అందుకు నయమానునీకు అనుకూలమైతే రెట్టింపు వెండి తీసికొనుమని బతిమాలి, రెండు సంచులలో నాలుగు మణుగుల వెండి కట్టి రెండు దుస్తుల బట్టలనిచ్చి, తన పనివారిలో ఇద్దరి మీద వాటిని వేయగా వారు గేహజీ ముందర వాటిని మోసికొని పోయిరి.

ಆಗ ನಾಮಾನನು--ನೀನು ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಎರಡು ತಲಾಂತು ಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೋ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಲವಂತ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಎರಡು ತಲಾಂತು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಎರಡು ಚೀಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಸಂಗಡ ಎರಡು ದುಸ್ತು ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರಿಸಿದನು; ಅವರು ಇವನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು.
