1. And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

2. నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతో ఇట్లనుము ఒకడు విశేషమైన మ్రొక్కుబడి చేసినయెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలచొప్పున వారు యెహోవాకు దాని చెల్లింపవలెను.

2. Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, When a man makes an extraordinary vow by your evaluation, the persons shall be Jehovah's.

3. నీవు నిర్ణయింపవలసిన వెల యేదనగా, ఇరువది ఏండ్లు మొదలుకొని అరువది ఏండ్ల వయస్సు వరకు మగవానికి పరిశుద్ధస్థలముయొక్క తులమువంటి యేబది తులముల వెండి నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

3. And your evaluation shall be of the male from a son of twenty years even until a son of sixty years; then your evaluation shall be fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the sanctuary.

4. ఆడుదానికి ముప్పది తులములు నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

4. And if it is a female, then your evaluation shall be thirty shekels.

5. అయిదేండ్లు మొదలుకొని యిరువది ఏండ్లలోపలి వయస్సుగల మగవానికి ఇరువది తులముల వెలను, ఆడుదానికి పది తులముల వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

5. And if from a son of five years to a son of twenty years, then your evaluation shall be twenty shekels for the male and ten shekels for the female.

6. ఒక నెల మొదలుకొని అయిదేండ్లలోపలి వయస్సుగల మగవానికి అయిదు తులముల వెండి వెలను ఆడుదానికి మూడు తులముల వెండి వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

6. And if a son of a month even to a son of five years, then your evaluation shall be five shekels of silver for the male and three shekels of silver for the female.

7. అరువది ఏండ్ల ప్రాయము దాటిన మగవానికి పదునైదు తులముల వెలను ఆడుదానికి పది తులముల వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

7. And if from a son of sixty years and above, if a male, then your evaluation shall be fifteen shekels and for a female ten shekels.

8. ఒకడు నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలను చెల్లింపలేనంత బీదవాడైన యెడల అతడు యాజకుని యెదుట నిలువవలెను; అప్పుడు యాజకుడు అతని వెలను నిర్ణయించును. మ్రొక్కుకొనిన వాని కలిమి చొప్పున వానికి వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను.

8. But if he is too poor for your evaluation, then he shall be made to stand before the priest, and the priest shall value him; the priest shall value him according to the reach of him who vowed.

9. యెహోవాకు అర్పణముగా అర్పించు పశువులలో ప్రతిదానిని యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితముగా ఎంచవలెను.

9. And if it is an animal of which they bring an offering to Jehovah, all that one gives of it to Jehovah is holy.

10. అట్టిదానిని మార్చకూడదు; చెడ్డదానికి ప్రతిగా మంచిదానినైనను మంచిదానికి ప్రతిగా చెడ్డదానినైనను, ఒకదానికి ప్రతిగా వేరొకదానిని ఇయ్యకూడదు. పశువుకు పశువును మార్చినయెడల అదియు దానికి మారుగా ఇచ్చినదియు ప్రతిష్ఠితమగును.

10. He shall not replace it, or change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good. And if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.

11. జనులు యెహోవాకు అర్పింపకూడని అపవిత్ర జంతువులలో ఒకదానిని తెచ్చినయెడల ఆ జంతువును యాజకుని యెదుట నిలువబెట్టవలెను.

11. And if it is any unclean animal, or one which they may not bring as an offering to Jehovah, then he shall make the animal stand before the priest.

12. అది మంచిదైతేనేమి చెడ్డదైతేనేమి యాజకుడు దాని వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను; యాజకుడవగు నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెల స్థిరమగును.

12. And the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad; as you the priest value it, so it shall be.

13. అయితే ఒకడు అట్టిదానిని విడిపింప గోరినయెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలలో అయిదవవంతు వానితో కలుపవలెను.

13. But if he really redeems it, then he shall add its fifth to your evaluation.

14. ఒకడు తన యిల్లు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమగుటకై దానిని ప్రతిష్ఠించినయెడల అది మంచిదైనను చెడ్డ దైనను యాజకుడు దాని వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను; యాజకుడు నిర్ణయించిన వెల స్థిరమగును.

14. And when a man sanctifies his house as a holy thing to Jehovah, then the priest shall value it, whether good or bad. As the priest values it, so it shall stand.

15. తన యిల్లు ప్రతిష్ఠించిన వాడు దాని విడిపింపగోరినయెడల అతడు నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలలో అయిదవవంతు దానితో కలుపవలెను; అప్పుడు ఆ యిల్లు అతనిదగును.

15. And if he who is sanctifying shall redeem the house, then he shall add a fifth of the silver of its valuation, and it shall become his.

16. ఒకడు తన పిత్రార్జితమైన పొలములో కొంత యెహో వాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించినయెడల దాని చల్లబడు విత్తనముల కొల చొప్పున దాని వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను. పందుము యవల విత్తనములు ఏబది తులముల వెండి వెలగలది.

16. And if a man sanctifies a field of his property to Jehovah, then your valuation shall be according to its seed; a homer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver.

17. అతడు సునాదసంవత్సరము మొదలుకొని తన పొలమును ప్రతి ష్ఠించినయెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించు వెల స్థిరము.

17. If he shall sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, it shall stand according to your valuation.

18. సునాద సంవత్సరమైన తరువాత ఒకడు తన పొలమును ప్రతిష్ఠిం చినయెడల యాజకుడు మిగిలిన సంవత్సరముల లెక్క చొప్పున, అనగా మరుసటి సునాదసంవత్సరమువరకు వానికి వెలను నిర్ణయింపవలెను. నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలలో దాని వారడి తగ్గింపవలెను.

18. And if he shall sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall count to him the silver according to the years which are left, to the year of the jubilee. And it shall be deducted from your estimation.

19. పొలమును ప్రతిష్ఠించినవాడు దాని విడిపింపగోరినయెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలలో అయిదవ వంతును అతడు దానితో కలుపవలెను. అప్పుడు అది అతనిదగును.

19. And if he sanctifying the field really will redeem it, then he shall add a fifth of the silver of your evaluation to it, and it shall rise to become his.

20. అతడు ఆ పొలమును విడిపింపనియెడలను వేరొకనికి దాని అమ్మినయెడలను మరి ఎన్నటికిని దాని విడిపింప వీలుకాదు.

20. And if he does not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it is not to be redeemed any more.

21. ఆ పొలము సునాదసంవత్సరమున విడుదలకాగా అది ప్రతిష్ఠించిన పొలమువలె యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమగును; ఆ స్వాస్థ్యము యాజకునిదగును.

21. And the field shall be holy to Jehovah when it goes out in the jubilee, as a field which is devoted. It shall be a possession to the priest.

22. ఒకడు తాను కొనిన పొలమును, అనగా తన స్వాస్థ్యములో చేరనిదానిని యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించినయెడల

22. And if he should devote a field of his purchase, which is not of the fields of his possession,

23. యాజకుడు సునాదసంవత్సరమువరకు నిర్ణయించిన వెల చొప్పున అతనికి నియమింపవలెను. ఆ దినమందే నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెల మేరచొప్పున యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితముగా దాని చెల్లింపవలెను.

23. then the priest shall count to him the amount of your valuation to the year of jubilee. And he shall give your valuation in that day, a holy thing to Jehovah.

24. సునాదసంవత్సరమున ఆ భూమి యెవని పిత్రార్జితమైనదో వానికి, అనగా ఆ పొలమును అమ్మిన వానికి అది తిరిగిరావలెను.

24. In the year of jubilee the field shall return to him from whom he bought it, to him who owns it in the land.

25. నీ వెలలన్నియు పరిశుద్ధ స్థలముయొక్క వెలచొప్పున నిర్ణయింపవలెను. ఒక తులము ఇరువది చిన్నములు.

25. And all your valuation shall be by the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26. అయితే జంతువులలో తొలిపిల్ల యెహోవాది గనుక యెవడును దాని ప్రతిష్ఠింపకూడదు; అది ఎద్దయిననేమి గొఱ్ఱెమేకల మందలోనిదైననేమి యెహోవాదగును.

26. However, no man shall dedicate a firstling, which is first-born to Jehovah among animals, whether ox or sheep; it is Jehovah's.

27. అది అపవిత్రజంతువైనయెడల వాడు నీవు నిర్ణయించు వెలలో అయిదవవంతు దానితో కలిపి దాని విడిపింపవచ్చును. దాని విడిపింపనియెడల నీవు నిర్ణయించిన వెలకు దాని అమ్మవలెను.

27. And if it is among the unclean animals, then he shall ransom it at your valuation, and he shall add its fifth to it. And if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold at your evaluation.

28. అయితే మనుష్యులలోగాని జంతువులలోగాని స్వాస్థ్య మైన పొలములలోగాని తనకు కలిగినవాటన్నిటిలో దేని నైనను ఒకడు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్టించినయెడల ప్రతిష్ఠించినదానిని అమ్మకూడదు, విడిపింపను కూడదు, ప్రతి ష్ఠించిన సమస్తము యెహోవాకు అతి పరిశుద్ధముగా ఉండును.

28. But any devoted thing which a man devotes to Jehovah from all which belongs to him, of man or of animal, or of the field of his possession, it shall not be sold nor redeemed. Every devoted thing to Jehovah is most holy.

29. మనుష్యులు ప్రతిష్ఠించు వాటిలో దేనినైనను విడిపింపక హతము చేయవలెను.

29. No devoted thing which is dedicated by man shall be ransomed, dying it shall die.

30. భూధాన్యములలోనేమి వృక్షఫలములోనేమి భూఫలములన్నిటిలో దశమభాగము యెహోవా సొమ్ము; అది యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమగును.

30. And all the tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, shall be Jehovah's; it is holy to Jehovah.

31. ఒకడు తాను చెల్లింపవలసిన దశమభాగములలో దేనినైనను విడిపింప గోరినయెడల దానిలో అయిదవ వంతును దానితో కలుపవలెను.

31. And if a man really redeems any of his tithes, he shall add its fifth to it.

32. గోవులలోనేగాని గొఱ్ఱె మేకలలోనేగాని, కోలక్రింద నడుచునన్నిటిలో దశమభాగము ప్రతిష్ఠితమగును.

32. And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock, all that passes under the rod, a tenth shall be holy to Jehovah;

33. అది మంచిదో చెడ్డదో పరిశోధింపకూడదు, దాని మార్చకూడదు. దాని మార్చినయెడల అదియు దానికి మారుగా నిచ్చినదియు ప్రతిష్ఠితములగును; అట్టిదాని విడిపింపకూడదని చెప్పుము.

33. he shall not search whether it is good or bad, nor shall he change it. And if he at all changes it, then it shall be that it and its substitute shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

34. ఇవి యెహోవా సీనాయికొండమీద ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల కొరకు మోషేకు ఇచ్చిన ఆజ్ఞలు.

34. These are the commands which Jehovah has commanded Moses for the sons of Israel, on Mount Sinai.
