1. And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying:

2. Son of man, Prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, Prophesy, and thou shalt say unto them, even to the shepherds Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh Alas! for the shepherds of Israel who have been tending, themselves, Is it not the flock that the shepherds should tend?

3. మీరు క్రొవ్విన గొఱ్ఱెలను వధించి క్రొవ్వును తిని బొచ్చును కప్పుకొందురు గాని గొఱ్ఱె లను మేపరు,

3. The milk, ye do eat And with the wool, ye do clothe your- selves, The well-fed, ye do sacrifice, The flock, ye do not tend

4. బలహీనమైనవాటిని మీరు బలపరచరు, రోగముగలవాటిని స్వస్థపరచరు, గాయపడిన వాటికి కట్టుకట్టరు, తోలివేసిన వాటిని మరల తోలుకొనిరారు, తప్పిపోయినవాటిని వెదకరు, అది మాత్రమేగాక మీరు కఠినమనస్కులై బలాత్కారముతో వాటిని ఏలుదురు.

4. The weak, have ye not strengthened And, the sick, have ye not healed. And the torn, have ye not hound up, And that which was driven out, have ye not brought back, And that which was straying, have ye not sought out; But with force, have ye ruled them and with rigour.

5. కాబట్టి కాపరులు లేకయే అవి చెదరిపోయెను, చెదరి పోయి సకల అడవి మృగములకు ఆహారమాయెను.

5. And they were scattered, because there was no shepherd; And they became food for every wild beast of the field. So were they scattered.

6. నా గొఱ్ఱెలు పర్వతము లన్నిటిమీదను ఎత్తయిన ప్రతి కొండమీదను తిరుగులాడు చున్నవి, నా గొఱ్ఱెలు భూమియందంతట చెదరిపోయినను వాటినిగూర్చి విచారించువాడొకడును లేడు, వెదకువా డొకడును లేడు.

6. My sheep did wander through all the mountains, And over every high hl, And over all the face of the and, were my sheep scattered, And there was none to inquire And none to seek out.

7. Wherefore ye shepherds, hear ye the word of Yahweh:

8. కాపరులు లేకుండ నా గొఱ్ఱెలు దోపుడుసొమ్మయి సకలమైన అడవిమృగములకు ఆహార మాయెను; కాపరులు నా గొఱ్ఱెలను విచారింపరు, తమ కడుపు మాత్రమే నింపుకొందురు గాని గొఱ్ఱెలను మేపరు; ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.

8. As I live, Declareth My Lord Yahweh, Surely because my flock became a prey. And my flock became food for every wild beast of the field, through having no shepherd, Neither did my shepherds inquire after the flock, But the shepherds tended themselves. And my flock, they tended not

9. కాబట్టి కాపరులారా యెహోవా మాట ఆలకించుడి.

9. Therefore ye shepherds, hear ye the word of Yahweh:

10. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నా జీవముతోడు నేను ఆ కాపరులకు విరోధినైతిని, నా గొఱ్ఱెలనుగూర్చి వారియొద్ద విచారించెదను, వారు గొఱ్ఱెలు మేపుట మాన్పించెదను, ఇకను కాపరులు తమ కడుపు నింపుకొన జాలక యుందురు; నా గొఱ్ఱెలు వారికి తిండికాకుండ వారి నోటనుండి వాటిని తప్పించెదను, ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.

10. Thus, saith My Lord. Yahweh, Behold me! against the shepherds So then I will require my flock at their hand And will cause them to cease tending the fleck, Neither shall the shepherds any longer tend themselves, But I will deliver my flock out of their mouth, that they may not be their food.

11. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా ఇదిగో నేను నేనే నా గొఱ్ఱెలను వెదకి వాటిని కనుగొందును.
లూకా 15:4

11. For Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh, Here am I myself Therefore will I inquire after my flock and seek them out:

12. తమ గొఱ్ఱెలు చెదరిపోయినప్పుడు కాపరులు వాటిని వెదకునట్లు నేను నా గొఱ్ఱెలను వెదకి, చీకటిగల మబ్బుదినమందు ఎక్కడెక్కడికి అవి చెదరిపోయెనో అక్కడనుండి నేను వాటిని తప్పించి

12. As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day he is in the midst of his sheep that are scattered, So! will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all the places where they were scattered in the day of cloud and thick darkness;

13. ఆ యా జనులలోనుండి వాటిని తోడుకొని వచ్చి, ఆ యా దేశములలోనుండి వాటిని సమకూర్చి వాటి స్వదేశము లోనికి వాటిని తెచ్చి పర్వతములమీదను వాగులయొద్దను దేశమందున్న సకలమైన కాపురపు స్థలములందును వాటిని మేపెదను.

13. And I will bring them out from among the peoples And will gather them out of the lands, And will bring them upon their own soil, And will tend them Upon the mountains of Israel, In the ravines. And in all the habitable places of the land:

14. నేను మంచి మేతగలచోట వాటిని మేపెదను, ఇశ్రాయేలుయొక్క ఉన్నతస్థలములమీద వాటికి దొడ్డి యేర్పడును, అక్కడ అవి మంచి దొడ్డిలో పండు కొనును, ఇశ్రాయేలు పర్వతములమీద బలమైన మేతగల స్థలమందు అవి మేయును,

14. In good pastures, will I feed them, And on the mountains of the height of Israel, shall be their fold, There, shall they lie down in a fold that is good, And on pasture that is fat, shall they feed. among the mountains of Israel.

15. నేనే నా గొఱ్ఱెలను మేపి పరుండబెట్టుదును; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.

15. myself will tend my flock. And, I, myself will cause them to lie down, Declareth My Lord Yahweh:

16. తప్పిపోయిన దానిని నేను వెదకుదును, తోలివేసిన దానిని మరల తోలుకొని వచ్చెదను, గాయపడినదానికి కట్టు కట్టు దును, దుర్బలముగా ఉన్నదానిని బలపరచుదును; అయితే క్రొవ్వినవాటికిని బలముగలవాటికిని శిక్షయను మేతపెట్టి లయపరచెదను.

16. That which is straying, will I seek out. And that which hath been driven away, will I bring back, And that width is tern, will I bind up, And the weak, will I strengthen, But the fat and the strong, will I watch I will feed them with justice.

17. నా మందా, మీ విషయమై దేవుడనైన యెహోవానగు నేను సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా గొఱ్ఱెకును గొఱ్ఱెకును మధ్యను, గొఱ్ఱెలకును పొట్టేళ్ల కును మధ్యను, గొఱ్ఱెలకును మేకపోతులకును మధ్యను భేదము కనుగొని నేను తీర్పుతీర్చెదను.

17. And as for you O my flock, Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh: Behold me! judging between one kind of small cattle and another as well the rams as the he-goats.

18. విశేషముగా మేతమేసి మిగిలిన దానిని కాళ్లతో త్రొక్కుట మీకు చాలదా?

18. Is it too small a thing for you that on the good pasture, ye feed, But the remainder of your pastures, ye must also trample down with your feet? Or that of the pure waters, ye drink But the waters left remaining with your feet, ye must needs foul?

19. మీరు స్వచ్ఛమైన నీరుత్రాగి మిగిలినదానిని కాళ్ళతో కలకలు చేయుట మీకుచాలదా? మీరు కాళ్లతో త్రొక్కినదానిని నా గొఱ్ఱెలు మేయవలెనా? కాళ్లతో మీరు బురదగా కలిపినదానిని అవి త్రాగవలెనా?

19. And my flock On what hath been trampled down by your feet, may feed, And of what hath been fouled by your feet, may drink? O

20. కాబట్టి ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈ మాట సెలవిచ్చు చున్నాడు ఇదిగో నేను నేనే క్రొవ్విన గొఱ్ఱెలకును చిక్కిపోయిన గొఱ్ఱెలకును మధ్య భేదము కనుగొని తీర్పు తీర్చుదును.

20. Therefore Thus, saith My Lord Yahweh, unto them: Here am I myself. Therefore will I judge between fat sheep and lean sheep,

21. మీరు భుజముతోను ప్రక్కతోను త్రోసి, కొమ్ములతో రోగముగల వాటినన్నిటిని పొడిచి చెదర గొట్టెదరు.

21. Because with the side and with the shoulder, ye do thrust, And with your horns, ye do push all the sick, Until you have scattered them abroad

22. నా గొఱ్ఱెలు ఇక దోపుడు కాకుండ గొఱ్ఱె కును గొఱ్ఱెకును మధ్య తీర్పుతీర్చి నేను వాటిని రక్షించెదను.

22. Therefore will I bring salvation to my flock, and they shall be no longer a prey, but I will judge between one sheep and another,

23. వాటిని మేపుటకై నేను నా సేవకుడైన దావీదును వాటిమీద కాపరినిగా నియమించెదను, అతడు వాటికి కాపరిగా ఉండి వాటిని మేపును.

23. And I will raise up over them one shepherd And he shall tend them, Even my servant David, he will tend them, And libel will become to them a shepherd;

24. యెహోవానైన నేను వారికి దేవుడనై యుందును, నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు వారిమధ్య అధిపతిగా ఉండును, యెహోవానైన నేను మాటయిచ్చియున్నాను.

24. And, I, Yahweh will become to them a God. My servant David being a prince in their midst; I, Yahweh, have spoken;

25. మరియు అవి అరణ్యములో నిర్భయముగా నివసించునట్లును, అడవిలో నిర్భయముగా పండుకొనునట్లును నేను వారితో సమాధానార్థ నిబంధన చేయుదును, దుష్టమృగములు దేశములో లేకుండ చేయుదును.

25. And I will solemnise for them a covenant of prosperity, And will cause to cease the mischievous wild-beast out of the land, And they shall dwell in the wilderness, securely, And shall sleep in the forests;

26. వారిని నా పర్వతము చుట్టుపట్ల స్థలములను దీవెనకరముగా చేయుదును. ఋతువుల ప్రకారము వర్షము కురిపించెదను, దీవెనకరమగు వర్షములు కురియును,

26. And I, will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing, And I will cause the abundant rain to come down in its season abundant rains of blessing, shall they be;

27. ఫలవృక్ష ములు ఫలములిచ్చును, భూమి పంట పండును, వారు దేశములో నిర్భయముగా నివసింతురు, నేను వారి కాడికట్లను తెంపి వారిని దాసులుగా చేసినవారి చేతిలో నుండి వారిని విడిపింపగా నేను యెహోవానైయున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు.

27. And the tree of the field shall yield his fruit And The land, shall yield her increase, And they shall remain on their own sell in security, So shall they know that I, am Yahweh, When I have broken a the bars of their yoke, And shall deliver them out of the hand of them who have been using them as slaves.

28. ఇక వారు అన్యజనులకు దోపుడు సొమ్ముగా ఉండరు, దుష్టమృగములు వారినిక భక్షింపవు, ఎవరివలనను భయము లేకుండ వారు సురక్షితముగా నివసించెదరు.

28. And they shall be no longer a prey for the nations, Nor shall the wild beast of the earth! devour them, But they shall dwell securely with none to put them in terror.

29. మరియు వారు ఇక దేశములో కరవు కలిగి నశించిపోకుండను అన్యజనులవలన వారి కవమానము ప్రాప్తించకుండను వారి ప్రఖ్యాతికొరకై తోట యొకటి నే నేర్పరచెదను.

29. And I will raise up unto them a plantation for fame, And there shall be no longer the destroyed of hunger in the land, Neither shall they bear any longer the reproach of the nations.

30. అప్పుడు తమ దేవుడైన యెహోవానగు నేను తమకు తోడుగా ఉన్నాననియు, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులైన తాము నా జనులైయున్నారనియు వారు తెలిసికొందురు; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.

30. So shall they know that, I, Yahweh their God am with them, And that they are my people the house of Israel, Declareth My Lord. Yahweh.

31. నా గొఱ్ఱెలును నేను మేపుచున్న గొఱ్ఱెలు నగు మీరు మనుష్యులు, నేను మీ దేవుడను; ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.

31. Ye, therefore my flock the flock of my pasture are men, am your God, Declareth My Lord Yahweh.
