Rachel Joy Scott, 17yrs of age, a young American student whose life was tragically cut short in the Columbine High School shooting of 1999, continues to inspire countless individuals with her unwavering faith, kindness, and compassion. Rachel was known for her radiant personality and her genuine desire to make a positive impact on those around her. She lived out her faith in practical ways, reaching out to others with kindness, compassion, and a listening ear. Even in the face of challenges and difficulties, Rachel remained steadfast in her faith and her commitment to living out the principles of love and forgiveness taught by Jesus Christ. Tragically, on April 20, 1999, Rachel became one of the victims of the Columbine High School shooting, where she was targeted because of her faith.
