1. మరియు హన్నా విజ్ఞాపనచేసి యీలాగనెను నా హృదయము యెహోవాయందు సంతోషించుచున్నది. యెహోవాయందు నాకు మహా బలముకలిగెనునీవలని రక్షణనుబట్టి సంతోషించుచున్నానునావిరోధులమీద నేను అతిశయపడుదును.
లూకా 1:46-47

1. And Hanna prayed, & sayde: Myne heart reioyceth in the Lorde, and myne horne is exalted in the Lorde: My mouth is wyde open ouer myne enemies, for I reioyce in thy saluation.

2. యెహోవావంటి పరిశుద్ధ దేవుడు ఒకడునులేడు నీవు తప్ప మరి ఏ దేవుడును లేడుమన దేవునివంటి ఆశ్రయదుర్గమేదియు లేదు.

2. There is none holy as the Lorde: for without thee is nothing, neither is there any of strength as is our God.

3. యెహోవా అనంతజ్ఞానియగు దేవుడు ఆయనే క్రియలను పరీక్షించువాడుఇకను అంత గర్వముగా మాటలాడకుడిగర్వపుమాటలు మీ నోట రానియ్యకుడి.

3. Talke no more proudly, let not arrogancie come out of your mouthes: for the Lorde is a God of knowledge, and his purposes come to passe.

4. ప్రఖ్యాతినొందిన విలుకాండ్రు ఓడిపోవుదురుతొట్రిల్లినవారు బలము ధరించుదురు.

4. The bowe with the mightie men are broken, and they that were weake haue gyrde them selues with strength.

5. తృప్తిగా భుజించినవారు అన్నము కావలెనని కూలికిపోవుదురుఆకలి గొనినవారు ఆకలితీర తిందురు గొడ్రాలు ఏడుగురు పిల్లలను కనును అనేకమైన పిల్లలను కనినది కృశించి పోవును.
లూకా 1:53

5. They that were full, haue hyred out them selues for bread, and they that were hungry, ceasse, tyll the barren hath borne seuen, and she that had many children, is waxed feeble.

6. జనులను సజీవులనుగాను మృతులనుగాను చేయువాడు యెహోవాయేపాతాళమునకు పంపుచు అందులోనుండి రప్పించుచుండువాడు ఆయనే.

6. The Lord kylleth and maketh alyue, bryngeth downe to the graue & fetcheth vp agayne.

7. యెహోవా దారిద్ర్యమును ఐశ్వర్యమును కలుగజేయు వాడు క్రుంగజేయువాడును లేవనెత్తువాడును ఆయనే.
లూకా 1:52

7. The Lord maketh poore, and maketh ryche, bringeth lowe, and heaueth vp on hye.

8. దరిద్రులను అధికారులతో కూర్చుండబెట్టుటకును మహిమగల సింహాసనమును స్వతంత్రింపజేయుటకును వారిని మంటిలోనుండి యెత్తువాడు ఆయనే లేమిగలవారిని పెంటకుప్ప మీది నుండి లేవనెత్తు వాడు ఆయనే. భూమియొక్క స్తంభములు యెహోవా వశము, లోకమును వాటిమీద ఆయన నిలిపియున్నాడు.

8. He rayseth vp the poore out of the dust, and lyfteth vp the beggar from the dounghyll, to set them among princes, and to make them inherite the seate of glory: For the pyllers of the earth are the lordes, and he hath set the worlde vpon them.

9. తన భక్తుల పాదములు తొట్రిల్లకుండ ఆయన వారిని కాపాడును. దుర్మార్గులు అంధకారమందు మాటుమణుగుదురు బలముచేత ఎవడును జయము నొందడు.

9. He wyll kepe the feete of his saintes, and the wicked shall kepe scilence in darknesse, and in his owne myght shal no man be strong.

10. యెహోవాతో వాదించువారు నాశనమగుదురు పరమండలములో నుండి ఆయన వారిపైన యురుమువలె గర్జించును లోకపు సరిహద్దులలో నుండువారికి ఆయన తీర్పు తీర్చునుతాను నియమించిన రాజునకు ఆయన బలమిచ్చునుతాను అభిషేకించినవానికి అధిక బలము కలుగజేయును.
లూకా 1:69

10. The lordes aduersaries shal be destroyed of hym, & out of heauen shall he thunder vpon them: The Lorde shall iudge the endes of the worlde, and shall gyue myght vnto his king, and exalt the horne of his annoynted.

11. తరువాత ఎల్కానా రామాలోని తన యింటికి వెళ్లి పోయెను; అయితే ఆ బాలుడు యాజకుడైన ఏలీ యెదుట యెహోవాకు పరిచర్యచేయుచుండెను.

11. And Elkana went to Ramath to his house, and the lad dyd minister vnto the Lorde before Eli the priest.

12. ఏలీ కుమారులు యెహోవాను ఎరుగనివారై మిక్కిలి దుర్మార్గులైయుండిరి.

12. But the sonnes of Eli were children of Belial, and knewe not the Lord.

13. జనులవిషయమై యాజకులు చేయుచు వచ్చిన పని యేమనగా, ఎవడైన బలిపశువును వధించిన మీదట మాంసము ఉడుకుచుండగా యాజకుని వారు మూడు ముండ్లుగల కొంకిని తీసికొనివచ్చి

13. And the priestes custome toward the people was, that whensoeuer any man offered any offring, ye priestes lad came whyle the fleshe was a seethyng, and a fleshhoke with three teeth in his hande:

14. బొరుసులో గాని తపేలలోగాని గూనలోగాని కుండలోగాని అది గుచ్చినపుడు ఆ కొంకిచేత బయటకు వచ్చినదంతయు యాజకుడు తనకొరకు తీసికొనును. షిలోహుకు వచ్చు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరికిని వీరు ఈలాగున చేయుచువచ్చిరి.

14. And thrust it into the panne, kettle, caldren, or pot: and all that the fleshehoke brought vp, that the priest toke for hym self: And so they dyd vnto all the Israelites that came thyther to Silo.

15. ఇదియు గాక వారు క్రొవ్వును దహింపకమునుపు యాజ కుని పనివాడు వచ్చి బలిపశువును వధించువానితో యాజకునికి వండించుటకై మాంసమిమ్ము, ఉడకబెట్టిన మాంసము అతడు నీయొద్ద తీసికొనడు, పచ్చి మాంసమే కావలెను అని చెప్పుచువచ్చెను.

15. Yea, and thereto before they burnt the fat, the priestes lad came and sayde to the man that offered, Geue fleshe, that I may roste it for the priest: for he wyll not haue sodde fleshe of thee, but rawe.

16. ఈ క్షణమందే వారు క్రొవ్వును దహింతురు, తరువాత నీ మనస్సు వచ్చి నంతమట్టుకు తీసికొనవచ్చునని వానితో ఆ మనిషి చెప్పిన యెడల వాడుఆలాగువద్దు ఇప్పుడే యియ్యవలెను, లేని యెడల బలవంతముచేత తీసికొందుననును.

16. And yf any man sayde vnto hym, Let them burne the fat according to the custome, and then take as much as thyne hearte desireth: Then he would aunswere hym, Yea, thou shalt geue it me nowe: and if thou wilt not, I wyll take it with violence.

17. అందువలన జనులు యెహోవాకు నైవేద్యము చేయుటయందు అసహ్య పడుటకు ఆ ¸యౌవనులు కారణమైరి, గనుక వారిపాపము యెహోవా సన్నిధిని బహు గొప్పదాయెను.

17. And the sinne of the young men was very great before the Lord: For men abhorred the offering of the Lord.

18. బాలుడైన సమూయేలు నారతో నేయబడిన ఏఫోదు ధరించుకొని యెహోవాకు పరిచర్యచేయు చుండెను.

18. But the childe Samuel ministred before the Lorde, girded with a linnen Ephod.

19. వాని తల్లి వానికి చిన్న అంగీ ఒకటి కుట్టి యేటేట బలి అర్పించుటకు తన పెనిమిటితోకూడ వచ్చినప్పుడు దాని తెచ్చి వాని కిచ్చుచు వచ్చెను.

19. Moreouer, his mother made him a litle coate, and brought it to him from yere to yere, when she came vp with her husband to offer the yerely sacrifice.

20. యెహోవా సన్నిధిని మనవిచేసికొనగా నీకు దొరకిన యీ సంతానమునకు ప్రతిగా యెహోవా నీకు సంతానము నిచ్చునుగాక అని ఏలీ ఎల్కానాను అతని భార్యను దీవించిన తరువాత వారు ఇంటికి వెళ్లిరి.

20. And Eli blessed Elkana and his wife, and said: The Lorde geue thee seede of this woman, for the petition that she asked of the Lord. And they went vnto their owne home.

21. యెహోవా హన్నాను దర్శింపగా ఆమె గర్భవతియై ముగ్గురు కుమాళ్లను ఇద్దరు కుమార్తెలను కనెను. అయితే బాలుడగు సమూయేలు యెహోవా సన్నిధిని ఉండి యెదుగుచుండెను.

21. And the Lorde visited Hanna, so that she conceaued, and bare three sonnes, & two daughters: And the childe Samuel grew before the Lorde.

22. ఏలీ బహు వృద్ధుడాయెను. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు తన కుమారులు చేసిన కార్యములన్నియు, వారు ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారముయొక్క ద్వారము దగ్గరకు సేవ చేయుటకువచ్చిన స్త్రీలతో శయనించుటయను మాట చెవిని పడగా వారిని పిలిచి యిట్లనెను

22. Eli was very olde, and heard all that his sonnes did vnto Israel, & how they lay with the women that wayted at the doore of the tabernacle of the congregation.

23. ఈ జనులముందర మీరుచేసిన చెడ్డకార్యములు నాకు వినబడినవి. ఈలాటి కార్యములు మీరెందుకు చేయుచున్నారు?

23. And he saide vnto them: Why do ye such thinges? For of all these people I heare euill reportes of you.

24. నా కుమారు లారా, యీలాగు చేయవద్దు, నాకు వినబడినది మంచిది కాదు, యెహోవా జనులను మీరు అతిక్రమింపచేయు చున్నారు.

24. Oh, nay my sonnes: For it is no good report that I heare, how that ye make the Lordes people to trespasse.

25. నరునికి నరుడు తప్పుచేసినయెడల దేవుడు విమర్శచేయునుగాని యెవరైన యెహోవా విషయములో పాపము చేసినయెడల వానికొరకు ఎవడు విజ్ఞాపనము చేయును? అనెను. అయితే యెహోవా వారిని చంప దలచి యుండెను గనుక వారు తమ తండ్రియొక్క మొఱ్ఱను వినకపోయిరి.

25. If one man sinne against another, the Iudge shall iudge it: But if a man sinne against the Lord, who will be his dayseman? Notwithstandiug, they hearkened not vnto the voyce of their father, because the Lorde would slay the.

26. బాలుడగు సమూయేలు ఇంకను ఎదుగుచు యెహోవా దయయందును మనుష్యుల దయ యందును వర్ధిల్లుచుండెను.
లూకా 2:52

26. (The childe Samuel profited & grew, and was in fauour both with the Lord and also with men.)

27. అంతట దైవజనుడొకడు ఏలీయొద్దకు వచ్చియిట్లనెను యెహోవా నిన్నుగూర్చి సెలవిచ్చినదేమనగా, నీ పిత రుని యింటివారు ఐగుప్తు దేశమందు ఫరో యింటిలో ఉండగా నేను వారికి ప్రత్యక్షమైతిని.

27. And there came a man of God vnto Eli, and sayde vnto hym, thus saith the Lorde: Dyd not I playnely appeare vnto the house of thy father, when they were in Egypt in Pharaos house?

28. అతడు నా ముందర ఏఫోదును ధరించి నా బలిపీఠముమీద అర్ప ణమును ధూపమును అర్పించుటకై నాకు యాజకుడగునట్లు ఇశ్రాయేలు గోత్రములలోనుండి నే నతని ఏర్పరచు కొంటిని. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు అర్పించిన హోమవస్తువులన్నిటిని నీ పితరుని యింటివారికిచ్చితిని.

28. And I chose him out of al the tribes of Israel to be my priest, for to offer vppon mine aulter, and to burne incense, and to weare an Ephod before me: and I gaue vnto the house of thy father, all the offerynges made by fire of the chyldren of Israel.

29. నా నివాస స్థలమునకు నేను నిర్ణయించిన బలి నైవేద్యములను మీరేల తృణీకరించుచున్నారు? మిమ్మును క్రొవ్వబెట్టుకొనుటకై నా జనులగు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు చేయు నైవేద్యములలో శ్రేష్ఠభాగములను పట్టుకొనుచు, నాకంటె నీ కుమారులను నీవు గొప్ప చేయుచున్నావు.

29. Wherfore treade ye downe my sacrifice and mine offering which I comaunded in the tabernacle, and honorest thy chyldren aboue me, to make your selues fat of the first fruites of all the offerynges of Israel my people?

30. నీ యింటి వారును నీ పితరుని యింటివారును నా సన్నిధిని యాజ కత్వము జరిగించుదురని యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞ యిచ్చియున్నను ఇప్పుడు అది నా మనస్సునకు కేవలము ప్రతికూలమాయెనని ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చు చున్నాడు. కావున యెహోవా వాక్కు ఏదనగానన్ను ఘనపరచువారిని నేను ఘనపరచుదును. నన్ను తృణీకరించువారు తృణీకారమొందుదురు.

30. Wherefore the Lorde God of Israel saith: I sayde, that thy house and the house of thy father should walke before me for euer: But nowe the Lorde saith, That be farre fro me: For them that worship me, I wyll worship, and they that despise me, shall come to shame.

31. ఆలకించుము; రాగల దినములలో నీ బలమును నీ పితరుని యింటి బలమును నేను తక్కువచేతును. నీ యింట ముసలివాడు ఒకడును లేకపోవును.

31. Behold, the dayes come, that I wyll cut of thine arme, and the arme of thy fathers house, that there shall not be an olde man in thine house.

32. యెహోవా ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు చేయదలచిన మేలువిషయములో నా నివాసస్థలమునకు అపాయము కలుగగా నీవు చూతువు. ఎప్పటికిని నీ యింట ముసలివాడు ఉండడు.

32. And thou shalt see thine enemie in the habitation [of the Lorde] and in all the wealth which [God] shall geue Israel, and there shall not be an olde man in thyne house for euer.

33. నా బలిపీఠమునొద్దనెవడు ఉండకుండ నేనందరిని నశింపజేయక విడుచు వాడను గనుక అది నీ కన్నులు క్షీణించుటకును నీవు దుఃఖముచేత క్షయమగుటకును సాధనమగును; నీ సంతానపు వారందరు వయఃకాలమందు మరణమవుదురు.

33. Neuerthelesse, I wyll not destroy euery one that come of thee from mine aulter, to make thine eyes to fayle, and to make thine heart sorowfull: And all they that be multiplied in thine house, shall dye [when they be] men.

34. నీ యిద్దరు కుమారులైన హొఫ్నీకిని ఫీనెహాసునకును సంభ వించునని నేను చెప్పినదానికి నీకు సూచనగా నుండును. ఒక్క నాటియందే వారిద్దరు మరణమవుదురు.

34. And this shalbe a signe vnto thee, that shal come vpon thy two sonnes Hophni and Phinehes: euen in one day they shall dye both.

35. తరువాత నమ్మక మైన ఒక యాజకుని నేను నియమింతును; అతడు నా యోచననుబట్టి నా కనుకూలముగా యాజకత్వము జరిగించును, అతనికి నేను నమ్మకమైన సంతానము పుట్టిం తును, అతడు నా అభిషిక్తుని సన్నిధిని ఎప్పటికిని యాజ కత్వము జరిగించును.

35. And I wyll stirre me vp a faythfull priest, yt shall do according to my heart and minde, and I wil builde him a sure house, and he shall walke before mine annoynted for euer.

36. అయితే నీ యింటివారిలో శేషించినవారు ఒక వెండిరూకనైనను రొట్టెముక్కనైనను సంపా దించుకొనవలెనని అతనియొద్దకు వచ్చి దండముపెట్టి–నేను రొట్టెముక్క తినునట్లుగా దయచేసి యాజకుల ఉద్యోగములలో ఒకదానియందు నన్ను ఉంచుమని అతని వేడుకొందురు

36. And all that are left in thyne house, shall come and crouch to him for a peece of siluer and a morsell of bread, and shal saye: Put me (I pray thee) in one office or other among ye priestes, that I may eate a morsell of bread.
