపకూడదు; అవి లోపము గలవి, వాటికి కళంకములుండును, అవి మీ పక్షముగా అంగీకరింపబడవని చెప్పుము.

25. And don't bring me animals you bought from a foreigner. I won't accept them, because they are no better than one that has something wrong with it.

26. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

26. The LORD told Moses to say:

27. దూడయేగాని, గొఱ్ఱెపిల్లయేగాని, మేకపిల్లయేగాని, పుట్టినప్పుడు అది యేడు దినములు దాని తల్లితో నుండవలెను. ఎనిమిదవనాడు మొదలుకొని అది యెహోవాకు హోమముగా అంగీకరింప తగును.

27. Newborn cattle, sheep, or goats must remain with their mothers for seven days, but on the eighth day, you may send them up in smoke to me, and I will accept the offering.

28. అయితే అది ఆవైనను గొఱ్ఱె మేకలలోనిదైనను మీరు దానిని దానిపిల్లను ఒక్క నాడే వధింపకూడదు.

28. Don't sacrifice a newborn animal and its mother on the same day.

29. మీరు కృతజ్ఞతాబలియగు పశువును వధించినప్పుడు అది మీకొరకు అంగీకరింపబడునట్లుగా దానిని అర్పింపవలెను.

29. When you offer a sacrifice to give thanks to me, you must do it in a way that is acceptable.

30. ఆనాడే దాని తినివేయవలెను; మరునాటి వరకు దానిలో కొంచెమైనను మిగిలింపకూడదు; నేను యెహోవాను.

30. Eat all of the meat that same day and don't save any for the next day. I am the LORD your God!

31. మీరు నా ఆజ్ఞలననుసరించి వాటి ప్రకారము నడుచుకొనవలెను; నేను యెహోవాను.

31. Obey my laws and teachings--I am the LORD.

32. నా పరిశుద్ధనామమును అపవిత్రపరచకూడదు, నేను ఇశ్రా యేలీయులలో నన్ను పరిశుద్ధునిగా చేసికొందును;

32. I demand respect from the people of Israel, so don't disgrace my holy name. Remember--I am the one who chose you to be priests and rescued all of you from Egypt, so that I would be your LORD.

33. నేను మిమ్మును పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవాను. నేను మీకు దేవుడనై యుండునట్లు ఐగుప్తు దేశములోనుండి మిమ్మును రప్పించిన యెహోవానని చెప్పుము.
