1. కాబట్టి తీర్పు తీర్చు మనుష్యుడా, నీ వెవడవైనను సరే నిరుత్తరుడవై యున్నావు. దేనివిషయములో ఎదుటి వానికి తీర్పు తీర్చుచున్నావో దాని విషయములో నీవే నేరస్థుడవని తీర్పు తీర్చుకొనుచున్నావు; ఏలయనగా తీర్పు తీర్చు నీవును అట్టి కార్యములనే చేయుచున్నావు కావా?

1. Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whoever thou art, that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest, doest the same things.

2. అట్టి కార్యములు చేయువారిమీద దేవుని తీర్పు సత్యమును అనుసరించినదే అని యెరుగుదుము.

2. But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth, against them who commit such things.

3. అట్టి కార్యములు చేయువారికి తీర్పు తీర్చుచు వాటినే చేయుచున్న మనుష్యుడా, నీవు దేవుని తీర్పు తప్పించు కొందువని అను కొందువా?

3. And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them who do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?

4. లేదా, దేవుని అనుగ్రహము మారు మనస్సు పొందుటకు నిన్ను ప్రేరేపించుచున్నదని యెరుగక, ఆయన అనుగ్రహైశ్వర్యమును సహనమును దీర్ఘ శాంతమును తృణీకరించుదువా?

4. Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness, and forbearance, and long-suffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

5. నీ కాఠిన్యమును, మార్పు పొందని నీ హృదయమును అనుసరించి, ఉగ్రత దినమందు, అనగా దేవుని న్యాయమైన తీర్పు బయలు పరచబడు దినమందు నీకు నీవే ఉగ్రతను సమకూర్చు కొనుచున్నావు.

5. But after thy hardness and impenitent heart, treasurest up to thyself wrath against the day of wrath, and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

6. Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

7. సత్‌ క్రియను ఓపికగా చేయుచు, మహిమను ఘనతను అక్షయతను వెదకువారికి నిత్యజీవము నిచ్చును.

7. To them who by patient continuance in well-doing, seek for glory, and honor, and immortality; eternal life:

8. అయితే భేదములు పుట్టించి, సత్యమునకు లోబడక దుర్నీతికి లోబడువారి మీదికి దేవుని ఉగ్రతయు రౌద్రమును వచ్చును.

8. But to them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness; indignation and wrath:

9. దుష్క్యార్యము చేయు ప్రతి మనుష్యుని ఆత్మకు, మొదట యూదునికి గ్రీసుదేశస్థునికికూడ, శ్రమయు వేదనయు కలుగును.

9. Tribulation and anguish upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;

10. సత్‌ క్రియ చేయు ప్రతివానికి, మొదట యూదునికి గ్రీసుదేశస్థునికికూడ, మహిమయు ఘనతయు సమాధానమును కలుగును.

10. But glory, honor, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile;

11. దేవునికి పక్షపాతములేదు. ధర్మశాస్త్రము లేక పాపము చేసినవారందరు ధర్మశాస్త్రము లేకయే నశించెదరు;

11. For there is no respect of persons with God.

12. ధర్మశాస్త్రము కలిగినవారై పాపము చేసినవారందరు ధర్మశాస్త్రానుసారముగా తీర్పు నొందు దురు.

12. For as many as have sinned without law, shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law, shall be judged by the law,

13. ధర్మశాస్త్రము వినువారు దేవుని దృష్టికి నీతి మంతులు కారుగాని ధర్మశాస్త్రమును అనుసరించి ప్రవర్తించువారే నీతిమంతులుగా ఎంచబడుదురు.

13. (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

14. ధర్మ శాస్త్రము లేని అన్యజనులు స్వాభావికముగా ధర్మశాస్త్ర సంబంధమైన క్రియలను చేసినయెడల వారు ధర్మశాస్త్రము లేనివారైనను, తమకు తామే ధర్మశాస్త్రమైనట్టున్నారు.

14. For when the Gentiles, who have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these having not the law, are a law to themselves.

15. అట్టివారి మనస్సాక్షి కూడ సాక్ష్యమిచ్చుచుండగను, వారి తలంపులు ఒక దానిమీద ఒకటి తప్పు మోపుచు లేక తప్పులేదని చెప్పుచుండగను, ధర్మశాస్త్రసారము తమ హృదయములయందు వ్రాయబడినట్టు చూపుచున్నారు

15. Who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing testimony, and {their} thoughts the mean while accusing, or else excusing one another)

16. దేవుడు నా సువార్త ప్రకారము యేసు క్రీస్తుద్వారా మనుష్యుల రహస్యములను విమర్శించు దినమందు ఈలాగు జరుగును.

16. In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.

17. నీవు యూదుడవని పేరు పెట్టుకొని ధర్మశాస్త్రమును ఆశ్రయించి దేవునియందు అతిశయించుచున్నావు కావా?

17. Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,

18. ఆయన చిత్తమెరిగి, ధర్మశాస్త్రమందు ఉపదేశము పొందిన వాడవై శ్రేష్ఠమైనవాటిని మెచ్చుకొనుచున్నావు కావా?

18. And knowest {his} will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law,

19. జ్ఞానసత్యస్వరూపమైన ధర్మశాస్త్రము గలవాడవైయుండి నేను గ్రుడ్డివారికి త్రోవచూపువాడను,

19. And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them who are in darkness,

20. చీకటిలో ఉండువారికి వెలుగును, బుద్ధిహీనులకు శిక్షకుడను, బాలురకు ఉపాధ్యాయుడనై యున్నానని నీయంతట నీవే ధైర్యము వహించుకొనుచున్నావు కావా?

20. An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, who hast the form of knowledge, and of the truth in the law:

21. ఎదుటివానికి బోధించు నీవు నీకు నీవే బోధించుకొనవా? దొంగిలవద్దని ప్రకటించు నీవు దొంగిలెదవా?

21. Thou therefore who teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?

22. వ్యభిచరింపవద్దని చెప్పు నీవు వ్యభిచరించెదవా? విగ్రహములను అసహ్యించుకొను నీవు గుళ్లను దోచెదవా?

22. Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?

23. ధర్మశాస్త్రమందు అతిశయించు నీవు ధర్మశాస్త్రము మీరుటవలన దేవుని అవమానపర చెదవా?

23. Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonorest thou God?

24. వ్రాయబడిన ప్రకారము మిమ్మునుబట్టియే గదా దేవుని నామము అన్యజనుల మధ్యను దూషింపబడు చున్నది?

24. For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles, through you, as it is written.

25. నీవు ధర్మశాస్త్రమును అనుసరించి ప్రవర్తించు వాడవైతివా, సున్నతి ప్రయోజనకరమగును గాని ధర్మ శాస్త్రమును అతిక్రమించువాడవైతివా, నీ సున్నతి సున్నతి కాకపోవును.

25. For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keepest the law; but if thou art a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.

26. కాబట్టి సున్నతి లేనివాడు ధర్మ శాస్త్రపు నీతి విధులను గైకొనిన యెడల అతడు సున్నతి లేనివాడై యుండియు సున్నతిగలవాడుగా ఎంచబడును గదా?

26. Therefore, if the uncircumcision keepeth the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?

27. మరియు స్వభావమునుబట్టి సున్నతి లేనివాడు ధర్మశాస్త్రమును నెరవేర్చినయెడల అక్షరమును సున్నతియు గలవాడవై ధర్మశాస్త్రమును అతిక్రమించు నీకు తీర్పు తీర్చడా?

27. And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfilleth the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?

28. బాహ్యమునకు యూదుడైనవాడు యూదుడు కాడు; శరీరమందు బాహ్యమైన సున్నతి సున్నతికాదు.

28. For he is not a Jew, who is one outwardly; neither {is that} circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

29. అయితే అంతరంగమందు యూదుడైన వాడే యూదుడు. మరియు సున్నతి హృదయ సంబంధ మైనదై ఆత్మయందు జరుగునదే గాని అక్షరమువలన కలుగు నది కాదు. అట్టివానికి మెప్పు మనుష్యులవలన కలుగదు దేవునివలననే కలుగును.
ద్వితీయోపదేశకాండము 30:6

29. But he {is} a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision {is that} of the heart, in the spirit, {and} not in the letter; whose praise {is} not from men, but from God.
