1. అప్పుడు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. Then came the word of Yahweh unto me, saying:

2. నరపుత్రుడా, యెరూషలేము తట్టు నీ ముఖము త్రిప్పుకొని, పరిశుద్ధ స్థలములనుబట్టి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులదేశమును గూర్చి ప్రవచించి ఇట్లనుము

2. Son of man Set thy face against Jerusalem, And drop thy word against the holy places And prophesy against the so of Israel.

3. యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నేను నీకు విరోధినై తిని. నీతిపరులనేమి దుష్టులనేమి నీలో ఎవరు నుండకుండ అందరిని నిర్మూలము చేయుటకై నా ఖడ్గము ఒరదూసి యున్నాను.

3. Thou shalt say then to the so of Israel Thus saith Yahweh, Behold me against thee, Therefore will I bring forth my sword out of its sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the lawless.

4. నీతిపరులేమి దుష్టులేమి యెవరును మీలో ఉండకుండ దక్షిణదిక్కు మొదలుకొని ఉత్తరదిక్కువరకు అందరిని నిర్మూలము చేయుటకై నా ఖడ్గము దాని ఒరలో నుండి బయలుదేరియున్నది.

4. Because I have cut off from thee the righteous and the lawless, Therefore shall my sword go forth out of its sheath against all flesh from south to north:

5. యెహోవానైన నేను నా ఖడ్గము మరల ఒరలోపడకుండ దాని దూసియున్నానని జనులందరు తెలిసికొందురు.

5. So shall all flesh know that, I, Yahweh have brought forth my sword out of its sheath, it shall not return any more.

6. కావున నరపుత్రుడా, నిట్టూర్పు విడువుము, వారు చూచుచుండగా నీ నడుము బద్దలగునట్లు మనోదుఃఖముతో నిట్టూర్పు విడువుము.

6. Thou, therefore O son of man sigh, In the sharp pain of thy loins and in bitterness, shalt thou sigh before their eyes.

7. నీవు నిట్టూర్పు విడిచెదవేమని వారు నిన్నడుగగా నీవుశ్రమదినము వచ్చుచున్నదను దుర్వార్త నాకు వినబడినది, అందరి గుండెలు కరిగిపోవును, అందరి చేతులు బల హీనమవును, అందరి మనస్సులు అధైర్యపడును, అందరి మోకాళ్లు నీరవును, ఇంతగా కీడు వచ్చుచున్నది; అది వచ్చేయున్నది అని చెప్పుము; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

7. And it shall come to pass when they shall say unto thee, Wherefore art thou sighing? that thou shalt say, For the report because it cometh, When every heart shall melt. And all hands be unnerved And every spirit shall become faint. And all knees shall be weak as water, Lo! it cometh and shall be brought to pass, Saith My Lord, Yahweh.

8. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

8. And the word of Yahweh came unto me. saying:

9. నరపుత్రుడా, నీవు ఈ మాటలు ప్రకటనచేసి ఇట్లనుము యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా అదిగో ఖడ్గము ఖడ్గమే కనబడుచున్నది, అది పదునుగలదై మెరుగుపెట్టియున్నది.

9. Son of man, Prophesy and thou shalt say, Thus saith My Lord, Say, A sword! a sword! Sharpened moreover also furbished:

10. అది గొప్ప వధ చేయుటకై పదును పెట్టియున్నది, తళతళలాడునట్లు అది మెరుగుపెట్టియున్నది; ఇట్లుండగా నా కుమారుని దండము ఇతర దండములన్నిటిని తృణీకరించునది అని చెప్పి మనము సంతోషించెదమా?

10. To make a slaughter, is it sharpened, That it may flash as lightning, is it furbished. Or shall we flourish the royal rod of my son which despiseth every tree?

11. మరియు దూయుటకు సిద్ధమగునట్లు అది మెరుగుపెట్టువానియొద్ద నుంచ బడియుండెను, హతము చేయువాడు పట్టుకొనునట్లుగా అది పదునుగలదై మెరుగు పెట్టబడియున్నది.

11. It hath. however been given to be furbished that it may be grasped by the hand:The same is a sword sharpened. Yea the same, is furbished, Ready to be given into the hand of the slayer.

12. నరపుత్రుడా అంగలార్చుము, కేకలువేయుము, అది నా జనులమీదికిని ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల ప్రధానులమీదికిని వచ్చుచున్నది, ఖడ్గభయము నా జనులకు తటస్థించినది గనుక నీ తొడను చరచుకొనుము.

12. Make an outcry and howl son of man, For the same hath come against my people, the same is against all the princes of Israel, Who are thrown to the sword with my people, Therefore smite thou upon thy thigh.

13. శోధనకలిగెను, తృణీకరించు దండము రాకపోయిననేమి? ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

13. For trial hath been made, What then, even though the royal rod despiseth, shall it not be? Demandeth My Lord. Yahweh.

14. నరపుత్రుడా, చేతులు చరచుకొనుచు సమాచారము ప్రవచింపుము, ఖడ్గము ముమ్మారు రెట్టింపబడినదై జనులను హతముచేయునదై యున్నది, అది గొప్పవాని అంతఃపురము చొచ్చి వాని హతము చేయునది.

14. Thou, therefore, son of man, Prophesy, and smite thy hands together, And let the sword smite twice thrice the sword of the slain! the same is the great sword of the slain, that which hemmeth them in.

15. వారి గుండెలు కరిగిపోవునట్లును, పడద్రోయు అడ్డములు అధికములగునట్లును, వారి గుమ్మములలో నేను ఖడ్గము దూసెదను; అయ్యయ్యో అది తళతళలాడుచున్నది, హతము చేయుటకై అది దూయబడియున్నది.

15. That the heart may melt And the overthrow be multiplied at all their gates, I have recompensed a slaying by the sword: Surety it hath been made ready to flash like lightning, keen for slaughter.

16. ఖడ్గమా, సిద్ధపడియుండుము; కుడివైపు చూడుము, ఎడమవైపు తిరుగుము, ఎక్కడ నీకు పని యుండునో అక్కడికి తిరుగుము

16. One firm stroke to the right. Turn to the left, Whithersoever thine edge is directed,

17. నేనుకూడ నా చేతులు చరచుకొని నా క్రోధము తీర్చుకొందును; యెహోవా నగు నేనే మాట ఇచ్చి యున్నాను.

17. Yea even I myself, will smite my hands together, And will cause mine indignation to find rest, Yahweh have spoken.

18. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

18. Then came the word of Yahweh unto me saying:

19. నరపుత్రుడా, బబులోను రాజు ఖడ్గమువచ్చుటకు రెండు మార్గములను ఏర్పరచుము. ఆరెండును ఒక దేశములోనుండి వచ్చునట్లు సూచించుటకై యొక హస్తరూపము గీయుము, పట్టణపు వీధి కొనను దాని గీయుము.

19. Thou, therefore son of man. Appoint thee two ways For the sword of the king of Babylon to enter, Out of one land shall those two ways come, And a hand, engrave thou, At the head of the way to the city, engrave it.;

20. ఖడ్గమునకు అమ్మోనీయుల పట్టణమగు రబ్బాకు ఒక మార్గమును, యూదాదేశమందున్న ప్రాకారములు గల పట్టణమగు యెరూషలేమునకు ఒక మార్గమును ఏర్పరచుము.

20. A way, shalt thou appoint, for the sword to enter. Even to Rabbah of the sons of Ammon, And to Judah against Jerusalem, the defenced,

21. బాటలు చీలుచోట రెండు మార్గములు చీలు స్థలమున శకునము తెలిసికొనుటకు బబులోను రాజు నిలుచుచున్నాడు; అతడు బాణములను ఇటు అటు ఆడించుచు, విగ్రహములచేత విచారణ చేయుచు, కార్యమునుబట్టి శకునము చూచుచున్నాడు.

21. For the king of Babylon hath come tea stand At the parting of the way. At the head of the two ways To divine a divination:He hath shaken with arrows He hath asked of the household gods, He hath inspected the liver.

22. యెరూషలేము ఎదుట గుమ్మములను పడగొట్టు యంత్ర ములు పెట్టుమనియు, హతముచేయుదమనియు, ధ్వని ఎత్తుమనియు, జయధ్వని బిగ్గరగా ఎత్తుమనియు, గుమ్మ ములకు ఎదురుగా పడగొట్టు యంత్రములు ఉంచు మనియు, దిబ్బలు వేయుమనియు, ముట్టడి దిబ్బలు కట్టు మనియు యెరూషలేమునుగూర్చి తన కుడితట్టున శకునము కనబడెను.

22. On his right hand, hath come the divination Jerusalem! To plant battering-rams. To open a hole by breach To lift up the voice with a war-shout, To plant battering-rams against the gates, To cast up an earth-work To bud a siege-wall.

23. ప్రమాణములు చేసికొనిన వారికి ఈ శకునము వ్యర్థముగా కనబడును; అయితే వారు పట్టబడునట్లు వారు చేసికొనిన పాపమును అతడు వారి జ్ఞాపకమునకు తెప్పించును.

23. Though it will become to them a veritably false divination in their eyes, even when hound by oaths to theme Yet he calling to mind iniquity, will determine that it shall he captured.

24. కాబట్టి ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చు చున్నాడుమీ అతిక్రమములు బయలుపడుటవలన మీ సమస్త క్రియలలోనుండి మీ పాపములు అగుపడునట్లు మీ దోషము మీరు మనస్సునకు తెచ్చుకొనినందునను, నేను మిమ్మును జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనినందునను మీరు చెయ్యి చిక్కియున్నారు.

24. Therefore Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh, Because ye have brought to mind your iniquity, by revealing your transgressions causing your sins to appear in all your doings, Because ye have brought yourselves to mind By force shall ye be captured.

25. గాయపడినవాడా, దుష్టుడా, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు అధిపతీ, దోషసమాప్తికాలమున నీకు తీర్పువచ్చియున్నది.

25. Thou therefore, O profane, lawless one, prince of Israel, Whose day hath come, in a time of final iniquity:

26. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడుతలాటమును తీసివేయుము కిరీట మును ఎత్తుము, ఇది యికను ఇట్లుండదు. ఇకమీదట నీచుని ఘనునిగాను ఘనుని నీచునిగాను చేయుము.
మత్తయి 23:12

26. Thus, saith My Lord. Yahweh, Remove the turban, And lift off the crown, This not that, The abased, exalt, And the exalted, abase.

27. నేను దానిని పడద్రోయుదును పడద్రోయుదును పడ ద్రోయుదును; దాని స్వాస్థ్యకర్త వచ్చువరకు అదియు నిలువదు, అప్పుడు నేను దానిని అతనికిచ్చెదను.

27. An overthrow, overthrow, overthrow, will I make it, Even this hath not befallen unto the coming of One to whom belongeth the right Then will I bestow it.

28. మరియు నరపుత్రుడా, నీవు ప్రవచించి ఇట్లనుము అమ్మోనీయులనుగూర్చియు, వారు చేయు నిందను గూర్చియు ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగాహతము చేయుటకు ఖడ్గము ఖడ్గమే దూయబడియున్నది, తళతళలాడుచు మెరుగుపెట్టిన ఖడ్గము వధచేయుటకు దూయబడియున్నది.

28. Thou, therefore, son of man Prophesy and say, thus, saith My Lord. Yahweh, As to the sons of Ammon and as to their reproach Yea thou shalt say. A sword! a sword! Drawn for slaughter, Furbished, that when it beginneth, it may flash like lightning;

29. శకునగాండ్రు నీకొరకు మాయా దర్శనములు చూచుచుండగను, వారు వ్యర్థమైన వాటిని మీకు చెప్పుచుండగను, దోషసమాప్తి కాలమున శిక్షనొంది హతులైన దుర్మార్గుల మెడల ప్రక్కన అది నిన్ను పడ వేయును.

29. Since they see for thee, false visions, Since they divine for thee lies, To stretch thee upon the necks of them who are the most profaned of lawless ones, Whose day hath come, in a time of final iniquity,

30. ఖడ్గమును ఒరలోవేయుము; నీవు సృష్టింప బడిన స్థలములోనే నీవు పుట్టిన దేశములోనే నేను నీకు శిక్ష విధింతును.

30. Put it back into its sheath! In the place where thou wast created In the land of thy nativity, will I judge thee

31. అచ్చటనే నా రౌద్రమును నీమీద కుమ్మరించెదను, నా ఉగ్రతాగ్నిని నీమీద రగుల బెట్టెదను, నాశనము చేయుటయందు నేర్పరులైన క్రూరులకు నిన్ను అప్పగించెదను.

31. Then will I pour out upon thee mine indignation, With the fire of mine outburst, will I blow upon thee; and will deliver thee up into the hand of brutish men, skilled to destroy.

32. అగ్ని నిన్ను మింగును, నీ రక్తము దేశములో కారును, నీ వెన్నటికిని జ్ఞాపకమునకు రాకయుందువు; యెహోవానగు నేనే మాట ఇచ్చి యున్నాను.

32. For the fire, shalt thou serve as fuel, Thy blood shall be in the midst of the land, Thou shalt not be remembered, For I, Yahweh, have spoken.
