మత్తయి 26:28 ఇది నా రక్తము, అనగా పాపక్షమాపణ నిమిత్తము అనేకుల కొరకు చిందింపబడుచున్న నిబంధన రక్తము.
మోషే బలిపీఠం మీద బలి అర్పించి రక్తాన్ని ప్రోక్షించినప్పుడు, అది
ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలతో ప్రభువు చేసిన నిబంధనను ధృవీకరించింది.
ఈరోజు మనం మన పాపాలను పోగొట్టుకోవడానికి ఏ జంతువును బలి
ఇవ్వాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. ఈ నిబంధన రక్తం ఎటువంటి జంతువుల బలిఅర్పణ ద్వారా మనం పొందుకోలేదు కాని, కేవలం
యేసుక్రీస్తు సిలువ ద్వారానే అది మనకు అనుగ్రహించబడింది.
యేసు క్రీస్తు సిలువ త్యాగం కృప యొక్క నిబంధనకు గురుతుగా ఆమోదించి ముద్రవేయబడింది, తద్వారా సమస్త మానవజాతి రక్షించబడింది. ఇది మనం వెలకట్టలేని దేవుని తన స్వంత త్యాగపూరితమైన ప్రేమ.
నిజానికి మనం చేసే మంచి పనులు,
క్రీస్తులో ఆయన కృపకు ప్రతిస్పందనగా ఉంటాయి, ఆయనతో మనకున్న ఆ నిబంధన బంధం నెరవేరుతుంది.
దేవుని అమూల్యమైన రక్తము మన పాపములన్నిటి నుండి మనలను మాత్రమే కాదుగాని సమస్త మానవజాతిని శుభ్రపరచగలదు.
ఈ నిబంధన రక్తం ప్రతి విశ్వాసి యొక్క హృదయ స్పందన, దీని నుండి మనం
క్రీస్తులో ఒక ఉద్దేశ్యంతో నడిచే జీవితాన్ని గడపడానికి సంసిద్ధులమవ్వుటకు ప్రయత్నం చేయాలి. ఆమెన్
Blood of the covenant
When Moses sprinkled blood from the sacrificial animals on the altar, it confirmed the covenant the Lord made with the people of Israel.
Today we need no sacrifice of any animal for remission of our sins.
Blood that confirmed the new covenant was not gathered from animals slain upon altar but from Jesus’s crucifixion.
Jesus Christ sacrifice on cross, ratified and sealed the covenant of grace through which the entire mankind is saved.
It is just God-s own sacrificial love, not anything we have done or will do.
In fact our good works are response to God-s grace in Christ, an outworking of our covenant bond to him.
God-s precious blood can cleanse us from all sin just not ours but the entire mankind.
That-s our scripture for today. Mathew 26:28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
This blood covenant is the heartbeat of every believer from which we draw life to live a purpose driven Life in Christ. Amen
