1. మంచములమీద పరుండి మోసపు క్రియలు యోచించుచు దుష్కార్యములు చేయువారికి శ్రమ; ఆలాగు చేయుట వారి స్వాధీనములో నున్నది గనుక వారు ప్రొద్దు పొడవగానే చేయుదురు.

1. They meditated troubles, and wrought wickedness on their beds, and they put it in execution with the daylight; for they have not lifted up their hands to God.

2. వారు భూములు ఆశించి పట్టుకొందురు, ఇండ్లు ఆశించి ఆక్రమించు కొందురు, ఒక మనిషిని వాని కుటుంబమును ఇంటివానిని వాని స్వాస్థ్యమును అన్యాయముగా ఆక్రమింతురు.

2. And they desired fields, and plundered orphans, and oppressed families, and spoiled a man and his house, even a man and his inheritance.

3. కాబట్టి యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా - గొప్ప అపాయ కాలము వచ్చుచున్నది. దాని క్రిందనుండి తమ మెడ లను తప్పించుకొనలేకుండునంతగాను, గర్వముగా నడువ లేకుండునంతగాను ఈ వంశమునకు కీడుచేయ నుద్దేశించు చున్నాను.

3. Therefore thus says the Lord; Behold, I devise evils against this family, out of which you shall not lift up your necks, neither shall you walk upright speedily: for the time is evil.

4. ఆ దినమున జనులు మిమ్మునుగురించి బహుగా అంగలార్చుచు సామెత నెత్తుదురు. వారు చెప్పు సామెత ఏదనగామనము బొత్తిగా చెడిపోయి యున్నామనియు, ఆయన నా జనుల స్వాస్థ్యమును అన్యుల కిచ్చియున్నా డనియు, మనయొద్ద నుండకుండ ఆయన దానిని తీసివేసెసేయనియు, మన భూములను తిరుగబడినవారికి ఆయన విభ జించియున్నాడనియు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు అనుకొను చున్నట్లు జనులు చెప్పుకొందురు.

4. In that day shall a parable be taken up against you, and a plaintive lamentation shall be uttered, saying, We are thoroughly miserable: the portion of my people has been measured out with a line, and there was none to hinder him so as to turn him back; your fields have been divided.

5. చీట్లు వేయగా యెహోవా సమాజములో మీరు పాలుపొందునట్లు నూలు వేయువా డొకడును ఉండడు.

5. Therefore you will have no one to cast a line for the lot.

6. మీరు దీని ప్రవచింప వద్దని వారు ప్రకటన చేయుదురు. ప్రవ చింపనియెడల అవమానము కలుగక మానదు.

6. Weep not with tears in the assembly of the Lord, neither let [any] weep for these things; for He shall not remove the reproaches,

7. యాకోబు సంతతివారని పేరు పెట్టబడినవారలారా, యెహోవా దీర్ఘశాంతము తగ్గిపోయెనా? యీ క్రియలు ఆయనచేత జరిగెనా? యథా ర్థముగా ప్రవర్తించువానికి నా మాటలు క్షేమసాధనములు కావా?

7. who says, The house of Jacob has provoked the Spirit of the Lord; are not these his practices? Are not the Lord's words right with him? And have they not proceeded correctly?

8. ఇప్పుడేగదా నా జనులు శత్రువులైరి; నిర్భయ ముగా సంచరించువారిని చూచి వారు కట్టు పంచెలను మాత్రము విడిచి వారి పై వస్త్రములను లాగుకొందురు.

8. Even before time My people withstood him as an enemy against his peace; they have stripped off his skin to remove hope in the conflict of war.

9. వారికిష్టమైన యిండ్లలోనుండి నా జనులయొక్క స్త్రీలను మీరు వెళ్లగొట్టుదురు, వారి బిడ్డల యొద్దనుండి నేనిచ్చిన ఘనతను ఎన్నడును లేకుండ మీరు ఎత్తికొని పోవుదురు.

9. The leaders of My people shall be cast forth from their luxurious houses; they are rejected because of their evil practices; draw near to the everlasting mountains.

10. ఈ దేశము మీ విశ్రాంతిస్థలముకాదు; మీరు లేచి వెళ్లి పోవుడి, మీకు నాశనము నిర్మూల నాశనము కలుగునంతగా మీరు అపవిత్రక్రియలు జరిగించితిరి.

10. Arise, and depart; for this is not your rest because of uncleanness: you have been utterly destroyed;

11. వ్యర్థమైన మాటలు పలుకుచు, అబద్ధికుడై ద్రాక్షారసమునుబట్టియు మద్యమును బట్టియు నేను మీకు ఉపన్యాసము చేయుదునని అబద్ధము చెప్పుచు ఒకడు వచ్చినయెడల వాడే ఈ జనులకు ప్రవక్త యగును.

11. you have fled, no one pursues [you]: [your] spirit has framed falsehood, it has dropped on you for wine and strong drink. But it shall come to pass, that out of the dropping of this people,

12. యాకోబు సంతతీ, తప్పక నేను మిమ్మునందరిని పోగు చేయుదును, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో శేషించిన వారిని తప్పక సమకూర్చుదును. బొస్రా గొఱ్ఱెలు కూడునట్లు వారిని సమకూర్చుదును, తమ మేతస్థలములలో వారిని పోగు చేతును, గొప్ప ధ్వని పుట్టునట్లుగా మనుష్యులు విస్తార ముగా కూడుదురు.

12. Jacob shall be completely gathered with all [his people]: I will surely receive the remnant of Israel; I will cause them to return together, as sheep in trouble, as a flock in the midst of their fold: they shall rush forth from among men through the breach made before them:

13. ప్రాకారములు పడగొట్టువాడు వారికి ముందుగాపోవును, వారు గుమ్మమును పడగొట్టి దాని ద్వారా దాటిపోవుదురు, వారి రాజు వారికి ముందుగా నడుచును, యెహోవా వారికి నాయకుడుగా ఉండును.

13. they have broken through, and passed the gate, and gone out by it, and their king has gone out before them, and the Lord shall lead them.
