1. మోషే ఇశ్రాయేలీయులయొక్క గోత్రాధిపతు లతో ఇట్లనెను

1. And Moyses spake vnto the heades of the tribes concernyng the children of Israel, saying: This is the thyng which the Lorde hath commaunded.

2. ఇది యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞాపించిన సంగతి. ఒకడు యెహోవాకు మ్రొక్కుకొనిన యెడల, లేక తాను బద్ధుడగుటకు ప్రమాణము చేసిన యెడల, అతడు తన మాటతప్పక తన నోటనుండి వచ్చినదంతయు నెరవేర్చ వలెను.

2. If a man vowe vnto the Lorde, or sweare an othe to bynde his soule: he shall not go backe with his worde, but shall fulfyll all that is proceeded out of his mouth.

3. మరియు ఒక స్త్రీ బాల్యమున తన తండ్రి యింట నుండగా యెహోవాకు మ్రొక్కుకొని బద్ధురా లైన యెడల, ఆమె తండ్రి ఆమె మ్రొక్కుబడిని ఆమె కలుగజేసికొనిన బాధ్యతను విని దానిగూర్చి ఊరకొనిన యెడల, ఆమె మ్రొక్కుబడులన్నియు నిలుచును.

3. If a woman also vowe a vowe vnto the Lorde, & bynde her selfe being in her fathers house in the tyme of her youth:

4. ఆమె తాను బద్ధురాలగుటకు పెట్టుకొనిన ఒట్టు నిలుచును.

4. And her father heare her vowe and bonde which she hath made vpon her soule, & holde his peace therto: then all her vowes and bondes which she hath made vpo her soule, shal stande in effect.

5. ఆమె తండ్రి వినినదినమున ఆక్షేపణచేసిన యెడల, ఆమె మ్రొక్కుబడులలో ఏదియు, ఆమె తనమీద పెట్టు కొనిన బాధ్యతలో ఏదియు నిలువక పోవును.

5. But and if her father disalowe her the same day that he heareth al her vowes and bondes which she hath made vpon her soule: they shall not be of value, and the Lorde shall forgeue her, because her father disalowed her.

6. ఆమె తండ్రి దానికి ఆక్షేపణచేసెను గనుక యెహోవా ఆమెను క్షమించును.

6. If she had an husbande, when she vowed or pronounced ought out of her lippes, wherwith she bounde her soule:

7. ఆమెకు వివాహమైన తరు వాత ఆమె మ్రొక్కుకొనిన మ్రొక్కుబళ్లయినను, నిరాలోచనగా ఆమె తనమీద పెట్టుకొనిన ఒట్టులైనను ఆమెమీద నుండుట ఆమె భర్త విని, దాని గూర్చి వినిన దినమున అతడు ఊరకుండుట తటస్థించిన యెడల, ఆమె మ్రొక్కుబళ్లును ఆమె తనమీద పెట్టుకొనిన ఒట్టును నిలుచును.

7. And her husbande hearde it, and helde his peace therat the same day he hearde it: then her vowes shall stande, and her bondes wherwith she bounde her soule, shall stande in effect.

8. ఆమె భర్త వినిన దినమందే ఆక్షేపణ చేసినయెడల, అతడు ఆమె మ్రొక్కుకొనిన మ్రొక్కుబడిని ఆమె నిరాలోచనగా తనమీద పెట్టు కొనిన ఒట్టులను రద్దుచేసినవాడగును; యెహోవా ఆమెను క్షమించును.

8. And if her husbande disalowe her the same day that he hearde it, then he shall make her vowe which she hath vpon her, and the openyng of her lippes wherwith she bounde her soule, of none effect, and the Lorde shall forgeue her.

9. విధవరాలుగాని విడనాడబడినదిగాని తన మీద పెట్టుకొనిన ప్రతి మ్రొక్కుబడి నిలుచును.

9. But euery vowe of a widowe, and of her that is deuorsed, that they haue bounde their soule withall, shall stande in effect with them.

10. ఆమె తన భర్తయింట ఉండి మ్రొక్కు కొనినయెడల నేమి, ప్రమాణముచేసి తనమీద ఒట్టు పెట్టుకొనిన యెడలనేమి,

10. If she vowed in her husbandes house, or bounde her soule with an othe:

11. తరువాత ఆమె భర్త విని దానిగూర్చి ఆక్షేపణచేయక ఊరకుండినయెడల, ఆమె మ్రొక్కుబడులన్నియు నిలు చును; ఆమె తనమీద పెట్టుకొనిన ప్రతి ఒట్టును నిలుచును.

11. And her husbande hearde it, and helde his peace concernyng her, & disalowed her not: then all her vowes shal stande, and euery bonde wherwith she bounde her soule, shall stande.

12. ఆమె భర్త వినిన దినమందే వాటిని బొత్తిగా రద్దు చేసినయెడల, ఆమె మ్రొక్కుబళ్లను గూర్చియు, ఆమె మీది ఒట్టును గూర్చియు ఆమె పలికినదేదియు నిలువక పోవును; ఆమెభర్త వాటిని రద్దుచేసెను గనుక యెహోవా ఆమెను క్షమించును.

12. But if her husbande disanulled them the same day yt he hearde them: then nothyng that proceedeth out of her lippes in vowes and bondes wherwith she bounde her soule, shall stande in effect: for her husbande hath disanulled them, and the Lorde shall forgeue her.

13. ప్రతి మ్రొక్కుబడిని, తన్ను తాను దుఃఖపరచుకొందునని ప్రమాణపూర్వకముగా తన మీద పెట్టుకొనిన ప్రతి బాధ్యతను ఆమె భర్తస్థిరపరచ వచ్చును, రద్దుచేయవచ్చును.

13. All vowes and othes that binde to humble the soule, may her husbande stablishe or breake.

14. అయితే ఆమె భర్త నానాట దానిగూర్చి ఊరకొనుచు వచ్చినయెడల, వాడు ఆమె మీదనున్న ఆమె మ్రొక్కుబడులన్నిటిని ఆమె ఒట్టులన్నిటిని స్థిరపరచినవాడగును. అతడు వినిన దినమున దానిగూర్చి ఊరకుండుటవలన వాటిని స్థిరపరచెను.

14. But if her husbande holde his peace from one day to another, then he stablissheth all her vowes & bondes which she had vpon her: he confirmeth them, because he helde his peace concernyng her the same day that he hearde them.

15. అతడు వినిన తరువాత వాటిని బొత్తిగా రద్దుచేసినయెడల, తానే ఆమె దోష శిక్షను భరించును.

15. But if he breake them, after that he hath hearde them, he shall beare her sinne hym selfe.

16. ఇవి భర్తను గూర్చియు, భార్యనుగూర్చియు, తండ్రినిగూర్చియు, బాల్యమున తండ్రి యింట నున్న కుమార్తెనుగూర్చియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన కట్టడలు.

16. These are the ordinaunces which the Lord commaunded Moyses betweene a man and his wyfe, and betweene the father and his daughter, beyng yet a damsell in her fathers house.
