1. ఇదిగో నేను ఆదుకొను నా సేవకుడు నేను ఏర్పరచుకొనినవాడు నా ప్రాణమునకు ప్రియుడు అతనియందు నా ఆత్మను ఉంచియున్నాను అతడు అన్యజనులకు న్యాయము కనుపరచును.

1. Lo! my Servant, I will uphold him, My chosen, well-pleased is my soul, I have put my spirit upon him, Justice to the nations, will he bring forth:

2. అతడు కేకలు వేయడు అరువడు తన కంఠస్వరము వీధిలో వినబడనియ్యడు

2. He will not cry out nor will he speak loud, Nor cause to be heard, in the street, his voice:

3. నలిగిన రెల్లును అతడు విరువడు మకమకలాడుచున్న జనుపనార వత్తిని ఆర్పడు అతడు సత్యము ననుసరించి న్యాయము కనుపరచును.

3. Cane that is crushed, will he not break, And wick that is fading, will he not quench, Faithfully, will he bring forth justice:

4. భూలోకమున న్యాయము స్థాపించువరకు అతడు మందగిలడు నలుగుడుపడడు ద్వీపములు అతని బోధకొరకు కనిపెట్టును.

4. He will not fade, nor will he be crushed, Until he establish, in the earth, justice, And for his instruction, Coastlands, wait.

5. ఆకాశములను సృజించి వాటిని విశాలపరచి భూమిని అందులో పుట్టిన సమస్తమును పరచి దానిమీదనున్న జనులకు ప్రాణమును దానిలో నడచు వారికి జీవాత్మను ఇచ్చుచున్న దేవుడైన యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

5. Thus, saith GOD himself Yahweh, Creator of the heavens that stretched them forth, Out-spreader of earth, and the products thereof, Giver of breath to the people thereon, And of spirit to them who walk therein,

6. గ్రుడ్డివారి కన్నులు తెరచుటకును బంధింపబడినవారిని చెరసాలలోనుండి వెలుపలికి తెచ్చుటకును చీకటిలో నివసించువారిని బందీగృహములోనుండి వెలుపలికి తెచ్చుటకును

6. I Yahweh, have called thee in righteousness, And will firmly grasp thy hand, And will keep thee And give thee As the covenant of a people, As the light of nations:

7. యెహోవానగు నేనే నీతివిషయములలో నిన్ను పిలిచి నీ చేయి పట్టుకొనియున్నాను నిన్ను కాపాడి ప్రజలకొరకు నిబంధనగాను అన్య జనులకు వెలుగుగాను నిన్ను నియమించి యున్నాను.

7. To open eyes that are blind, To bring forth Out of the dungeon the captive Out of the prison, the dwellers in darkness.

8. యెహోవాను నేనే; ఇదే నా నామము మరి ఎవనికిని నా మహిమను నేనిచ్చువాడను కాను నాకు రావలసిన స్తోత్రమును విగ్రహములకు చెంద నియ్యను.

8. I, am Yahweh, that, is my Name, And, my glory, to another, will I not give, Nor my praise to images.

9. మునుపటి సంగతులు సంభవించెను గదా క్రొత్త సంగతులు తెలియజేయుచున్నాను పుట్టకమునుపే వాటిని మీకు తెలుపుచున్నాను.

9. Things told in advance, lo! they have come to pass, And new things, am I telling, Ere yet they spring forth, I let, you, hear them.

10. సముద్రప్రయాణము చేయువారలారా, సముద్రము లోని సమస్తమా, ద్వీపములారా, ద్వీప నివాసులారా, యెహోవాకు క్రొత్త గీతము పాడుడి భూదిగంతములనుండి ఆయనను స్తుతించుడి.

10. Sing to Yahweh, a song that is new, His praise, from the end of the earth, Ye that go down to the sea, and the fulness thereof, The Coastlands and ye who dwell therein.

11. అరణ్యమును దాని పురములును కేదారు నివాస గ్రామములును బిగ్గరగా పాడవలెను సెల నివాసులు సంతోషించుదురు గాక పర్వతముల శిఖరములనుండి వారు కేకలు వేయుదురు గాక.

11. Let the wilderness shout, and the cities thereof, The villages wherein dwelleth Kedar, Let the inhabitants of the crag, raise shouts of triumph, From the top of the mountains, let them cry aloud:

12. ప్రభావముగలవాడని మనుష్యులు యెహోవాను కొని యాడుదురు గాక ద్వీపములలో ఆయన స్తోత్రము ప్రచురము చేయు దురు గాక

12. Let them render unto Yahweh, glory, And, his praise, in the Coastlands let them tell.

13. యెహోవా శూరునివలె బయలుదేరును యోధునివలె ఆయన తన ఆసక్తి రేపుకొనును ఆయన హుంకరించుచు తన శత్రువులను ఎదిరించును వారియెదుట తన పరాక్రమము కనుపరచుకొనును.

13. Yahweh, as a hero, goeth forth, As a man of war, he stirreth up jealousy, He giveth a cry, yea he raiseth a war-cry, Over his foes, he showeth his strength.

14. చిరకాలమునుండి నేను మౌనముగా ఉంటిని ఊరకొని నన్ను అణచుకొంటిని ప్రసవవేదనపడు స్త్రీవలె విడువకుండ నేను బలవంత ముగా ఊపిరితీయుచు ఒగర్చుచు రోజుచు నున్నాను.

14. I have held my peace from age-past times, I kept still, I restrained myself, As a travailing woman, I pant, I breathe hard and gasp, all at once!

15. పర్వతములను కొండలను పాడుచేయుదును వాటిమీది చెట్టుచేమలన్నిటిని ఎండిపోచేయుదును నదులను ద్వీపములుగా చేయుదును మడుగులను ఆరిపోచేయుదును.

15. I will lay waste mountains, and hills, And all their vegetation, will I wither, And I will make rivers to be shores, And lakes, will I dry up:

16. వారెరుగనిమార్గమున గ్రుడ్డివారిని తీసికొని వచ్చెదను వారెరుగని త్రోవలలో వారిని నడిపింతును వారి యెదుట చీకటిని వెలుగుగాను వంకర త్రోవలను చక్కగాను చేయుదును నేను వారిని విడువక యీ కార్యములు చేయుదును

16. Thus will I lead the blind, by a way they know not, In paths they know not, will I guide them, I will make the place that was dark before them to be, light. And crooked ways, to be, straight, These things, have I done unto them, And have not forsaken them.

17. చెక్కినవిగ్రహములను ఆశ్రయించి పోతవిగ్రహ ములను చూచి మీరే మాకు దేవతలని చెప్పువారు వెనుకకు తొలగి కేవలము సిగ్గుపడుచున్నారు.

17. They have drawn back They turn very pale Who have been trusting in a graven image, Who have been saying to a molten image, Ye, are our gods!

18. చెవిటివారలారా, వినుడి గ్రుడ్డివారలారా, మీరు గ్రహించునట్లు ఆలోచించుడి.

18. Ye deaf hear! And ye blind look around that ye may see, Who is blind if not my Servant? Or deaf, like, my messenger whom I send?

19. నా సేవకుడు తప్ప మరి ఎవడు గ్రుడ్డివాడు? నేను పంపు నా దూత తప్ప మరి ఎవడు చెవిటివాడు? నా భక్తుడు తప్ప మరి ఎవడు గ్రుడ్డివాడు? యెహోవా సేవకుడు తప్ప మరి ఎవడు గ్రుడ్డివాడు?

19. Who is, blind, like an intimate friend? Or blind like the Servant of Yahweh?

20. నీవు అనేక సంగతులను చూచుచున్నావు గాని గ్రహింపకున్నావు వారు చెవి యొగ్గిరిగాని వినకున్నారు.

20. Seeing many things, yet thou heedest not, Opening the ears yet he heareth not,

21. యెహోవా తన నీతినిబట్టి సంతోషముగలవాడై ఉపదేశక్రమమొకటి ఘనపరచి గొప్పచేసెను.

21. Yahweh, is well-pleased for his own righteousness sake, He magnifieth instruction and maketh it majestic.

22. అయినను ఈ జనము అపహరింపబడి దోపుడు సొమ్మాయెను. ఎవరును తప్పించుకొనకుండ వారందరు గుహలలో చిక్కుపడియున్నారు వారు బందీగృహములలో దాచబడియున్నారు దోపుడుపాలైరి విడిపించువాడెవడును లేడు అపహరింపబడిరి తిరిగి రప్పించుమని చెప్పువాడెవడును లేడు.

22. But, that, is a people preyed upon and plundered, Snared in holes. Jail of them, And, in houses of restraint, concealed, They have become a prey, and there is none to deliver, A booty, and there is none to say Restore!

23. మీలో ఎవడు దానికి చెవి యొగ్గును? రాబోవుకాలమునకై ఎవడు ఆలకించి వినును?

23. Who among you, will give ear to this, Let him hearken and hear, for an aftertime?

24. యెహోవాకు విరోధముగా మనము పాపము చేసితివిు వారు ఆయన మార్గములలో నడవనొల్లకపోయిరి ఆయన ఉపదేశమును వారంగీకరింపకపోయిరి యాకోబును దోపుసొమ్ముగా అప్పగించినవాడు, దోచుకొనువారికి ఇశ్రాయేలును అప్పగించినవాడు యెహోవాయే గదా?

24. Who gave, as a booty, Jacob. And, Israel, to them who were ready to take prey? Was it not Yahweh I? He against whom we have sinned, And they were not willing, in his ways, to walk, Neither hearkened they to his instruction?

25. కావున ఆయన వానిమీద తన కోపాగ్నియు యుద్ధ బలమును కుమ్మరించెను అది వానిచుట్టు అగ్ని రాజచేసెను అయినను వాడు దాని గ్రహింపలేదు అది వానికి అంటుకొనెను గాని వాడు మనస్సున పెట్టలేదు.

25. So he hath poured out, upon him, the glow of his anger, and the strength of battle; And it hath set him aflame round about, yet he knoweth it not, And it hath kindled upon him yet he layeth it not to heart.
